I opened an account for My Daughter on 18th July 2016 under Sukanya Samriddhi Yojana. Till Now I haven't got the passbook of this account. Several times I visited my PNB branch in Delhi but no possitive response. Now a days I have been transferred to Lucknow and Post tranfer to Lucknow once again I visited my base branch and came to know that account is still not opened, even bank is not having any record. Today on[protected] I received an SMS alert stating that Rs.10000/- was debited from my saving bank a/c currently active in Punjab National Bank, Dasauli Branch. Neither did I received any OTP for this so-called transaction nor did I carried out one to best of my knowledge.
All passwords pertaining to my A/c are highly protected to best of my knowledge.
Kindly provide me with some guidance on how to track my money that has...

My refund of ₹1000 was issued by Amazon.in for order number #[protected] with refund reference no. HSBCN[protected] on 9 june 2017. Amount is not added to my account till date. I am having sb a/c no.[protected] in pnb lakshmi nagar branch with address - b-5 grd nagar, lakshmi nagar, delhi-110092.
I have relocated to dehradun (Uttrakhand) few years back so i want to transfer my account to punjab national bank at kanwali branch (Code 421100), dehradun. I have written so many mails to delhi branch but no action has been taken in this regard....

In 2014 when one of the pnb metlife senior manager sold me policy no 21417687.
He promised me saving return accumulating to over 10 lakhs if i continue to pay my yearly premium of approx. 50, 000 every year,

Along with this endowment lifesaving plan which will continue even after maturity of plan post 10 years, i was also provided and was assured health insurance as per policy.

This is with respect to activation facility of pnb rewardz points. I'am unable to activate it as it is showing a message that at the moment we are unable to proceed with your request. Kindly try after 15 days. I have been trying to activate this facility since december, 2017 and still unable to activate as the same message is showing up. No help is provided by online customer service of the punjab national bank.

I'am writing to bring into your notice that i have registered an online request to block my debit card associated with account number [protected] on 21st november, 2017 and requested to issue a new debit card from punjab national bank.

I want to inform you that i have already given the request personally in writing several times in punjab national bank, kamla nagar branch, agra {u. P} for surrender of card swap m-pos machine from november 2017 to till date. But there is no response from bank and charges are regularly imposed in my current account.

Sir, i am b. Jayaprakash, having salary credited savings account no. [protected] in jatni branch, khurda, odisha since 2002.in 2015, i was transferred from khurda road to waltair division (East coast railway). My january salary credited in to my account on 29.12.17, unfortunately rs.50, 000/- kept on hold cause known. I tried to contact through phone but they not responding. Sir i have a complaint against the employee of your bank. Yesterday i had a talk with him at 8 pm. He was asking from my mother about her date of birth and her fathers name after that when he had asked for aadhar card then my mother had refused to give then he said if there will be no aadhar card no then your account will be closed. Sir request you to take this matter seriously and take some actions against him....
