Punjab National Bank [PNB] Complaints & Reviews

This bank is fraud.. I have recieved 3 refunds from ecommerce sites and the bank has cleared the money and steal the money from my account.
Here are some details;
1st refund- 649 Rs, 22nd November, UTR No. - NFT[protected]XXXXXXXXXXXXXX (By- Amazon.in)

2nd refund- 449Rs, 24th November, UTR N. - NFT[protected]XXXXXXXXXXXXXX (By- Amazon.in)

Purchased redmi note 3 ₹11999 from amazon on 13/12/2016 and done full payment by debit card but order was cancelled on 20/12/2016 and now amazon is saying that refund has been sent to bank. So contact customer service and file charge dispute they had given me Authorisation Code (Refund reference Number[protected]
But customer service is saying they can file nothing like charge dispute and can only check if money came to your account...

I have been sent mail two times, but couldn't get any response, on 22 December I was trying to pay jabong through debit card, while transaction money had been detected from my account, but it was not received by jabong team, money was stuck in gateway, it was detected from my account and jabong had not received..Then where is the amount, please help me to get back my amount.

I did 3 IMPS transactions(each of Rs.6000) to one Catholic Syrian Bank on 15th December 2016. Beneficiary account details were wrongly updated by me so transaction failed but amount got deducted from my account.

I sent mail ON 20th December 2016 on Complaint/callcentre/[protected]@pnb.co.in, mentioning the issue in return i got reply from [protected]@mail.pnb.co.in, in mail i was provided with 3 docket numbers for the complaints...

On 25dec2016 rs4000 deducted for paytm order no. [protected]. But transaction failed msg came. After inquiring with paytm they told to contact bank for refund as they dont receive amount. Amount is not returned to account till yet. Please credit rs 4000 back to my account as soon as.

On December 26, 2016 09/40 AM i try to transfer 2000rs from my PNB account to PAYTM and PNB deduct 2000 but PAYTM ask my bank decline to transfer money... then i try 2nd time 2000 and its done but my 1st 2000 not get back in my account till now... then i register complaint on PNB customer care complaint number is M[protected] they ask me to wait for 45 days but there is not my fault so why i have to wait..and plz PNB and other Banks i[censored] can't...

I had Ordered a SAMSUNG phone from AMAZON.IN with order #[protected] on 17-DEC-2016 which i successfully canceled on 23-DEC-2016 and since i had paid by debit card, the amount was supposed to be credited in my bank account which did not happen till date. I contacted the AMAZON team which replied me back with a reference number stating that they successfully initiated the refund process on 23rd itself and its up to the bank to credit...

I was to pay the amount of Rs. 50000 to Senco Gold Ltd. by debit card (xxxxxxx1588) but the transaction failed stating SALE REVERSED.I have checked my account showing that the amount of Rs 50000 has been deducted from my account even though the transaction failed.

Kindly refund the amount as earliest as possible though your settlement claim process. I will be highly obliged....
