I have done a refund from paytm on 11 dec. 2016 and they send the amount to my account and quote an ARN no 85215226346649261200729 for further assistance and say to talk with mobile banking customer care and not got a appropriate reply form bank customer care and the amount is 15k and account no.       I purchased samsung Galaxy on5 pro from amazon.in. it is returned and refund of 5329 rupees is initiated in 21st dec 2016. But i didn't get my refund in my pnb account number [protected]. So they gave me a reference number 75260826357010769435010 for refund transaction and said file charge dispute as "refund never processed ". When i contacted pnb customer care service they said there is nothing like 'file dispute' and said to contact to branch. At branch same excuse is found.

      I mailed to [email protected] with the given reference number. Also complained to national cosumer helpline number. But i don't know which step worked.

      Same issue i have been facing, same bank, same merchant, same replies and the result is till date i have not received my refund for the samsung phone that i had bought but later cancelled.

      I had bought a samsung phone on 17dec, canceled it on 23rd, furiously waited for almost 17 days.Mailed a lot of people and called a bunch of times and received the refund amount on 10 jan. Don't know what worked, maybe its their routine.
      Have you got your money and if yes then how?
      Amazon is saying that refund has been send to bank. So contact customer service and file charge dispute they had given me a no. Refund reference# 458007.

      But customer service is saying they can file nothing like charge dispute and can only check if money came to your account or not.
      Same behaviour by branch also.

        For renewal of the same I had submitted a request application to the Branch Manager on 25 Nov 2016, but I am sorry to state that I am yet to receive any Card till date for which I am facing immense problem in this 'Cashless' environment in the country.

          Dear sir I have transferred Rs.448 from paytm wallet to my pnb bank account no. [protected] on 28th December 2016, but money not credited yet. Bank transaction I'd is [protected]. Please sort it out. Also see attachment.
          My registered mobile no. Is [protected]. I talked to paytm they said already sent money from their side.. I also tell pnb bank so many time but no action taken by my bank. Please resolve this issue

            Sir, i had given a cheque (957208) to m/s tyre world for payment of rs.4400. But the same was rejected by the bank and fined rs.345 as a penalty. When i contacted the concerned branch it is informed by the branch that it is due to mismatching of signature. If there was any discrepancy then why not informed me. This deteriorate my image in the market.
            Sir, i request you to look into this matter and refund the fine charged rs.345 as early as possible please.

                Hello sir..I am Sunil dhupar from ghaziabad and my mobile num is [protected]..i want to complaint about the bank manager of pnb branch in pratap vihar, ghaziabad. He has illegedly behaved and not giving my mother's pension.She is parallysed and we cant take her to the bank..but manager is not agreeing to give her pension..he has behaved very badly. There is a big line outside the bank.hope u getting my point...i cant take her there..as she cant walk..she cant see from one eye..unka central hospital se illaj chal ra h...we have given all d details nd papers to the bank manager...beside this also he is not consedring anything...he has also refused to provide her with a debit card facility..i hope my complaint will be proccessed soon.

                  My account number is [protected] in PNB Subji mandi branch, Delhi. On 29th Dec 2016 I used my ATM card to withdraw Rs. 2500 from their ATM located @ Geeta Colony, Delhi. The ID of the ATM is H6016100. Address of ghe site is 10/39, Geeeta Colony, Delhi 110031. The money got debited from my account but it did not came out of the ATM and gave a transaction slip in which "Transaction Declined "message was printed. But the money got debited from my account. I have also registered a complaint at their customer hepline number And they gave me the complaint number "A[protected]. But till date my hard earned money has not been credited into my account.

                    श्रीमान जी,

                    सविनय निवेदन यह है कि अधोहस्ताक्षरी, धारक चैक (बिअरर चैक) का भुगतान जो कि श्री रमेश चन्द खाता धारक द्वारा काटा गया था दिनांक[protected] लेने के लिये पन्जाब नैशनल बैंक (मुख्य शाखा) हमीरपुर में लगभग अपराह्न तीन बजे गया, लगभग एक घन्टे के बाद जब मेरी बारी आई तो काउन्ट्र कलर्क ने मुझे अशिष्टता से देखते हुए भुगतान देने से मना कर दिया कि चैक नं 860048 खाताधारक द्वारा लिखित अमाउन्ट रुपए 24000/- नहीं मिलेगा क्योंकि खाता नं [protected] किसी और पन्जाब नैशनल बैंक शाखा का है और इसका भुगतान नही होगा और बड़े ही अशिष्ट व्यवहार से कहा कि यहां से सह प्रबंधक/ प्रबन्धक के पास चले जाओ जवकि काउन्टर कलर्क के काउन्टर में 2000/- रुपए की समुचित करन्सी थी। जब मै सह प्रबंधक के पास गया तो वहां पर भी इसी प्रकार का अशिष्ट व्यवहार मिला और मुझे उन्होने प्रबन्धक के पास जाने को कहा और जब मै प्रबंधक के पास गया तो वहां पर भी इसी प्रकार का अशिष्ट व्यवहार मिला और उन्होने इससे और आगे वढ़ते हुए कहा कि आप 24000/- कि जगह 10000/- रुपये ले लें और मैने कहा कि क्या धारक चैक (बिअरर चैक) के उपर कांट छांट की जा सकती है और उन्होने इसका कोई जबाव नहीं दिया और मुझे मानसिक कष्ट एवं पीङा के साथ खाली हाथ लौटना पड़ा और मुझे काफ़ी वित्तीय नुकसान उठाना पड़ा।

                    अत: आपसे विनम्र प्रार्थना है कि इस पूरे मामले का संज्ञान लिया जाये एवं दोषी कर्मचारियों के विरुद्व कड़ी कार्यावाही की जाये ताकि इस प्रकार की शिष्टाचारहीन एवं अशिष्ट व्यवहार से मुल्यवान ग्राहक और बैंक की छवि भी नुकसान से बच सके।

                            On 22 December, trying to paid through debit card to jabong, money has been detected but jabong couldn't receive the money, transaction was failed but money had detected from my account, my balance sheet was also showing it, I have called and also mailed to jabong, they said that according to the their finance department they have not received amount which had been detected from my account, I tried to call customer care of pnb also went to bank, and sent mail to customer care of pnb, please solve this issue as soon as possible.

                                I Krishnakumar P Gupta having saving account in opera house branch (0067) with account no. [protected].
                                On 28th Dec 2016 while using PNB rewardz application I try to transfer amount of 2000 INR through 'm point' within same app.
                                While doing transfer amount of 1999.99 INR was deducted from my account but transaction gets failed.
                                After that I also lodged a complaint through PNB helpline no. Complaint no. M[protected].
                                But even after more than 30 days my deducted amount is not being credited back to my account.
                                On 29 Dec 2016 again I lodged a complaint regarding same complaint no. M[protected].
                                It is my humble request to you please do the needful.

                                      I have recently visited the Punjab National Bank Rajender Nagar, Sahibabad branch for updation of mobile number [protected](lost somewhere).

                                      The PNB executives told me that process will take some time and it has been a week since no care had been taken on my request. I am doing transaction and continously the OTP is going to my previous mobile number which had been lost.
