      Dear sir I done two transactions from my Pnb account date 17/01/2017 but transaction not completed and payment debited from my bank when I saw my bank statement in this show two times 5000 rupees debit from bank their I'd are HPNB[protected]/[protected] and second is HPNB[protected]/[protected] but when I ask bill desk they told me that bank confirmation not come so your payment not go after that I done my payment cash so please return my payment in my bank account thanks my phone no is [protected]
      If transaction done in first time I need not to do in second time but both time payment not receive to huda or payment debit from bank so I paid cash because huda fee is important and now if these payments go to huda than icannot receive payments from huda this is Pnb or bill desk mistake not done transaction at that time and if you send money two days later there is no meaning so please return it to my account you understand that there is no mistake from my sides this is network issue or Pnb issue or bill desk issue but unfortunately I suffered this is my money and I want to return to my bank account and i am not interested to complete this transaction because time lapsed so please return this transaction or amount in my bank account thanks sir

        I have ordered a camera worth rs 36249 and another product of rs500 together
        I didnt get my refund back i have talked to amazon.in and they have said they processed my refund and talk to bank

              Hii i am ghulam mohi u din .i am pnb customer. i am submited the check frm pnb sector 62 noida up in january 16 2017.but my check was not clear.i am also contact the branch manger of pnb sector 62 noida, she told me you can wait after 2 to 4 days more.why ia m wait to 4 days more i have to so much much of the finical problem.please immmediately clearence of my check

I contacted Amazon, they said they initiated the refund vide the above mentioned reference number. Then I called PNB Customer Care. Even they didn't help me out. Very highly dissatisfied. Paytm has been declared that they have not received any fund from Bank.I am advised please contact your Bank.Please be refunded the said amount and credited to my a/c at an early date.                     My ATM card is blocked. I'm unable to withdraw money from any ATM. Eventhough there is enough money in my account, the cheque which was submitted to pay my loan amounts from axis bank has bounced. The ATM pin was not wrongly entered so that the account gets blocked. My complaint is to release my blocked account and let me know the reason for the blockage.

                        When I purchased petrol with card swapping I was charged with 10 rupees extra as swapping charge though India government announced free swapping on petrol purchasing. It was deducted 260 rupees instead of 250 rupees.
                        I also contacted to customer help center but problem not resolved.
                        As per India government regulations no petrol purchasing charged will be imposed on customer

                          I have submitted my KYC documents alongwith ATM CHQ BOOK form but till date i have not receieved the same. Today when i visited your civil line branch regarding the same the branch manager alongwith other staff member start abusing me in front of the public. He uses such bad words and behave rudely. I am very displeased and want to shift my account to other bank because of this incident and also will suggest my family members and friends to shift there account also.                             I visited to PNB bank for opening of zero balance account ( branch Jaitpur, badarpur) there was a Lady employee who is responsible for account opening till 12 'O' clock, but she stopped her work at 11:40 even I remind her to open my account you have 20 minutes yet. So she replied me with very bad manner and didn't tell me her name for complain when I asked.
                            I also informed her I work in out of Delhi and today I have taken leave for my account opening purpose. However she didn't respond me positively and left the bank before time.
                            I request you to please take a necessary action against her ASAP.

                              Whenever I paid through debit card, my money detected but order couldn't place, amount stuck in gateway of bank, third party couldn't receive, and my amount detected.i am facing this problem again and again, I think there is some kind of problem from bank's server, but how many times I have to suffer.On 22 December my money detected but I am still waiting for the response from bank.even I have not received any mail or any response from bank.today once again money has been detected from my account, 2356 rs has been detected but not received by the beneficiary.its final that I will not pay through debit card in future, but for now please help me to get the money back.its happened two times.

                                I purchased Sony SRS X55 bluetooth speaker from amazon on 26/12/2016 and done full payment by debit card but order was cancelled on 1/01/2017 and now amazon is saying that refund has been send to bank. So contact customer service and file charge dispute they had given me a no. Refund reference no[protected].
                                But customer service is saying they can file nothing like charge dispute and can only check if money came to your account or not.
                                Same behaviour by branch also.
                                Don't know what to do. I also talked with Deutsche bank who has probably done this transaction on behalf of Amazon but they refuse to help as I don't have direct relationship with them. Deutsche bank told me that they can't help until Amazon or PNB mail them for this transaction.

                                  Dear Sir,
                                  Request you to please look in to this issue, as i have been doing follow up with the respective bank manager with the issue raised with my student loan account with BM triveniganj Dist Supaul Bihar.

                                  I had directly call them to help resolve the issue they have assure me of help but not yet they have reverted me. I have been paying my loan on monthly basis as well the government subsidy was shared to the bank on behalf of my family low income.
                                  But even now i have been paying the interest bu when i tried to enquired about the remaining amount to be paid to the bank i was worried to know the amount.
                                  PNB bank tribenganj branch has shared the details which was not matched with subsidy amount paid by the Canara bank was very high .As well initial period itself huge interest was charged on my education loan amount.Now i have lost my job from last three months please help as i am been doing follow up with bank official from last two months

This is a student a/c opened at zero balance but i dont know why pnb has been deducting my balance in the name of shortfal.. Please stop this nonesense and refund my balance... U know how difficult for a lower class student to save 1000 rs.

On 11th January 2017 thru debit card for NPS though AMT was deducted but not credited in NPS even after six days and over that gateway charges of RS 391/, have been charged with it reason kindly look into matter and either get AMT credited or clear where AMT is lying without levying RS 391/_ as charges achal mongia pran no[protected] mobile [protected]

                                        I am going to complaint against the whole staff of PNB, vill.gill, ludhiana, Punjab.they have no sence how to talk with a customer..they get personal to every customer.Manager of the brannch also have no sence how to talk and behave with a customer.they get partial with their cutomers.So i am going to transfer my saving account from their branch, please help me to get it solve.
