I bag to say that my name is dheeraj kumar s/o shashi ranjan kumar. Account no:- [protected] (In pnb bank).

It is to inform you that on 15-march-2018 at 16:45min. I tried to withdraw an amount of rs 10, 000/- from atm of canara bank at abulane, meerut but the transaction did not materialise. I booked a complaint no:- m[protected] immediately at the call centre. I was told that the amount will be credited back to my a/c in 2 days but it is regretted that even after 6 working days the amount has not been received back.
Kindly take immediately action to retrieve my amount as i am in dire need of cash.

Then i went pnb arodrame and chavani branch kota rajasthan but they said that mudra loan is not available in this bank, only we give big loans as upto crore rupees and chavani pnb branch said that mudra loan is not available.
      Please give me a mudra loan for my startup bussiness.

        Respected sir,
        According to subject mentioned issue, I made two transactions through BHIM app on 12/3/2018 by "[protected]@upi"Id. from my SBI a/c.to my another bank account i.e. UBI a/c.both time amount debited from account, but not credited in sent UBI a/c no.this was happened due to upi id, which shown valid, when I checked before sending the amount.
        sir, both transaction Id are 1) Id[protected] for Rs. 100/- and[protected] for Rs.8900/- I contant both BHIM care and SBI support. by their mail, they inform me that the amount sent by me was credited in PNB a/c no xxx-xxx-3377.
        I complete the procedure to return money to "[protected]@upi"but request failed after valid time.It's Transaction Id is[protected] for Rs. 100/- and[protected] for Rs.8900/-
        further, I am in contact with BHIM & SBI support, but not satisfied response. I kindl requesting you to check all transactions and kindly refund the total of Rs.9000/- of boyh transaction.
        I am contacting you because the amount is credited to PNB a/c holder may be name by RAVINDRAKUMAR. My name is also start same.But I have no account in PNB.
        SO KINDLY CHECK THE ISSUE AND REFUND THE AMOUNT IN MY SBI ACCOUNT.

                I am selected in jnu ceeb 2018.
                I have applied for jnu ceeb choice filling form of 2018 for MSc. Biotechnology.At 15 march 2018, I deposited the initial security fees of Rs.2500 using debit card of Punjab National Bank.I got a message that money is debited from my account, but I don't received any confirmation mail from jnu and I don't know that my form is submitted or not.

                  I was paying rupee 500 through net banking for RRB(railway recruitmemts board). But my payment is not paid and my balance deduct from my account. So can you please refund my balance.
                  I was adding money to an online wallet, the money got deducted from the account but never got added to the wallet. Even the redirection page after paying through net banking failed, after payment it never confirmed payment and was unresponsive for a long time until I had to kill the page. Kindly resolve ASAP

                      I am customer of pnb having saving account no. [protected]. On swapping atm card on 15.03.2018 (At 6.24 pm) at milkhi ram & sons petrol pump, hamirpur, the payment could not be made, showing transaction failed. The card was swapped three time. But, at 6.33 pm, three sms for debit of rs 1750/- each (Total rs. 5250/-) has been received. Contacted the bank branch, it was suggested to contact customer care.
                      Complaint e-mailed to customer care on 16.03.2018. The bank customer care executive could be contacted on 17.03.2018. It was told that the complaint has been registered and shall be settled in next 45 days.

They suggest me to file the charge dispute form but bank say me that is not any process to charge dispute. I forced them but not agree to chagre dispute. Plz solve my problem last nd final you are my hope.

                            Please note that i had a debit of amount rs. 9500 from my account - [protected] on 02/01/2018 through imps - out/[protected]/sbin0016018/[protected].
                            The same amount has never been credited to the respective sbi account number - [protected].
                            Further more, its been close to 3 months now but till today i have not received any assistance or help from my branch manager, online customer support or net banking portal, after filling complaints and requests to all of them. The branch manager of pnb, sector 10a, khandsa road, mr. Manoj kumar says that he is clueless about the transaction and cannot help me in this regard.

                            Pnb banks are looting people like this and helping people like mr. Neerav modi. I really doubt whether i would get any help after doing all this or not.

                              To whomsoever it may concern:

                              With reference to the above mentioned subject, please note that i hold a pnb savings account and had tried to withdraw rs.7500 from a non-pnb atm in chandigarh on march 3. The atm did not dispense any cash, but my account was debited with the same amount. I had filed a complaint on the same day - complaint no. - m[protected], but even after 13 days this has not been redressed despite numerous calls to pnb's customer service. I have also written emails to pnb, none of which has been answered. Feeling highly irate at the total absence of customer responsiveness in pnb.

                                  I have a savings account in punjab national bank prashant vihar branch. On 4th february a transaction of rs. 5625.24 was done through payumoney app from my savings account which was not done by me. Please note that i have never ever used payumoney application as well as i am not registered with this app. I did not even received a notification regarding deduction of my money. Pnb users have been facing alot of issue regarding their facilities and therefore we were not able to update our passbooks. I have registered a complaint at pnb's customer care number but they are not assuring anything. At first they said this would be resolved in 2 days and after 2 days they say that it would take minimum 45 days. Bank executive are also not saying anything on this matter.
                                  I want my refund back. And no clue would i get my money back. This is something just not acceptable by punjab national bank. Scams like this would hamper not only our accounts safety but the loyality they share with the customers.

                                    This is with reference to the use of punjab national bank atm located at dwarka sector 13 metro station. I used my yes bank debit card and tried to withdraw rs 2, 000/- on 16 march 2018 at 8:45:41am.

                                      I didnt received my refund from the flipkart yet. Their promised date and time is over.
                                      I lost the faith in both flipkart and punjab national bank. Still the refund is not credited to punjab national bank account. Why the online commercial sites are doing this, with this people will lost their trust for them.

                                        I tried to withdraw 4000 from an atm (In goregaon, mumbai; around 7.00 p. M.) and it showed an error saying "the last transaction was cancelled". But the machine did not dispense any cash and yet the amount was debited from my account.
