Respected,
i have ordered a product Samvardhan Detail Precision Pen Knife worth of Rs. 150 on 20th of December 2021 from amazon .
i returned this product due to personal reasons. A refund was initiated by the amazon on 28th of December with refund reference number #[protected] and said if bank is denying the please fill charge dispute form. please solve the issue i will be highly thankful to you.

    Respected sir I have opened unnati saving account through online banking at IFSC code PUNB0191400 at kunraghat gorakhpur UP. I have done the transaction of amount 70000 from SBI to my PNB account but amount not received in my account. I have contacted the branch they said unnati saving account limit is 200000 per financial year.so they denied to credit the amount to my account. Please help me .

        Hello Team,

        I would like to bring up 3 points in very brief and explicit.

        1) I went to Punjab national bank to open saving account. The executive was very well behaved and took all the necessary actions as applicable. ( i don't know his name )

        2) There was some documentation needed so i went to ask for the direction for a fevicol( gum stick) to one of the bank executives/clerk. I don't know what happened and suddenly he started bombarding at me and shouted " i have lots of work, i am doing numericals, cannot answer all queries, i cannot look after all customer etc etc". That left me stunned. It was an extraordinary awful behavior by one of your bank workers and also the tone that fellow used was very unprofessional and not at all acceptable by any civil means. He was loud and unapologetic.

        3) Listening to that i still kept my voice low and counter attacked him with my words. Then he dropped the mother of all bombs. He said " sir do one thing just go and complain against me" Waao! now that's what i call a direct threat to the customer. I was very offended listening to this and it felt like pnb might have been hiring goons in their branches not professional executives. So i just walked off and replied " sure i will complain don't you worry".

        IS THIS THE WAY HOW YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS ? ONE BAD FISH MAKES THE WHOLE POOL DIRTY. THAT'S WAHT I FELT LIKE. THE NAME OF THAT FELLOW GUY is SUBHOJIT AICH. He acted like a goon who would not even care about it.

        THIS IS AN URGENT MATTER OF REQUEST TO PLEASE KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND WHATEVER THE PROBLEM WAS BECAUSE IT FELT HE WAS ON ALCOHOL OR SOME KIND OF TOXIC EFFECT. HE LITERALLY STOOD UP FROM THE TABLE CAME TO MY TABLE AND SAID GO AND GIVE YOUR COMPLAIN RIGHT NOW. FOR THE SECOND TIME. UNBELIEVABLE!

        first time visiting pnb and this is the impression I'm left with. Well done!

        This is not right and i will not tolerate this. I want an answer against this. I am not going to sit here and take a threat from any of your employees. Requesting for an immediate clarification/investigation against the issue. Thank you!

          My Mother Mrs Minoti Mukherjee is a Pension holder and went to PNB to provide the Biometric test and also submitted the manual life certificate for getting her pension from Punjab national Bank, kidderpore Branch, 73 Diamond Harbour Road, Kolkata 700023. Her Pension has been stopped since November 2021.
          Her customer Id is[protected]. Her Pension she has been receiving for last 20 years .

          Please let us know the reason of stopping her Pension aged 84 years of a female who has worked for so many years in a West Bengal Govt department.

              Myself Indrajit Das, I am a customer of Punjab National Bank, Burdwan station Bazar branch (West Bengal ) .Recently on 28 December I I tried to withdraw 1500 rupees from ATM, although the transaction was successful but I did not received the cash in my hand from the ATM machine .After that problem I immediately contact with my bank manager and he told me to wait for 48 hours after that he will take my written application and proceed further proceedure. so I wait for 48 hours and after 48 hours I again went to the branch manager and give him a written complaint about my problem then he refused to take the application and told me to lodge a complaint online via That toll free number of their bank . I told him that I already contacted with that toll free number but I did not received any reference number of my complaint so please sir kindly take my application and help me but then my manager also refused to take the application and told me to wait and wait and wait. So my request to is please help me on this matter and credit my debited amount as soon as possible.

                  I had Ordered a Redmi Note 10 Pro from AMAZON.IN with order id[protected] on 27-DEC-2021 which i successfully canceled on the same day and since i had paid by debit card, the amount was supposed to be credited in my bank account which did not happen till date. I contacted the AMAZON team which replied me back with a reference number stating that they successfully initiated the refund process on 27 dec itself and its up to the bank to credit the same in my account in time which can take 5-6 Business days but since it has been longer than that i called my bank with the reference number that my merchant gave me but they refused to help saying that this of no use to them. My account number is[protected]. I regularly check my balance, nothing of that sort has been credited since then. My refund reference number is 75503721363012444508676 . Attached is the email from the AMAZON team stating that the refund has been successfully completed.

                          Regarding Illegal parking infront of Punjab National Bank, Vidhan sabha marg, Lucknow. please look into the matter as no other bank charges for parking except this bank. Illegal Parking owner argues everytime for parking fees.

                            I have order earphones from Amazon on 13 dec 2021 of rupees 1999 and it's order id is[protected]).
                            For some reason i have to replace it and get my replacement on date 16 dec 2021 (Order id[protected]). But due to some defect in the earphones i have to give it back again to the amazon and apply for my refund back.
                            For my refund they replied that my refund of rupees 1999 has been returned into my bank account on 23 dec 2021 but i didn't received in my account.
                            They provide me the refund reference number[protected] for the transaction.
                            Please help me to get my refund back.

                                  There has been frequent interchange of mails between insurer and insured ( Me ) in the last haif year . Not less than 20 mails emanating from me giving therein my clarification a number of times . The Insurer (NIC ltd ) TPA which is Heritage TPA frequently asking me about original money receipt of Rs 20400/- which i submitted through DTDC . They received all the documents, all the money receipt along with the claim papers . Then they asked me for the soft copes which i sent through mail . As original money receipts are issued only for once i wonder how they are asking for the same twice or thrice . Then they obviously missed a few other original money receipt for post hosp expenses and pre hosp expenses.
                                  IN RECENT TIME THEY HAVE SAID SENT SMS SAYING THAT MY GRIEVANCE NO[protected]/ GRI[protected] HAS BEEN RESOLVED. NO REGD MAILS . Find it really deiffucult to see /underdstand how the grievances has been resolved without any intimation to me ?

                                    Transaction failed but money got debited

                                    I did a transaction on Amazon pay through pnb upi today. The transaction got failed but the money got debited from account. This happens very often in pnb. Please refund the amount....

                                    I'm a Punjab National Bank customer. My account number is ([protected]). And on 23/12/2021, without giving me any information 99/- rupees amount was deducted from my bank account. I was call On customer care toll free number. And I asked customer center executives then told that I have been amount deducted for IDFC Bank. Even Where as I do not have any transaction of any kind with IDFC Bank. Then why the bank deducted for this amount..? I told the bankers that this amount was deducted wrongly, please return it.

                                      I have opened my account with kyc done on 29 of nov and i didn't get the welcome kit yet and even not details of dispatch of the kit.i visited branch for details and they said no Debit card has been attached to my account when i already opted for debit card durig account opening... kindly help me out asap as i am unable to activate net banking without debit card details.
