Sir
We have taken the home loan from pnb bank for the amount of rs 24 lacs from pant nagar branch uttrakhand in 2010, at that time pnb bank manager insist us for depositing the stamp paper for the amount of rs.12000 without explaining the purpose for the same. At that time we deposited the same.
In the year 2017, since we have deposited all the loan amount to the bank, now bank is returning the stamp paper to us without using the same by saying that it is of no use.
Through out side sources we came to know that the validity of that stamp paper is only for six month from the date of purchase.
Now our complaint is that why bank administration did not inform us regarding the validity of stamp paper since they put stamp paper in their file all the time up to may 2017.
Secondly, what was the purpose of bank for depositing stamp paper by us since there is no use by them till last 07 years.
Third, who will be responsible for the loss of our money because since from the begining, stamp paper was in the possession of bank. They did not use them and neighter inform us that when and how stamp paper will be used.
In this regard, we request pnb top authority to kindly look in to the matter and compensate our money that have been wasted due to negligence of pnb administration.

[protected] किसान — मनमोहन चौरे को वर्ष — २०१४-15 की खरीफ की फसल का बीमा का लाभ नहीं मिला है इस पर जल्द से जल्द कार्यवही चाहते है महोदय वर्ष २०१४-१५ की खरीफ की फसल के लिए मेरे खाते से ३०१९.८९ रूपए की राशी कटी गई फसल में नुकशान होने पर बैंक द्वारा फसल बीमा का लाभ नहीं दिया गया इस सन्दर्भ में बैंक को लिखित में शिकायत की गई किन्तु अभी छः माह बीत जाने पर भी बीमा लाभ नहीं मिला है. महोदय इस सन्दर्भ में आपको अवगत कराना चाहता हूँ की सभी अन्य बेंको द्वारा उनके हितग्राहियों को उक्त समयावधि एवं सामान क्षेत्र का बीमा लाभ दिया जा चूका है. कृपया उचित कार्यवाही कर बीमा लाभ दिलाने का कष्ट करे

      Sir
      I have taken car loan of 1100000(eleven lakhs) on 28/10/2016 from Punjab national bank for a period of 7 years. the PNB taken a term insurance policy to cover this loan from PNBmetlife. the bank paid a single premium of Rs 38000/ to the company. I got the policy certificate for it.
      I had made the full payment of this loan on 8/2/2017. in the policy there is a provision for surrender the policy in such case. the company will refund as per their rule/formula in prepayment.
      so accordingly I applied for surrender the policy on 13/3/2017. I had submitted all relevant document for it.
      initially I got a letter from the company in which they asked for some more document and I did the same.
      After it I have been am requesting for the refund via email and phone but these is no response still my payment of 22000 is due. even after 5 month the company did not refund me my money about Rs 22000

        My account number is [protected], on[protected] when i used my atm to withdrawal 10, 000/- i didn't received money from atm, but i got the message deduction of rs.10, 000/- i have complaint on toll free number. But till today i am not refunded by my deducted money of rs. 10, 000/-
        Please take immediate action and refund my money back in my account.

              I have registered a complain sr [protected]. I have created this sr related to my issue with atm cash withdrawal.

              On 22nd may i have used my pnb atm card at boi (Bank of india) atm machine. Initially i tried to do transaction of 25k, which was failed. Later i tried to do a transaction of 10k which was successful.

              I tried for another transaction of 10k and 5k, but both of them was failed. Though i did not received the cash from atm but the amount of 15k was deducted from my account.

              It's already has been 15 days, and i haven't received any money back.

              Can i please request pnb to get back to me or respond to me as early as possible and let me know how to proceed further.

                How many take time for neft

                Sir i have an account in your bank. Yesterday on 29 may i had gone to pnb koni bilaspur chhattisgarh branch for neft, one employee of bank said to me that your money has transfer, there is no problem, but money did not transfer. Another day i went to bank for asking, the behavior of bank employee is no good. He said you write ac no wrong, you go sbi and send money, you bring another cheque etc

                    Sir,
                    i want to notify you that my account was frozen without prior intimation in march 2017. Due to this my student scholarship of rupees 55000 was not credited in my account. The bank did not intimate me in advance that my account is frozen so i had to bear a loss of 55000, whereas my other account holding banks did intimate me.
                    i do not expect this type of discrepancy from PNB. I could even claim my loss.
                    kindly look forward in my situation. Waiting for a soothing reply.

                        निवेदन है ि‍कि प्रार्थी की मां का पूर्व २० वर्ष से पंजाव नेशनल बैंक शाखा मॉल रोड मुरार ग्‍वालियर में खाता संचालित है ि‍जिसमें एफ डी आर एवं जमा राशि है खाते में नामांकित व्‍यक्ति के रूप में संतोश कुमार पुत्र अंगद का नाम है तथा प्रार्थी की मां की स्‍वास्‍थ्‍य खराव होने एवं लम्‍बी बीमारी होने के कारण अचानक उनकी म़त्‍यु हो गइ है म़त्‍यु उपरांत खाते की राशि एवं एफ डी की राशि नामांकित व्‍यक्ति को भुगतान होना आवष्‍यक है जो चूकि कारण नामांकित व्‍यक्ति का पता स्‍थान ग्‍वालियर न होते हुये पूर्व दो साल से तहसील कैलारस ि‍जिला मुरैना में वर्तमान में ि‍निवास करता है तथा दस्‍तावेजों में भी ि‍निवास स्‍थान का पता है दस्‍तावेजो में जैसे आधार कार्ड बोटर आईडी राशन कार्ड आदि में कैलारस का पता दर्ज है

                        उक्‍त पंजाव नेशनल बैंक शाखा द्वारा तथा फील्‍ड अधिकारी अजय सक्‍सैना द्वारा यह तर्क ि‍दिया जाता है ि‍कि पंजाव नैशनल बैंक की इसी शाखा में खाता होगा तभी भुगतान होगा अन्‍यथा अन्‍य ि‍किसी भी बैंक में ड्राफट / चैक / आर टी जी एस के माध्‍यम से भुगतान नहीं ि‍किया जावेगा जवकि प्रार्थी पर भारतीय स्‍टेट बैंक शाखा कैलारस में पूर्व से खाता खुला हुआ है ि‍जिसे नये खाते खुलाने की आवश्‍यकता नहीं है क्‍यों ि‍कि क्षेत्र में ४० से ५० ि‍किलो मीटर के अदंंंर पंजाव नेशनल बेेक की शाखा नही है तथा अन्‍य बाहर शाखाये है वह खाता नहीं खोल रही है तथा संबंधित शाखा मुरार में खाता नहीं खोला जा रहा है तथा प्रार्थी को गुमराह कर रहे है

                        I applied for net banking service almost 6 months ago in above mention ac but since then i haven't got any response, every time i visit branch regarding this request either i get no response or next date so i request to please look into this matter and take necessary action.

                          This is my first time when i am writing this complaint to u.
                          Dear sir
                          With refrence of budget[protected], finance minister announced education loan subsidy for those students who had taken loan before march 2009. But sir i m eligible for this subsidy. I had taken education loan from punjab national bank (Baghpat road, meerut) meerut in 2008. But my bank din"t me inform regarding this subsidy as per budget[protected]. But in my friend circle, two friends got a letter with subsidy format regarding this subsidy. My father went to bank branch. Then bank employee told to him he dint get any circular regarding this type subsidy. After that my father again went to bank submit money regarding loan the he asked to manager he told to him, student got subsidy in study time not in job time. But sir i m doing job on 7k per month in meerut. So manager is not guide me in proper way. And bank is not intimated me for this subsidy by latter or email or phone call. So i want to know that why did bank not intimate and guide me?

                            Our account was debited twice by rs 4600 on 23 mar 2107. We made the complaint same date. Bank told us that it will be resolved by 45 days. But after 45 when we called they said that complaint was wrongly put twice so it was closed without resolution. They want time of one more week. After one week they said 48 hrs and then again 3 more days, every time they are not ready to share any complaint details. Customer service executive talking with us rudely. Their team leader nilesh jaiswal made false promise. We as senior citizen don't expect this. It is total harassment, we are disturbed.

                              I have transar of Rs 1000/ on 7.5.17 through neft from mob bankig debit in my account but not credit in my wife account first mail sending on 9.5.17 Reg amount not transfar from my account to my wife account in same pnb branch No reply after that I registered the complaint on line on 11.5.17 vide complaint ref no [protected] status so far ( still in process) again comp registered on 15.5.17 status (still in open state) this is the service of leading bank PNB.

                                Isne loan karane k liye mere se pahle 3000/- rupaye liye fir[protected] ko call aya ki apka loan sanction ho gaya hai. credit me apki file hai aur guranter chahiye, maine unhe guranter v diye. but usne kaha ki ye guranter hamare yaha nahi chalega, ap ek kam karo 1000/- rs. ke stamp paper pe aggrement kar do. usper v mai ready ho gaya. aur mai dubara 1000/- uske account me transfer kar diya. to usne bola aj 20/05/2017 ko eve.3-3:30 pm hamara executive jayega documents sign karane. magar koi call ya sms tak nahi aya. uske bad maine kal 5pm se aj 10 am tak 100 se v jayada call aur sms kar liya par wo call pick nahi kar raha hai na hi koi sms kar raha hai.
                                Sir mai bahut paresan hun aur mujhe paiso ki bahut jarurat hai isliye maine personal loan k liye aply kiya tha. usko dene k liye mere pass paise nahi the par maine apne sahkarmi se udhar mang kar use transfer kiya.
                                Uska bank account Indian Bank-[protected], Name – Owies Unus, IFSC Code-IDIB000J033, Jasola New Delhi-110025. Maine pnb ka hi account no. manga to usne bola ki PNB me mera OD account hai isliye share nahi kar sakta.
                                ab ap hi batao mai kya karun. ab wo call pic nahi kar raha hai. mere pas paise nahi hai. isne mere sath fraud kiya hai.
                                Sriman, apse binamra nivedan ki please ek bar uske khilaf action lijiye aur usko saja dijiye taki future me wo kisi aur se aise fraud na kare.

                                    PNB saidpur branch are not clear the claim of my father it have no nomination and u make succession certificate for it made me fool from January manager and employee are corrupt I complained on PM website but that is also waste they transferred it to circle office they also not listen up I can't understand I have all necessary documents so my it take 6 months to clear now I know PNB is fully corrupt always says incomplete document or today we are busy come tomorrow plz help me

                                        I visited your PNB Branch Shahganj Agra 3 times but I remain unable to submit form 15h reason told by branch manager that our branch Computer not accepting your form because you are senior citizen and your limit is 350000 rupees the command is not given by ower senior officers you should complaint then so I request you
