I purchased Sony SRS X55 bluetooth speaker from amazon on 26/12/2016 and done full payment by debit card but order was cancelled on 1/01/2017 and now amazon is saying that refund has been send to bank. So contact customer service and file charge dispute they had given me a no. Refund reference no[protected].
But customer service is saying they can file nothing like charge dispute and can only check if money came to your account or not.
Same behaviour by branch also.
Don't know what to do. I also talked with Deutsche bank who has probably done this transaction on behalf of Amazon but they refuse to help as I don't have direct relationship with them. Deutsche bank told me that they can't help until Amazon or PNB mail them for this transaction.

    Dear Sir,
    Request you to please look in to this issue, as i have been doing follow up with the respective bank manager with the issue raised with my student loan account with BM triveniganj Dist Supaul Bihar.

    I had directly call them to help resolve the issue they have assure me of help but not yet they have reverted me. I have been paying my loan on monthly basis as well the government subsidy was shared to the bank on behalf of my family low income.
    But even now i have been paying the interest bu when i tried to enquired about the remaining amount to be paid to the bank i was worried to know the amount.
    PNB bank tribenganj branch has shared the details which was not matched with subsidy amount paid by the Canara bank was very high .As well initial period itself huge interest was charged on my education loan amount.Now i have lost my job from last three months please help as i am been doing follow up with bank official from last two months

      Dear sir my name is MD RAHMATULLAH

      Yesterday i have deposited 1000 rs in the above given a/c but pnb has illegally deducted 440 from my a/c.. This is a student a/c opened at zero balance but i dont know why pnb has been deducting my balance in the name of shortfal.. Please stop this nonesense and refund my balance... U know how difficult for a lower class student to save 1000 rs.

            I'm sorry to hear that you are not able to find the refund for the order.

            I've checked the details and can confirm that the refund has been successfully processed on 31 December 2016 from our end. This amount should have been credited to your account by now.

            As you haven't received your refund yet, I'm providing a reference number as confirmation.

            Please contact customer service of your bank with this reference number they should be able to find the refund.

            If you still don't see your refund then ask your bank's customer service to dispute the transaction as "refund never processed" under reference number

            At that time, they'll see a pending refund and will follow the path back to our payment processor to locate the refund.

              From my PNB Account No [protected], using debit card, I credited online Rs 3000 on[protected] and Rs. 200 on[protected] in favour of PayTM. It is debited from my account but is not credited to PayTM till today - 14 Jan 2017. Pl see that it is credited to the party or at least recredited to my account. I fail to understand why such a thing ever happened.

                I am purchase a product of rs.10999 and pay rs 10999 from pnb debit card. The product is not as per my expectation so i return it to amazon. Amazon says they refund my amount on 30 december and it is credited to my account by 10th january. But noo refund comes to my account.
                Amazon is saying that refund has been send to bank. So contact customer service and file charge dispute they had given me a no. Refund reference[protected]
                But customer service is saying they can file nothing like charge dispute and can only check if money came to your account or not.

                            I booked a mobile phone from amazon online shopping on 28.12.16. I was given a transaction ID : #404-[protected]. Whole amount of Rs 10999/= was paid through debit card of PNB.Due to some reasons i cancelled the transaction on 29.12.16. This was duly informed to amazon . I was assured that i will get refund of my amount by 10.01.17 . I haven't received the refund as yet. On contacting Amazon several times they gave me a reference no. Of transaction[protected] . I contacted PNB officials with the above mentioned transaction IDbut they refused to entertain my complaint . It is kindly requested to look into my complaint.

                            Still i have not recieved any support from your side many follow up i have
                            not get my refund amount amazon and PNB team are blaming to each other and
                            finally i am suffering for my own payment now tell me who is the
                            responsible person for this activity
                            This is the last and final reminder to you if will not recieve my payment
                            today i will go to consumer court and will never buy any product from
                            amazon.

I had submitted all the necessary documents required for the phone no. updation related to my account on 25 October 2016, but tilI now my phone no. has not been updated to the new one. I visited my branch many times to overcome my problem but every time branch manager said that your no. has been updated to the new one. but I am receiving OTP on my old no. till now. i am fed up with this.                                 On 7th Jan while I was adding the cash online from my PNB saving bank account to my Paytm wallet, the deduction from my bank account took place but it wasn't added to my Paytm wallet, I complaint to Paytm customer care they said it's your bank fault, so I complaint to bank as they said to wait for 24 hours but since from last so many days there's no money added back to my bank account n even the customer care is not responding

                                    This bank is fraud.. I have recieved 3 refunds from ecommerce sites and the bank has cleared the money and steal the money from my account.

                                    I have already put 2 online comlaints but its been over 2 weeks there has been no response from the bank.
                                    I have visited the bank myself more than 8 times and everytime they used to make me wait outside for an hour or two. The bank workers are such insensitives and they don't acknowledge the customer's problem insted they keep on troubling the customer. They made me write an application for the same in which i mentioned everything and the they asked me to come after a week, I visited the bank and the Manager of the bank spoke to me so rudely, he straightaway shouted at my face that he's not gonna help me and asked me to go away. Firstly, I want my money back and secondly, serious action should to be taken against the bank workers for misbehaving with the customers instead of acknowledging their problem.

                                        This is to inform you about a problem I am facing since last week. I made a refund request of 1000+4000 rupees from my Paytm Wallet to my PNB bank account([protected]). Transation & reference no. was generated for that but the amount is not credited to my account. The very next day I contacted to Paytm team regarding this issue but they told me that they have credited the amount and to contact my bank.Than I reached to PNB Patlender Hamirpur branch. The also didn't gave me any satisfactory answer and again send me to Paytm team. Now Paytm team send me a mail as mentioned below.
