my account became inactive I was not able to save money so on 12/02/[protected] rupees chaque was credited by LIC but on 15/02/2021 pnb deducted 3034 rupees from my account it's unethical .. please sir help me... I, Namita Pramanik, am 89 year old pensioner. Due to my old age I stay with my son at Navi Mumbai. I had my pension account[protected] with UBI Puratanbazar Kharagpur branch

After merging o[censored]BI bank with PNB I received a PNB cheque book containing 30 leaves vide serial nos. 736111 through 736130 for my pension account[protected] held with PNB (earlier UBI) of Puratanbazar, Kharagpur branch. I issued cheque no. 736111 dt. 05.10.2021 for Rs. 67, 000/- and deposited to my bank account with IDBI bank. The bank returned on the pretext of having insufficient money in account whereas the account had Rs.69, 650/-. Also PNB deducted cheque bounce charge of Rs.118/- and IDBI bank charged me 177\- for no fault of mine.

After lodging complaint with the Puratanbazar branch through email, did not get any response. Again I issued a cheque 736112 of 48000/- and deposited in IDBI bank in my own account. The cheque also bounced by bank for no apparent reason. Again PNB charged 118/- and IDBI charged 177/- for cheque bounce.

Please acknowledge my complaint and refund the amount deducted immediately. Also ensure that my next and subsequent cheques are not bounced.

I applied for ATM card with PNB twice but did not get ATM as well as no response from the PNB, Puratanbazar Kharagpur branch. Local PNB branch of khandeshwar, Navi Mumbai branch tried to call the Puratanbazar branch but no one responding call.

Please note, the bank has not provided me ATM card, Internet Banking facility, in spite of repeated application in UBI and PNB, also did not provide any mobile no. for sending SMS for positive pay system. So ensure that my next cheques are not bounced. I am a senior citizen of age 89years and these harassment from a reputed bank like PNB is not desirable, it puts lot of pressure on my health and mind.

now tell me how can I draw my money from bank who are bouncing cheques for no reason, did not provide me ATM card and did not provide me Internet banking.
Hope I het a response and issue is resolved asap, and all my cheque bounce charges (total 590/-, PNB charged total 236/- and IDBI charged 354/-) are paid back to me. Also the bank must pay me harassment charges of 50000/- as penalty.

I have ordered an Introduction to Algorithms(Book) on 23 October 2021. But later I Canceled the order.

Amazon initiated the refund on 24 October 2021 and it was expected to come on the same date (24 October 2021)

Amazon gave me the reference id:[protected] but the PNB bank has still not credited my money.

This is urgent please help me as soon as possible

Dear sir, I ordered a book on Amazon on 6th October but due to some personal reason, I canceled it . They issued the refund on 8th October.

They send me the refund reference on 15th October. The refund reference is

Still, the bank has not credited the refund to my account.

Today at 2.30 pm i deposited rs15000 in PNB bahadurgarh branc. I got the credited message but didn't received any in bank account after 10 mins i complain to the branch they say it will receive please wait. its 3 hours but i didnt get the money till now.

I have returned an order I placed at Flipkart, return ID is[protected] After initiating the refund process around 13th the seller has credited the refund amount of 480 on 20th. Please look into the matter.
My bank is Punjab National Bank. I have faced such problems before but the bank was not able to help me.

I am a college-going student and money matters a lot to me and its has been almost 20 days since my previous complaint and still, no fund or message has been given to me sir.

Sir I successfully paid amount of Rs 1592, on 21/09/21 for purchasing some books from amazon online platform through my PNB debit card . But after that I canceled some ordered stuff due to some problem and supposed to get refund of amount Rs 1292 on 3rd October. But still now I didn’t get my refund in my account .
The amazon platform claimed that they had refund my amount on 5th October and as a proof they had provided me the Refund Reference No(RRN)-TRM559TG0000KTOT1EM4. Order no[protected]. I am attaching the e-mail as a reference with this application.

Dear Sir/Mam, I have paid amount to Amazon for one my orders i.e. boat earphone, Releaxo women slipper and Flite men's sliders order I'd is mentioned below in photo, but that order I have not received when I said to Amazon as per my request they have cancelled the order and refunded the amount so as per Amazon they have initiated the payment and they have given refrence number as well. I did an order from Amazon on 25 sep 2021. Order no[protected]. And then I returned one item from this order that is KARWAN square platting / chrome case back cover with TPU, slim fit . Amazon initiated my refund on 28 September 2021 but till now it is not reflecting in my bank account . I contacted Amazon customer care . They said they have refunded my money ₹ 599 on 28 September 2021 . And the refund reference is TRLUC9WL0000KTOT0TPX.

I have not yet received any refund credited by Amazon with reference number_74332741282128197758163by 18th October and I didn't get the refund yet
