Address: 8H/19 Bahadurpur housing colony near Zoological survey of India

I have not received my refund amount of Rs 836.19 for the train cancellation using debit card The tickets were booked using Amazon pay. I have talked to Amazon customer care, they said they have successfully processed the refund . They have shared the RRN number 920007. But PNB customer care executive said that no such refund amount is credited to my account. So help me in getting my refund back

    I ordered on amazon on the date 14th november of the sum of total 590 inr.
    Then i cancelled it the same day and amazon initiated the refund which was expected to show in bank acount till 19th November but I haven't got the refund till now

      Have ordered shoe from Amazon but didn't like the product so I requested for refund.. As I have done payment from PNB bank debit card my refund will come to orginal payment method .. AMAZON has initiated the refund on 15 and shown refunded on 20 and they provide me reference number also .. Punjab National Bank till now didn't credited this amount

        My name is Lokendra Pratap Singh, I ordered a product on 2nd october 2021 with order id[protected],[protected] of 13940 Rs, which i made prepaid payment .
        And After few Hours i cancelled my order for some reasons on 2nd october itself. My refund is initiated on 2nd october 2021 at 07:03pm with the reference id[protected].
        Amazon told me that the refund will reflect in my bank account till 8th October 2021. But today is 22nd November no refund is reflected in my account . I talked to amazon they told me to quote the refund reference number[protected]. to your bank, but when i quote the RRN Number they say they don't get any refund then i file charge dispute form, their answer is same no Refund is credited in your account .
        Then I file a consumer complaint against amazon whether they refund my amount or not on 22nd October with Grievance Number: 3046778 then I got reply from consumer court on behalf of amazon that they credited the amount to same upi id with Reference Number[protected]. So it is proofing that amazon has refunded my amount to the bank account through upi, But bank is denying Continuously .

        Then I complaint against PNB bank on[protected] with Grievance Number: 3067118, then i got reply on[protected] that "Merchant Chargeback for the mentioned UPI transaction has been rejected by the Beneficiary Bank i.e. Axis Bank " I don't understant the reply of my bank what they are trying to say I Attached the bank complaint and reply .
        I really don't know what to do, whether it is fault by bank or amazon, So i am rising a query what to do i complaint for both, amazon is saying the have refunded and bank is denying .

        I request you to please investigate the refunded amount in my bank account that is to be credited through upi . In amazon pay it is showing successful that is linked with my account . I attach the refund screenshot, bank Compaint and Amazon complaint, that is proofing, the amount is credited from Amazon and Please credit my payment, I don't receive any refund in my amazon wallet or anything, It should Be credited to my bank account Through upi only .<<<<< The Refund Reference Number[protected]

              Sir,
              I have ordered a book named Mathematics Exemplar Class X on 31/3/2021. But I have not received my product. So I cancelled the order and requested for refund.
              Amazon initiated the refund on[protected] .They gave me the reference id - 30005110901090199410721 but the bank name Punjab National Bank has still not credited my money.
              This is urgent please help me as soon as possible.

                A joint either or survivor A./c opened. The cheque book issued and both the names of the holders printed on the cheque book. Only one account holder can operate the account because the other name is not entered in the system, Then again both the account holders have to go the bank to meet the manager. The manger gets ALL forms filled for the 2nd time.
                Again a cheque book is issued . This time only one name of the holders name is printed on the cheque book. Again both the account holders are called to the bank to fill and sign a form for a new cheque book, The bank official ( Mr. Jitender ) asks say why do you want both names on the cheque book.
                I had 3 accounts in this branch I got 2 closed due to this behaviour. Now this one also I will get closed within 2 months
                The bank officials say they have 30000 accounts in this branch so they do not have the time.
                The bank employees say they have 30, 000 accounts in the branch so they have no time and are rude to the clients. Their main purpose is the postponed things .
                A young woman started Crying loudly ( a COVID widow) because all were being rude to her.

                  Dear Sir,

                  Subject: Wrong PAN Entry registered against current account # [protected] ‘Shri Shyam Dal Basin’ used to deposit Cash in this account

                  I submitted a letter to PNB Branch in Aundh on 2nd Sept 2021. This is regarding PAN entry using My PAN AAZPS8648F against the current account of the above-said account to deposit Cash at “PNB, PNB-HO, Finance Division, 1st Floor, (E Wing), 5 Plot No 4, Sector 10 Dwarka, New Delhi 110075.

                  Please note that CASH has been deposited (Form 26AS attached) using my PAN Number which has nothing to do with me as an individual taxpayer, nor do I have any relationship with the said account holder.

                  I received a message from “Care” mentioning that it is being looked into – however, it is now over 3 weeks, hence escalating the matter once again.

                  Kindly correct the transaction and also send in a Correction statement to the Income Tax Department for reversing the entry against my PAN Number, this will enable me to file my returns.

                  I would appreciate a response on the correction that needs to be done.

                      I ordered an item worth rs 1199 on 22 sep via pay on delivery but cancelled it later.
                      As per Amazon they initiated a credit of 1199 on 1 Oct at 12:59 pm ist. And it was confirmed to be issued by them.

                      I am a retired super senior citizen. My pension for November, 2021 not credited as yet. Has there been any issue, not known to me?

                            I am Vipul pandey from UP . I made a deposit of Rs. 9, 000/- into the 'Cash Deposit Machine' on 12-Nov-2021, time 17.10 min (approx) at the ATM located at the PNB branch: Shahpur Gorakhpur, U.P. After depositing the money the CDM machine responded "The machine is out of service" and i didn't get any receipt of the deposited Amount . I gave a written application to the branch Manager 'Shahpur Branch' for related to this issue but not get any better result . Please help in resolving my problem as it is a huge amount for me .                               I placed an order on Amazon on 1st October 2021 of amount Rs 22999 through UPI. However I cancelled it after 10 minutes. Amazon refunded the amount on 2nd October 2021 and told that it would be credited within 5 working days. However the amount has yet not been credited.                                       I booked 2 train tickets for Jaipur to Lucknow. I had to cancel one of the ticket on 16th Oct. MakeMyTrip told me that I would get my refund by 2nd Nov. Today, it is 12th Nov and I still haven't received my refund. I contacted them and filed a complaint. I even provided them with my bank statement and co-operated with them. After a few days they called me back and told me that from their side they had already processed the refund and that I should check with my Bank (Punjab National Bank). They provided me with a booking reference number to check with the bank. I wrote a mail to the customer care of my bank with all the details of the ticket and booking reference number that MakeMyTrip provided me.
                                      But I just got a system generated reply from them that my refund hasn't been credited. I mailed them again as I wished to file a complaint. I wanted them to use that booking reference number and track the refund. But once again I received a system generated reply that my refund hasn't been credited. There was no proper reply or anything acknowledging that I wanted to file a complaint.

                                      They called me and took the issue seriously and registered my complaint. I received my refund after more than a month but I'm happy I received it.

                                      *Correction- I cancelled my ticket on 15th Nov.

                                      This is very rude way to handle a customer. I never expected that such a big bank will have such a incompetent service.
                                      I need them to take my issue seriously and get back to me with a proper reply and thorough check about my refund. My refund amount is Rs.1375/-

                                        Sir, I had made a payment on amazon through UPI from my PNB account on 03 October 2021 but later on i cancelled it due to some reasons but as of now i haven't received my refund, As I have already talked to amazon for refund they said that they had successfully initiated it but it has not been credited to my account yet.
