Hi, this is gagan kumar gahlot. I had perched a product from amazon which is samsung galaxy m10 (2gb ram). I had cancel it but refund is not return which is 7990 indian rupees. It is debited from pnb ruppay debit card who's is end to 3572. The authorization code (Refund reference number) for the transaction is[protected].

Please help me about this problem

    I have done online order placement on amazon with my pnb atm card of amount 478.9 and money has been deducted from my account but online order was not placed by amazon due to not receiving of amount rs 478.9. Now, merchant is telling that i have not received any amount, i have talked to the customer care of amazon, they told that i have not received amount,. My transaction id is "ecom 690488 amazon pay" dated 02/04/19. Please help to get refund of amount rs 478.9/-.

      Hi,

      My name is rocky kumar having pnb saving account number - [protected].
      On 01-apr-2019, 11:07 pm, in hdfc bank's atm (Located in karala, delhi-110081) i used my rupay card to withdraw ₹5000 but after transaction processed i got ₹2000 cash instead of ₹5000 but the amount deducted from my bank was ₹5000.
      I tried to register my complained on the same day but i was told by the cce that the complain can not be registered due to year closing. And i am unable to contact customer care again.

      So, please help me to get my ₹3000 back into my account.

          I gurbhej singh having account of punjab national bank is a victim of mobile fraud.. Yesterday someone called on my phone and told that he is from pnb bank.. He called from this number +91 [protected]. Then he asked and confirmed some details and asked for the otp recd. As soon as i shared otp some funds were debited from the account around rs. 39000/- i would like to request to take appropriate action

            Sir,
            On 05/03/2019 purvanchal vidyut vitran nigam limited edd handia division disconnected the electricity of punjab national bank branch handia without any prior notice. This happened in the morning which severely affect the working of the branch and was great inconvenience to the customers. It’s very disappointing to have to ask to adjusted bill again and again. Further there is no fixed date for bill reading which makes it very difficult for periodical payment. Please look into the matter and take necessary steps

            they are saying that they had intiated the refund on 13th of this month ..but i didnt receive my refund.

              I am having a locker which is attached to the account in pnb. They are not providing any details or guidelines related to fixed deposit attached to this account. Also they are not putting any effort for providing any service related to it. I have been visiting bank from last one month for the same. On asking bank manager he is saying that you are not required to have any account here.
              Please help me in this issue

                My account no. Is [protected] is freezed from last 1.5month. Daily my husband and me coming to the bank. We both are of age of 60years.
                We both coming daily to unfreeze our account and daily these # bank empoloyees daily saying new things. We daily for 2hrs stand in line and at end go empty hands.

                Neither these guys are doing there work nor working properly.

                Even right now we are standing in line and i know how tough it is in the age of 60.

                We have all the documents everything is already done.

                Still this bank manager and his employess do not want to do the. Work.

                Please if you can help then kindly do.

                Today morning I did 4 transactions via bhim each of them is failed but still the amount of 19, 600 has been deducted from my pnb account every time I call to customer executive they are telling their is technical issue call us later. Executive doesn't give me anything useful they didn't even say that I will get my money back.

                      I had redeemed 1740 pnb rewardz points by ordering a item on 27.09.2018 as pnb was repeatedly sending the messages to redeem the points. It was printed on the generated receipt that 'your merchandize will reach you in 15 business days' (Receipt attached). But till date item has not been delivered. On inquiring pnb customer care has informed that the rewardz program has been closed on 30.09.2018. But i had redeemed the points before closing of the program and receipt also provided to me against this order. I have communicated to pnb officials several times through emails and over telephone but the complaint has not been resolved till date.

                        Dear sir

                        A refund of 1000 rupees was successfully processed on 19th march 2019 to my account by amazone. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                        I have called the punjab national bank customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

                        I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

                        Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                          I ordered wacom tablet through amazon and had to return it the next day (18.02.19) and i have been waiting for refund since 1.5 months for an amount of rs. 6920. Called the customer service at pnb several times. They asked me to contact the branch, contact amazon hq, etc. Amazon customer service told me file a charge dispute with reference number[protected]. And i did so. No response from the team.

                            I have to receive a refund of cancelled flight tickets (Cancelled by airlines) which i booked from paytm when queried from paytm they told that they have refunded the amount and gave me arn number and asked me to contact my banks customer care and giving them arn to track my refund. But when i called, the customer care executive didn't knew about arn and simply asked me to contact paytm. Now paytm is saying to contact bank and bank is saying to contact paytm.
                            I want my money back and pnb should track the status.

                            the massage on the cancellation and/or
                            message on processing of debit from your account and /or
                            receipt of operator of paytm.

                            If these messages do not disclose the particulars of the processor of your money with
                            - name
                            - address, country
                            - registered number,
                            you are entitled to claim F.I.R. filing in the local police office of your town on fraud comitted against you.

                            The Credit Card processor,
                            air carrier
                            are liable for refund or for compensation in such tipe of disputes.

                              I couldn’t able to check balance, receive money and also send either... frm my google pay account...
                              It shows an error saying the bank server is not responding..
                              Why is this so?

                                My name is rahul. Pnb online transaction through debit/atm card otp not received in my registered mobile number. My phone is nokia 310. I try it with different type of sites. But nothing. And i also try to contact through bank. But not responding with bank side. Please suggest me any kind of setting or solutions as soon as possible.                                   This mail is in reference of my complaint of my policy number 22324926.
                                  I submitted a written complaint at your noida office dated 18th december 2018 and i have received your reply by letter dated 06th january 2019.
                                  Firstly i want to inform you that i am not agree with your reply and surely will not allow company to save fraud employees and cheat innocent client by the help of your policy wordings and rules, regulations.
                                  I have studied and concerned properly all the things with my legal consultant and assure you that i will go to consumer court.
                                  This mail is my intimation for that i am taking this matter seriously and going to respective all legal department n media.
                                  Here once again i am giving all details of my complaint in reference to policy number 22324926. If still company not take genuine steps then i will forward this matter to insurance ombudsman and consumer court.
                                  I request you to please go through my complaint as given below-

                                  "i received maturity amount of my recurring deposit of state bank of india which was in name of my wife in september 2018. I went to punjab national bank niti khand indrapuram branch to start a new fix deposit (Fd) and there ms. Ranjana was met as bank employee and gave me details about fix deposit rate of interest, time and total maturity amount.
                                  She told that a new type of fix deposit started by bank in which you can deposit any amount for 1 year to 10 year and you will get 10% interest yearly. She assured that amount can be withdrawal after one year. She also said that you will get free insurance cover under pradhanmantri bima yojna.
                                  I gave my consent as yes to fixed deposit and she asked me to give photocopy of my all documents, photograph and gave me a form to sign by saying that it is form for new fd.
                                  I am only class 8th pass and not enough comfortable in english language so i just signed that form and gave all required photocopy of documents and cheque of amount rs.1, 44, 000/- only. Even this mail is also typing by my legal consultant from my given written statement in hindi.
                                  After completing all formalities ms. Ranjana started regular chating with me and my wife and build a close relation with my family. She has secured a strong position in faith of me n my wife. We were believe her very much.
                                  One day she called me n my wife and said that we will receive a call from bank about fd details means our name, date of birth, address and all are correct or not and you just say yes for each and every thing.
                                  After few days we received a call from bank and we did same as she told us. At that time we were not aware that it is a welcome call from insurance company regarding policy. But when it was told by that caller that it is about your policy which i purchased then i asked ms. Ranjana about this then she told me that it is same and there is no difference in all benefits what ever she told. She told that she is there to look after all and gave assurance that my money is deposited in punjab national bank fix deposit.
                                  Till that time she was just like our family friend and we believe her a lot.
                                  But this was total dishonesty and cheating and fraud with me and my family.
                                  After one year when i called ms. Ranjana to withdrawal my money then she said that deposit all papers with cancel cheque and money will transfer in account.
                                  I gave my all papers to her with one cancel cheque at same branch of punjab national bank, indrapuram, ghaziabad.
                                  After that she told to wait for 15-20 days but money was not transferred then she told to give a written letter and i just wrote whatever she told me and gave that letter to her.
                                  But again she cheated me and not submitted any request to withdrawal my money and said that she tried a lot but company is doing fraud and she is going to leave this job soon. She told to go to noida office and submit complaint there.
                                  Whatever she told i wrote same in a letter and submitted that in noida office on 18th december 2018.
                                  This is all what done with me in this case.


                                  Dear sir / mam,

                                  In this whole matter there is proper evidence of cheating, fraud and mis-selling and i did not signed any policy proposal form. My signature was copied.
                                  More over i am just 8th class passed but in policy form it written graduate.
                                  I am a driver in my company where i work but it written proprietor and my salary is not as much written in form.
                                  Agent details given in policy paper is wrong. I have never met shruti jaiswal (Name given as agent) and her mobile number is also wrong.
                                  I did not filled any policy proposal form and i assure you that i can prove all the things where ever and when ever it is required.
                                  I request you to please look this matter and do proper investigation before giving any decision and please return my hard eared money asap.

                                  I make a humble request to everyone to look this matter and solve my problem asap.

                                  I have good faith in name of punjab national bank and hope that you will not break my faith.

                                      I have ordered two products from amazon one is pomo-z men's faux leather hooded biker outerwear jacket on 15 october 2018 and another one is mpc cute fashion baby girls popcorn net dresses for frock on 10th october 2018.
                                      I return both of these products and i don't receive the refund amount yet.
                                      So please resolve my problem.
                                      Amazon have been given two references number of both of these products for refund and the reference number of mpc cute fashion baby girls popcorn is[protected]
                                      And the reference number of pomo-z men's faux leather hooded biker outerwear jacket is[protected].
                                      Amazon says both of these refund has been issued on 10 nov 2018.
                                      Punjab National Bank [PNB] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
