Dear sirs, I have a saving account with PNB, cheetah camp, Mankhurd branch
Mumbai-88. SB A/C No [protected]. The account was opened in Jan2007. Last year I wanted to close the account and send the branch Pass book, ATM card- damaged, and few cheques. 2 So many times I submitted written application to start net banking of the above accounts but till date no action has yet been taken bank . The behaviour of bank staff is very rude to its customers. So I shifted my salary to another bank...

Ur bank employee mister Mahajan talk me with a very rude behaviour . I go bank to make a passbook copy and he tell me bank don't give u interest in this account because of no any reason just say meri marzi then I argu he say plz withdraw ur account in our bank I don't need any customer mah family has 2 current account and 3 saving account here in crores in a year...

Ans we know annual charges means they are to be deducted annually means once in a year but from my account atm charges have been deducted two times kindly chk it and send my money back otherwise i will file a case

Dear sir/madam, i have take a loan of rs two lakh in pmmy in oct 16 my installments starts from jan 17 i deposit my installment on regular basis but manager activate the sim service without my permission after this i talk him about this than he says i will deactivate this but he don't and now he says this is not possible to do so.

We have a locker (safety vault) in PNB Bank in Mumbai. We hold this locker for last 25 years. During the last 25 years, we didn’t have any Fixed Deposit or Savings account in this bank.

However due to insistence of the Bank, we opened a savings account and an FD last year, even though the savings account remains inoperative.

Hi, i have made a upi transaction on the nations greatest bank punjab national bank. As routine their servers were down. During the transaction process a message prompted transaction failed and money has been debited from account. After contacting customer care on mobile they said our servers as busy (4 times in 4 weeks in a month) and finally said money is credited back on same day (Which is out of nowhere in my bank statement).

I would like to inform you that i used your bank ATM service to withdraw the amount of Rs.3000/- from my a/c on 25/03/2017 but amount debited from my account and ATM didn't release the payment. I had raised the complained against this at your helpline number. They had provide me the complaint number and told it will take 7 days to resolve this issues.Now, it has been 7 days but there is no reason provided...

I Varinder Kumar Vasisht having account in tapirs branch. Rs79572 is transferred without my knowledge when I asked they have not given any reply and said you have not deposit the pan no. And said come after a week.they said that money transferred to income tax. How it can be without the knowledge of customers. They also said that you file the return than your money will come back....
