Today (Date:[protected], time : 2:30 pm), i along with my dad (S. K. Gupta. Age 62) went to punjab national bank, patparganj branch, and requested mr. Rajesh aggawal (General mangar) to guide us regarding the process and formalities of home loan. First of all, his tone of talking to me and my dad (Senior citizen) was very rude and aggressive. I handed all my documents, properly arranged in a file, to him but instead of checking the documents and listening to my requirement he started talking aggressively to me. I politely asked him to check my file as all the documents are already available in the file but he refused to check my file telling me that it am having 'manufacturing fault' (I am mentally disabled by birth). I don’t see any sense in writing the word-to-word conversation i had with this impolite employee of punjab national, but i am sure that there are cctv cameras installed in bank. Cctv footage can be checked and check how my dad along with me was mistreated by bank staff. It is not only dis-respect of individual but also verbal and mental harassment especially for my dad who is senior citizen. I request you to take appropriate action against 'mr. Rajesh aggarwal'.
