Dear PNB Bank Manager/Compliant Team

I was withdrawal Rs-4000.00 money through ATM at Shahi Exports, Sector-63, Noida in my A/C [protected] on date 22nd Feb'2017, but sorry to say that this amount has been debited in my a/c but money has not received by ATM also not refunded debited amount as on till date 25 Feb' 17.

Therefore, I humble requested to all of you please check at your end and credit Rs-4000.00 Money in my a/c as soon as possible as i need this rupees as a very urgent basis.

    Non deliverance of OTP for net banking

    Sir,
    My NRE account number is [protected] held at H.A.L. Branch, Lucknow. I am getting transaction details by S.M.S. to my registered mobile number. However, when going for net banking, the O.T.P. is not delivered to my mobile. Request you for prompt rectification as I have to transfer founds urgently for family expenses.

    I have made an IMPS transfer of rupees 15250/- bank said that imps has declined due to the unavailability of host bank but PNB has debited this amount from my account this thing is happening third time with when we contact the customer care they say that it will come in 10 working days I would like to ask the bank where is this amount go for these 10 days..PNB is cheating its customer o m going to close my salary account from this bank...it is cheating... I hate this bank...

      I have an account in pnb sikrahta kala, distt bhojpur bihar, account no. [protected], name madan sharma. I am a paralysed patient since september 2015 from right side. Because of this i could not put the exact signature as in my account. I need money from my account which has 9.5 lakhs urgently for my treatment. Manager is not supporting at all. He is harrasing me though i am producing my medical report and witnesses. Please help me.

          I purchased something worth 1028 rs from amazon.in on 10th feb 2017 and cancelled the order the same day.
          They sent a mail that refund has been processed and it will take 3-5 business days to credit it in my account but my account hasnt been credited yet.

          I raised the issue with both the company's customer service PNB is denying any kind of transaction regarding the refund where as amazon has given a reference no. 4867171670146130203082 and Authorization code:- 056410 and suggested me to file charge dispute as refund never processed.

          I dont know how to do that.
          Please help me.

              Dear sir,

              I am sunila naik, customer no. has007217, saving bank account no. [protected] applied in your goyal nagar indore branch firstly in january 2017 and secondly today to transfer some amount to one of my religious place having account in sbi nawada (bihar).

              By manual mistake ifsc code no. 0000141 of sbi nawada is entered in your banking software as sbi jhajha (distt.-jamui) whose correct ifsc code is no. 0003073.

              Both times i have to face problems to do neft, please look into the matter and arrange a genuine correction so that in future there may be no problem due to this wrong entry.

              Got PNB account 1 year back, since than trying to register my account for internet Banking after putting my account no one error box pops up, Ur Session has expired. After trying Xelions of times same response. And i[censored] try to call customer care the phn no which they have provided its absolutely Invalid. Then what this bank is doing here...

                  Amount of 10000 only was added to my ledger balance when i asked why it was done branch manager didn't tell me anything and said that he hadn't done that and it was done by head office . Later on he added that amount to my main balance than i tried to withdraw that amount from my debit card but the transaction failed and then on 16 feb 2016 at 10 am i recieved a message that the amount stated above has been debited from my account but i haven't done that so i wanna know that where the amount has gone and why that amount was added to my ledger account sir pls tell me as soon as possible because i am in need of that money

                    I ordered an 'Dolphin 10 Liter RO Water Purifier' through Amazon Order #[protected] on 4th Feb., 2017 and the payment was done via my PNB debit card. The order was canceled on 5th Feb.2017.

                    I have not received the refund for same.

                    ​The Reference number for the refund provided by amazon is "4862003827366031703085" processed on 7 February 2017 for Rs.4080.06

                    Amazon asked me to file a dispute but customer care says that they don't know any such word and they can't do anything other than checking my balance.
                    After that I have file a complaint registered successfully with SR No. A[protected] for amount of Rs.4080.06

                      Facing with the worst services providing bank having a account in your bank. On 26th December 2016 i made an online transaction via Paytm of ₹2400 in the mechents account holder Mr rajkumar khurana but some how my transactions was declined by your bank and my money is deducted from my bank account, then I contact to the patym customer care they told me to contact to my bank and then I registered the complaint on 29th December 2016 at the telephone no [protected]
                      My complaint no is A[protected] they told me to wait for 45 days as per there working timings but now it's really gonna to much coz 45 days were get over and still your customer services are saying that i just forward your complaint please wait for the feedback... why should i wait for more couples of days this is like hell... this is ridiculous this is too much I can't handle this any more. I am a working student and its the matter of ₹2400 not just the 100 or any ... I really can't handle this any more please make it fast as much u can... and i want my credits to be back.

                      Worse customer service ever!! I have an a/c- [protected] and had spoke to Mr. Rahul and another lady sitting in the help desk of PNB boring Road branch regarding an atm card which I had applied for. I got a call confirming that it has arrived and can come down to collect it. I spoke to Mr. Rahul with regards to it, but he was quite reluctant stating that "he is not free to check it and asking me to come some other day'". I told him that I will wait it he gets free and noticed that he has time to gossip with his colleagues while the counter is all vacant but does not have time to attend his customers. I literally saw him cracking jokes and bursting laughters as if it is his leisure time. This is not what we call a customer service. The guy was really rude and I really didn't appreciate it.

                          I have a complaint againest bank manager punjab national bank kutina, alwar (Rajasthan) i have a dairy farm. I requested bank manager for loan againest my buffaloes but bank manager completely refuse for it and use abusive language to me,
                          Bank maneger bola ki yha meri marzi chlegi, mera mn krega use loan dunga or unhone mere ko loan dene se mana kar diya,
                          Or unhone apne known persons ko loan de rakha h jink pass koi buffaloes bhi nhi h unko bhi buffaloes k againest loan dfe rakha h,
                          Mere ko loan ki jarurat h or mere pass buffaloes bhi h but mujhe loan nhi diya ja rha,

                            In Your Bank Punjab National Bank in Suratgarh (118500) some of the employees having not a good behaviours. here i am taking about Mrs. Poonam Verma & Clerk Rakesh Kumar. Both the employees taking rudely with the costumer and they do that work what they like. Your Cashier (Poonam Verma) giving small currency notes to the costumer whatever amounts it is. If any costumer told about this she giving very bad answer to the costumer. We all are very fade up with the behaviour of both the employees and due to this we and other costumer closing our account from this bank. please solve this problem as soon as possible.

                              I ordered an 'Honor 6X (Gold, 32GB)' Amazon ORDER #[protected] from amazon on 2nd Feb, 17 and the payment was done via my PNB debit card. The order was canceled after few minutes.

                              I have not received the refund for same.

                              ​The Reference number for the refund provided by amazon is "4860246082286911004061" processed on 2 February 2017 for Rs.12, 998.00.

                              Amazon asked me to file a dispute but customer care says that they don't know any such word and they can't do anything other than checking my balance. Also, they disconnect the call after keeping you on hold for 30 mins without confirming from the customer.

                                I have registered complain number MO85773920 on 5th February about my 3 transfer of rs 5000, 3000, 2000 from my pnb account [protected] through BHIM APP .Money was debited by your system but it was not credited on destinated account.all ready spent 9 days still not getting any feedback from customer care.please resolve this problem as soon as possible

                                Bank takes almost 12 days.bank does not call me.I called 3 times and all the three times they said you have to wait.finally I got my money.but I want to say that bank should take action to solve this type of problem in minimum time.12 days is very long time

                                  My PNB account number is [protected], name Naudh singh, branch mandi ahmedgarh (malerkotla). i have made IMPS on 31 dec, 2016. three times 50000 each. 150000 has been deducted from my account. it has neither been transferred to beneficiary's account nor come back to my account. please help me to get my money back into my account.
                                  i visited the bank .they are saying file compliant online. i have sent many emails online but not received any response. All numbers given on site are not working.another IMPS of 10000 failed two days back.that money also deducted from my account and not received by beneficiary. Please do the needful at the earliest

                                    I have registered a complaint on 05/02/2017 as when I tried to withdraw money from PNB ATM katwaria sarai, ( money was not dispensed from ATM machine but RS 2000 was deducted from my account on 4th of feb ) I registered a complaint with no M[protected] and 7 days time was given to me but till now I have not got any feedback from your customer care team.
