अतः महोदय से निवेदन है कि प्रार्थी उक्त योजना के अंतर्गत मिलने वाले समस्त लाभ से लाभान्वित करने के लिए संबंधित बैंक को निर्देशित करने का श्रम करें।

    I have an pnb account from last 12 years in pantnagar branch, uttarakhand.
    I always have to face problem when it's come to refund, i made an transaction on 02/02/2019 of rs.8249 through flipkart, now i returned back the item, so the refund was initiated by the seller on 15 of july, but i didn't got it till. This is happening with me for the 5th time i don't why always pnb delayed my refund, i have to first file a complaint then only i got my money back.
    I am really tired of all these things, if i don't get my money back as soon as possible then from now i will stop using this account and will go to consumer court.

      On 14 july a refund of rs 12490 is credited by flipkart. They give me 24 july as timeline. Now they are saying that they have credited the amount into bank and provided me arn number-[protected] and said contact with bank. When i visit bank they say they dont know about arn number. Kindly contact with the flipkart. Sir its been almost a month and still they are behaving like this.

      Hi, I am trying to reset my password of internet banking and it is just giving me "Invalid Action Code At host" error and not doing anything.
      Could you please have a look into it ASAP?

      I have a current account[protected] in name of Global Transport service . i shivam mishra is properitor. The UPI app and other mobile apps are not working in my account. kindly check the same. Inspite of complaint in branch no action is taken.

          I didn't got my refund yet, from Flipkart, it had been initiated from the seller side on 15 of July, and today is 23, yet I didn't get it. This is the 4th time, all this thing happening with me, really it very disgusting, refund it as soon as possible, otherwise I have to fill the customer dispute forum. Attaching the screenshot of Flipkart.
          Really very disappointed by pnb services, this is the last time, I have used this account, I will just close this account now.

            Refund issued by amazon on account of return of products has not been credited to my account till date.

            The actual date of transaction and amount is as under

            1. Amount-rs 319.5, date of refund-23.06.19

            2. Amount-rs 199.89, date of refund-24.06.19

            Refund reference no for all the above is[protected].

            Kindly do the needful at the earliest.

            (I have contacted pnb via mail ([protected]@pnb.co.in.) but no fruitful result has beeen provided to me. Despite several mails finally they have asked to contact amazon. But amazon says that refund refrence no is provided by the bank itself, after successful receipt of amount by them. Now only pnb can help me. But no positive response by pnb. Kindly help me to get my money back.

            Amazon refunded me of 11200₹ on 13th july but it didn't credited in my bank account. I have proofs of refund like email or reference number.
            My reference no. Is 965611 please add my refund in my bank account.

              I gave a cheque of pratima up gramin bank on axis bank in order to clearing it but they rejected my cheque because i entered wrong format in words. I entered four nine five zero zero only instead of forty nine thousand five hundred only. The resion behind of this rejection is totally wrong i disagree with you. So kindly lodge is cheque. The cheque number is 128563 and address of payee bank is pratima up gramin bank budaun avas vikas colony budaun.

              I ordered some product n returned it back. On the same day they initiated my refund which of amount 1746rs, which I have not received yet. They provided me a reference number also which is[protected]
              So I just wanted to when I'll get my refund back because it's almost 10 days now from when the company had initiated my refund

                i am priyanshika, i need education lpan to persue my b pharm from lloyd college. sir my education loan is declined or cancelled because my father is not having good credit score and he was defaulter. sir without ed. loan it is not desirable to get educated. please sir look at my problem and allow my restrictions to get education loan.i'll be thankful to you. please sir reply me as soon as possible nd try to solve my problem. i promise i'll pay the loan amount definietly after completion of course.

                  Have made a transaction in on 29/6/2019 swiggy app payment mode Amazon pay by debit card but order cancelled by swiggy. This amount debited in my A/C.

                  But Amazon refund of Rs.467.00 has been processed successfully on 7/13/2019. The amount should reflect in your account by 7/18/2019.

                  The Authorization Code (Refund Reference Number) for the transaction is[protected].

                  But this amount was not credited in my A/C.

                  Kindly take action.

                  Tata Cliq has initiated the refund of Rs. 1048 on 9th july with reference No. 6070939190919186172379307 on 9th July, 2019 but still not get the amount credited in my account.
                  Same with Ajio they have Already initiated refund of around 7k but not credited yet.

                  Pnb helpline is not helping.

                    They gave me a transaction number but when visited the bank it is not working with them all my efforts gone to ashes they are saying it is refunded bank is sayong they are not able to trace it i had given a written complaint on the same but there is no response from the bank and the amazon is saying its the banks fault they both are pushing it onto each other

                        I would like to say that i had booked a ticket from your redbus from delhi to dehradun on 27/6/2019 by my debit card. But due to some reasons, i cancelled my ticket. As per the details provided by redbus, refund has been processed by redbus on 28th june 2019, the amount should reflect in my bank account within 7 business days.
                        After 15 days from the cancellation of my booking i have not received the refund.
                        When i talked with the team of redbus they informed me that they had already processed the refund. They also send me the screenshot of the refund initiation.
                        I request you to kindly investigate the case asap.

                          I purchased lehenga choli from amazon and due to some defect i returned it, i receive the final mail from amazon on[protected] that your refund is processed from our side and if amount is not reflected in your account within 4 working you can contact to your bank with reference number provided by amazon, i called to to pnb customer care but no one help me regarding my refund issue. Amazon processed my refund on[protected] but still it will not reflected in my account and guide me to fill the charge dispute form.

                            Since from july 1st rbi has waived off the neft and rtgs chareges, but my pnb account has not implemented the same and still taking charges, how shall i proceed now,. Even i talked with the manager over hear but he gave it a deaf ear.
                            Even after showing them the pdf of rbi they are least bothered and told that you can complain it to rbi, everytime 5.9 rs get cut over the charges.

                                I did a transaction on 7th july worth 330 rs. But the money has still not come back on account. This is highly disappointing. As a student i care about money and also i trust pnb. I hope you take the action.

                                I assumed that the money will get back by 3 days, even the shopkeeper said the same think, other people get the money refunded on the same day but i dont know why i have to wait for 15 days. This is not how it is, you should take care of your customers. I hope you solve the problem

                                  I have ordered some products from myntra in february of total rupees 9450 and paid the amount from my pnb debit card from which i have returned some products back to myntra. So myntra has refunded back the amount of the returned products but i didn't get refund of some products in my bank account the amount is not reflecting in my account, myntra has also provided me the reference no of successful payment from their side, it's been 4 months now, i have also visit the bank and give the complain application many times but bank team is unable to resolve my problem. Now 3450 rupees are pending which are not reflecting in my bank account.

                                      On 14 july, 2017, i tried withdrawing rs. 3000 from axis bank atm but it didn't give out the cash. Than i cancelled the transaction and went to another atm and withdrew 3000. But after 2 minutes, i got a message saying that rs. 10000 were withdrawn from my account.

                                      I enquired in the nearby axis bank branch (Teliarganj branch allahabad closes at 3:30 pm). Then they said it's a mistake and money will be refunded within 7 days. They also said that deduction was from first atm and that doesn't come under them so they can't do anything. Meanwhile i registered a complaint in pnb by customer care. They gave me sr no. A[protected].

                                      Yesterday, i asked again and then customer care told me the money was actually withdrawn and will not be refunded. Then i asked axis bank in which bank officials asked me to contact pnb branch. When i contacted nearby branch then they asked to send a mail to home branch i. E. To you.

                                      I also registered online complaint at pnb ccsrms form with service number [protected].
                                      Unfortunately axis bank asks account number so i couldn't register my grievance with them. Looks like they don't value atm customer and only focus upon account holders.

                                      I registered complaint with rbi ombudsman with number [protected].
                                      The reply was that bank could not make available the video footage. Then what is the meaning of this complaint if such reply is acceptable.

                                      Even the complaint at ingram was not successful and the same reply was obtained that transaction is successful and money is deducted.

                                      But my main complaint remains that i didn't take money and i want to know who took the money.

                                        Today we have transferred Rs11328.00 towards refundable security deposit
                                        for attending job in Indigo air lines. Later on we came to know that it is an online job scam.
                                        Concerned scammer was Mr.Ajay Chauhan, +91 [protected].
                                        We were asked to transfer Rs.9600 + GST
                                        Kindly look into the matter and take urgent action and protect the general public from such scammers. Through internet search we found that several other banks and accounts are being used by the fraudster.
                                        Punjab National Bank [PNB] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
