My PNB A/C no is [protected] I had made an ATM transaction of RS 5000/- on dated 05-03-18 from same bank ie PNB ATM near SRM university Modinagar but amount deducted from my account but cash did not disburse by ATM i wait for some time but money did not comes out from machine after that i again made a transaction of Rs 500/- which was successful and i got Rs 500 but did not get first transaction amount ie Rs 5000/-. after that i immediately made a complaint to the bank customer care and they give me a complaint no. ie M[protected] and said that your money will be returned within 7 working days . I had also made a complaint through net banking complaint no is [protected] but today is more than 15 day but i could not get my money back, i called saveral times to the bank authorities but they are not giving any satisfectory reply. and laughing saying your money had gone with Mr Neerav Modi. pls helpme out. iam a middle class woman cant afford such losses

    R/sir,
    our gas agency name bhawani gas sewa current a/c no is [protected] in pnb bank bawani khera.Our complaint is that a unnecessary cash hand charge one day on 20/03/2018 cash hand charge deduct 5750 rs. Against on deposit 7 lakhs. Only month of march cash hand charge are on till date 13735.On inquary about misconduct behaviour from bank manegar.We are face many problum from bank side .Their are too many charges deduct from our ac to previous months.And bank has not provide us net banking on request again and again.

      Dear Team,

      I have complaint regarding ATM withdrawal. This is reference that I have withdrawal Rs. 40000/- from PNB ATM on date 11/03/2018, same amount has been debit from my account but not received to me, Same time I have loge complaint in your customer care, they commit to me that amount refund within 7 days TAT. Time limit has been cross on dated 19/03/2018. yesterday morning then I call to customer care they say that complaint has been exalted and wait 72 hrs. Still there is no any resolution.

          It is to inform you that on 15-march-2018 at 16:45min. I tried to withdraw an amount of rs 10, 000/- from atm of canara bank at abulane, meerut but the transaction did not materialise. I booked a complaint no:- m[protected] immediately at the call centre. I was told that the amount will be credited back to my a/c in 2 days but it is regretted that even after 6 working days the amount has not been received back.
          Kindly take immediately action to retrieve my amount as i am in dire need of cash.

                Respected sir,
                According to subject mentioned issue, I made two transactions through BHIM app on 12/3/2018 by "[protected]@upi"Id. from my SBI a/c.to my another bank account i.e. UBI a/c.both time amount debited from account, but not credited in sent UBI a/c no.this was happened due to upi id, which shown valid, when I checked before sending the amount.
                sir, both transaction Id are 1) Id[protected] for Rs. 100/- and[protected] for Rs.8900/- I contant both BHIM care and SBI support. by their mail, they inform me that the amount sent by me was credited in PNB a/c no xxx-xxx-3377.
                I complete the procedure to return money to "[protected]@upi"but request failed after valid time.It's Transaction Id is[protected] for Rs. 100/- and[protected] for Rs.8900/-
                further, I am in contact with BHIM & SBI support, but not satisfied response. I kindl requesting you to check all transactions and kindly refund the total of Rs.9000/- of boyh transaction.
                I am contacting you because the amount is credited to PNB a/c holder may be name by RAVINDRAKUMAR. My name is also start same.But I have no account in PNB.
                SO KINDLY CHECK THE ISSUE AND REFUND THE AMOUNT IN MY SBI ACCOUNT.

                          I was paying rupee 500 through net banking for RRB(railway recruitmemts board). But my payment is not paid and my balance deduct from my account. So can you please refund my balance.
                          I was adding money to an online wallet, the money got deducted from the account but never got added to the wallet. Even the redirection page after paying through net banking failed, after payment it never confirmed payment and was unresponsive for a long time until I had to kill the page. Kindly resolve ASAP

                              I am customer of pnb having saving account no. [protected]. On swapping atm card on 15.03.2018 (At 6.24 pm) at milkhi ram & sons petrol pump, hamirpur, the payment could not be made, showing transaction failed. The card was swapped three time. But, at 6.33 pm, three sms for debit of rs 1750/- each (Total rs. 5250/-) has been received. Contacted the bank branch, it was suggested to contact customer care.
                              Complaint e-mailed to customer care on 16.03.2018. The bank customer care executive could be contacted on 17.03.2018. It was told that the complaint has been registered and shall be settled in next 45 days.

                                I purchase a boat rockerz 430 from amazon.in but i cancelled the order on 5th march 2018. Nd a refund is created by amazon of rs.2049 but it is not reflect in my acc. By pnb. I call customer service both amazon nd pnb but not agree both of them. Then amazon give me a reference no.[protected] nd say refund is successful from our end. They suggest me to file the charge dispute form but bank say me that is not any process to charge dispute. I forced them but not agree to chagre dispute. Plz solve my problem last nd final you are my hope.

                                    Please note that i had a debit of amount rs. 9500 from my account - [protected] on 02/01/2018 through imps - out/[protected]/sbin0016018/[protected].
                                    The same amount has never been credited to the respective sbi account number - [protected].
                                    Further more, its been close to 3 months now but till today i have not received any assistance or help from my branch manager, online customer support or net banking portal, after filling complaints and requests to all of them. The branch manager of pnb, sector 10a, khandsa road, mr. Manoj kumar says that he is clueless about the transaction and cannot help me in this regard.

                                    Pnb banks are looting people like this and helping people like mr. Neerav modi. I really doubt whether i would get any help after doing all this or not.

                                      With reference to the above mentioned subject, please note that i hold a pnb savings account and had tried to withdraw rs.7500 from a non-pnb atm in chandigarh on march 3. The atm did not dispense any cash, but my account was debited with the same amount. I had filed a complaint on the same day - complaint no. - m[protected], but even after 13 days this has not been redressed despite numerous calls to pnb's customer service. I have also written emails to pnb, none of which has been answered. Feeling highly irate at the total absence of customer responsiveness in pnb.

                                        In this three 10000 rs have not received and 10000 rs deducted at that time. After that i hv withdrawal 5000 rs.
                                        Kindly do needful.
                                        I have called on customer care number so many time bt no one is receiving that call.
                                        Punjab National Bank [PNB] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
