In my account there are showing wrong account balance INR 46, 844.07 Cr.

and during this period i am unable to use my debit card also. please help me as soon as possible.Why this happen daily. i am feeling uncomfortable to use PNB banking.

    punjab national bank charmwood plaza faridabad 121009 HR.i was applied cheque book on 2 november 2016 still i cant recieve my cheque book.
    bank employies said we dont have your cheque book please contact your courier boy today i went to bank a lady employee said yes i have your cheque book but i cant give you right now first you give me a application that please sent my cheque book on my address and courier charges will be deducted from your account kindly resolve this problem..

      Sir i have tried to purchase a gas connection at dated 23d of december 2016, through paytm, due to system failure, agency has not received amount, but punjab national bank has bebited amount 6813rupees, i have registered complain (A[protected] same day at dated 23d of december, more then one week have passed but no one responded, i have gone to paharganj branch and seen p. K. Grewal (Manager) but he is making excuses plz do needful

        My account is in palika bajar shamli and ifsc code is punb0042400.i taken an atm before three days and when i asked about my atm personal no then an employer say me that u will get a message on your registerd mobile no till evening but that message come not then nest day i again go to branch same problem i say again and again say employ say me that today u will get message till evening but i do not get till now.

            I tried to withdraw Rs2000/- from pnb ATM using my pnb debit card at 16.57.22 on 26.12.2016 . i could not get the amount, but was deducted from my account .As the money was mostly needed, I again tried to withdraw RS 2000/-from VIJAYA bank ATM using the same pnb debit card at 17.16 on the same date 26.12.2016, but I could not get the amount, and was again deducted from my account.So a sum total of Rs 4000/-was deducted on the above date.

              This is very very poor and worst banking services which is not at all Acceptable since long time i requested to enable net banking option to your people but still it’s not at all working when i went to bank to resolve this, they will say that it’s with website to activate when i login to website it will shows that error you’re not authorized to operate contact nearest branch, in this regard if i called to toll free after long time i will get connect they will suggest to go home branch only iam asking only netbanking option to transfer my salary or my amount not at all others XYZ, first of all we don’t have time to travel to bank /home branch so that several times i requested to enable net banking, is there anyone to resolve the same otherwise ill close my Account With PNB..Arun [protected].

                  I called at 2:21 pm on customer care helpline no regarding atm nondisburshedment for the account no [protected] for amount 5000 on the date 26-12-16 through icici atm machine . Customer care associate refussed to forwaord complaint because I was not Account holder . She was presseing to talk with acount holder . However I just want to louged a complaint for the non disburs amount. It so worst customer care.

                    The pitampura branch is not at all helpful.. The staff is not there at time the customers are being told every time to come tomorrow or go here and there. The staff is arrogant and nt ready to help i have been coming from two days and they are like the staff is not there at 10:30. They will come late aren't we suppose to go to work. Please take some action other wise i have to file a complaint under consumer protection act

                      I Visited PNB Hamirpur Himachal Pradesh to take the payment of cheque no 860048, issued by Ramesh Chand PNB Account No-[protected], but first Dealing assistant of PNB Branch refused to pay me Rs.24000/- amount but while he kept more amount of 2000/- currency note in his counter. He Rudely refused me to not to give payment--and force me to go to Bank Manager---while i rush to manager--then he force me to Assistant manager -- both official behave rudely with me and not take any action to my request.

                        I had carried out IMPS using NEFT of Rs. 4500/-. Amount has been deducted twice and external reference id are[protected] and[protected]. Amount of reference id[protected] has been credited to the other account whereas reference id[protected] has not been credited nor refunded in my account. When I mailed to bank regarding same on 17 Dec received a reply that same has been forwarded for resolving. Till date have not received any solution. When contacted customer care they said you have to register complain in customer care and not by mail. They refused to register complain till I confirm which reference id has been credited. We as a customer do not have the option to find out same and hence had to wait till I got confirmation from the second bank. It is 11 days and banks are acting in such a way. From past half an hour I am trying their toll free which is busy or call is not going through. Please help me solve this issue. Please contact me at[protected]

                        I have received a call asking for my debit card details to refund the amount back to my account. Can someone please explain when amount is deducted from my account and if they have to refund same why are they asking for debit card details including expiry and cvv and also they are saying same shall be refunded in parts. Is it worth to share these details and would like to know why same can not be refunded immediately.

                          Sir I have account in pnb bank branch anupgarh ifsc code 729800. I was waiting of branch manager to talk bt he was not responsing even I waited one and half hour in front of him but he is busy with his mobile for his personal commitments. I don't know name of branch manager. After one and half hour he was going for lunch break and still I am waiting in branch. I request you to resolve this type of issues so that customers valuable time can be saved.

                            Hi sir,

                            I am brother of punam kumari, she applied for opening of saving account on 20.09.2016 with punjab national bank, paroo branch, muzaffar pur, bihar. Nither welcome kit nor other docs has been received as yet.

                            Her authorized person visited the branch number of times for confirming the status of account and collection of passbook and other docs like debit card, and cheque book etc., but fail to do so.

                            The deposit slip has kept some where and not traceable to her and bank officer refuse to trace out the account without deposit slip. I would request you to search the account by name and address.

                              I purchased moto g4 plus mobile phone ₹14, 999 from amazon on 13/12/2016 and done full payment by debit card but order was cancelled on 15/12/2016 and now amazon is saying that refund has been send to bank. So contact customer service and file charge dispute they had given me a no. Refund reference# 75260826354010698430374 & charge auth code# 265713
                              But customer service is saying they can file nothing like charge dispute and can only check if money came to your account or not.
                              Same behaviour by branch also.
                              Don't know what to do

                                I am a holding PNB Saving account. I had given many request in written to PNB to deregister SMS alert service on my mobile number but looks like they are not processing it. And for this reason they are debiting my account for SMS alert every quarter which I don;t need.

                                I am fed up with this carelessness attitude of staffs of bank of national stature. First without my consent they automatically activated SMS alerts and started...

                                  I am frustrated with your bad service. I have sent a no. Of emails regarding my pnb rewardz login. I forget my password, and when i click on the forget password link it asks my registered user id. After entering my user id it says 'we have not received your contact info. Please contact member support for more details.' i am really frustrated with ur customer support who even don't have time to reply my emails or call me back.

                                    I applied so much time for online banking but there give me error like-- You are not eligible to avail this facility.Please contact the bank administrator for further information. I request in my branch but that branch manager did not solve my problem and sent me to other employee and that also told me i can not do anything, at least he did not listen me and my problem. i went branch two times in 1 and half year they told me keep some constant money in you account then we will think and told what will you do with online banking, work do like a hell so please action on my complaint and take action and solve my problem my branch is PNB Betul MP IFSC Code :- PUNB0008100. thank you

                                      I am a consumer of PNB Bank and i made a online payment through my debit card in amazon.in and after that I returned the same. So the ecompany sent me the refund reference code and told the same amount will reflect on or before 20.12.16. But still the cash has not been credited to my bank a/c. and after this I called the Pnb customer care but unfortunately they can't solve it and very rude to consumers.
