Sir, My wife, Nidhi, did online Transaction for 2000 rs. at Paytm(Reference- ECOM 49051 One97 Communications) on Jul 29th, 2018 using debit card(PNB account number- [protected])at 7PM. Transaction got failed but Amount was debited from PNB account & amount is reflecting in pass book. Raised complaint regarding sameon July 30th, Complaint no- M[protected], But not resolved till yet.

Punjab National Bank [PNB] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I have not received my refund which was sent by Amazon online shopping...On contacting amazon they give reference number and asked to contact the bank ...But on contacting your bank the reply from your customer care was disgusting...I don't understand what to do
