My mom visited multiple time regarding education loan but "mr. K. K prabhakar" manager at branch bairagarh bhopal m. P

Persecute her. And simply deny to provide any details. Regardless he is free in his time the way he told to my parent is why

You come again and again i dont have time to look into the issue.
I hope you will take adequate action against him.
Otherwise no means to have any account in such a bank which can not even treat there customer wisely.
I hope to take effective action against him so next time he thinks before speaking to customers.

Hello sir myself Avinash kumar having a problem with my atm card, my brother has given the wrong pin number in three attempts thats why my atm card is block and show transaction declined by the bank please activate my atm card.

    Respected sir/madam,

    Myself rahul r hiremath is using pnb credit card 4197 8915 xxxx 4005. On 2nd april 2017 i used the card to make a payment of rs.40, 000.00 towards the payment to club jiva, for which i got the receipt also. I checked my unbilled transition on 6.04.2017 it was showing 2 debits of rs. 40, 000.00 towards club jiva on 2nd april 2017, whereas i have made only one transaction of rs. 40, 000.00 on that day. When i checked my profile summary on 4th april 2017, it was showing current outstanding of rs. 49096.27 only and the last transaction detail it was showing as rs. 40, 000.00 on 2nd april 2017 at 13.47.49 p. M, which i made payment towards the club jiva.

    When i saw unbilled transition on 06.04.2017, it is showing two (2) debits of rs. 40, 000.00 each on 2nd april 2017 to club jiva.

    I have communicated then that i have made only one transaction of rs. 40, 000.00 on 2nd april 2017. And my card credit limit is only rs. 50, 000.00, so how it is possible to make payment above my current limit.

    Since 5th april 2017 i was in contact with pnb credit card department and for rectifying the same but i was no done from their side and on 10th april they generated my bill with two debit of rs. 40, 000.00 the total outstanding of rs. 90, 220.28 it includes rs.1124.02 towards overdrawn limit charges.

    I have raised following complaints with pnb credit card

    1. The excess amount paid to club jiva is the mistake from pnb credit card (For one transition the bill was showing twice debits)
    2. My transition limit is only rs. 50, 000.00 but you have made payment almost the double (Rs. 40, 000.00 extra) the limit.
    3. As per my bill dated 8th april 2017 the outstanding is rs. 90, 220.28 instead of rs. 49, 096.27 because of excess payment from you.


    I have made several calls to call centere and wrote several e-mails to pnb credit card department but till today i have not received any proper communication form them.

    The excess payment maid and the charges they add (Overdrawn limit charges) is reflection in my bill it will effect my cibil also and reduce my cibil report


    Please rectify the same at the earliest.

      I have issue regarding my one rank one pension (ROP) Benefit and 7th pay commission arrears as these benefits are given to me by my Unit but still they are not credited to my A/c.

        I Mr.Uday Janardhan Kamble of Gadmudshingi Tal karveer, Dist Kolhapur Applied for loan to yours kolhapur branch, as such bank has sponsore the proposal on 22/6/2016. On the basis of the sponsore letter the district industrial center(DIC), has sanctioned seed money (Loan) for Rs 3, 70, 000/- by registerd mortgage of our land.For that and for the documents I have expend near about Rs 25, 000/- The bank sanctioned loan under there sanction order no Nil Dated 09/08/2016.3 to 4 times I met your Kolhapur Br.Manager for releaseing the loan but he is not responding me saying that i will not release the loan and return the proposal to DIC.
        I m belonges to sc/st community and wanted to start my own manufacturing factory of Plastic water tanks.But The Manager is harrashing me.
        For your loan I have Given to suitable guarntors securing your loan by 200% I enquired that it is not necessary to give guarantors for the loan of Rs 19 lacs eventhough i have given 2 suitable Guarantors
        So I request your honour to please look in to the matter personally and instruct the Manager of kolhapur branch to release the loan at the earliest.

Hope atleast your employee learn from axis or icici bank employee that how to behave with customer and stop behaving like pan supari bechanewala. Stop chewing tobacco gutkha in working.

              I have my mobile number printed in my passbook as well as my home landphone number. Today I tried to create user id & password foe internet banking but the system says my mobile number is not registered with the bank. I have not mentioned my Account or Mobile # for security reasons. Please inform if you require so and please get my mobile # registered as soon as possible.

                Sir, my father had taken a loan from pnb bank on farming land.In july 2016 bank manager said to my father that if you sign some paper your interest would become less on loan as my father is illiterate he signed it.But the paper is crop insurance scheme which doesn't benefit us as "gardauri" of land is not in our name and even if our crop is damaged the compensation would go to someone else.Bank manager mislead my father for taking crop insurance.We even contacted bank manager but he don't listen.

                We want that this crop insurance scheme should be withdrawn from our loan account and our approximate rs 3000 should be refunded in our loan account.

                  I have a student account in Punjab national bank bearing account number [protected] in the branch kota nagar nigam kota rajasthan – 324001 .having branch ifsc code PUNB0414800.In the account I credited 1000 Rs/- on 10/12/2013 .This date is the opening date of my account and first day I credited 1000 Rs/- in my account .When I opened this account I never demanded for sms alert nor this facility is being provided by bank. But from 10/12/2013 to 04/08/2015 an amount of 101.1 Rs/-on account of SMS alert have been debited from my account which is irregular and I request you to direct the Branch Manager to stop the debit in future and irregular debit of Rs. 101.1/- which has been already debited from 10/12/2013 to 04/08/2015 may be refund at the earliest. And then an action is also taken for my complaint and my debited balance has been refunded to me. After this action I again credited my account by Rs 200./- on 02/12/2016 .But when I check the mini statement of my account on 24/03/2015 I was extremely shocked because again sms alerting charges are debited from my account and in my account the balance is showing Rs.982.2/- .The total amount I credited in my account is RS.1200/-.but the bank again debited the sms alerting charges from my account .Instead of giving interest they debited the irregular amount from account.

Dher ka balaji, teen dukan, sikar road, jaipur. On 26.12.2016 rs.2100/-debited by bank towards txn. Id.[protected] against online transation with paytm.com order id:[protected] and the said transaction could not complete due to system error at the end of paytm and informed thru mail, the said amount will be credited to my sb a/c with pnb. Even laps of 90days span, neither paytm refunded me the above said amount as confirmed by them nor pnb is accepting my complaint for the reversal of the amount debited by them. You are sincerely requested to look into the matter and please do the needful in this regards to for the reversal of wrong debit by concern branch of pnb. I will be really very much thankful. As in this case neither online payment walet i. E. Paytm.com and pnb both are responding properly nor getting refund of the amount wrongly debited to my saving account. Your early action in this regard will be highly appreciated.

                        My mother K.Rajyalakshmi has a pension account at the Punjab National Bank-2nd Lancer Branch at Nanal Nagar, Mehdipatnam-Hyderabad
                        We live away from Hyderabad in a different city and I am trying to call the Bank Branch for the past 14 days but either only an attender answers the phone and puts us off or no one takes the call.
                        Nationalized banks have a big responsibility to attend to the customers as it is OUR money that is with them and they make this to be a favour to US only.We are not taking favors from them but instead their jobs are due to us customers.

                          Chest do not accept soiled notes&reject them without any valid reason. I was shocked to hear from mr das, one of the employee from the chest while rejecting the notes"ham nhi rkhnege notes, customers me chala lena"

                          I was told by The Manager of PNB currency chest branch(Motihari, PIN 845401)to take prior permission from him and get him informed telephonic before cash remittance every time 2 to 3 hours before remittance.Whether these employees are following RBI guidelines?

                            So, the problem is that the the amount is debit from my acc and benificary is still unable to get the given amount.

                              Dear sir,

                              I have an account in pnb branch cantt jabalpur account number is [protected], from this account an installment of ecs is deduct on every month. This month also ecs cheque by the company was presented in bank but bank returned that with the reason that insufficient balance in account on 10th april.

                              I would like to inform you that in my account on 6th april 2017 i have transferred through neft rs. 21000 and the balance was rs. 24834 as per the statement of bank. The ecs amount was rs. 20090/- and bank return this chaque with a wrong reason and also deduct rs. 115/- against this return.

                              Please have a look on this issue and give your favor for the same. Due to this finance company is also charging me per day late fees. I request to you that please have a look on this issue and give your favor to return the deducted amount and a letter for clearance that this payment was wrongly rejected. So i will be able to discuss with finance company about additional charge.

                                    I have made payment of rs 13000 2 times on 3 April 2017 to travel triangle from that 1 payment has been tracked and received by them but another was automatically refunded payu I'd of auto refunded is [protected] ... And I haven't recieved that refunded till now ... When I contact costumer care of bank they said it will be refunded in maximum 45 days. The complaint no. they had given to me is SR No. A[protected]. I made conversation with PNB costumer care many times but their response is not at all good

                                      Dear sirs, I have a saving account with PNB, cheetah camp, Mankhurd branch
                                      Mumbai-88. SB A/C No [protected]. The account was opened in Jan2007. Last year I wanted to close the account and send the branch Pass book, ATM card- damaged, and few cheques. But so far I did not receive any replay from the branch. I request you kindly close the account and deposit the proceeding to my other branch account. I will sen the detail after further communication.

                                      The issue resolved. I came to know the Account was already closed and balance credited to my account

                                        2 So many times I submitted written application to start net banking of the above accounts but till date no action has yet been taken bank . The behaviour of bank staff is very rude to its customers. So I shifted my salary to another bank . If their attitude remains like this I will shift my above account to any other bank
