        Dear sir, I ordered a book on Amazon on 6th October but due to some personal reason, I canceled it . They issued the refund on 8th October.

        They send me the refund reference on 15th October. The refund reference is
        # 74332741282128126336826.

        Still, the bank has not credited the refund to my account.

        I have attached two documents where you find product details, amazon refund reference mail, and refund details.

          Sir, I am customer of PNB Bank having Account Number-[protected].Sir, there was a refund from Amazon dated 2/10/2021 for Rs.496.75 but the refund is not reflected in my bank a/c till date. After making enquiry with Amazon I came to know that the refund was successful on part of Amazon on 2/10/2021 having(Reference number[protected].Sir, after visiting Pnb branch i came to know that there was no system with Pnb to track reference number. So, I request you to look into the matter at the earliest.

              Today at 2.30 pm i deposited rs15000 in PNB bahadurgarh branc. I got the credited message but didn't received any in bank account after 10 mins i complain to the branch they say it will receive please wait. its 3 hours but i didnt get the money till now.

                I have returned an order I placed at Flipkart, return ID is[protected] After initiating the refund process around 13th the seller has credited the refund amount of 480 on 20th. But I have not received the amount. They have also provided me with the refund transaction ID for the bank, which is[protected]
                Please look into the matter.
                My bank is Punjab National Bank. I have faced such problems before but the bank was not able to help me.

                  *On 2 October* a refund from amazon was initiated for me of rs 899/- under refund reference[protected] and it's still not credited to my PNB account [protected]

                  I am a college-going student and money matters a lot to me and its has been almost 20 days since my previous complaint and still, no fund or message has been given to me sir.

                  this was the msg from amazon :-

                    Sir I successfully paid amount of Rs 1592, on 21/09/21 for purchasing some books from amazon online platform through my PNB debit card . But after that I canceled some ordered stuff due to some problem and supposed to get refund of amount Rs 1292 on 3rd October. But still now I didn’t get my refund in my account .
                    The amazon platform claimed that they had refund my amount on 5th October and as a proof they had provided me the Refund Reference No(RRN)-TRM559TG0000KTOT1EM4. Order no[protected]. I am attaching the e-mail as a reference with this application.
                    this is urgent please me as soon as possible.

                      Dear Sir/Mam, I have paid amount to Amazon for one my orders i.e. boat earphone, Releaxo women slipper and Flite men's sliders order I'd is mentioned below in photo, but that order I have not received when I said to Amazon as per my request they have cancelled the order and refunded the amount so as per Amazon they have initiated the payment and they have given refrence number as well. But still amount has been not created to my account, Further I have gone to bank and I also have connected with Amazon but they are not ready to help me I request you please help me, I am worrying about my amount wheather it will come or not.

                        I booked kolkata to jaipur flight on 21/09/21 from makemytrip website with booking id NF[protected] for dated 09/10/21.unfortunately the flight was cancelled by airlines.The refund amount of Rs.26321 has been processed with arn no.30006212921291161097178.It was scheduled to be credited in my account by 18/10/21.But till date no refund amount has been credited in my pnb account.

                            Refund Initiated at 1st of October 2021 still not credited to my account
                            I was visited to the Bank but they are denied for not having this type of transaction as well as when I am said that I have to issues charge disputes form they are denied to not having any such type of forms

                              I did an order from Amazon on 25 sep 2021. Order no[protected]. And then I returned one item from this order that is KARWAN square platting / chrome case back cover with TPU, slim fit . Amazon initiated my refund on 28 September 2021 but till now it is not reflecting in my bank account . I contacted Amazon customer care . They said they have refunded my money ₹ 599 on 28 September 2021 . And the refund reference is TRLUC9WL0000KTOT0TPX.

                                  HI Team,

                                  I purchased PNB metlife policy from agent Shreya Gupta. She fooled me by giving loan against policy. In first step she told me that if I take this policy (65000 premium) she will be able to provide loan of 15L from Bajaj finance. On 26th Apr I purchased that policy. I awaited for 4 months after that but no loan disbursement done. After some time she told me that there is some GST pendency on my loan and for that I need to take another insurance policy of 45000. Again I took policy of India first from the same agent. Finally after so many follow-ups, she told me that the loan can not be approved. Then I asked her to return back my money, and its been 2 months I am asking her this. Now she is again fooling me that you will get amount today, you will get tomorrow.

                                  Please help me in returning my hard earn money. If required I have all the chats to justify my complaint.

                                    1 month ago returned the product from Amazon of rupee 979.0 the returned amount should reflect on my bank account on 5 business days but it has been 22 Days since I have complained Amazon as well as Punjab National Bank but no one is able to help me. I'm going through a financial crises these days and no one is able to help me.
                                    Amazon gave me proof that they have issued the refund amount on my bank account by sending me the RRN (Refund Reference Number): SJDXMW5T0000KSGMBJVL
                                    In case you do not receive the refund by the expected credit date, please contact the bank's customer care and mention the below RRN. But bank is unable to help me.
                                    I'm in a financial crises and need your help in scrutinizing the error and refund the amount back to my bank account . It would be grateful if this could be done without further delay as i am undergoing a financial trouble these days due to recessive business.

                                      My name is Mansi Rathore and I had ordered Dell 14(2021) i3-1125G4 2in1 touch screen laptop. of Rs. 40, 290from amazon on October 3 2021 and after I cancelled the order due to personal reasons and October 3 2021, the refund was initiated but only Rs. 100 were credited in my account. But the rest amount i.e. Rs 40, 190 was not credited in my account but is shown credited in amazon. Amazon gave us the RRN(Refund Reference Number) and told me to get the charge dispute form filled and asked us to get it checked by the respective bank, but the bank said that they not have such policy. So please kindly respond to the complaint at the earliest .
                                      The payment was done through UPI .

                                      Sir, my refund problem was not solved even after repeated visits to the bank. There was a mail from Amazon which I showed the bank manager but he says that refund has not been stopped from our side.
                                      Kindly consider the matter and do the needful.

                                      My name is Amit Gupta and I had ordered Samsung M12. of Rs. 11, 499from amazon on October 6 2021 and after I cancelled the order due to personal reasons and 12 October 2021, the refund was initiated . But the rest amount i.e. Rs 11, 499 was not credited in my account but is shown credited in amazon. Amazon gave us the RRN(Refund Reference Number) and told me to get the charge dispute form filled and asked us to get it checked by the respective bank, but the bank said that they not have such policy. So please kindly respond to the complaint at the earliest .
                                      The payment was done through pnb debit card .
