Dear sir,

I transfer rs. 47000/- via imps from pnb bank account to icici bank account on 08.02.2017. Amount deducted from pnb bank but not received in icici bank account yet. I already contact to branch they said that net banking issues not cover by us you have to talk to pnb customer care. I also talk to pnb customer care and also filed a complaint (Complaint no. Mii5599521) but still i not received my amount neither in pnb or nor in icici bank account.

    In punjab national bank, bgimt branch, main patiala road, sangrur
    I did three transaction of rs 5000/-, 10000/-, 10000/-, on 08-feb-2018 from atm of punjab national bank, atm wdr 3915 pnb \safb, sangrur bus stand rd\sangrur. The money was not dispatched by atm, but an amount of rs 5000.10000, 10000 (Total 25000) was deducted from my account at various times 20:17:37, 20:20:44, 20:25:18. The message on atm screen was "time out". The bank made a false claim that the transaction was successful.

    I still not complaint on punjab national bank customer care, because the numbers are busy from night

      (Date:08/02/2018) time 02:33:53, i have entered amount rs. 6 000, and proceed as usual but not received the above amount of rs.6, 000 from the atm. However, the amount of rs. 6, 000 have been deducted/debited in my account. Kindly arrange to deposit the above amount immediately in my account [protected] as soon as possible i call lot of pnb customer care service date 08feb & 09feb 2018. But every time busy call how i complaint sir. So that i sending email. I will be most obliged to you

        I submitted a cheque for my ppf account in p. N. Bank, sector -7, rohini (D. No.3028), bsr code no.0303217 on 05/02/2018, but it was not cleared till 09/02/2018. When contacted on 07/02/2018 and 09/02/2018, the manager told that software is not working. Being holidays on 10/02/2018 and 11/02/2018, it will be over 7 days for clearance, if cleared on 12/02/2018. I have to give the detail of submission to my employer for getting rebate in income tax by 10/02/2018. Very strange that clearance is taking time for more than seven days.

        cheque cleared on 14/02/2018, but branch acknowledgement is still awaited as they said that software is still not running when approached on 14/02/2018.

            Since last three days (Today is feb. 2, 2018) there is no possibility to withdrawal money from any atm machine in jaipur, rajasthan using an pnb debit card. The bank customer service confirmed their servers are not working but they doesn't know when the server problem will be solved. We are not able to access our money!!! When will the issue be solved?

              On 7th of feb i did a transaction of rs3000.00 on between 5:10-5:30pm at pnb atm of salt lake, sector v, kolkata. During the time of transaction the atm showed "transaction timed out", when i tried to withdraw the same amount at another atm, it said "insufficient funds". Please help. My atm was of allahabad bank, but i used it at a pnb atm.

                I went in pnb atm, icici atm and punjab and sind bank atm (, bhadurpur chownk, shimla pahadi, hoshiarpur 146001) in 8th february 2018. I insert the atm card in the atm machine and fill detail of amount 1000 rs then i received a slip of sorry unable to process at 06:30pm. But my 1000 amount deduct. I also complaint on customer care with [protected]. I received message in my phone 1000 rs does not credited. Kindly provide me proper resolution.

                  Yesterday 08/02/2018 i bought same things by shop by debit card time 9:27 to 9:30p. M. I given shopkeeper cut the amount my debit card he use debit machine amount 2614/- but same error can't work again shopkeeper use debit machine amount 2614/- but again same communication error can't work. Shopkeeper told me that sir please give the cash now i will pay cash right now two msg came my mobile i saw the msg this msg came by pnb my amount twice time debit amount 2614/- 2614/-total 5228/- but sir now the debit machine not work same error than why debit amount 2614/- 2614/-total 5228/- i saw the shopkeeper debit machine details can't show the this amount 2614/- my card. Then why debit my money in my account sir. I paid cash shopkeeper that time.

                    Hi team,
                    I did two transaction on 25th jan2018 for 420rs and 420rs as i did not like the product i cancelled the order and jabong has initied the refund for the same. But
                    I did not received up to now any refunded amount in my account which jabong has initied and as per their statement also processed on 27th jan2018.

                    I checked with pnb and jabing side but not getting any proper resolution.

                      Respected sir/madam,
                      With due respect, i hereby want to state that i used atm to withdraw cash from my saving account balance today, dated - 09/02/2018, but the atm didn't dispensed any cash not just once but thrice at the following time
                      5:07 pm, 5:30 pm, 5:31 pm, i tried to withdraw amount rs 2500/-
                      But the atm didn't dispensed any cash all the time, all the three time, still money was debited from my account, i. E. Rs (2500+2500+2500)= rs 7500/- in total was debited from my account even when cash didn't dispensed from atm, and transaction failed.
                      I was told to call and complain toll free helpline number [protected] and [protected], i am trying to call the above numbers since then, but the route is busy or congested, thus, i am not able to file any complain.
                      I trust your bank and i hope my problem would be resolved, and the debited amount will be refunded soon. I don't know why this is happening as i never had such issue before.

                      My complaint was resolved yesterday dated-12/02/2018, as debited amount was credited back.Though the problem happened due to some error, the resolution of it within 4 days has reinforced my trust in PNB. Heartiest thanks to PNB staff members.

                        On 7th february i was tried to withdraw rs1000 twice from the central bank atm (Branch - tallab tillo, jammu), the atm did not dispensed cash but later i got sms as my account was deducted with rs 2000. Now then i m trying to contact customer care since that very day but it says line busy and i m unable to register my complaint.
                        The atm showed response code 0096
                        Kindly reimburse the deducted amount

                          On 7th feb 2018 i swiped my card in central bank atm shimla to debit 3000 rs twice but i got no money and 3000 deducted from my account. I had complaint about it but no amount is credited so please resolve it very soon.. Otherwise i have to do legal action. And will disclose my account because your service is very poor and your customer service number are not working.

                            Sir, i shilpa kamlesh upadhyaya have my saving account no. 280300 [protected].in township ojhr nashik branch..
                            Sir it is intimated my fd of rs. 379518 was matured on 15 dec 2017 which i have deposited in the branch at 12.30 hrs on dated 07 feb 2018.. Since i required the money i couldn't get. I had been informed that there is a problem in the system therefore your monney will be deposited in your account by evening.. On 8th feb 2018 at 13.11 hrs when i was trying to withdraw some money through atm.. But it was unable to processed due to less balance... On the very next minute i. E at 13.13 hrs immediately i called branch manager to inform him that my fd monney has not been deposited in my account till that time as i was told yesterday... He informed me dat there is problem in the system.. That's why it couldn't be deposited in your account.. However he assured me also that by evening the money will be deposited in my account... At 1.20 pm i recieved a message.. Your money has been deposited in your account and 10000 rs has been debited from your account... Whereas i got receipt through atm that the transaction was unable to proceed when i was trying to withdraw.. Which i mentioned earlier also... I again called the branch manager and informed him abut this false withdrawal of 10000... Manager had informed me lodge a complaint through your customer care number... Dan we will get our money back... But sorry to inform you that none of the customer care number are working and those are working they are not receiving my call... Therefore it is requested to accept our complaint and intervene in this matter... Also assured my monney i. E 10000 may plz be credited in my account asap... A photocopy o[censored]nsuccessful transaction of atm receipt is attached here with... Thanking you

                              I used my pnb (Punjab national bank) atm card to withdraw Rs.12, 000/-(6000/- + 6000/-) at Axis Bank atm at CIT Road, Kolkata. on 01/04/2018. But money was not dispensed. I received the sms 12, 000.00 (6000/- + 6000/-) debited to Savings Account. I request you to kindly arrange to get back Rs.12, 000/-.

                                      Cheque no 591087 for inr 66, 142.00 is being deposited to my account hdfc bank account and same has been returned, reason given by bank is unpaid due to connectivity not establsihed. This is the fourth time the cheque is not cleared. I am facing financial loss due this. Please let me know the reason and the final date the cheque will be cleared if the cheque will be no cleared next time i will contact rbi because due to bank reason i am not going to suffer and who is going to compensate me,

                                      heque No 591087 for INR 66, 142.00 is being deposited to my account HDFC Bank account and same has been returned, Reason given by Bank is unpaid due to CONNECTIVITY NOT ESTABLSIHED.This is the fourth time the cheque is not cleared.I am facing financial loss due this.Please let me know the reason and the final date the cheque will be cleared if the cheque will be no cleared next time I will contact RBI because Due to bank reason I am not going to suffer and who is going to compensate me,

                                        I was making an inline payment of 11799 and 3990 for an online purchase on 30/01/2018 and on 08/02/2018 respectively but got a payment failed in response after entering the otp for transaction however the amount has been deducted from my pnb account.
                                        Since then i have tried to contact flipcart many times but they say that bank will notify them in 2 working days about the failed transaction but sadly 8 days have passes and neither...
