I placed the order of pigeon coffee mug of worth ₹219 from Amazon due to some issue i returned the product and the product was successfully picked up from my place. On thr same date the refund was initiated but after the duration of 5 business days it has not been reflected yet in my bank account. The refund reference number is[protected].

    I have ordered the product on date[protected] and the amount of the product was Rs 13, 995/- with order id[protected] from the pnb debit card. After receiving the product I had made return request and after pick up the refund initiated on[protected] and refund had completed on[protected] but I had not received the above amount in my bank account. The refund reference number was given by the Amazon is 75503721289051850004920.

      On 29oct, I made of payment 11950rs to another google pay user which have pnb account. I made this transaction with my google pay link with my pnb bank. Google pay showing money send successfully, it is debited from my account but not reached to receivers google pay nor his bank account

        There was a refund of amount Rs. 263 against a return order from Amazon.in

        The amount was supposed to be credited by Tuesday. However the same is not reflecting in my account. The RRN of the transaction is 898030.

        Request you to look into the matter on a priority basis and arrange for deposit of the amount in my account the earliest. Amazon had confirmed that they had already released the payment. I am attaching mail from amazon for reference

          I have order an product from amazon on 02/10/2021 and cancelled on the same day. Amazon said that they have refund the amount but after one month I have not received the amount in my bank account. Amazon give me Refund reference number which is[protected]

          Today I have received a face call and over the phone the person claimed that he called from customer support. Ha take all my order id transaction id refund reference id and my phone number then he told that a link being send on my number which I have to click and then claim my amount. I deny to do so and ask him bank do not send such link then suddenly he drop the call.OMG I am shocked. To get my Refund i have lost much amount.

                I have ordered one watch from Amazon on 14th Sep 2021 which has value of INR 9299 and completed the transaction through my PNB ATM Card. I returned the product and refund for the same has been initiated successfully from their side and it was supposed to get credited before 2nd October 2021. RRN for the same has been provided for the same from Amazon. I have visited PNB bank many times but always they said that we don't know anything. I need help in this as this is very big amount.                   I am writing this mail due to the issue of debit card those I didn't got from there side at the time of opening an saving account in Pnb najafgarh branch Delhi - 43 . actually i wrote two mails before this mail also regarding the same issue and they gave me the complaint number via email that complaint has been registered and again on 9th August 2021 I have given the request of debit card from the branch physicallly and on 16 th aug 2021 has been issued they told me but till now I didn't receive any card and but no one tell me particular date of the card So please do the needful for me and below you can find the details of the account.

                    I have ordered a Vacuum Cleaner on 16th, oct, 2021.It was to be recieved on 16th, oct, 2021.But I have not recieved/returned my product.
                    Amazon initiated the refund on 22th oct, 2021 and it was expected to come on 27th, oct, 2021
                    Amazon gave me the reference id 623096 but the Punjab National bank has still not credited my money.

                        Respected Sir/Madam,

                        I have ordered a Panasonic 28" LED TV on 5th October 2021 order no[protected] from Amazon Paying Rs.9999/- through Punjab National Bank Debit Card. On 13.10.21 evening delivery person came to delivery the Item which is small box, its not a 28"TV, I refused to received it and returned it and called amazon customer care to tell the matter. After that i got a email from Amazon on 19 Oct 21 where they mentioned refund amount Rs.9999/- is processed.On 24.10.21 I get another mail from amazon where mentioned
                        "refund for amount 9999.00 has been successfully processed on[protected] and the amount should reflect in your account by now."They also provide Refund Reference # 74332741293129277997710.

                        They also inform to contact my bank’s customer care center and to quote these numbers to know further about the status of the transaction in case I still haven’t received the credit within 4 business days.

                        As my refund is not credited within the specified days, I accordingly contact my bank(Punjab National Bank) customer care but my bank informed me to raise the issue with Amazon.
                        I again talk with amazon but they totally turn a deaf ear to my issue.
                        As it is a large sum of money it creates a lots off financial problem to me.

                        My Refund amount not credited till now.

                        Kindly consider the matter and do the needful.

                                Amazon refunded amount Rs 34999 on 2 oct 2021 but it not reflected on my account till date. When i ask to amazon customer care they told visit you nearest bank with Refund Ref. number . I did same, when I visited to bank PNB manager told they cannot track my refund status with Amazon reference number and you need to talk with your refund team. Again i called amazon customer care . Amazon people again told same things like Reference number is already generated on amazon side so we cant help you, you need to visit bank.
                                Once again I visited to bank this time also I got same answer that PNB cannot help you on this.
                                Even I did online complaint on PNB website also but i did not get any update there also

                                    Dear SIr

                                    I, Namita Pramanik, am 89 year old pensioner. Due to my old age I stay with my son at Navi Mumbai. I had my pension account[protected] with UBI Puratanbazar Kharagpur branch

                                    After merging o[censored]BI bank with PNB I received a PNB cheque book containing 30 leaves vide serial nos. 736111 through 736130 for my pension account[protected] held with PNB (earlier UBI) of Puratanbazar, Kharagpur branch. I issued cheque no. 736111 dt. 05.10.2021 for Rs. 67, 000/- and deposited to my bank account with IDBI bank. The bank returned on the pretext of having insufficient money in account whereas the account had Rs.69, 650/-. Also PNB deducted cheque bounce charge of Rs.118/- and IDBI bank charged me 177\- for no fault of mine.

                                    After lodging complaint with the Puratanbazar branch through email, did not get any response. Again I issued a cheque 736112 of 48000/- and deposited in IDBI bank in my own account. The cheque also bounced by bank for no apparent reason. Again PNB charged 118/- and IDBI charged 177/- for cheque bounce.

                                    Please acknowledge my complaint and refund the amount deducted immediately. Also ensure that my next and subsequent cheques are not bounced.

                                    I applied for ATM card with PNB twice but did not get ATM as well as no response from the PNB, Puratanbazar Kharagpur branch. Local PNB branch of khandeshwar, Navi Mumbai branch tried to call the Puratanbazar branch but no one responding call.

                                    Please note, the bank has not provided me ATM card, Internet Banking facility, in spite of repeated application in UBI and PNB, also did not provide any mobile no. for sending SMS for positive pay system. So ensure that my next cheques are not bounced. I am a senior citizen of age 89years and these harassment from a reputed bank like PNB is not desirable, it puts lot of pressure on my health and mind.

                                    now tell me how can I draw my money from bank who are bouncing cheques for no reason, did not provide me ATM card and did not provide me Internet banking.
                                    Hope I het a response and issue is resolved asap, and all my cheque bounce charges (total 590/-, PNB charged total 236/- and IDBI charged 354/-) are paid back to me. Also the bank must pay me harassment charges of 50000/- as penalty.

                                      I have ordered an Introduction to Algorithms(Book) on 23 October 2021. But later I Canceled the order.

                                      Amazon initiated the refund on 24 October 2021 and it was expected to come on the same date (24 October 2021)

                                      Amazon gave me the reference id:[protected] but the PNB bank has still not credited my money.

                                      This is urgent please help me as soon as possible
