Myself Harinder Singh Saini is having saving account no. [protected] in Punjab national bank, Dhandari kalan, Ludhiana (Near Gaispura railway crossing) and using internet banking since many years.
On the morning of dated[protected] after reading debit messages received from bank on my registered mobile, I come to know that someone has done four transactions (5000, 5000, 5000 and 3200 (Total Rs. 18, 200/-) – bank statement and screen shot of messages received from bank attached herewith) in my account by using internet banking service in night from 11.40pm to 00.15am without receiving any OTP for these transactions at my registered mobile number. Complaints launched to bank and banking ombudsman are attached herewith for your reference, but still no action has been taken by the bank and banking ombudsman (Complaint number [protected], dated[protected].
I have been never shared my login and transaction password with anyone in the past. Now, I have been blocked my internet banking service with the help of PNB customer care and complaint sr. no. for the same is M[protected], Dated[protected].

Office of the banking ombudsman against my complaint number 04/4614, 4615/[protected], dated 09 Feb., 2018, Mr. Sushil Chander Thippiyal CWIT0184 has given decision as under : Bank has replied that as card credentials were leaked, bank, on humanitarian ground compensating the complainant Rs.4000/- has been credited in to complainant account.
The bank and office of banking ombudsman has taken this decision individually with any consent of customer. They are giving only 22% compensation without any fault of customer. This is totally a lapse of banking system.

I have been harassed by bank since this period and I spent around Rs. 1, 00, 000/- on transportation, filing work, leaves from my duties, medicines taken etc. while this particular harassment. So, I request you that please help me to get the above said compensation from bank.
