my ATM debit card lost on[protected] I'm calling punjab national bank toll free No of customers care officers, telephone to[protected],[protected],[protected], but above no customers care officer not respond ( on 03-04-17 at, , 9.30 p.m to 10.00 p.m. )and my complain no ([protected], [protected] closed without proper remarks and concerns me .but gentleman in ATM, switch my debit card hot listed At 10.05pm, my debit card not hot listed by above customers care agencies if atm switch not hot listed
card cash loss to me only and only ineffective customers service of pnb

      Dear sir/madam, i have take a loan of rs two lakh in pmmy in oct 16 my installments starts from jan 17 i deposit my installment on regular basis but manager activate the sim service without my permission after this i talk him about this than he says i will deactivate this but he don't and now he says this is not possible to do so.
      i deposite my installment before due date and after this they deduct another installment in same month from my saving account.

        My name is kapil dotel. I am a sanskrit student in shashtri. I feed jnu ma intrance form from jnu web sites (Jnu.ac.in). I fully completed my form number [protected] with 2444.20 rs pay throw by pnb debit card on dated:04/04/2017.
        (Your one time password for e-commerce registration/txn is... For inr 2444.20 at mopsothdrc which is valid till 21:39. Do not share this with anybody-pnb.)

        But i don't received successfully massage or transaction no. Please help me.

          Dear sir
          I, sharmistha bhattacharya, would like to inform you that during sept 10th,
          (Oct 8th, 2015,) some fraudulent transactions have been made
          And the amount have been debited from the savings bank account on various days without my knowledge and consent. For your information and knowledge, neither i received any phone calls from any body nor disclose to bank or debit card details to any person. Also, i never done any internet transactions so far.

          I immediately blocked my debit card and informed the matter to cyber crime p. S. (Bidhannagar, north). They have acknowledged and issued a letter in this regard mentioning details of transactions fraudulently made from my savings bank account lying with pnb, heritage school branch.

          I had visited several times to the branch and requested the manager for any
          Feed back or action has been taken to refund the amount. But, regret to inform you that more than one and half year has been past, but till date no action has been taken so far by your branch.
          Please find attach all the correspondence and documents submitted so far to branch
          And various authority for your record and reference.

          Your immediate action in this regard is highly appreciated.

              We have a locker (safety vault) in PNB Bank in Mumbai. We hold this locker for last 25 years. During the last 25 years, we didn’t have any Fixed Deposit or Savings account in this bank.

              However due to insistence of the Bank, we opened a savings account and an FD last year, even though the savings account remains inoperative.

              There is a financial emergency in our family and we wrote to the bank to terminate the FD and release the funds. The Bank Manager refuses to accept the letter saying that if FD is terminated then the locker also needs to be surrendered.

              1) Is this valid argument.
              2) Can an individual own a locker without having an FD or Savings Account.
              3) Is the maintenance of Savings Account and FD, if you own a locker, mandated as per RBI policies.

                    Hi, i have made a upi transaction on the nations greatest bank punjab national bank. As routine their servers were down. During the transaction process a message prompted transaction failed and money has been debited from account. After contacting customer care on mobile they said our servers as busy (4 times in 4 weeks in a month) and finally said money is credited back on same day (Which is out of nowhere in my bank statement).
                    Funny part is when i registered a complaint at branch with a proof, they too were unsure why the app is and how it works. I may or may not get refund. Punjab national bank - 2nd largest indian bank (They say so) sucks

                        I Varinder Kumar Vasisht having account in tapirs branch. Rs79572 is transferred without my knowledge when I asked they have not given any reply and said you have not deposit the pan no. And said come after a week.they said that money transferred to income tax. How it can be without the knowledge of customers. They also said that you file the return than your money will come back.

The bankers way of talking is to bed they are look like very uneducated peoples. They cant support thats why all pepoples going to corporate banks.                               I want to inform you that i have already given the request personally in writing several times in punjab national bank, nehru nagar branch, ghaziabad for surrender of card swap m-pos machine from september 2016 to till date. But there is no response from bank and charges are regularly imposed in my current account.
                              Now through this mail i wish to bring your kind attention that kindly look into the matter within 7 days and and reverse all charges of machine, which has been debited from my current account and in future i will not responsible for any of charges otherwise i will take necessary action against your bank..

                              At beginning it was fine, however since 8 months POS is not working properly last few months I have sent it to Delhi for repair it took nearly 4 months to come back Without battery and back cover, again I made complain regarding Battery and cover, then they took almost two months to send the cover, after that they have changed my machine with someone else machine now after few days it shows a new problem "playing voice" and I am not able to works after this, as my CSP/BC's main work is to take deposit and payment of villagers, if this way it works they will not come to us form deposit and withdraw. therefore i request for better solution for further transactions.

                                It is a joint account in the name of Radha Rani and Girish shanker. But instead of two persons it is considering a single person in the name of

                                I want separate id for both.
                                It is a simple and straight forward cleric mistake on the front of bank.

                                On 22-2-17 i swipe my pnb debit card(master card) in hdfc bank pos machine acount d mart *(avenue supermarts ltd) shivranjani ahmedabad for payment rs 1435.07 but transaction was failed wide their tran id no.[protected]. And My a/c with pnb no.[protected] was debited for rs.1435.07. I have not received reversal entry after long time.my Debit card no.is 512652********1607.please credit my a/c no.[protected] .

                                  An a/c of our grandma's is runing in pnb khudha lahora chandigarh branch under pradhaatri jan dhan yojna.. And it was running smothly but recenty on 17march2017 it was found tha some has withdrawn rs. 1200 from her a/c through atm.. Whereas the bank has never issued us any atm card for this purticular a/c.. They don't have any record of it.. Kindly get the money refund in account on an immidiate basis otherwise will close all the a/c from bank. As the faith has been lost being a nationalize bank

                                    I uploaded amount of rs 5000 to my paytm wallet money ducted from ac but not add in my paytm wallet . there is a msg this payment requesthas been declined by your bank . i queries in patm they said the money in not received in paytm payment gateway it in the pnb payment gateway. I go to Bank they told me that in there end they pay money to paytm and told me this is not our work contact customer care. i request to give me a charge back form they tell me we dont have any charge back form i complaint in PNB Hot Line But till No Reponse.

                                    My name is BS Vighnesh. My a/c no. is [protected] and my registered mobile number is [protected] . I am getting all the updates regarding my bank an atm transactions but i am not getting my OTP on my registered mobile no. Please try to solve this immediately. Its my humble request.
                                    I made a withdrawal of Rs.10000/- on 7th Mar 2017 from PNB ATM in Gautam Nagar. The ATM Dispensed five 2000 rupee notes. In one note there was written something on it and I have been trying to use but nobody is accepting. Please look into the matter as soon as possible.
