First, I request you to check your bank statement from 6 March, 2018 till date and you will be able to locate the refund. However, if you are unable to find the refund for both the amounts, i request you to please call the customer service of your bank and mention these numbers and they'll help you in locating the refund.

If your bank is unable to locate the refund with the reference numbers provided, please dispute the transaction with them as 'refund not processed'. At that time, they will see a pending refund and will follow the path back to our payment processor to locate the refund.

    My acct no. Is [protected]. Cust no.[protected] raj kumar. I tried to withdraw an amount of 10000 from pnb atm located in mukerian n4032900 on 11th of march 2018 around 01:59pm. I did not get any cash however, i got deduction of 10000 n withdrawal message notification on my mobile. Its already 3 days past. So i request you to look into the matter and reverse the amount deducted from my accout because i did not get any money. Hope to get a reply soon.

      I have paid bill of my connect broad band of rs. 1180.00 on 10.03.2018 on their site connectzone.in through internet banking of pnb account and money deducted from my bank account but not paid to the connect and my connect bill is still due.           My account [protected] debited for rs. 526/- on 8/3/18 at 17:41:51. Against a failed transaction at pos. Ref. Online complaint no. [protected] & m[protected]. Please arrange early reversal of wrong debit. From bank branch i was replied that i will get refund within 24 hrs, but it is not reversed till 13th march. Since it is getting delayed for many days, it should be reversed with compensation.

            I have use my debit card for shopping on 11/03/2018 18:21:45 at avenue suppermart Limited.
            Place:- Boisar
            but transaction failed.
            2-3 times transaction gets failed.
            Still my account ([protected]) is debited with RS.6858.65.
            This Amount should be Credited My Account within 24 Hours.
            But still After 48 hours the reversal payment is not received with My Bank account.
            It was the worst experience from Punjab National Bank.

              I paid the fee through my debit card on 09.02.2018 and the amount got deducted with transaction id: ecom[protected] xn chfamsed but the fee status was still showing incomplete so i did the transaction again with id: ecom[protected] xn chfamsed and this time the application process was completed. It has been more than a month but the amount has not been credited back to my account.

              In another transaction, i swiped my debit card on 06.03.2018 at an outlet. The amount dot debited from my account but the transaction failed. Till date the amount has not been credited back to my account.

              Humble request is to please look into the matter and do the needful to refund the amount.

                I ordered computer parts for my pc from ezmaal.com on 28 january 2018 through pnb net banking with my debit card. They cancelled the order as the product was out of stock and refunded the amount on next day. And sent me the refund reference number which is (Protected). When i went to my account branch. The manager said that the refund reference number is of no use to them and they can do nothing about it. And it has been 2.5 months now and still no refund has appeared in my account

                  I did a purchase on amazon using my debit card.
                  I paid rs8, 999 on amazon.

                  I returned the product, and the refund was processed by amazon.

                  Amazon has processed the refund of rs 8, 999 on 3 march 2018 in my debit card.
                  I should get refund in 3-5 business days but i have not yet get the refund

                  When i contacted amazon for refund, they told that we have successfully processed the refund to your card on 3 march 2018.
                  Amazon have provided me transaction reference number.
                  The transaction reference number is[protected].

                  Please help me in this matter.
                  Please credit the amount of rs8, 999 in my account as soon as possible.

                    I went to withdrew money from nearby atm idbi though i have atm card of pnb... I didnot recieved any money... I got the message that we are unable to proceed ur request plz contact ur branch number... But the amount has been deducted from my account balance... I did four transaction of rs.2000 from idbi and sbi... N every time i got message that we are unable to proceed ur request.. But amount has been deducted... Plz credit into my account as soon as possible... Plz do this with ur fav customers like nirav modi bt dont with us... Very much disappointed by this act...

                      My account has been deducted with rs.8000 but cash was not despensed...i tried four transaction in idbi bank and sbi bank...kindly resolve it
                      My name is navneet kaur.i went to withdrew money from nearby atm ...i didnot recieved any money bt my account balnance has been deducted...a slip which showed that we are unable to proceed ur request has shown ...bt not money ...i did four tranaction of rs.2000 in idbi and sbi atm ...though i have atm of pnb...this incidence is of chd sector 44c...very much disappointed by this act...kindly credit my money to my account...do all this with ur fav customers like nirav modi bt but not with us...i m a student

Ye gatna village barola sec-49 noida ke hai. Eske leye mai thane mai gaya waha to complain bhee nhi lekhe fer mai axis bank gaya waha bole aap aapne jaha a/c hai use bank mai jao wahe samadhan hoga par waha unhone ek patar lekhvaya or 1manth ke baad kaha ke puch lena par kuch nhi mela.                             Today (Date:[protected], time : 2:30 pm), i along with my dad (S. K. Gupta. Age 62) went to punjab national bank, patparganj branch, and requested mr. Rajesh aggawal (General mangar) to guide us regarding the process and formalities of home loan. First of all, his tone of talking to me and my dad (Senior citizen) was very rude and aggressive. I handed all my documents, properly arranged in a file, to him but instead of checking the documents and listening to my requirement he started talking aggressively to me. I politely asked him to check my file as all the documents are already available in the file but he refused to check my file telling me that it am having 'manufacturing fault' (I am mentally disabled by birth). I don’t see any sense in writing the word-to-word conversation i had with this impolite employee of punjab national, but i am sure that there are cctv cameras installed in bank. Cctv footage can be checked and check how my dad along with me was mistreated by bank staff. It is not only dis-respect of individual but also verbal and mental harassment especially for my dad who is senior citizen. I request you to take appropriate action against 'mr. Rajesh aggarwal'.

                                I went to withdraw money from atm (Pnb mmr grand mall bulandshahr).. Money is deducted from my account but i didn't received through atm machine.. Got the message"transaction timed out."please help me and please credit amount in my account.. The atm is located at mmr grand mall bulandshahr. I withdraw 10000 but i didn't received from pnb atm.. And got the message transaction timed out second time i was succesfull in withdrawing. But instead of 10000 rs.20000 was deducted. My account is with bank of baroda and last 4 digits of my account no. Are...7764please credit this amount as soon as possible.. Please

                                      Dear sir,

                                      I bought a power bank online shopping company Amazon on January 9, 2018, the price was 599, when I paid the money from my ATM card, I did the payment once (by entering the OTP PIN process). But 599 were taken out of my account twice. When I immediately complained to the helpline number of PNB. I was assured to return the money after checking the money for a maximum period of 45 days, and after 45 days no response was given, then I contacted again for 2 days Nevertheless, I did not do anything on time, and a message from PNB came on my mobile where it was written that your complaint is canceled.
                                      Please, please check my rigging with me and other customers and get back my money from the bank.
