I bought a power bank online shopping company Amazon on January 9, 2018, the price was 599, when I paid the money from my ATM card, I did the payment once (by entering the OTP PIN process). But 599 were taken out of my account twice. When I immediately complained to the helpline number of PNB. I was assured to return the money after checking the money for a maximum period of 45 days, and after 45 days no response was given, then I contacted again for 2 days Nevertheless, I did not do anything on time, and a message from PNB came on my mobile where it was written that your complaint is canceled.
Please, please check my rigging with me and other customers and get back my money from the bank.
