i had purchesd a coolpad cool 1 of Rs 13999 from Amazon on 6/01/17 and due to some issue i return it on 11/01/17.And refund of Rs.13999 has been processed successfully on[protected]. The amount should reflect in my account by[protected]. And now today is 31 jan 2017 i have not got my refund in my PNB bank a/c yet.
They give me the Authorization Code (Refund Reference Number) for the transaction is[protected].

jb maine bank customer care pe phone kya to bolte h "charge dispute jse koi cheej nhi hote or na he hum refund reference no ko track kr sakte h"

And this time Amazon send me this mail:-

I tried calling the customer care and sent 2 emails but there was no proper response. Customer care people say its getting late to open the information. we will call you back.       I have my account no [protected] in chaura Bazar Ludhiana branch, branch charged 357rs on 2 Dec on cash deposited in home branch also, on 14 Dec they return my two cheque with memo sign diff n charged 575 per cheque that too charge that also when sign was not diff. Please refund charger back which they charge without reason. I had deposit cash in my branch in my city then why charge for that

        KNIT mess fees likely to pay by cheque due to rush in cash transaction and being a college campus bank, for the student of KNIT not in a position to give long ques due to their classes. But concerned BM PNB Sultanpur refused to take cheque and demanded to deposit cash only . I try to contract with toll free number of PNB customer care executive, but approx 15 minutes later attended the call but no any suitable reply received from customer executive for reason not accepting the cheque instead of cash or cash less transaction .

            PNB Global Credit Card has been charged Rs 1933 as finance charges on Credit Card bill dt 05.12.2016 of Rs. 45045.21 due dt 25.12.2016 against which I have already Rs 35732.07 till 25.12.2016. only Rs. 9313.14 was outstanding because of cash crunch during demonetization period.

            I mailed to PNB, requesting for waive off the finance charges because of demonetization & cash problem, but they denied with no reason only mention bank policy. which RBI gives notification that no penalty or charges will charge on all loans repayment during demonetization.

            Please reverse the finance charges.

              Hi I am Raghu having account punjab national bank and I am having credit card in Punjab national bank, for any clarification for my transaction in my credit card. I need to contact customer care but in the customer care number[protected] in the automated system it ask card number and PIN number to reach the customer care executives. Every time when I go this bank for any work they suffer me to do this to do that . The work for other people is doing very simple but with me too bad . Issue new atm, register mobile no with a/c no .for other people they do very fast proceed. But my time write many type applications. I take leave from my job for do my bank work but they don't do that . This type of working language is not good for bank or public . Many people don't know how to complaint.                   I took pnb metlife saving plan offer from executive named Prasanjit mitra [protected]@pnbmetlife.com),

                  I was getting medical plus healthiest France as part of the saving plan..

                  After careless pnb metlife in its spree to cheat customers did not sent me medical insurance in 2015,
                  On lot of persuasion and complaints I got 2 lakhs rupees star health insurance in 2015.

                  Same thing repeated in 2016, and on follow up with [protected]@pnbmetlife.com, I was told that I will get cash back for the same..( market value for this is anything above 4000/- ) so I agreed on cash back.

                  He ([protected]@pnbmetlife.com) also told that instead of cash back, I will get premium waiver of same amount from august 2017.

                  All the promises and committment done by pnb metlife have been fake..

                  I have realised pnb metlife has been a cheat and liar organisation with cheat sales executives to fool customers.

                  Pnb metlife never keeps promises, and even if it does it ensures it harasses customers.

                  I will never take pnb metlife policy again. And by putting the mail on social media, I am persuing others to avoid getting in trap and never take pnbmetlife policy in life.

                  Next step will be complaining on irda site.

                    deduction of amount from current account without any reason or any other announcement.
                    I was maintaining my current account with rs 5000 and above
                    one day suddenly i saw, got a deduction in my account of rs 1150/- (QAB CHARGES)
                    When i went to my branch manager MR.BHANAWAT he himself don't know what the hell is this.
                    and just told me these are Govt.bank policies, they can do whenever, whatever, they want to do, and told me to leave, WITH HUGE SYMPATHY,
                    AND TILL NOW EVEN HE HAS NO ANSWER ABOUT (QAB CHARGER)
                    so its my humble request to PNB BANK
                    please CIRCULATE OR SPREAD NEWS, ONLINE/OFFLINE WHICHEVER/WHATEVER scheme are going to launch
                    so that customer could know about it.

                      Hi,
                      Pls note education loan was taken for 1, 60, 000 from punjab national bank - haldwani, which was sanctioned on 23/01/2010 and we have received the subsidy amount of rs 14574 just once on 09/08/2014.

                      The subsidy was not paid full and pnb closed the loan account on 22/03/2016.
                      We have already written a compliant to the bank but they are not giving satisfactory answer on this complaint.

                        Opened a bank account in punjab national bank 3 months ago. Account has been opened and the amount has been credited to that account. But they are not ready to give pass book and debit card. Even i don't know the account number also.

                        Without having the pass book and debit card how can i use the account.

                        I went to branch and requested for pass book. But they refuse to give pass book and debit card.

                          Hello, i am dr kusum. I purchased a brown sweater of monte carlo from flip kart on 30/12/2016 by debit card and returned that back on 6/1/2017. I have not credited back with the amount of rs 1602/-. I called in flipkart as well as in pnb a lot of times. But my problem is not resolved till now. Flipkart provided an arn number of my transaction and saying that we have returned your credit. Arn number is 3001070076365210538703. I sent my bank statement to flipkart to show that i have not credited with the amount. But they are saying that this is issue of your concerned bank. My phone number is [protected].                               No 15611661K EX Sepoy ACP-I Rajesh Kumar .I am retired 31 July 2016 but pension not received.
                              It is intimated that my original PPO No S/22620/2016(ARMY) dt 18 Apr 2016 has been forwarded to PNB CPPC Chandigarh vide Regd No A RM[protected] IN dt 08 Aug 2016 but my pension and Gratuity non receipt. Please take action in this matter.

                                  It's been days since there is no cash in the atms of Pnb Teerthanker Mahaveer University, Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh. Due to unavailability of cash in the atms students are facing a lot problems. We can't even have money to buy soaps, toothpaste, pen, notebooks, etc. So on the behalf of student body Iam requesting you to look into this matter as soon as posdible.

                                    I Initiated a payment from my bank account number [protected] on 19th Jan, 2017 of Rs. 1090/- and the same was not processed properly. Reference number of the bank payment is 83667453.

                                    Unfortunately the said amount of Rs. 1090/- was debited from my bank account. I tried to lodge a complaint in your branch but the personnel over there denied to take any action saying that it is out of his Jurisdiction. Also, I tried to lodge a complaint on your toll-free number but there also the personnel denied to accept the complaint.

                                    In the circumstances, you are requested to kindly take the matter into consideration at an early date.
