I understand your concern regarding the refund of the order#[protected]
I'm sorry to hear that you are not able to find the refund for the order.
I've checked the details and can confirm that the refund has been successfully processed on 31 December 2016 from our end. This amount should have been credited to your account by now.
As you haven't received your refund yet, I'm providing a reference number as confirmation.
Here is the reference number[protected] of the refund:Rs.7, 499.00
Please contact customer service of your bank with this reference number they should be able to find the refund.
If you still don't see your refund then ask your bank's customer service to dispute the transaction as "refund never processed" under reference number
At that time, they'll see a pending refund and will follow the path back to our payment processor to locate the refund.
I definitely understand that this additional step may cause inconvenience to you, however appreciate your kind cooperation in this regard.
