I have a krishi card in the name of my mother i.e Shashi Bala w/o Surinder Grover Tohana a/c no 88105513 in PNB bank tohana. Yesterday i received a call from branch that they want to transfer a fund of 12lakhs to my saving acount for one day just for some purpose or targets or anything else as for the end of the month, but i denied for this . But today they made a transaction without our signatures or authentication. Is bank have right to transfer the funds of the customer without signature?

    My name is abhijit paul resident of agartala colonel chowmuhani tripura. I would like to inform that as visioned by our hon'bl prime minister narendra modi for self employment programme, i have applied to dic agartala tripura for setting up business and my project was duly approved and send it to pnb branch agartala for further process. The letter addressed to me is dated 16.02.15 and i approached to the bank and submitted everything in details as per requirement. Thereafter i approached the bank running from pillar to post for the last one year but in vain. Neither i was informed about the status of my loan approval. Iam deeply shocked to see the indifferent attitude shown towards me by the bank officials of punjab national bank branch agartala. Hope my grievance will be redressed with positive results.

      On 3rd may2016, i have booked a railway ticket of Rs 797 and payment has been made through debit card but ticket was not booked and amount debited from my account .The transaction was declined by IRCTC.Inspite of lapsing almost two months i havenot recieved the payment.Please look into the matter and remit the amount.

        On june 13, 2016 my father (Dr. Rakesh kumar) tried to withdraw rs 10, 000 from his punjab national bank's savings account at a state bank of india atm near our house locality. But suddenly the ups on which the atm machine was running went off and as such, there was no cash dispensed but rs 10, 000 were debited from my father's pnb savings account of which he got a confirmation sms too. He registered this complaint with the pnb's main branch manager in chandausi and through toll free helpline number as well. But there has been no adequate response or enquiry done from the bank's side to resolve this issue. It's been 12 days now and as per rbi's guidelines it shouldn't take more than 5-6 days for the amount to come back. The complaint number he got after registering on toll free number is [protected].

        I, on my father's behalf would want the wrongly debited sum of rs 10, 000 to be credited into my father's pnb savings account as early as possible. His pnb savings account no is [protected].

          This is to inform you that i bought a Metlife policy NO. 20396433 on 13-Aug-2010. I was just ask to pay the policy amount of Rs 50000 and no metlife member ask for any ID PROOF or any Document.
          Then no one from metlife came for identification or CROSS CHECK of the document. and then there was a PAN CARD as ID PROOF which was not mine because i was just 14yrs old so i didn't had any ID PROOF.
          The policy amount was paid by cheque from BANK OF BARODA A/C which is still running.
          Now when i went to surrender my policy, metlife refused to pay the policy amount. MY MOTHER BOUGHT THE POLICY.
          Same case is with my SISTER POLICY NO. 20396364.
          Any one working in this organization kindly help me to get my policy money back.

              I made a IMPS transaction for Rs. 49000 from my PNB SB AC on 4.6.16. The amount is not yet credited to the beneficiary as on 11.6.16. 3 complaints made to customer care email I'd. 1 complaint made to phone banking. 6 calls made to the branch manager (KK Nagar, Madurai branch of TN ). The Beneficiary bank (idbi bank ) has given a email confirmation for not reciving the credit. IMPS site also given a confirmation email stating that the beneficiary account is not credited. But PNB is not at all responding.

                Myself manbir singh, i have a saving bank account in punjab national bank. Yesterday (08.06.2016 at 06:18 pm) i was in pnb atm (Linepar, bahadurgarh (Haryana) branch, for some withdrawal. I had put an amt. Of 10, 000 for withdrawal. But atm gives out only 500rs note and at the same time, i had got an sms of debit of 10, 000rs. Immediately with in one hour, i had called to pnb customer care at [protected] and lodged a complaint (Complaint no. M[protected]. Still i didn't get any refund or any call from any consented person of pnb. I want my refund of rs. 9500. Help me out to get this.

                This is a fraud cash.

                  I have issue a cheque no. 088231 on dated 18.05.2016 for rs.17547.00 to m/s. Turbo minerals, ajmer and cheque presented by party for collection in there bank. The cheque return by punjab national bank due to insufficient balance and debited rs.344.00 in my a/c. There are rs.64116.6 as per a/c statement on that date. I cant understand why bounce my cheque. From this reason m/s. Turbo minerals refused to supply me the material in future on credit. I lost my credit. Please take action against bank and inform me.

                      Dear sir, it is to observe that in pinjore (Main bazar), distt - panchkula, one of the employee his name is surinder singh, branch mian bazaar pinjore (Pnb). He is very rude and very crude and having no adicate how to talk with ladies customer. My mother went for her new atm but his reply is very behavioral even he is not talking to any one in simple word, even the whole staff also furstrated from him. So please do the favor for us and take necessary action on him. I have observed that he is rudely like every one. All customer are getting frustrated. So pls help us and remove the ambiguity person like him. Thanks and regards

                        This is to inform you mine account is in your solan branch and mine ATM magnetic tape has been damaged and for renewal mine ATM i approached dadumajra branch chandigarh where i did all legal procedure and they did not resolve mine issue as mine account was opened when i was in school and the reason behind not isuueing me new atm card given by emplyee there in branch is that all legal document was prepard after mine bank account was open . as i opened mine account before attainment of age 18 which is required to open residence proof i am your coustomer from last 9 years and how they treat me is just unjustified they tore out mine form and after i stand over for long 2 hours they filled mine form and refused to give me complaint form mine account no is[protected] . I Have opened this account at mine tean age and is your coustomer . after i completed mine school i got to new city for mine further studies and as you know we all need money and banking is the only way . i beg you that if you can not provied services of atm then whats the need of your bank in banking sector . i knew some officers make mistake and harash loyal coustomer i want you to take action regarding these officers in branch they did not provided me there detail and told me what ever you can do just do whom i am ? let them knew i am your coustoumer and they are the employees seated over there just to provide services i have made a video on your atm cam this incident took place on 30/05/2016.i want you to take action to mine complaint to your branch office at dadumajra i provided all mine proof to them such as voter id, pancard, passbook, they give me silly reason not to issue atm card is that mine photo does not mach mine sign does not mach .tell me how a child knew whats the importance of sign i was small when i make this account in pnb i didn't knew one day i will get in to this situation they didn't provide me compaint form torn mine first form

                            My wife had a FD in punjab national bank kasimpur Branch. after the completion of maturity period of FD my wife visited to the bank at kasimpur at that time we have been told that my wife need to submit only there photo ID and they will provide us check or cash as we wish. as my wife dont have any type of any account in any bank and the same we informed to the branch manager at time of our visit but he said that there is no need to open account and FD amount they will provide it by check or cash.

                            when second time we went to the Bank with the ID proof of my wife manager said that we will have to open a account in their branch to withdrawal the FD amount and refused to provide check without account opening.

                            i was shocked as we had an urgency at that day as we have to submit the amount for a very important work next day and the time of account opening needed 3 days for functioning but manager was not ready to provide the check without account opening even after many request.

                            then we called to the customer care to understand the procedure of en-cash the FD amount if somebody don't have any account in bank in their name. where we were informed that there is no need to open account for en-cash the FD amount if the amount is less than 50, 000.

                            same we had confirmed with Chief Manager of PNB Mr. Rajender Chaudhary and he also said that there is no need to open a new account to en-cash the FD Amount.

                            then we again gone back to the manager with all this confirmation but he was started misbehave with us and went from the Bank but did not provide the check .

                            no i am feeling cheated and very disappointed as our valuable time and money was spoiled by the Manger Mr. Ajeet singh Maurya. without no reason.

                            Please Help as these people are very arrogant and domineering.

                              I applied online for the policy on 24April 2015, and initiated the cancellation of my policy by email on 29th april because i came to know that the agent has lied to me.
                              I followed the protocol of cancellation - following up from the agent/customer care - insurer grieviance cell - GRO but no one replied to me except the automatic emails, and none has taken any steps to help me get my money back.
                              Moreover, after lot of days the pnb grieviance cell replies to me with my email edited wrongly and its history removed.
                              I wonder if these guys can give a headache when the person is alive then I wonder how easy would it be for the family to get money from these people, in case of any unfortunate incident ?

                              I have initiated my cancellation before 30th April. I need my REFUND.

                              Your representative is trying to dilly-delay the refund and making me move in circles.

                              If such simple things are so difficult for your team to understand, when the policy holder is alive, I wonder, how much trouble would a claim settlement be ?

                              You can drop an email for better communication. Verbal communicate wont help. Also, send a signed complaint copy our the Registered post and make a photocopy for future use in such a situation. If fail so you can register a civil complaints and as per IRDA insurance policy the contract for cancellation free exit period vary from policy to policy. Don't believe and depends on an Agent verbal communication. If failed to send any communication they will get more revenue too. Please read terms and condition carefully.                                 I am abhishek kumar with account number [protected] with punjab national bank. I had made a cash withdrawal of rs 6500 on monday 23rd may 2016. The machine kept on moaning and moaning however failed to deliver the cash amount. The balance however got deducted and i was left with only 700 plus rupees. The security guard told me that it will be reversed within half an hour as pnb has a reputation of refunding money at the earliest. I have been waiting since then and the half an hour for pnb is yet to get completed. When registered in the toll free number they have told me that a feedback of the same will be received in 7 working days but he is not sure about the money. So in case pnb keeps my money for 7-8 odd days, will it be giving the appropriate interest. To be precise i have done this transaction in a p colony, gaya branch atm.

                                Please feel free to update me on [protected] in case the complain reach to anyone in pnb. By the way i had already done an online complain on 24th may 2016.

                                I have received a call from the Mobile Number [protected] right now claiming that he is speaking from PNB and was asking for the details of card. When at one point you people ask not to disclose any details of your account to any one claiming he is from PNB and on the other hand some person gives me a call right after I lodge a complain in the toll free number. There is a racket going on where the information is passed on from the tele calling department of PNB. This requires a detailed investigation. I will take this to RBI, Finance ministry if required but expose this.

                                    We submitted for top up on existing housing loan and in the month of feb-2016 at pnb branch, ullash nagar-2, furniture market, kalyan, thane to sm mr santosh rout and his assistant mr sunil yadav. They collected documents and sent for valuation and search report and we have to do an expenditure of rs, 20 000 including the above said expenditure and conveyance for last three months.

                                    Then they did civil after making us to do such kind of expenditure and earlier i had stated them i am not in a good position but doing well with my existing loan except a gold loan of my wife in which two times our payment was delyaed.

                                    They keep on saying today tomorrow we will send you approval letter and took from me an undertaking to regularize the existing gold loan since my cibil score was not good which also i deed.

                                    Then suddenly in the month of may they told file will be sanctioned from thane regional office of pnb and to me the regional manager mr rajesh shrivastava number was given and he denied to process my loan.

                                    In the mean time i was shifted to wadhwa meadows and verification by rajesh srivastatava was done to including my business.

                                    Sir kindly take action and be kind enough to return my file and refund me all expenditure done in last three months.

                                      i am having 3 accounts in your esteem bank at pnb extension counter shimla, where i m using current, saving and limit account. everyday i face one or other problem from the cashier of the branch who either complaint of fake notes which otherwise are not or keep us standing in que and entertaining his known clients and relatives.
                                      sir, either this person should be replaced or i will withdraw all my accounts from the branch

                                        This fellow is a big time fraud. He took 6k from me initially and then rejected saying my account is out station so he can't process. And when i asked for refund he said to arrange other person's document then he will refund. My friend thought he is genuine and sent her details along with 6k. After taking the money he didn't call at all. And after making repeated number of calls from my friend's end he called after 4 days and said she has missed the training and he want 4k more to get the forms filled by his friends and will show it in her name. When she refused to give, he started harassing her by sending her and her friend nonsense messages.
                                        He also has sent project specification as an attachment.

                                        We were also cheated by same process with name called saktivel.same emaild content and we paied 10k .which is loss o[censored]s.kindly take immediate action on this kind of frauds
