As i have completed all my collateral attaching process and etc... The branch manager is of busy in shifting their branch we have waited for one month but now 2 and half months is gonna complete and the manager is still saying that i am completing the process and very bad impression is of created because of this and how do we startup the business when bank is of delaying of days without caring for the customers and their answers are as not upto the level..

    Ppf — ppf account 10 months interest not credit in my account


    Sir
    I opened my ppf account no. 366900ppf[protected] with name of suman in punjab national bank but, i changed my account from the punjab national bank to state bank of india in the month of 16 jan 2018.
    Now the ppf department has credited only two month of interest whereas it should be given of remaining 10 months as my money was not in use with me it was given ppf department.
    Please update my 10 months money in my sbi account ppf account. Account no:[protected]

      i am sending 10000/-rs for IMPS Date on 15/10/2018 & time 1:30 PM. But Not recived ther & Not help pnb customer care & PNB branch Officer .
      OTP not generate on my registered mob no (protected) I try many time but not success.I already send 3 email regarding OTP problem to mobile banking HO but not solve so far. My humble request to you pls solve OTP issue as early as possible.

        I am extremely disappointed with such mishappening and submit my grievance hereof.

          On 8th october ₹20000 has been deducted from my account in two transactions. But it was neither credited to merchant's account nor i got my refund. Please refund my amount soon. My bhim no is [protected] & account linked with it is of punjab national bank - [protected], ifsc code - punb0623900, micr code[protected].
          Sir please refund my money and don't credit it to merchant's account as i have paid cash to merchant after failure of payment through bhim.
          Punjab National Bank [PNB] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
          I have applied for PNB debit card 30 Days back and was told it will be issued in 10-15 Days and even after this I have been asking the branch and customer care for Confirmation however there is no information available.

          Bank and customer care are of no use.

              And the name of product is womens wallet cost of 399 Rs.
              And i have done the payment through cash on delivery and if i call to bank and ask the details they never response the cutomers properly like bank agents
              Please Verify the details and Refund the amount as soon as possible .

                I was doing transaction of 19000 from my pnb account [protected] through bhim to digi bank by dbs, but the transaction got failed still my money got deducted from my account and it has not been reversed. I just don't like this pnb # everyone same thing is happening and without complaint never money get reversed to the account. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible otherwise this time definitely i am going to take severe action against pnb.

                  Prasanjit mitra a senior manager with reputed PNB MetLife institution, has misspelled the policy,
                  by quoting that health insurance will be provided for 10 years if I continue to pay and not miss my premium,

                  As evidence to win trust of Me (Amit Khurana) as customer, he showed his PNB MetLife Employee ID card and engaged his peers names Ajay just in process to convince me of benefits of PNB MetLife Endowment plan;

                  So as I do not cancel my policy, he provided me with health insurance policy fro year 2004-15 (from star health insurance;
                  on investigation I found later that policy was issues by Divya mitra who was wife of prasanjit mitra;

                  I had provided all evidences to responsible mangers from PNB MetLife

                  I had written top GRO (grievance department of PNB MetLife in 2015 when I did not received my health insurance renewal in year 2015;
                  After that I followed up with PNB MetLife multiple times, and reported thsi issue when prasanjit mitra was working at Preet vihar branch;
                  PNB MetLife took no action hen prasanjit mitra was working with PNB MetLife;
                  So I should PNB MetLife as careless and in ethical organisation who sells its Insurance products by fooling, misguiding Prospective customer;
                  With all evidences against PNB MetLife, I openly challenge and label PNB MetLife as a cheat organisation who promotes its manager to mis-sell the insurance products;

                  As a responsible citizen, I will blog, TWEET and Facebook to citizens of India and my social circle friends and families to stay away from CHEAT ORGANISATION PNB METLIFE;

                  Rajan Srinivasan, Sanjeev vig (grievance department, PNB MetLife), Naveen garg & Sumit Choudhary (Preet vihar, branch), Sahil Rana(Gurgaon branch);
                  But despite knowing that PNB MetLife has told me lie while selling policy,
                  PNB MetLife which comprises of group of fraud and cheat officers has not taken any action to bring justice to me;
                  in safety of my friends, families and country nationals, I advice everyone to never buy PNB MetLife insurance products and stay away rom PNB bank as an institution;

                      I have redeemed the points from pnbrewardz to amazon pay balance but the points are not yet credited..
                      I have pnb rewardz points for rs.929. Which should be credited to the amazon paybalance.

                      When i visit their site, it is shown as they have shutdown the site.
                      Please credit points in amazon pay-balance as soon as possible

                        We are good and very old customer o[censored]r pnb bank. Our saving and current type of account are running in your bank also f. D of our institute. But last 3 months new staff of ballia bank branch mr abhay (Very distorted man) making many type of problem like, time of checq cash saying no signature match. Before mr. Abhay any other bank staff had clear this signature in last month. So it is not possible to discuss mr. Abhay every time these types of matter. Bank's are for good and easy survises and couprate for their customer., not for making day by day problem. When we say mr. Abhay to courage us he strictly said that he cannot do anything.                           amount got deducted twice but the card got declined while making payment

                          I tried making a payment of inr 1148 at big bazar, rajajinagar, banaglore on september 24th 2018 but the card got declined. I tried it again but it again showed declined status. There was enough money in my card. After i made a payment through cash but just then i received two messages of amount being deducted from my card. Inr 1148 got deducted twice which sums up to inr 2296. I tried calling the toll free number but it said that the number...

                            Sir. I am the customer of pnb chowki bagh bahadur, Mathura. am retired from DSC on 30 Apr 2018. I have recieved the individual ppo copy on june 30. Today i goes to bank to know about the ppo status Branch Manager behave rudely with me he said he is not my work to check your ppo. He said who the hell you are. How to dare to sit on the chair. The pnb staff of chowki bagh bahadur relationship with customer is very bad, So, i request you take an early and immediate action please.

                              I have paid through online payment of Property Tax Bill to SMC on 01st September 2018 for Rs.2595 = 00. Transaction was failed and debited amount of Rs.2595 = 00 from my bank account. So many time I am complaint to SMC and PNB through email and written communication with concerned bank statement and SMC failed transaction statement, but till date my complaint was pending and amount not credited in my account.

                              Since long time, I have paid Rs.2595/- of SMC property tax.So many times I have complaint about credit of Rs.2595/- to PNB, but till date not credited amount in my account. Already Two Months left for online failed transaction.

                                This refers to the aforementioned reference with regards to non transfer of rs316/ on account of recharge of mobile number [protected] from pnbrewardz to vodafone on 27.09.2018.
                                I, therefore, request your good self for for immediate transfer of payment for rs316/ to vodafone as nothing has happened inspite of addressing two letters to pnbrewardz on dated 27.09.2018 and 01.10.2018, respectively.

                                  In an imps transaction from PNB bank account amount was deduct from my account but not recieved in the beneficiary account and the transaction status was showing it as suspect transaction. Already complained to customer care but they are telling 7 working days. Why my money will be blocked for so many days. Pls look into the matter

                                    On dated[protected] at time 16:34 from kaimaiksha chouraha varanasi i use my pnb atm card for withdrawal rs.7000/- but i am not received money from bank of badoda atm kaimaiksha chouraha varanasi, and amount debited from my saving account . I am already complaint to pnb customer care at toll free number at same date .

                                      I purchased Drumstone 3D VR Box, Virtual Reality Headset Version 2.0 With Bluetooth Wireless Remote ₹579 from amazon on 07-Sep-2018 and done full payment by Cash on Delivery but order was return on sep-11-2018 and now amazon is saying that refund has been send to bank. So contact customer service and file charge dispute they had given me a no. reference no. HSBCN[protected]
                                      But customer service is saying they can file nothing like charge dispute and can only check if money came to your account or not.
                                      Same behaviour by branch also.
                                      Don't know what to do pls help
