Respected sir/madam,
With due respect, i hereby want to state that i used atm to withdraw cash from my saving account balance today, dated - 09/02/2018, but the atm didn't dispensed any cash not just once but thrice at the following time
5:07 pm, 5:30 pm, 5:31 pm, i tried to withdraw amount rs 2500/-
But the atm didn't dispensed any cash all the time, all the three time, still money was debited from my account, i. E. Rs (2500+2500+2500)= rs 7500/- in total was debited from my account even when cash didn't dispensed from atm, and transaction failed.
I was told to call and complain toll free helpline number [protected] and [protected], i am trying to call the above numbers since then, but the route is busy or congested, thus, i am not able to file any complain.
I trust your bank and i hope my problem would be resolved, and the debited amount will be refunded soon. I don't know why this is happening as i never had such issue before.

Complaint marked as Resolved My complaint was resolved yesterday dated-12/02/2018, as debited amount was credited back.Though the problem happened due to some error, the resolution of it within 4 days has reinforced my trust in PNB.
