According to subject mentioned issue, I made two transactions through BHIM app on 12/3/2018 by "[protected]@upi"Id. from my SBI a/c.to my another bank account i.e. UBI a/c.both time amount debited from account, but not credited in sent UBI a/c no.this was happened due to upi id, which shown valid, when I checked before sending the amount.
sir, both transaction Id are 1) Id[protected] for Rs. 100/- and[protected] for Rs.8900/- I contant both BHIM care and SBI support. by their mail, they inform me that the amount sent by me was credited in PNB a/c no xxx-xxx-3377.
I complete the procedure to return money to "[protected]@upi"but request failed after valid time.It's Transaction Id is[protected] for Rs. 100/- and[protected] for Rs.8900/-
further, I am in contact with BHIM & SBI support, but not satisfied response. I kindl requesting you to check all transactions and kindly refund the total of Rs.9000/- of boyh transaction.
I am contacting you because the amount is credited to PNB a/c holder may be name by RAVINDRAKUMAR. My name is also start same.But I have no account in PNB.
SO KINDLY CHECK THE ISSUE AND REFUND THE AMOUNT IN MY SBI ACCOUNT.
