Hello, I had canceled a train ticket a few weeks ago. The refund of 460 rupees was successfully initiated on 20 april. And The refund amount was supposed to be credited into my account till around 28 April. But still I have not received the refund into my account. Upon contacting irctc they said that everything is successfully done from their side. And then I contacted bank and they are saying that this issue is from irctc side.
Plz look into the matter .

Hello All,
I am existing customer or HDFC life insurance.

When I purchased hdfc policy, agent fooled me with some guranted benefit.. after 3 years of policy when I called hdfc they told me that there is no such component .

Hdfc representative told me that if I wish they can file complain in GBIC on behalf of me !

From here all fraud starts now ...

Next day I got a call...

On 29/04/2022 I have received a payment of 3000rs through phonepe amount was credited to my account but not showing in my account balance.

"A/c XXXXXXXX029609 has been credited with Rs.3000 on[protected]:47:42 thru UPI.Helpline [protected].Register for e-statement, if not done."

I had opened a saving accounts with pnb bank on 1stfeb. When I dint recieved my debit card after one month I visited the bank again on 24Mar they said it’s under process and I will receive it. Till now I am chasing then still not received and also unable to contact their customer care

Today, i diposite cash 14500rs through punjab nation bank jagadhri work shop branch diposite machine .But machine stuck and shoiwn out of service on display. But cash not credit in mu account .

An amount of Rs 4000 has not been credited to my account after being debited for a failed transaction. The failed transaction date is 12/04/2022.
I have complained twice and now they have sent me two messages stating,
'Dear Customer, SRN No. A[protected] has been closed with remarks Transaction found successful . For further assistance pl call [protected]/[protected]. PNB'.
I don't know what to do now.

Hello sir/mam,
I had placed this order of GKI Premium 3 Star Plastic Table Tennis Ball, (White), Standard Size (order id[protected] priced at Rs. 343, on 29/03/2022. Due to certain reasons, I missed the delivery. So my order was cancelled automatically and the refund from Amazon was processed on 05/04/2022 successfully. I had made the payment through upi. Now my money hasn't been received yet.

Please help in this issue.

I did a transaction of rupees 5000 from PNB atm the money got deducted from my account but the money did not come out od the machine. Please credit back my money.

My name is Shubham Tiwari and I had ordered a product of RS.392 Vills Laurence Analog Watch in Amazon on 01.03.2022 & I returned this order due to personal reason. And on 26.03.2022 Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number[protected] and told me to fill charge dispute form but Punjab National Bank doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent. My account has blocked or freezed...Whats the reason for that and please unblock or unfreeze my account, am unable to do any of my transactions...Facting too problems

Hi Team,

I would like to bring your attention towards the inconvenience I have been facing since the last one and a half years. I lost my husband in December 2020, since then I am submitting all the required documents( death certificate of my husband, my life certificate, KYC document etc) again and again. Still every time whenever I make a call i get to know that the account is still showing my Husband's name. Also I have been a joint account holder for the same since 2002, still I was informed that I am not reflecting as a joint account holder.
Moreover, my account has been frozen today even without any prior or post intimation and I am still not aware why the account got freezed.

I am dependent solely on the pension that I receive from the central government on a monthly basis. It is much more difficult for me to visit my home branch as I am staying with my daughter who is herself studying.

Need prompt action against this. Please find below the required details,

I ordered some grocery items from Amazon on 19.03.22 and made payment of Rs.1879.60 through AMAZONPAY UPI from PNB account. Order ID is[protected]. But among those items one item i.e. Vedaka Premium red Masoor Whole(1kg) was defective and I Claimed for a refund from Amazon. The initiation date of refund was 21.03.22 and the amount was rs 411.04. They initiated the refund of that amount with the Refund Reference Number[protected] but the amount is not credited to my account still now. Bank customer care is telling that they don't have any provision to check with the reference number. Please look into the matter and help me to get the amount.

It has been 20-25 days and I have still not received the refund money in my bank account

Sub: Delay in Education loan
Hello Sir/Ma’am
My name is Arti, an applicant of education loan in above said branch.
I have applied for education loan through Vidya Laxmi Portal and above said branch as well on 18th February 2022 for the course EXECUTIVE POST GRADUATE PROGRAM IN DATA SCIENCE from IIIT-B.
That My due date to submit fee was 28 February 2022. Since I have applied for education loan, I got extension for one month from above said institute. But till today, I didn’t get any response from bank when I will get loan.
I contacted branch Manager, Customer care, and loan department of the bank, given them many emails, still I am under blind fold about the loan.
That, As per my knowledge, I am eligible for the loan as per rules of bank and RBI. I have submitted all requisite documents required by the bank for the education loan.
That, any further delay in my loan will cause irreparable loss, injury and damage to my career. So I request to the concerned authorities to kindly take any action and sanction my loan as soon as possible.

I, Manno Binu Varghese having savings account in PNB branch M.G.Road, Pune 411001, applied for a home loan and it got rejected as one Mr. Amol, who has no relation or connection with me, has taken a home loan of Rs.8, 50, 000/ and its entry is shown in my credit account summary. The branch he has taken loan is PNB, Hingoli branch MH 431513.
Kindly rectify this error as the builders from whom I have purchased a flat are demanding money and ICICI has rejected my loan application.
I am facing tremendous stress due to the error of the bank. I have also lost my application fees for which you need to compensate.

Punjab National Bank, Morabadi Branch Ranchi which earlier was United bank of India before merger with PNB now after merger with PNB, PNB Morabadi Branch Ranchi become worst branch of PNB. Not a single staff is competent to do their work sincerely,
