My name is SHABEEBA K P and I had done a recharge of Rs:209 in Amazon on 03/01/2022.The recharge was not successful but the amount was debited from my account. The refund was expected to be credited on 08/01/2022.But I didn't received any refund and when I contacted Amazon customer care they told me that they initiated the refund to my card on 08/01/2022 itself and gave me this Refund Reference No: 30005120032003088342633 and asked me to file a complaint in order to get my refund.
So, kindly respond to this complaint and refund the amount at the earliest.

            meri car MARUTI ALTO LXI 2011 hai jo mere Father in Law ke name hai aur OBC bank se finance kiya gya tha 2011 main jo ki due cleared ho chuka hai.

            Last year, COVID ke karan wo humare beech nahi rahe

            Car ki RC transfer karana hai jiske liye bank ko RTO mail karna hoga but bank avoid kar rahi hai. They have many excuses.

                        Main sewage line in the west side at Gate No 3 is blocked since long and residents are facing problem of bad smell. We tried to clear the blockage through locals but it could not be cleared. It has been suggested by them to lodge a complaint to Jan Nigam Lucknow as huge quantity of silt has blocked the main sewage line.
                        It is requested to arrange suction machine to clear the blockage as early as possible.

                                    I wanted to manage the outward remittance using the LRS Scheme through the PNB Internet Bank where I am holding the Account but then it seems once the entire information is provided in the LRS the Application terminates with the information " This facility is currently unavailable, Please contact the HelpDesk".I had to pay the term fees on time to one the Abroad universities so that the study of my Son is not hampered but then with such scenario it is becoming increasingly difficult in leveraging such facility.Also at time the PErform the Application is also somewhat slow
