Transaction failed but money got debited

I did a transaction on Amazon pay through pnb upi today. The transaction got failed but the money got debited from account. This happens very often in pnb. Please refund the amount....

I'm a Punjab National Bank customer. My account number is ([protected]). And on 23/12/2021, without giving me any information 99/- rupees amount was deducted from my bank account. I was call On customer care toll free number. And I asked customer center executives then told that I have been amount deducted for IDFC Bank. Even Where as I do not have any transaction of any kind with IDFC Bank. Then why the bank deducted for this amount..? I told the bankers that this amount was deducted wrongly, please return it.

    I have opened my account with kyc done on 29 of nov and i didn't get the welcome kit yet and even not details of dispatch of the kit.i visited branch for details and they said no Debit card has been attached to my account when i already opted for debit card durig account opening... kindly help me out asap as i am unable to activate net banking without debit card details.

        Delivery status is not updating

        My parcel with article no. JC[protected]IN was booked at BPC Bollaram at 17.12.2021 (9:45 AM). But the delivery status is not updating since then and I am very worried about this. The delivery PIN code of the article is 721653.
        So please look into the matter and resolve this matter as soon as possible....

        I took the policy online on 16th Nov 2021 and received hard copy of the policy documents on 6th December 2021. Today (on 17th December 2021) I called up PNB MetLife customer care and tried to understand the policy benefits and came to know that it's completely different from as it was explained to me by sales agent "Aakash"

        He has approached me by showing the fraud calculation of Guaranteed Addition, Wealth Addition, and Maturity Benefit (11%). When I checked with PNB MetLife customer care it is hardly 4% and I came to know that I got cheated by PNB MetLife

        I want to cancel the policy and want the money back as it is complete fraud & cheat case of selling the policies

        Requesting you to please take this case on a serious & priority basis and arrange the refund

              I tried to place an order on flipkart worth Rs 2880 on 30th November 2021 6:58 pm.
              I placed the order through PAYTM upi app linked to my PNB bank account,
              although the order wasn't placed but the amount of Rs 2880 was debited from my bank account.
              Since then I've been trying to contact flipkart, pub and payton customer care but nobody is listening to my issue.
              Its been 17 days since the transaction but no refund has been received in my account, as Rs 2880 is huge amount for me and none of the customer service has been helpful, im forced to raise this complaint and I hope this resolves soon.

                I'm Monal Moolchandani and i have an account in Malviya Nagar, Jaipur branch of PNB of account

                On December 8, 2020 i fill an online form for RMCAAP, for MCA admission in RTU, Kota and i made an online payment with my debit card on the very same day and my account get debited for 1200 Rs but my application didn't proceed forward and i didn't even get the mail from them for Transaction being successful.
                Transaction ID for this is transaction was "b3615d8ba6e32043a183" .

                Then with no response from bank i lodge my first online complaint on December 10, 2020 of complaint no. "I[protected]" but after many days of issue not being resolved from your side i lodge another
                Complain on December 23, 2020 of no. "I[protected]" and i didn't get any response from your side but now when i called them they told me that my transaction was successful at at that time but i didn't get the confirmation mail till 18 December 2020 that's why i have to fill that form again on December 18 and even now i don't have the confirmation mail for transaction being successful of December 8 payment and previously they also told me that due to some server issues my payment is struck in between
                It's been an year and I went to bank many times in this year
                but they are not helping me at all.
                I have all the statements of debited amount from my bank as well
                Please help me by resolving this issue.

                    I made 2 purchases of woman jacket from Amazon which I returned back within the mentioned time limit. Amazon told me that they have successfully processed the refund in my bank account but I still haven't received in my bank account. For 1 jacket, Amazon has credited Rs 341 out of Rs.499 in my Amazon pay balance but not credited Rs.157 in my bank account. The 2nd jacket of Rs 720 has not been credited in my bank account. After many calls to Amazon, they have mailed me the refund reference number and asked me to contact bank. When I called PNB, they told me to mail these reference number to their bank mail id which is [protected]@pnb.co.in.
                    I have been waiting for bank response but not getting any reply. All proofs attached.

I am writing this letter in regard to the attempt of cash withdrawal done on 30/11/2021 from Axis Bank, Lumding ATM. Dist. Hojai, Assam, 782447. ATM CODE is BPCN 351801. I had tried to withdraw a sum of Rs. 9500.00, however, amount did not dispensed from ATM, however, my account got deducted with Amount Rs. 9500.00, and also I was already complain to PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK Customer Care on 01/12/2021 near about 12.00hrs to 14.00 hrs. but it is seen that they are no any response has been made so far to till date. So, in this regard I request you to kindly have a look into this matter and arrange a refund of amount Rs. 9500.00 in my account.

                        I paid for my order on Ajio.com with a PNB debit card and i haven’t received a refund upon cancellation of my order .

                        They have initiated the refund & Its been more than 10 days, after complaining to Ajio For refund they gave me an ARN : 85215221330147674527696
                        & told me they have successfully refund the amount !

                        I went to the bank and check for any transaction of rupees ₹1509 bt it was only debited once and no refund was credited between 25 nov to 10 Dec

                        I request you guys at PNB Please check this ARN : 85215221330147674527696 and let me know the status on my refund, Thanks

                              A refund of amount 8856.44 has been processed by amazon and refund reference number is also generated.

                              But it has not been reflected yet to my account. Called customer care of PNB but no luck. Kindly help me with the refund of amount through filing charge dispute form with PNB.

                                Fixed Deposit Account No. [protected] dated 23.12.2020 (w.e.f. 13.11.2020) for Rs for Rs 74, 255/- (Principal Amount) Rs 78, 192/- (Maturity Amount) was sent to Punjab National Bank Indirapuram Branch at Niti Khand-I, on 09.11.2021 by Speed Post and the same was received by them on 11.11.2021. But in spite of repeated follow ups the renewed FDR has not been received. In the letter it was mentioned that the renewed FDR should be sent to Pune address at B2/402, Puranik Aldea Espanola Phase 2 Cooperative Housing Society, Mahalunge, Opposite Hotel Orchid Pune-411045, Maharashtra. None of the landline numbers are working. The FDR was in favour of my wife K Saraswathi. Her email id is [protected]@yahoo.com.

                                  I retired from the Ministry of Environment & Forests, Govt. of India, in January, 2002. PNB being close to my residence, I opted to open my Pension Payment Account at PNB, Garpar Branch, A P C Road, Kolkata - 700009.
                                  So long my Pension was credited regularly on time, but my Pension for November, 2021 not credited as yet.
                                  My colleagues who retired with me and opted SBI as Pension Payment Bank, received November, 2021 on time.
                                  Request for credit of November, 2021 pension immediately.
