Sir,
my transaction of Rs.6000 in HDFC ATM Nuhon Colony ropar
punjab On 08/02/2018 time 19:40 pm got failed and i received
nothing and got a message of debited of rs 6000 in my account. then i file a written complaint at my home branch punjab gramine bank, sarsa nangal, ropar and they give me a toll free no. [protected] to file the complaint. and i did so. very hardly it connected to customer care of PNB bank on 20/02/2018 at 09:17 pm and finally they registered my complaint. my complaint no. is K[protected].but still till date they didn't refund my payment of rs 6000 back in abank account.
so plz resolve this issue as soon as possible..thanks.

    I tried to withdraw an amount of inr 1000 from shakarpur central bank atm (Code - f30n166907). The transaction was unsuccessful, however the amount got debited with inr 10, 000. I received notification from bank regarding the deduction. I went to atm to check but there was no security. I have already lodged a complain to my concerned bank (Pnb). My complaint id is m[protected].
    Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible.

    Its been 7 days of lodging my complaint and still i haven't received any call, message or email about my complaint status except the feedback of 'complaint being received'.
    I am so unsatisfied with the working efficiency of the bank.
    I am a student and for me Rs 10, 000 matters a lot and they are being so late and inefficient about it.

      I'm gopesh kumar sao. I have deposited 5300 rupees in my account on 31 dec 2017 from cdm (Nehru nagar bhilai). The machine had shown all the details are correct but money is not credited to my account. I have contacted the bank manager but they not provide the satisfactory response. My money has not yet come to my account.

      I want my money to credit to my account as soon as possible.

          I am vikash kumar nathani and situated my pnb a/c no. Is-[protected]. Regstrd mobl. No. Is - [protected]. Transction atm id - na304100.
          (Atm at regent thearter patna)

          I want to say that on[protected] at 1:38pm i withdraw the amoumt of 10000rs through atm. When i withdraw through atm the amount deduct from my a/c but atm did not withdrawl any cash. After sumtimes its shows times out. When i withdraw through atm my current blnc is - 39374rs. And after deduction my blnc is 29374rs. Then i do 2nd transction it will be given me cash of 10000rs so now available balance is - 19374rs. Still i didnot get my money back of my 1st transction so please give my money back as soon as possible. Thankyou!!

                I have booked my two ticket on 27 feb 2018 through redeem my pnb credit card rewardz points and make card payment of rs 74 for 1 march 2018 show at miraj cinema m4u, ghaziabad. But when i went to see movie at miraj cinema, cinema guy said that ticket booked for 27 feb 2018 and not for 1 march 2018, and now pnb not returning my money and my rewardz points. Its pnb fault for wrong date booking the ticket

                      Respected Sir / Madam,
                      I Sandeep Anil Salve maintaining salary account with PNB, my account no. is [protected]. I made transaction in PNB ATM, Near Shaheed Park, Jagdalpur Dist-Bastar 494001, C.G state on 18.02.2018 for Rs. 7500/- & 7000. I got the message from the ATM that transaction timed out for twice. When I checked my account, then I came to know that, my account was debited for Rs.7000 & 7500. Then I went to the pnb Jagdalpur branch where I am maintaining the account. Then branch manager told me that you have to register complaint on customer care toll free number [protected]. After that I called this nuber on 21.02.2018 around 8.30 am. Then customer care executive registered my complaint for these transactions with complaint no. A[protected], A[protected] & A[protected] and assured me that the issue will be rectified within 7 working days. So as per this assurance 7 days were already completed on 01.03.2018 yet my account is not credited with the same amount.
                      As I am facing lot of problems towards paying the house rent, my children school fees, loan EMi and other critical problem. Hence request you to clear the payment within a day or else I am going to die.
                      So please remit my amount with compensation as per RBI policy and also remit Rs.100000/- as a compensation for mental harrassment.

                        On 23rd february i had loaded money through my debit card of punjab national bank to kotak 811 account. The amount of 5000 rupees was debited from my punjab national bank account but was not credited to my kotak 811 account due to transaction failure. But till now my money has not been refunded back to my punjab national bank account.

                            I had purchased a seven sweater sofa set in the year 2014 from a dealer at nadaun, hamirpur, himachal pradesh. After about 20 months single seater showed cracks on the arm rest and within two months each seat had cracks on the arm rests. The said cracks are widening day by day and i am enclosing the photographs for your reference. I request to kindly look into this aspect as i am a diehard fan of your company and i don’t want to get disappointed.

                                Dear sir,
                                This is with the full pain i am writing this letter, as my pension were not updated and arrears were not paid, which were due since sep'16. After waiting for long time i approach to my jt. Cda (Af) for the same on my request they issued the letter no. Dsa/af/pension r/670726 dated 13.11.17 to your ccpp circle office, feroze gandhi mkt., pakhowal road ludhiana, which were not entertain by them as that was not my ccpp..
                                On 19.01.18 again i approach to my jt. Cda (Qf) subratoo park office and once agai they

                                Issued the rectify letter no. Dsa/af/pension r/670726 dated 19.01.18 to my delhi ccpp which is gurudwara road, karol bagh new delhi office.
                                And personalty i approach to my branch lodhi road, new delhi-110003, and hand over the photo copy of the same letter to the concerned offical for doing the needful, and it was promised me to do the same thing within 10 to 15 days. But it almost 1 1/2 month passed i could not got the same which on my par friends were got in 2016 itself.
                                For your reference i am enclosing both the letter to you.
                                Second thing i write so many mails to my branch and ccpp but all are in vein.

                                    Sir,

                                    With deep anguish i want to inform you that the conduct of pnb, madhubam, manager is very shocking and unbelievable. He used to defer the work, it is impossible to get any work from him. He is good actor showing extreamely busy. Initially, we have deposits in this branch upto 2.00 crores now left only 25.00 lakh.

                                    He requires applications all the time and then postpone the work for next day. He usual execuse is server not working.

                                    From last six months i am asking him a copy of my fdr of rs 1.50 lakh, he used to misplace application and ask again and again. He used to debit the charges for services which i am not taking like sms, atm facility.
                                    He assured to reverse these charges, but nothing.

                                    I request to order for closing of my all accounts or transfer to nearby branch as soon as possible. It is impossible to change his behaviour because reputation of this branch. Is same. Also, i dont trust on pnb at all whose server is also out of order.

                                      fir mujhe bola gaya ki apko 2 days k andar ek project report ready krni hai uski fees apko rs..2200/- (name - sunilverma, a/c no -[protected], ifsc code-punb0444200) pe maine rs.2200/- deposit kr diye fir mujhe bola gaya ki apka loan ab 2-3 din me ho jayega. fir mere pass call aaya ki apko 16675/- ki punjab nationl bank ki ek policy karni hogi jise bank bank gurantee k roop me rakh legi fir mujhe se 16675/- amount dene ko kaha maine kaha apne bob mobile banking k through transfer kar diye uske baad us person ka koi call ni pick ho raha hai or na hi number lag raha hai. please sir meri help kariye mere sath bahut sari problem chal rahi hai.

                                        I had withdrawn Rs - 5000 on[protected] from my PNB Account No - [protected] . Transaction was not completed but amount was deducted from my account. I had contacted with your customer care executive but my issue was not resolved.Complaint no is M[protected].Kindly refund the amount as soon as possible because i am in need of money now.
                                        Punjab National Bank [PNB] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
