Sir, i m ur costomer from past 20 years and I have also a KCC from 18 years. I have been always satisfied with the sevices but from the day when new manager came I was very ill treated and not only me many of other costomers are treated like this because of his behavior many of the costomers were leaving the bank.I m thinking of doing the same.Sir this man refused to allow my brother's KCC by saying that there is no guarantee but guarantee...

Dear sir, in my account rs 8980 is refund money of my purchasing is credited by amazon india at 11/07/2018 . Which should be reflect in my account 16/07/2018 . Many times i called customer services of punjab national with refund reference no[protected] but they denied to take complain and process of charge dispute file. Kindly provide me proper solution and guide bank to locate my refunded transaction.

Pl send me rules for returning of cheque.
When the cheque is presented in clearing in the bank to be debited to certain a/c which has less balance at the time of presentation of cheque i.E. On 1.00pm
but at 2.00 pm that certain account is credited with sufficient funds to clear the cheque,
the official concerned at clearing desk return the cheque showing insufficient funds at 1.00 pm

This is in regards to a refund of INR 4098/- initiated by Paytm to my PNB Debit card no. 6070xxxxxxxx0541 on 18 June 2016.
My a/c no. is xxxx4241.

According to Paytm, amount of Rs 4098 has been successfully processed to Punjab National bank .

Paytm wallet/account belongs to my husband, Harvindar Chawla, linked to his mobile no. [protected]. He used my debit card to add funds to Paytm and make a payment...

I bought items in myntra and cancelled it in 20th june (order no- 1081356716033342851801)and was about to receive a refund of rs. 497.95 in my bank account within 30th of june. But its 6th july but i still have not received the amount. They provided me with the bank ARN no(30001081748171129792190).PNB Bank is continuously saying they cannot do anything with this ARN NO. They also said that i have not received any refund and tild me to check...

I used my net banking for payment of electricity bill of Rs. 2612 in favour of Essel Vidyut Vitran Pvt. Ltd. Muzaffarpur Bihar on 24.06.18. The above amount got deducted from my account and a receipt was also generated on Essel's portal confirming successful payment. The same is enclosed. This deduction is shown on 25.06.18 on my Net Banking statement with reference as 'TECHPROCE/[protected]/[protected]/

I Mohd Qasim belong to nai basti naugawan sadat in my locality there are two ATM of PNB.
But both of the ATM are not working. One ATM is situated near by the Branch But it always closed. I complaint so many time in head office of PNB. But they are not responding and our problem is not solving. people in our locality are in much trouble.
Please take action against the ATM as soon as possible....

On the morning of dated[protected] after reading debit messages received from bank on my registered mobile, I come to know that someone has done four transactions (5000, 5000, 5000 and 3200 (Total Rs. 18, 200/-) – bank statement...

Bank has debit cheque return charges rs. 354 /- (Signature mismatch) instead of 150 which is normal charges of every bank,
Abm using arrogant language with customer, not getting proper support from bank.

Why the bank has not inform before returning the cheque, they has to reversed this charges on my account immediately....

I complaint to p. N. B bank staff industriel area phase 2 chandigarh[ramdarbar] he was fraud me to my a/c number [protected] nd lose to cash 50, 000 rupees on[protected]. This bank staff withdraw cash on p.. N. B band rurki kasba bhadurgarh dist-patiala. Branch code 771000. This two bank jonit to in this fraud. He was very clever.

After i registered i didn"t get all of the services of mobile or internet banking and it shows me only dashboard and mailing services..
