My name is Mansi Rathore and I had ordered Dell 14(2021) i3-1125G4 2in1 touch screen laptop. of Rs. 40, 290from amazon on October 3 2021 and after I cancelled the order due to personal reasons and October 3 2021, the refund was initiated but only Rs. 100 were credited in my account. But the rest amount i.e. Rs 40, 190 was not credited in my account but is shown credited in amazon. Amazon gave us the RRN(Refund Reference Number) and told me to get the charge dispute form filled and asked us to get it checked by the respective bank, but the bank said that they not have such policy. So please kindly respond to the complaint at the earliest .
The payment was done through UPI .

Updated by mansi3445 Sir, my refund problem was not solved even after repeated visits to the bank. There was a mail from Amazon which I showed the bank manager but he says that refund has not been stopped from our side.
Kindly consider the matter and do the needful.
The payment was done through pnb debit card .
