Dear Sir,

With due respect, this is to bring to your kind attention that My brother (Anand Kumar) holds a bank account [protected] with auto-sweep facility in Punjab National Bank Samthar (Jhansi) since 04/06/2016, that account has been credited by Rs 15000/- every month for his better livelihood through me.

He did one transaction of Rs 2000.00 at 12:18:10 PM on 13/01/2017 from PNB ATM Samthar, after this transaction, on 13/01/2017, there are three fraudulent transactions with a sum of Rs 2000.00 at 15:37:08 PM, Rs 14968.00 at 15:42:58 PM and Rs 19986.00 at 15:45:44 PM respectively (see the attached transaction details) has been done from his bank account. As per his best of knowledge, he has not performed these transactions. He made the complaint of these transactions to Bank Officers PNB Samthar and they said don’t worry your account has an auto - sweep facility so this happened.

On 14/03/2017, I visit Samthar and my brother shown all the mags, I meet to Branch Manager of PNB Samthar and blocked the ATM card ([protected]). The Branch Manager of PNB Samthar had identified these transactions done through net banking using a debit card. I told him, my brother, neither use smart phone nor internet. Even he did not share any information to another through any mode, Then BM advised don’t do any FIR now, let me first enquire and BM sent the attached application to [protected]@pnb.co.in for detailed information of transaction on 14/03/2017, Even I personally mailed the attached application to the CO, PNB, Jhansi. But, he/I did not receive any information from PNB officers yet.

I got the information; several incidents happened like my brother with other customers in this branch.

I request you to kindly take the necessary action and provide the required information of the transactions, otherwise I will file a case against the PNB Management into consumer forum.

        I have an education loan account at Punjab National Bank, Sector 26 Branch, Chandigarh and my father has a pension account in the same branch. I visited the branch thrice to fill ECS forms for regular deduction from my salary account. On the first occasion I was aghast to find out that the bank employees had absolutely no clue about how an ECS is processed and over the next two visits the officials were unable to process it after gave the filled applications because of an absolute lack of knowledge. This is after filling in the details twice and consulting the branch officials if the papers were in order. My account became irregular by three months and the Branch officials started calling my parents repeatedly and forcing them to pay.

        All this was manageable, its a small amount I have no problem paying it but today they deducted a substantial sum from my father's account without consulting us or any prior approvals, they have done this many number of times before. When I called and told the branch manager to reverse the transaction he threatened to get my father and me arrested. He also went on to tell me that he will contact my employer and make sure I am out of my job soon. I was shocked and a bit amused at their worldview. I feel so stuck and helpless with a national bank of the country being so callous and irresponsible with their service. I don't expect much from the PNB complaints redresal system and am unsure what my next step should be apart from making sure my account is regular! Its a serious case of criminal intimidation which will absolutely go unnoticed.

        I am sure a lot many other people must be going through a similar mess without vicing their concerns. I have lost all faith, these people can elbow our rights and get away with just about anything with the government turning a blind eye to a serious trampling of consumer rights and dignity.

            My mother in law is a senior citizen and having a saving bank account in pnb babarala district sambhal up. She has applied for cheque book nearly one month back. The concerned bank employee sh radheyshyam gautam is demanding money (Bribe) for it. Many of the account holders have the same complaint. It is possible that cheque book has reached in d branch. It is also to inform you that unauthorisedly bank has declared thursday as weekly closing day while in other branches there is no weekly closing day.
            It is also possible that the same person will be revangeful to my mother in law smt pushpa devi.
            Urgent redressal of the grievance is required.

              My credit card ([protected]) expired on 12/13 and i requested for deactivating my billing account and paid all principal dues with some lpsc (250/-) left. Pnb started charging lpsc on lpsc and didnt settled my bill even after several complaints and even deducted 1400/- from my linked savings ac but it didnt end here and lpsc was again being charged and now amount of 16000/- has been raised. Pls help in resolving my greivance as pnb is not entertaining my complaints

                  Gud eveng sir my name is varun. This is regarding that i recieved a cal through ivr in that cal regarding easy movies. They said we have movie tickets just enter our url and they said one url i have enter that url in that online payment site was opened in that two options their credit or debit i have selected debit card and another window opened and enter your card details like card number and cvv and pin am suppose tho enter and i have think twicely and come to know that its a fake website and i know we didn't share our card details and etc i have enterd card number only 4 digits that also wrong and in our system showing try again so i ignored it on that day only may be 11.30 pm i had recieved a message regarding account is debit with 20, 000... Am totally shocked i have call to your customer care and i registered a complaint on that... Kindly check and do needfull favour sir thanking you...

                      1. I am having a saving account no: [protected], in which my pension is credited every month since sep 2006.

                      2.in-spite of repeated requests, the branch manager did not deduct the tds on my pension, saying that they have received instructions "not to deduct the tds" of pensioners who are receiving disability pension.

                      3. This was contrary to the "taxation" laws and statutory guidelines, and copy of the instructions on tds was requested, and the same was given to me.

                      4. The circular of your business division, new delhi dated 20 jan 2017, in fact clarifies and clearly states that the disability pension is not taxable, and to deduct the "tds" on on pension.

                      5. Since the tds has not been deducted, violating the statutory guidelines, now "what are my options?", as any tax now deposited will be credited under the head advance tax, and not under the head tds, as per the statutory guidelines.

                          I am writing this mail due to careless staff of Punjab national bank and pnb agents in Najafgarh, new Delhi Chawla stand branch - 110043. The issue is that I have opened a Pradhan mantri saving account through authorised pnb agent (Jagdish Arora) the account has been opened and passbook has been issued too but I didn't received debit card due to carelessness of pnb agent or staff I really don't know but when I went to pnb bank they said the agent haven't passed the needful document and when I spoke to agent they said I have completed all the formalities. I wrote one of the mail to pnb mail id but I did not receive any of the particular solution against my problem. So please do the needful for me.

                                  Persecute her. And simply deny to provide any details. Regardless he is free in his time the way he told to my parent is why

                                  You come again and again i dont have time to look into the issue.
                                  I hope you will take adequate action against him.
                                  Otherwise no means to have any account in such a bank which can not even treat there customer wisely.
                                  I hope to take effective action against him so next time he thinks before speaking to customers.

                                    Respected sir/madam,

                                    Myself rahul r hiremath is using pnb credit card 4197 8915 xxxx 4005. On 2nd april 2017 i used the card to make a payment of rs.40, 000.00 towards the payment to club jiva, for which i got the receipt also. I checked my unbilled transition on 6.04.2017 it was showing 2 debits of rs. 40, 000.00 towards club jiva on 2nd april 2017, whereas i have made only one transaction of rs. 40, 000.00 on that day. When i checked my profile summary on 4th april 2017, it was showing current outstanding of rs. 49096.27 only and the last transaction detail it was showing as rs. 40, 000.00 on 2nd april 2017 at 13.47.49 p. M, which i made payment towards the club jiva.

                                    When i saw unbilled transition on 06.04.2017, it is showing two (2) debits of rs. 40, 000.00 each on 2nd april 2017 to club jiva.

                                    I have communicated then that i have made only one transaction of rs. 40, 000.00 on 2nd april 2017. And my card credit limit is only rs. 50, 000.00, so how it is possible to make payment above my current limit.

                                    Since 5th april 2017 i was in contact with pnb credit card department and for rectifying the same but i was no done from their side and on 10th april they generated my bill with two debit of rs. 40, 000.00 the total outstanding of rs. 90, 220.28 it includes rs.1124.02 towards overdrawn limit charges.

                                    I have raised following complaints with pnb credit card

                                    1. The excess amount paid to club jiva is the mistake from pnb credit card (For one transition the bill was showing twice debits)
                                    2. My transition limit is only rs. 50, 000.00 but you have made payment almost the double (Rs. 40, 000.00 extra) the limit.
                                    3. As per my bill dated 8th april 2017 the outstanding is rs. 90, 220.28 instead of rs. 49, 096.27 because of excess payment from you.


                                    I have made several calls to call centere and wrote several e-mails to pnb credit card department but till today i have not received any proper communication form them.

                                    The excess payment maid and the charges they add (Overdrawn limit charges) is reflection in my bill it will effect my cibil also and reduce my cibil report


                                    Please rectify the same at the earliest.

                                      I am Janardhan Rai my A/c No. in PNB in Patna main branch [protected]. my army no is 14602632X my PPO No. is S/053766 I am X-hav ACP-1 and retired on 31-Jan-2013 form Army.
                                      I have issue regarding my one rank one pension (ROP) Benefit and 7th pay commission arrears as these benefits are given to me by my Unit but still they are not credited to my A/c.
                                      please do needful and kindly resolve these issues as soon as possible.

                                        I Mr.Uday Janardhan Kamble of Gadmudshingi Tal karveer, Dist Kolhapur Applied for loan to yours kolhapur branch, as such bank has sponsore the proposal on 22/6/2016. On the basis of the sponsore letter the district industrial center(DIC), has sanctioned seed money (Loan) for Rs 3, 70, 000/- by registerd mortgage of our land.For that and for the documents I have expend near about Rs 25, 000/- The bank sanctioned loan under there sanction order no Nil Dated 09/08/2016.3 to 4 times I met your Kolhapur Br.Manager for releaseing the loan but he is not responding me saying that i will not release the loan and return the proposal to DIC.
                                        I m belonges to sc/st community and wanted to start my own manufacturing factory of Plastic water tanks.But The Manager is harrashing me.
                                        For your loan I have Given to suitable guarntors securing your loan by 200% I enquired that it is not necessary to give guarantors for the loan of Rs 19 lacs eventhough i have given 2 suitable Guarantors
                                        So I request your honour to please look in to the matter personally and instruct the Manager of kolhapur branch to release the loan at the earliest.
