I bought two products from amazon at rs 1364 but the order was cancelled. The amazon replied that the refund has been processed successfully on 8/28/2018. The amount should reflect in your account by 9/3/2018.

The Authorization Code (Refund Reference Number) for the transaction is[protected].

In case you do not receive the refund within 5 business days, please contact your bank’s customer care and mention the above Authorization Code (Refund Reference Number). Please remember that you will have to call your bank’s customer care center and not visit the branch for this query.
I queried the bank but he said that no money are pending . I haven't received money. Please help me soon.

    I purchased q7 docoole k068 mini karaoke player wireless condenser ₹1044 from amazon on 17/09/2018 and done full payment cash on delevery but item was wrong on 21/09/2018 and now amazon is saying that refund has been send to bank. So contact customer service and file charge dispute they had given me a no. Refund reference#hsbcn[protected].
    But customer service is saying they can file nothing like charge dispute and can only check if money came to your account or not.
    Same behaviour by branch also.
    Don't know what to do

      But as a today is 27sept.2018 and we didn't receive my refund, we have many time call to amazon service and punjab national bank, but still that bank is not given my refund, its a request to you can u please solve this problem, i hope you will be understand and give my money back.

        Hi sir/mam,

        My self sanjay singh malik consumer no-610920 in sirsi gas agency sambhal up. The issue is that my subsidy not come from february 2017. When i ask to the gas agency then he will say that your bank unlinked the account to npci & say go to your bank and linked again to 'npci' when i go to the bank then he will say that your account will be linked soon. But still my account not linked to npci. When i will go to the bank again and meet to the bank manger he will also say same as previous your account will b linked soon but still not account not linked. All people of bank slew around & around.

          Sir pichle 1 month se account open karne kai liye mai punjab national bank bagarpur moradabad branch mai chakkar lga rahi hu. Par na to branch manager baat sunn rahe hai na koi staff. Kah rahe hai ki account open nhi kiya jayega. Sabhi document compleate karne kai baad bhi accoumt open karne se mana kar rahe hai. Branch manager se pucho to kahte hai bahar baat kro. Please help me.           I am not getting my pension arrears from dated 27.03.2016 to Dec 2017. I have complained in branch many times to pay my pension arrears but they don't taking attention on me and doesn't resolving my problem.
          I withdraw cash from Ladosarai delhi FROm SBI ATM WITHDRAWAL ID[protected] my amount has been deducted but cash not received i immidiately informed to customer care against complaint no-SRA[protected]. & MANY TIME i visited pnb branch ladosarai but no body responding .

            I had purchased 2 sneakers from myntra and i cancelled the order, the online shopping portal claims that they have initiated the refund but the money is not being reflected in my account. When i contacted the back they said that they are helpless and they cannot do anything as they are not able to see the amount credited to my account but on the other hand i have been provided with the refund reference no. For my transaction which is "[protected]" for rs. 2406 and another refund reference no. For another transaction is "75105178257001322715754" for rs. 2406.
            The online shopping site says that the refund is given within 7-10 days if you shop with your debit card. And i cancelled the items on 13th of september and it's already been more than 10 days and i haven't received the refund yet. Please kindly help me out with the same and i need my refund back as soon as possible.

            I have also withdrawn the account statement and that my money has been deducted but it never got credited again and when I contacted the myntra they asked me to dispute the transaction with pnb as 'Refund not processed'.

            It's been already more than 24 hours but the bank is still unresponsive till now. I need my refund back ASAP.

              Hello sir my Punjab and national account no is [protected] and my atm card is expired now and i havnt received new AtM uptill now .please despatch it ASAP ..thankyou in advance and if i can apply it through online banking then tell me the procedure as i cant visit bank.                 I purchased some items amounting to rs.529 from needs 24 departmental store, sec-110 ats one hamlet, noida on 30th august 06:21 pm.. I did card payment but my card was declined once so i had to pay again but the money was deducted twice from my account and when contacted tge store they said they had received it only once and my money must be stuck in gateway somewhere. So please refund me my money... Its been 23days and i still haven't received my money.

                  With reference to subject matter as i have transferred an amount of rs.2500/- from my punjab national bank account no-[protected] my another bank a/c inbank of baroda bearing account no-sb[protected]on dated 19th of september'2018 but to confirm you that as of now there is no transaction effected to beneficiary account nor it reversed to my pnb account..

                    I have purchased an item on flipkart on 7 sep 2018. I have paid Rs.14999/- for the product. After that i have cancelled my order online.Flipkart had done refund on my debit card on same day, they also provided me their transaction reference no- "Refund Update: Thanks for reaching us. Seller has refunded Rs. 14999 to your debit card on 7 sept 2018 and it will be credited by17 sept 2018. In case of any delay, please check with your bank using bank transaction id:5362408676816528303083. You can find your bank's customer care number behind your credit/debit card or on their website. Regards, Flipkart".

                    Bank says that u have to wait for 45 days and your complaint will be resolved within 45 working days.I still not getting any amount credited from bank.I have faced many times this issue while paying through pnb debit card.I am tired doing this repetitive procedure again and again.How can people go cashless if they are facing this issue again and again.Now onwards i will think twice before making online payment.better use cash.

                    i have visited pnb bank tried relinking of aadhaar but still the subsidy going to hdfc account which i am not using any more.

                      Sir mera ac banda pnb main branch me hai mere is branch me 10a/c chal rahe hain aaj tak kabhi fraud nhi hua but ek new manager (Mohit chaudhary) ke aane se pure bank me ghaple chalu ho gaye hain mera r. D ac ×××××××[protected] hai isme inhone 22671 ka gaban kiya aur bahut hi rude behaviour kiya hai badtmizi bhi ki hai kya koi apne 15years old coustmer ke saath aisa kar sakta hai aur ye bhi kaha hai ki aapko jo dikhaye pade kar lo 15 a/c band karne ki dhamki bhi di hai kaha li 15 a/c close karne se mughe koi fark nahi padta agar aapme jyda pressure dala to main aaple pure a/c band kar dunga...
                      So... Mai aap logo se request karta hun ki mera matter r. D ka solve kiya jaye nahi to mai kaanunny process karne ke liya baadhya huga jiske jimmedaar aap log honge my contact no [protected], [protected]

                          I ve not get the refund of rs 190 till now after 10 days of initiation. Amazon cust. Cr. Said that it will reflect after 5 days but 10 days has passed and it has not shown. They say to file a charge reciept in bank but bank says there is no such process and referl code is useless. And problem is on their side. So giive me my money as soon as possible.

                              At the time of taking policy, pnb metlife advisor/agent told me that this is one time payment policy. I already informed that i am on age of 60 n not able to make premium every year. He cheated me. Now pnb metlife forcing me to make payment otherwise policy is lapsed.

                              I do not know 70-80% insurance taken by all insurance co. Like this except lic. All insurance co. Advisors/agents make people fool. As documents are in english, people are not able to understand co's features. There is no control of government.

                              Kindly do the needful.

                                I had requested the bank to please transfer my ppf amount with interest to my savings a/c of pnb bank vapi (Gujarat). My ppf a/c started from[protected] and maintained to[protected]. My ppf and savings a/c detail as given below and also attached scan copy of both a/c passbook.

                                1) ppf a/c detail.

                                Branch – pnb bank, civil lines,

                                2) savings a/c detail.

                                Still there is no assistance provided from the bank i had mailed to the pnb branch, its hierarchy executives & its complaint centre no such response is given please help me

                                  I purchased honor 7x from amazon on 04/09/2018 and canceled it aftrr one hour. It was purchased for 14999/-.Amazon has initiated the refund. But it does not reflect in my account about 7 days. They have given me refund reference no 286404 and told me about charge dispute but customer care and brancj of bank is there is no such thing. Pnb is offering no helpful service. There staff is very rude. And they are not giving their services properly. Please help me. I will be very thankful to u.

                                    I have been locked out of my online account and been trying to activate for last few months without any success. Every time i go to the branch there is no electricity so i am told it cannot be activated. The electricity goes off in ranikhet every single day. Sometimes for over 24 hours at a stretch. Surely there is some other way to activate the account. Besides this i am unable to use my card for on line payment because every time the otp comes too late to use it or does not come at all.                                       I am senior citizen saving account holder in pnb kakrola mor new delhi. My a/c was transferred from army post office in dec 2017. I was paid interest up to oct2017 by post office and there after by pnb. However interest of one quarter (Oct to dec 17) is not paid to me. The bank statement reflects that the same has been paid but not credited to my a/c.
                                      The bank manager is not co-operating at all despite my request to go through the matter but all in vain. He is compelling me to lodge a registered complaint. I have recorded his furious arguments in my mobile. My details are as.

                                        Most humbly and respectfully I want to say that my debit card is not deliver on the given address. I also contact to the post office but he is not responding any conclusion. Then finally I go to home branch but he told me that you contact to customer care to solve your problem recently i called customer care but he also told me that I am helpless I can't help you. You contact to branch manager. Then I lastly harassed and complain to you please solve my problem immidiately. I am very thankful to you. :)
