Sir, I am customer of PNB Bank having Account Number-[protected].Sir, there was a refund from Amazon dated 2/10/2021 for Rs.496.75 but the refund is not reflected in my bank a/c till date. After making enquiry with Amazon I came to know that the refund was successful on part of Amazon on 2/10/2021 having(Reference number[protected] and visiting pnb branch I came to know that there was no system with pnb to track Reference Number....

I did an order from Amazon on 25 sep 2021. Order no[protected]. And then I returned one item from this order that is KARWAN square platting / chrome case back cover with TPU, slim fit . Amazon initiated my refund on 28 September 2021 but till now it is not reflecting in my bank account . I contacted Amazon customer care . Refund has been initiated from TATACLIQ, tried to contact customer support but everytime they used to update me we can't give you any update, visit the branch.
