M Gurmannat having saving a/c in PNB at Kansal branch, S.A.S Nagar mohali (P.B) (IFSC- PUNB0777100) . On 26th January 2018, i've made an imps transaction for rs. 2075.72 Rs and the amount was debited from my account and the same time my beneficiary didn't received the money. I've made several complaints via phone email and website. But still now there's no response from their side.
Today i've contacted to the customer care and they are saying that i have to wait for another 45 days simply. I need my money at the earliest. Why do i want to wait for 45days. That's my money and bank people's...

    I have purchased a ticket from cleartrip and due to some reasons the booking was cancelled.. so cleartrip have refunded the amount and provided me an ARN 75260828031017856451040. But the money is not yet credited to my account. When i contacted the PNB customer care they said this reference number is for Cleartrip and the bank can't do nothing with this reference number.. please help me to sort out this problem

      I'm b. G. Dash having saving a/c in pnb at kalarahanga branch, bhubaneswar (Ifsc - punb0764800). On 30th january 2018, i've made an imps transaction for rs. 10000 and the amount was debited from my account and the same time my beneficiary didn't received the money. I've made several complaints via phone email and website. But still now there's no response from their side.
      Today i've contacted to the customer care and they are saying that i have to wait for another 45 days simply. I need my money at the earliest. Why do i want to wait for 45days. That's my money and bank people's only used to instruct to use mobile banking app. Very worst response from their side. My home branch is palace road, thrissur. My mail id [protected]@gmail.com

        Dear sir

        This is to inform you that today i have received the bill of 4, 476/- for my mobile no -[protected]. My mobile plan is 499/- where i never get the bill according to my plan since last one year.
        When i got sms last week for bill amount of 2554 than i had word with customer care where i got to know that continuously airtel has done renewal of my booster plan which i had opted for 28 days 6 months back. I never opted for renewal cos it was done from airtel app. Also customer care had confirmed that there are sms charges of 1100/- included in every bill since last 3-4 months where i have not sent a single message since last one year.

        Since past two months i had submitted more than 5, 000/- and today again i got the bill of 4, 476/-
        I had called so many times to customer care earlier but nobody had confirmed that i have been levied so many charges other than my 499/- plan.
        I am very much disturbed and getting distressed due to this harassment by the airtel company. As i am not able to do anything for this harassment cos i don’t have power only these kind of companies have the power to do this kind of false act. It’s totally false act where i was not informed about these charges i was thinking that i have opted the plan of 499/- where i will receive the bill according to this plan but company has cheated me. Now i am helpless if i will not pay this much huge amount my no will be disconnected and only i will suffer company doesn’t care for my problem.

        Request you to kindly help me for refund of the huge amount which i had excess paid other than my plan i had opted.
        Also request you to help me as i am suffering this harassment where i will only suffer company doesn’t do anything.

          My mother purachased a policy from pnb bank safidon branch which no. Is 20812925 on name of mrs. Sushila devi. She requested safidon branch to cancel the policy and pay the current value amount. Pnb safidon authorities give no. Of surender belong to kurukshetra metlife office. Mr. Surender gave contact of ms. Dimpy in jind city. After putting documents around one month, she processed her documents. My mother received a call for verification. Later we informed that payment cant be done to banks other than pnb. We are advised to visit to karnal office. If metlife can sell policy in safidon branch, why a lady should force to visit offices in other cities. Share market is performing better, policy fund value is high, thats why they are ignoring our request. Please look in the matter sir.

            I feel extremely sad and disappointed while i tell you that i am stuck with my education loans with a bank like pnb. Since my first email on dec 21st for getting the loan disbursement of 1st installment of 25378 usd its been over a month now and it seems pnb is just making a joke of this work.

            I first requested for remittance of funds on dec 21 following which the pnb bank did not do anything for next 2 weeks and i only found out once i called and contacted the bank official that they wanted some other documents from the university. Due to the ongoing x-mas vacations that time here in the usa, i was able to get the details only on jan 3rd 2018 which i emailed you jan 4th 2018.

            Since than 3 more weeks passed and i got email from the registrar office that my fee is still due and i will not be able to get credits for my education if its not deposited by jan 31st. I am sharing the screenshot of that email with you. The university is going to charge late fee apart from this and just to confirm that i will not be liable to pay the late fee as well as additional bank charges for transferring the fee.

            All this is so frustrating and annoying that i feel like coming back to india and raise the issue with the highest authorities of pnb and also file a consumer complaint against the bank for causing mental torture and harassment to me. I am sharing this email with few others to see if pnb bank has some professionalism left or its a total waste of ones time and energy.

            Now, once again i am attaching and sending the details of forms that is required by the bank.

            I expect better services and professionalism this time from pnb bank this time.

            Ther is gutter over flowing daily in the evning near bank n it smeels badly n it harases public as well as shops near by ..pls clear its choke up as soon as possible..

              I had withdrawn money from ola money to my pnb

                Complaint against pnb regarding wrong deduction of amount

                Respected sir/madam,

                1. It is intimated that, i have bought some house hold goods from vishal mega mart ramgarh cantt (Jharkhand) on 02 apr 2017 for a sum of rs 2, 875.53 (Rupees two thousand eight hundred seventy five & paise fifty three only). And payment of the same has been made with my sbi atm, whose account number is [protected].

                3. But due to network problem, payment was not done from sbi atm and i pay the same with my second pnb atm, whose acct no is [protected] from my father’s (Jagdish singh) atm. However, payments were not made at that time due to the network problem. After some time said amount has been deducted from both atms i. E. Sbi & pnb

                4. Shopkeeper told me that rs 2875.53 (Rupees two thousand eight hundred seventy five and paise fifty three only) will return back to your pnb account no -[protected] and it happened on 03 apr 2017.

                5. But same amount has withdrawn again from my account ([protected]) by pnb bank on 07 apr 2017.

                6. Manager of vishal mega market told me in written that amount of rs 2875.53 was not withdrawn by vishal market. So, i went pnb home branch mukerian (Punb0032900), i asked to branch manager for wrong deduction, he told me that this transaction has not done by their bank.

                7. Then i call to pnb customer care mr rahul on dt 31 jul 17, he told me that this is bank’s mistake, your money rs 2875.53 will be re deposited in your account within 90 days under complaint no –m[protected].

                8. But after 90 days not any amount deposited in my account.

                9. In view of the above, you are requested to look into the matter and take case with pnb, mukerian. An early and favourable action will be highly appreciated.

                    M having a student account in pnb gomti nagar (ifsc code :PUN0392600) n they detecting unnecessary chrages for my student account i want my money back, kindly return it, WITH ANY INFORMATION they have cur charges and they are cutting quaterly charges of sms in one month only and QAB charges are cut, i asked them how they do not work properly they don't listen to their to us most of the time they are not there only roming here and there if by mistakes we got chance to meet them they simply replay that go and talk there i cant do any thing and the next person again says the same thing

                      I am very upset with the rude behaviour at pnb salt lake kolkata sector 5 branch. On[protected] i went to kolkata in order to reissue a new atm as my previous atm card stopped working. I was really upset by the way they talked to me calling me stupid because of a small mistake from my side that happened because of their misguidence. When i objected about their rude comments they said this is lunch time we wont do anything now come after 2:30. I requested them to take extra 15 min and do my work beacuse i had a flight to catch. After my repeated request to process my application because it was an emergency for me as i was having a flight to catch i asked then to process my application they told me are you some vip or something that you are coming at this time and telling that you have to take a flight. I was really very upset hearing this because they are commenting on me saying thst if it was so urgent why you came at this time, couldnt you come early. One staff said this in a harsh commenting tone. I told them i don't live in kolkata i have come from out of station taking early morning train to pnb bank in kolkata because the bank i visited in my home town informed me that this work of changing the atm card can be done from the pnb branch where i opened the bank account. I am not mad to come all the way to kolkata to do this. And the staff in the salt late branch were very harsh and rude to me. After telling them that being government employees you all are treating the customers as #, they process my application and issued new atm card to me. But now i am no longer interested to use the banking services of pnb beacuse of the rude treatment i got from this bank.
                      I request to take strict action against this branch of pnb.

                        I submit my university fees on 31th augest, transaction become successful buy fees not submitted. So, i made another transaction of it.
                        They said my 1st will b refunded. But i don’t receive any money.

                              I opened an account for My Daughter on 18th July 2016 under Sukanya Samriddhi Yojana. Till Now I haven't got the passbook of this account. Several times I visited my PNB branch in Delhi but no possitive response. Now a days I have been transferred to Lucknow and Post tranfer to Lucknow once again I visited my base branch and came to know that account is still not opened, even bank is not having any record. Post discussion with Bank Manager I got the assurance that passbook will be sent to me on my Lucknow Address . But till now I haven't got the passbook. Serveral Service request raised through online process for this issue and closed without any solution. Now I need my passbook on my correspondence address at Lucknow ASAP. For better clarity I am attaching the account opening slip.

                                  Today on[protected] I received an SMS alert stating that Rs.10000/- was debited from my saving bank a/c currently active in Punjab National Bank, Dasauli Branch. Neither did I received any OTP for this so-called transaction nor did I carried out one to best of my knowledge.
                                  All passwords pertaining to my A/c are highly protected to best of my knowledge.
                                  Kindly provide me with some guidance on how to track my money that has been just stolen from me due to the negligence of PNB bank.

                                      Dear sir, in my account rs 13099 is refund money of my purchasing is credited by amazon india at 27/04/2017. Which should be reflect in my account 18/12/2017. Many times i called customer services of punjab national and also visited home pnb branch (Ateli mandi) with refund reference number #hsbcn[protected] for rs.13, 099.0
                                      But they denied to take complain and process of charge dispute file. Kindly provide me proper solution and guide bank to locate my refunded transaction.

                                        I am suresh ram my refund rs 6999 from amazon has provided but i have not get it. I have also reference. No - hsbcn[protected] please complete the transation. I have bought a redmi 4 from amazon but i was returned to amazon on 13 dec. 2017 and amazon have procced money on 14 dec. 2017. Therefoe they have initiated money but i have do not. Plese check the details of transaction and complete it
