I am an account holder of Tamluk branch. My account number is [protected]. On date 25/05/2022 an amount 12128/- was debited from my account for the payment of online shopping from Flipkart. The mode of payment used was Debit Card. The online shopping process was successful.

The order has been cancelled on date 24/05/2022 and a refund has been initiated by Flipkart. The refund transaction details, as provided by Flipkart, given below:

    I cancelled my prepaid order of rupees 2379 from amazon which order id is[protected]. Amazon has refunded my money rs 2279 in my punjab national bank account through upi on the date of 21/05/2022 but still i haven't received my money. Kindly help me. Amazon.in provided me the refund refrence number which is[protected].

    Amazon has refunded my money rs 503.13 in my punjab national bank account through upi on the date of 30/07/2022 but still i haven't received my money. Kindly help me. Amazon.in provided me the refund refrence number which is[[protected]].

      I have account in pnb bank branch badhni kalan am in UK now the reason I contact here my debit card is block and I need to reset my Internet banking transaction I can rest without debit card that is all ready block I contact with bank banks seniors zonal officer, complaint officer even principal officer they not help me after that I try with sign cheque they refuse that ask to visit in branch but after ageing so money complaint I got payment now they block my Internet banking mobile banking every where and asking me visit branch they giving lot of herisment now am realising if I makings complaint to principal officer but they still giving herisment to me what happened with people they don't know anything

        Respected Sir,

        I have an account in PNB Branch- Civil Lines, Bareilly(UP)- 243001. My account had zero balance for a long time so I deposited 400 Rs By Cash at 27/12/2021 but after some days the amount was deducted showing that for shortfall of QAB and others. Kindly help in reverse of my QAB Penalty amount. Also when I visited to branch at 12.05.2022, they said to pay 2557.16 Rs as penalty.

        Kindly look into this and help me in reversal of my QAB Penalty.

            Dear Sir,

            I Miss. Anusaya Sahoo, bearing the Punjab National bank account No. [protected] having the PNB rupay debit card no ending with 8341 have to say that I have done two online transactions through Amazon website through the above mentioned PNB debit card.
            Later due to product quality issues I had to cancel and return both of these products to Amazon .I also got a successful refund message from Amazon.
            Amazon has also provided me with the refund reference ID for your kind information. but it's a matter of regret that My own bank PNB couldn't process the transaction yet. However, the refund reference ID clearly stated that an amount of Rs. 3721 and Rs. 449 has already been received by PNB Bank.

            AMAZON INSTRUCTED ME TO CONTACT WITH BANK IMMEDIATELY BY SHARING THE REFERENCE ID. MENTIONED BELOW:

            1.Refund Reference # 30005120912091083666606
            Amount: Rs. 3721

            2. Refund Reference # 30005120852085123400135
            Amount: Rs. 449.10
            Refund Date: 07/04/2022

            But unfortunately PNB bank simply ignoring such issue and taking lightly. I have already put complaint several times at PNB bank. But Bank is saying no refund received. As its a RBI refund reference number, Bank can not deny this. Because this is the confirmation reference to amazon that bank has received the amount from amazon.

            kindly help me sir.

                Bank has frozen my debit account without providing any information. I am staying in Assam(Arrange) and my Bank account is in Patharighat . Customer care is asking me to visit Bank home branch.I have also linked my Aadhar and PAN details with bank recently.

                It is the third time I am facing the problem.

                Due to holiday the branch is closed, so now what should I do.

                  One of my order got cancelled by Amazon and they have refunded the payment into my PNB account via UPI which is not reflecting in PNB account.
                  Now Amazon is telling everything is sorted from there end as they have given RRN number and issue is with PNB.

                  Kindly help to sort this out as the amount is huge for me (around Rs 6500/-)

                    Hello, I had canceled a train ticket a few weeks ago. The refund of 230 rupees was successfully initiated on 21 april. And The refund amount was supposed to be credited into my account till around 29 April. But still I have not received the refund into my account. Upon contacting irctc they said that everything is successfully done from their side. And then I contacted bank and they are saying that this issue is from irctc side.
                    Plz look into the matter . I am attaching the details of refund.

                            Hello All,
                            I am existing customer or HDFC life insurance.

                            When I purchased hdfc policy, agent fooled me with some guranted benefit.. after 3 years of policy when I called hdfc they told me that there is no such component .

                            Hdfc representative told me that if I wish they can file complain in GBIC on behalf of me !

                            From here all fraud starts now ...

                            Next day I got a call from a person :
                            Vikram Nair : officer from GBIC .

                            He asked everything me about my hdfc policy and told me everything how agents fool people in this insurance policies.

                            So he said if I am not satisfied with my existing policy, GBIC & IRDA can assist me,
                            And he said, he can file a complain in hdfc and get my policy transfer to any other policy I want .

                            Post that his other team members calling me pretending as hdfc person's and asking not to change policy ...

                            GBIC person calls and told me that he got approval to get my hdfc policy freeze and amount which I paid to hdfc will be transferred to new policy which I will purchase !

                            But there is one condition that by 5 pm of same day I need to purchase a new policy...

                            He gave me options to purchase new policy with multiple other vendors

                            Like pnb MetLife, Aditya Birla etc...

                            From them he suggested me to go with pnb as it has guranted return, also he told me that policy will not be active unless I receive bond paper of policy, agree to them, sign them and read everything mentioned clearly that my amount from hdfc will be transferred in this account.

                            I had been given link for pnb MetLife website and asked to make payments and share payment receipt.

                            By seeing link I look pnb official link and I make payment & shared payment receipt to Vikram Nair from GBIC.

                            Now Vikram told me that he will ask pnb MetLife people to assign a dedicated manager to me so that I get direct help .

                            And now another person from same gang calls me as Sameer Rawal from pnb manager .

                            After 10 days I received my pnb policy documents, when I saw the documents there was no mention of amount transfer from hdfc to pnb and also this policy mentioned was for 22 years, while I had been told that my policy maturity is 3 years .

                            so when I asked sameer rawal for same to be mentioned in policy document than he told. me that, kindly ask vikram nair from gbic to inform pnb to generate a seperate letter to me stating hdfc amount transfer & meturity 3 years !

                            Vikram told me that yes he has asked pnb to generate this letter for me and in few days I should receive this letter .

                            its been 3 months now & I am chasing this both guys to get that letter..

                            can someone suggest, How to this fixed please 🙏😔

                              On 29/04/2022 I have received a payment of 3000rs through phonepe amount was credited to my account but not showing in my account balance.

                              "A/c XXXXXXXX029609 has been credited with Rs.3000 on[protected]:47:42 thru UPI.Helpline [protected].Register for e-statement, if not done."

                                I had opened a saving accounts with pnb bank on 1stfeb. When I dint recieved my debit card after one month I visited the bank again on 24Mar they said it’s under process and I will receive it. Till now I am chasing then still not received and also unable to contact their customer care

                                I am chasing them from almost 3month for debit card and now for online password. Will my complaint will ever be resolved
                                I haven’t heard anything from PNB bank, also now my netbanking is also been blocked and bank is not helping me

                                    An amount of Rs 4000 has not been credited to my account after being debited for a failed transaction. The failed transaction date is 12/04/2022.
                                    I have complained twice and now they have sent me two messages stating,

                                        Hello sir/mam,
                                        I had placed this order of GKI Premium 3 Star Plastic Table Tennis Ball, (White), Standard Size (order id[protected] priced at Rs. 343, on 29/03/2022. Due to certain reasons, I missed the delivery. So my order was cancelled automatically and the refund from Amazon was processed on 05/04/2022 successfully. I had made the payment through upi. Now my money hasn't been received yet.
