Address: B2/402, Puranik Aldea Espanola Phase 2 Cooperative Housing Society, Mahalunge, Opposite Hotel Orchid, Pune-411045 Maharashtra

Fixed Deposit Account No. [protected] dated 23.12.2020 (w.e.f. 13.11.2020) for Rs for Rs 74, 255/- (Principal Amount) Rs 78, 192/- (Maturity Amount) was sent to Punjab National Bank Indirapuram Branch at Niti Khand-I, on 09.11.2021 by Speed Post and the same was received by them on 11.11.2021. But in spite of repeated follow ups the renewed FDR has not been received. In the letter it was mentioned that the renewed FDR should be sent to Pune address at B2/402, Puranik Aldea Espanola Phase 2 Cooperative Housing Society, Mahalunge, Opposite Hotel Orchid Pune-411045, Maharashtra. None of the landline numbers are working. The FDR was in favour of my wife K Saraswathi. Her email id is [protected]@yahoo.com.

    I retired from the Ministry of Environment & Forests, Govt. of India, in January, 2002. PNB being close to my residence, I opted to open my Pension Payment Account at PNB, Garpar Branch, A P C Road, Kolkata - 700009.
    So long my Pension was credited regularly on time, but my Pension for November, 2021 not credited as yet.
    My colleagues who retired with me and opted SBI as Pension Payment Bank, received November, 2021 on time.
    Request for credit of November, 2021 pension immediately.

      Since my retirement from the Ministry of Environment & Forests, Govt. of India, in January, 2002, I am having my pension Account with Punjab National Bank, Garpar Branch, A P C Road, Kolkata - 700009.
      I never encountered such delayed credit of pension as it is today, November, 2021 pension has not been credited as yet. My Colleagues, who opened their Pension Account in SBI do not have this problem.
      Please credit my pension of November, 2021 immediately without further delay under an intimation to me.

                I ordered a product (PALOMINO Polo 5 Layer 30 * 30 inch Wall Mount Modern Kitchen Utensils Dish Rack Stainless Steel Kitchen Rack Utensil Rack Utensil Stand 54% off ) in Amazon.in on 09-Nov-2021.But Amazon itself cancelled the Order because of incorrect Pincode.Amazon ask to provide Refund amount within 3-5working days.But Still i not received the Amount.                   I ordered a product from an e-commerce website named Amazon on[protected]. And cancelled on[protected]. The refund was processed on[protected] by e-commerce website. Amazon gave me refund reference id 75105171322001249707591 by email and in email they mentioned that refund processed. The e-commerce website refund policy is of 2 to 5 business days.                           The order was successfully returned on this day and refund and reference id is given from Amazon side but amount hasn't been credited in my account yet. It's been 15 days. I had contacted pnb through [protected]@pnb.co.in but they are telling no refund is credited and amazon on other side is telling to raise the issue in bank.
