An a/c of our grandma's is runing in pnb khudha lahora chandigarh branch under pradhaatri jan dhan yojna.. And it was running smothly but recenty on 17march2017 it was found tha some has withdrawn rs. 1200 from her a/c through atm.. Whereas the bank has never issued us any atm card for this purticular a/c.. They don't have any record of it.. Kindly get the money refund in account on an immidiate basis otherwise will close all the a/c from bank. As the faith has been lost being a nationalize bank

    I uploaded amount of rs 5000 to my paytm wallet money ducted from ac but not add in my paytm wallet . there is a msg this payment requesthas been declined by your bank . i queries in patm they said the money in not received in paytm payment gateway it in the pnb payment gateway. I go to Bank they told me that in there end they pay money to paytm and told me this is not our work contact customer care. i request to give me a charge back form they tell me we dont have any charge back form i complaint in PNB Hot Line But till No Reponse.

    My name is BS Vighnesh. My a/c no. is [protected] and my registered mobile number is [protected] . I am getting all the updates regarding my bank an atm transactions but i am not getting my OTP on my registered mobile no. Please try to solve this immediately. Its my humble request.
    I made a withdrawal of Rs.10000/- on 7th Mar 2017 from PNB ATM in Gautam Nagar. The ATM Dispensed five 2000 rupee notes. In one note there was written something on it and I have been trying to use but nobody is accepting. Please look into the matter as soon as possible.

      I used my pnb atm as on 21/03/2017 an amount of 10000 rupees in the morning time 10:03 am and transaction has declined but 10000 rupees debited form my account and not refund me till today.

        Sir few days ago I went in your bank my Debit card was expired so i was fill the form and ask astt.manager about Debit card but he send me for bank manager .
        Bank manager give me sms alert form .
        I asked him alredy i was fill 3 times the same also Aadhar no given 3 time.
        THE BRANC MANAGER SAID THAT HE HAVE LESS THAN EMPLOYEE SO HE CAN'T DO TIMELY.
        Sir I ask you that why I bear problem many time already I told him that I leave in delhi so i can't meet every time.
        Pls see the matter & take action.

          It is inform to u that cashier of pnb bank jassur himachal pradesh is not eligible for his post he is not efficient in his work .He behaved very rudely with me when I gone to him to submit cash by mistake I had taken a 2000rs note something is written on in that note I havent seen it, but when I gave cash to him for deposit he scold me loudly in the public and told me illetrate person, he also told me that he will tear a note he told me to not give back a note .I am really very upset with the behaviour bank employee .please look at the matter otherwise ill go to consumer court..

            I was summit my adhar card pan card also 3 times but bank not update the same.
            Also my Debit card expire so i was call customer care and went bank dated 15-3-17 and submit my document and also went next date for know update but till time as it is
            Also manage told that he have less than employee so work not do properly.
            I want to know that why we bear this problem.

              Hi, While using neft service of the pnb netbanking I am not getting the otp on my registered no.Earlier I used to get the otp not at that instant but after few minutes later.I have talked to customer care regarding the same they told me its a network problem when i said that i didn't face any problem while using other's bank netbanking services then they told me to contact my native branch(Bairagi gaya, Bihar).I have called several times @ [protected] but there is always busy line message.Currently I am working as central govt employee in Kochi.Ps look into the matter and do the needful.thanks in advance.

                Regarding our account at PNB, Madhuban Delhi branch. I have gone to withdraw money on 18th Mar 2017 for Rs 49, 000. But CRE# 4 staff Mrs Ranjita denied to pay any cash despite of continuous request from account holder and branch manager itself. Prior to this we had withdrawn money on 9th Mar as well with no issues. Since there is a family emergency and we wanted to have the money immediately, we requested to the branch manager and he also put a note to pay the money.

                However, Mrs Ranjita continuously denied to pay the money which is beyond understanding. She was only mentioning that we cannot pay as per the rules but did not provide any clarity over the rules referred here. Also she used rude language and misbehaved with the account holder which is unfortunate.

                We cannot understand when we could withdraw money a week before, what could be the issue this time?????

                We have sent a complaint on PNB portal as well but not received any reply from the bank. THIS HAS TO BE TAKEN UP IMMEDIATELY!!!

                Better you may gone to RBI Ombudsman to resolve the issue. Otherwise you may go to consumer court to resolve the issue.

                      I am a customer of pnb Munger branch having 2 current accounts and 3 saving accounts. I am sorry to say that the service at Pnb is very poor. Till 11 am cash counter's does not starts working. No one seems to take responsibility of this. It is regular problem with this bank. Staffs are less is the answer what we get. Are customers responsible for that.

                          In this account extra debit aroud one lakh during 2013 to 2015.
                          Exp - on dtd 29/07/13 we have withdrawl 25000 through atm but in this account debit 50, 000 when atm limit is 25000 only and many more defult on many transaction. I have complaint to bank manager, customer care and ccso but nobody responsible revert. Please suggest me that what should i do and where should i go.

                                I just wanted to add myself as Nominee to my Fathers Account and Fixed Deposits who is in a very critical condition and is unable to even sign the application.

                                The first day when I went to the Bank Manager, he asked me to bring someone elderly although I am 36 years old.

                                The next day when I took someone alongwith me to talk to him, he said give me an application and then I will send someone for verification.

                                The other day when I went to submit the application he said, bring it with thump impression and the other day when I took the same with Thumb Impression, he asked for 2 Witnesses in the Letter.

                                And Now when I wanted to submit the Application duly completed alongwith All Doctors report. He is refusing to accept the same and again says he will send someone for Verification. In the mean time my father’s condition is getting critical day by day.

                                Further, my father issued a Cheque No.013944 dated 17 December 2016 to Mr. Harsh Jain which the said person deposited in ICICI Bank and the same returned dishonoured due to Signature Difference i.e. the same was refused for payment by the Punjab National Bank, Malancha Branch itself. However, to our surprise, the said amount of Rs.32000 got deducted from my Savings Account, despite Cheque return. However, when we queried regarding this to the Branch, they say talk to ICICI Bank. Now what kind of logic is this.

                                I request strict action to be taken against the Branch Officials for Undue Harrasment of the Customers who are already suffering due to severe illness, otherwise I will lodge a complaint with the Public Grievance Cell.

                                Despite complaining at all levels, No Action has been taken against the BM, its a serious case which should be dealt with strongly, otherwise these people use undue chair power and continue to harass other people.

                                  Hi PNB Bank,

                                  Amazon has initiated a refund of rs.6, 999/- on Dec 28, 2016 for my
                                  order number [removed] to my PNB account number
                                  [removed] and provided a reference number for refund as
                                  [removed].
                                  It has been 3 months and I have not received the refund. I have been
                                  following up with Amazon customer care and PNB customer care regularly
                                  from last 3 months, but I am not getting any satisfactory response and
                                  not even getting my refund. I have been told to file charge dispute as
                                  transaction not processed, but customer care is not even helping with
                                  that.

                                    I have done a online transaction last of December of 2500rs The rupees got deducted from my bank account but not come in my online transaction wallet. I waited from some days then logged a compliant in pnb on 9 jan. Their executive said to wait for 45 days and the money will be refunded. I taken follow up till 45 days but nothing happened.
                                    After that i marked too many mails to escalation matrix of pnb, but none of them is responding. They are saying that my transaction is successful. How can it be successful if i had nit received the money till now, even i asked for the artifacts if the money has transferred but the people are not responding.

                                        I have done a transaction on 12 Jan 2017 but got failed and money got debited so on same day registered complain with Pnb ang got ticket no M[protected] and those people said maximum 45 working days enough to resolve. But still they are unable and asking more days. Such a useless banking team. Such people of their money get debited they will get back soon. Bank people want over time money and if they get late they will go on strike such useless people
                                        Punjab National Bank [PNB] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
