my aacount is deactivated today please
I have transferred Rs 20000/ to beneficiary account by my pnb net bank by imps.. Amt deducted from my account but not credited to beneficiary account.. Its two day already over but not credited amt and not REFUNDED also.. My contact no.-[protected]
I try to withdraw 500 from local ICICI ATM. Money was deducted from my bank account, but cash was not received from ATM. Its been a week, I have raised complaint in local bank and customer care as well. But there is no response from them since then.
This is to inform that PNB sector 1 vashi navi mumbai is not accepting my group medicalim renewal cheque. They are saying that they are not with your company and asking me to join take policy of other company. This is my 3rd year with your company.

    I am a employee in ministry of defence.
    On 7th february pnb deducted 39000 rs from my account through 4 failed transactions.
    The pos machine did not produce any charge slip and the bank has confirmed the same. The deductions are from my salaried account. Everytime i make a call the customer care says the complaint is under process. My cheques have bounced and hampered my cibil score.
    The branch is also not responsive enough.
    Why is it taking so long for refunding the money when it is clear that transactions have failed. It is 17th february all my money is stuck.

    Actually i am doing travel tickets thats i am doing upi transactions but completed the process also amount is credited un my accuount actually i am raised the compalint but not any responce i want river money to my account
    Hi, i did imps transaction from [protected] on 7th feb'2018 IMPS-OUT/[protected] Of rs.45000. Transaction was failed but amount debited from my account. That was also failed and money got debited from my account. Please help me to get refund of both the transaction.

        Hi my account number is [protected], i swapped my card 10 days before. First transaction was rejected n 2nd was ok. But balance got deducted twice. Kindly revert me back rs 2030. Same thing happened with me other account [protected] on dec 9, 2017. Still rs 765 is not reverted to that account either. Plz stop such kind of fraud things. Kindly revert it back.

          With reference to the complaint raised to PNB regarding my loan processing fees not reimbursed even though it was cancelled because of their problem, I have tried contacting the bank official and the agent. I tried going through the escalation matrix and no help also.

          Since they say the money was used for paying the legal fees, I have asked for the invoice of the legal fees. Mr Nagaraju from Bangalore, BTM branch was the co-ordinator.

          Solution : Refund the money deducted as loan processing was not complete neither was the legal completed.

              Hello sir/mam
              On feb 8 i went for shopping mall and after purchasing he swapped my atm (Pnb) for 1150.00 rupees but transactionfailed and in failure case he returned atm. After soon i got a message that 1150.00 have been debited from your account but soon a message came that 11:50 have been credited to your account. But after 10 minutes soon i got a message that 1150.00 have been debited and since that day i didn't get my amount returned. Plz sir solve the problem.

                  Dear sir,

                  I am having account with pnb at bhagirathi puram branch, tehri and my account no is [protected].

                  It is to inform you that on 12.02.2018, i have done an online transfer using imps of 50000 rupees. Reference id for that transaction is[protected].

                  The amount got deducted from my account but not credited to other account. Then i have contacted customer care and they gave me 7 days time. My complain no is sr a[protected].

                  As a regular practice if transaction failed then amount shall be refunded immediately, i dont know why they told me to wait for 7 days and then they will only tell what is the problem.

                  Today i have contacted to my branch, at first they told me that not to worry and deducted amount will be refunded to me within 01 or 02 hours. Later they called me on my phone and told to me to wait for 45 days. Now i dont understand the policy of pnb.. Who will bear the interest part of that amount that has been blocked by you.

                  If somebody need that amount immediately and his amount got stuck then this is our working culture... Our government is pushing everyone for digital india, but on ground this is our reality...

                  As a regular practice if that amount not credited to other account then the same shall be refunded to me immediately. I request you to kindly look into this matter and help me to get refund immediately as i am in urgent need of money.

                    I was doing recharge of rs 349 at 5/01/2018, due to some problem recharge was not done and 349 rs was debited from my account after this i lodge a complaint against complaint no m[protected] for debited of rs 349 and they given 45 days to solved problem. On 12/2/2018 they send the mssg that claim logdge against complaint no is rejected due to sucessful transaction.
                    After this i talk to customers care of punjab national bank but they decline my
                    Complaint.

                      I am repeatedly facing a poor experience whenever i visit the branch, although i visit the branch rarely only on occasions when i have to submit a cheque once a month and when i have to update my passbook once in 3 or 4 months. The staff works on their will and differentiate between customer while judging whether to provide the service or not, in this case, updating the passbook. I have very limited free time therefore it is very important for me to complete the purpose of my visit to the branch on that same very day, but that is not what happens as i am greeted with misleading excuses such as a software update is being rolled out and stuff like that. Once my passbook was not updated by telling me that it cannot be done that day when approached the manager i was told to wait 30mins and then they updated it.in the recent case the manager was different and when i approached with my issue that the employee is denying to update the passbook by giving misleading excuses he did nothing, i wrote an application about it and he denied to accept it and put me in an embarrassing situation in front of his staff. I really want to continue my relationship with pnb but these experiences are forcing me to reconsider my decision.

                        I tried to withdraw rs 10, 000/- three times (total 30, 000/-) from atm of sbi and rs 10, 000/- and 5, 000/- from atm of bank of baroda both at nirman bhawan in new delhi-110001 on 08 feb 18. A total of rs 45, 000/- debited from my a/c but cash not dispersed by both the atms. Kindly do needful to credit rs 45, 000/- into my a/c, at the earliest.                           Hello, my name is Kiran. While iam using PNB online banking system, everything goes fine upto OTP. I cant complete a transaction due to OTP reception in my registered mobile number. This issue has became more severe after PNB has made some upgradation. Probably they would be using a comparably slow server. Most of the time OTP will be received on next day or after many hours. Hope that this matter will be sorted out. Otherwise we have to choose another bank, because in this digital banking era, if PNB running behind technology, it will be very pathetic...

                            I went to a restaurant on 8th feb and the bill was 1075, i swiped my punjab national bank debit card and the transaction got failed (Trx no: 492130). The restaurant person tried again and it failed (Trx no: 491759). I checked my statement immediately and found the money got deducted total 2150 rupees.

                            After this i had to pay the amount 1075 to restaurant which i paid through another card i had.

                            I waited for 5 business days hoping money will be credited but till now i have not got my money back. I am calling pnb customer care but it is getting dropped off (Pathetic) in middle

                            Can someone from pnb help me please.

                                I am atul kulkarni retired from indian navy dec 2011 my account is with punjab national bank cheetah camp mankhurd, mumbai maharashtra 400088, ifsc code: punb0620300 and my account no [protected] since dec 2011. The money credited in the said account is an retirement benefit which i have received in dec 2011 (Which is taxfree), which i have got for serving towards nation, out of which i have made fd with punjab national bank shop no. 1 & 2, upper ground floor, laxmi sagar apt. Near commissioner bungalow maharashtra ambarnath 421501, ifsc code: punb0609800 the copy of fd is attached for your reference please. 2012 to 2015 and 2015 to 2018 enclosed as encl 1 and encl 2 respectively.
                                Please see the maturity amount printed.

                                2. Since 2012 i am regularly filling form 15 but every time during maturity of my fd i. E 2012 to 2015 and 2015 to 2018 i found that my principle amount which is printed on my fd receipt are not deposited or given to me stating that interest is deducted and which is not true, it is accepted by the then cashier now retired shri prajapati and bank manager shri raju memane now not in ambarnath branch.

                                3. It has been observed that the refunds of deducted amount in 2012 to 2015 was credited to my account after complaining with ambarnath branch manager, which was crossed verified by present manager too.

                                4. Again this year a maturity time feb 2018 same is repeated and total of three fd rs 1837/= (Rupees one thousand eight hundred and thirty seven only) deducted from my fd and not refunding was the statement of ambarnath branch as he was not in charge / branch manager in that year. I. E.2015. But this time the amount was debited saying for 2015 year which is very wrong because i have submitted my form 15 every year you can see the security cameras fitted at bank for my visits. (As there was no provision for acknowledgement receipt in year 2015).

                                5. The telecomm with mr mani on[protected] with me undersigned informed him all narration how i have been cheated by your bank at ambarnath.
                                For information
                                (A) i am regular visiting customer because i have initiated my society account also in same bank and i am the treasurer for the same.
                                (B) i was the first person to raise my volume for smoker smoking near to branch and branch atm with circle inspector zone 2 but still during all this period till my maturity no staff of bank nor the then manager have spoken to me regarding my non submission of form 15 any of the year till 2018 feb.
                                (C) even during demonetisation the cash of rs 1000 and 500 were deposited in my account and the society fund in society account

                                6. You are requested to look into the matter and money is to be refunded to my account as earliest as possible with interest.

                                  Respected sir/madam,

                                  On 8th february 2018 at 14:35:04 to precise, 800 rupees were deducted (As shown in the sms) from my account even though the hdfc atm machine showed that transaction had declined. Then i wasn't even able to access the balance enquiry option as an error kept popping up. I would request to please reimburse or return back the money that i lost in my account within this week.

                                    It was on 8th February 2018 when I went to Atm to withdraw the amount. I tried withdrawing 7000 rs and instantly I have received an SMS from bank mention below but after that, no cash came out from that machine and I waited for 10 minutes but no response at all. I have already raised a complaint to pnb but not getting any sort of help from them. I request you indeed that kindly look into this matter and talk to pnb bank for the same.                                       Sir, on 9 the Feb, I withdraw 4000 rupees from ATM three times but amount debited from my account but cash not dispensed. And still amount is not credited in my account. Sir I have to pay my college Fees so please resolve my problem as soon as possible.

                                        I am using pnb debit card. On 7th deb, on shopping mart i swiped my card money got deducted from account 3 times but receipt not generated. 5517 rupees deducted 3 times. I waited for 4 business days but didn't receive the money back. I tried to call pnb customer care but it is the worst customer care. It never connect. I tried to lodge the complaint online but there too it is failing.
