Sir as per r b i aster circular dt 13 apr 2012 all the p d a s (banks) are required to pay 08% of penalty as delayed interest to all defence pensioners for the delay in payment of arrears and pension, automatically. the pensioner is not repeat not repeat not required to approach the pda unfortunately despite approaching, the p n b does not follow the rbi master circular and pay the arrears to the affected defence pensioners.

P n b customer care system is a big farce. if you put a complaint the same is forwarded to the lower offices/ concerned branches automatically, where it is never attended to. and thrown it to a waste paper basket/ trash. it must be appreciated that a complaint is only generated when the concerned official at the working levels do not work satisfactorily. therefore the all the complaints must be resolved to its logical end and the person making a complaint must be satisfied. otherwise it has no meaning.

    Dear sir myself dr. Dada maruti koli holding saving account in pnb at hudson circle branch bangalore did online tranaction using pnb atm rupay card on 12 jully 2016 to submit my registration renewal fees at mmc mumbai. Rs of 2348.55 has been deducted from my account but not credited to mmc mumbai. My account no is [protected]. And my customer id is abo010958, i lodged complaint to nodal officer as well as customer care unit too. I want to know status of my tranaction and when it will get refunded to me.

      Sir,
      My name is indu saini and my a/c no is [protected] and my account branch is in ropar, punjab. I made an online payment of my institute i. E. Dr. Ssbuicet, panjab university on 10th july, 2016 at 9:25pm. The payment was worth rs. 10, 299. The money got deducted at the moment but it didn't credit in the account, it was supposed to be. I confirmed thrice from sbi account holder in whose account i was crediting, but it didn't reach there. On calling helpline, they said money will be re-funded in 72hours but it didn't. Then on calling they registered complain. My complain no. Is m[protected]. I can't wait more. I'm in urgent need of money to pay my semester fees. I'm quite frustrated from the kind of response i'm getting from helpline customer care. I can't wait more. Do refund my money within 1-2 days or i'll have to take strict action against the bank for the way they are delaying to refund my money.

        Respected sir,
        This is jaideep singh negi, account holder at pnb cghs patparganj branch.
        Today (18th july'2016), i went to pnb branch for making a demand draft of 5600/- at 2:30pm. i provided filled form along with cash to the pnb personnel whomsoever assigned for the service. but the person refused to take the cash instead he asked me for providing a cheque for the same. when i told the person that there are no such norms regarding dd, the personnel misbehaved with me and on asking his name and designation he refused to tell. thereafter i provided the cheque for the same but this time also i experienced a very rude behaviour from the person. this is with hard disappointment that the branch manager and customer care refused to register complaint about the issue.
        I waited for more than 2:00hours for the demand draft. the personnel words were "tum bhhot jaldi mai ho!! main tumhara dd 5:00 baje se pehle nahi dunga".
        This is such irrelevant excuse and abusive for any consumer. i even noticed that such behavior was not only with me but most the people faced the same disappointment.
        My complaint is about the misbehave from the branch personnel and the time delay for the service.
        I hope satisfactory action will be taken.

          Studies abroad loan a/c. no. 175600jb00000384 favouring ms. manjusha ray at bo: goregaon (e), mumbai. pnb granted rs. 23.54 lacs against applied loan amount of rs.34.94 lacs against mortgage of our house in mumbai valued rs. 1200 lacs (evulated by banks' evaluator) and one guarantor (her father, yogendra ray). ms. manjusha ray (borrower, student) is daughter of neela ray (co-borrower), working as manager at bo:goregaon (e) of pnb, mumbai. when we asked about the margin money, the bank assured that it will be 15% only as given in bank documents and shown on bank's website. ms. rashmi bindra, sr. manager, bo-goregaon (e) gave us relevant documents, without details like loan amount, margin money filled in, to get stamped and signed by concerned personnel e. g. the borrowers, guarantors and return to them. the loan order details given by the bank did not mention student health insurance plan and we requested the bank in writing along with the actual fee receipt paid by to amend the loan order to include the insurance also. ms. rashmi bindra took the application and promised to get the amendment done. after we submitted the invoice to ms. rashmi bindra in july, 2016, she made the payment after deducting margin money at 32.63%. on enquiry, she stated that we had accepted the margin money by signing the loan documents. our daughter is doing her ms, computer science at rutgers, new jersey. ms. rashmi even marked the email concerning the dispute to her. matter has been brought to the notice of the branch - in-charge, credit department, circle office mumbai suburb gunjan gupta, sr. manger. both are adamant and forcing us to accept the margin money of 32.63% and take the payment accordingly. the nationalised bank and its officials do follow certain guidelines they have made and do not act arbitrarily. we are planning to make a written complaint to the circle head, cmd and the finance minister as well. but seeing the present atmosphere in country, we might be hoping against the hope and must be ready for a prolonged battle with this unjust, illegal and anarchic act.

              में डॉ राजेश माहेश्वरी इंदौर और में MBBS डॉक्टर हूं में इंदौर में खुद के दो नर्सिंग होम का मालिक हूं । मेरे 8 खाते इंदौर की गोयल नगर ब्राँच में है जहा मेरे 1 करोड़ 60 लाख के लोन है । मेरे सारे खाते गुड कंडीशन में ऑपरेट है। यहाँ 2 साल से में जुड़ा हूं यहाँ अभी तक 2 मैनेजर आये और मेरे वहुत अच्छे संबध हुए । अभी जुमे जुमे 4 दिन पहले कोई सरदार जी आये है मैनेजर बन के । उन्होंने जो गंधा सलूक मेरे साथ किया में भूल नहीं पा रहा ऐसा लगता जहर खा के मर जाऊ। में अब इस बैंक में लात रखना भी पसंद नहीं करता । मेने जब मेरे सारे खाते मेरे होस्पिटल के पास की ब्रांच ( बॉम्बे हॉस्पिटल ब्रांच) को हस्तांतरित करने को कहा तो बोलते में नहीं करुगा बने जो करलो । महोदय से निवेदन भी लिखित में कर के देने गया तो आवेदन लेने से इंकार किया । जबर्दस्ती की तब आवेदन लिया । में यही चाहता हूं के आज दिनाक 8 जुलाई। 2016 की 2 से 2.30 pm की घटना की कॅमेरा रिकॉर्डिंग देख के और पिछले मैनेजरों से मेरे सम्बन्ध और मेरे 2 साल के सारे खातों के रेकॉर्ड देख कर उचित कार्यवाही कर मेरे सारे खाते तुरंत ट्रांसफर बॉम्बे हॉस्पिटल ब्रांच में किये जाये।। ।।

                I am rakesh kumar prasad son of sri nagendra prasad. i am a web developer at initiatrix technology, 138, 3rd floor, tower a, a-41, the corenthum corporate park, sector - 62, noida. i am belonging from poor family.

                My account no is [protected]. i want to bring to your kind attention that rs 12, 000/-has withdrawn fraudulently from my bank account (a/c no.- [protected]) through union bank of india atm. atm is located at a-2/1-lajpat nagar, opp. neebu park chowk, lucknow. i did not share my atm and pincode with any other yet.

                When i got a message regarding cash withdrawal. i became surprised. i have complaint to pnb customer care regarding fradulent cash withdrawel of rs.12000/. custome care has blocked my atm card and raise the complaint. my account is held at punjab national bank, a-9, main uttam nagar road, vikaspuri new delhi-110059.

                I have also given a written complent to the branch manager. but he is not refunding my cash. contact number of branch is 25594225, 25553912.

                When cash is withdrawn from union bank of india atm, lucknow. i was present in my office. i don't withdraw any amount from atm on 19-feb-2016.

                Complaint number: a[protected] and a[protected] dated 19.02.2016.

                I have also given complaint to banking ombudsman (bo) but i don't get satisfactory response. banking ombudsman is closed my complaint due to lack of solid evidance. banking ombudsman is demanding atm card presence evidance in delhi/noida on 19-feb-2016. but i have not done any transaction on 19th feb 2016. so i have not any transaction slip. i have got cctv footage from banking ombudsman. but footage image is not showing clear face of that person who have done fraud. i got the ej record that showing successful withdraw.

                I don't get any satisfactory respons yet. please help me so that i got my money.

                  I am using my mothers atm of pnb.. It was issued by jagdaplur branch of pnb in bastar district... Chhattisgarh.
                  I did transection today 11/07/2016 on 5:28 pm from pnb atm located at padam singh road karolbagh, central delhi... Atm id is h2011900... And transection number is 1650...
                  Ir i tried to withdrawal 2000 rs bt money was taken back by atm... And cut that amount from my mom's account... What to do for refund...

                    Sir my name jai prakash sharma s/o kalika prasad sharma i am customer of punjab national bank raisinghnagar branch distt. sri ganganagar rajasthan pin code 334051. i was try to withdraw rs. 6000/- from obc bank atm but i was not got any money from obc bank (raisinghnagar branch) atm after this i was reached my punjab national bank branch raisinghnagar and complain this matter, after 8 and 10 month pnb reject my complain in the mean time i reached obc bank and got cctv footage and in cctv footage clearly saw i was not got any money and provided this cctv footage my bank and after this bank again reject my complain my transaction detail given below

                      Sir,
                      I had taken Education loan from PNB Branch Darlaghat of the amount of Rs 342915/-, and also i am paying it through installment in every month.
                      There was the Govt scheme of education loan interest subsidy that same was applicable for my loan account, amd canara bank has released the interest subsidy of amount Rs- 102098 and confirmed me by mail on[protected]. But my branch had only provide me the subsidy amount of Rs- 25735 only in the month of april 2016, rest amount bank is denied that they don't received yet.
                      Sir, i am following this case and have every mail and advertising since 1year now, and also i have been charged interest for this 1 year also on subsidy amount.
                      But branch office is not listening and not doing anything.
                      I havr canara bank confirmation and all mail evidence i can provide, Plz help.

                          I and my family members are pnb customers having 6 sb, ca & fd accounts for the last more than 30 years. i issued a cheque no. 941527 dated 28.6.16 favouring subpost master, ranipur (haridwar). next working day it was returned with the remark that my signatures did not match and a huge charges of rs 575/- were debited at once to my account [protected]. while on the earlier occasions for the last 35 years there did not arise a single problem of such nature. if one goes to verify my signature in your record and the signatures on the said cheque, it can not be inferred that these stood mismatched. with such an unprecendented electronic haste, the cheque was dishonoured and just to grab a huge money from the customer in favour of the bank, my account was debited with such a huge amount under the garb of your bank rules.

                          Studiously disregarding the reputation of such an old customer, your bank did not think for a moment, just for courtesy sake, to have rang up to the customer as he was available at hand being of the locality but you people acted in a peculiar haste to grab the money of the customer at once for the reasons well known to your staff.. obvisously in this case, the intention of the bank if very much doubtful. it is an obvious case of dis-service by the bank to its old customers.


                          Would the concerned authority at the higher level look into above and resolve the matter.

                            This is to inform you that, my self manik chandra nayak, i am having a savings account with a/c no. pnb 4723000/4000/12890.
                            On 26th jun 2016 a cheque no.863238 of rs.1100 has been credited in my mentioned account from an unknown source and it has been bounced on 27th june 2016 as the cheque has been expired.
                            I have inquired the same at pnb branch of kajora, west bengal however manager was unable to provide me any details of source of cheque & toll free number [protected] also unable to confirm the cheque owner details whereas the bounce charges has been deducted against my account. would request your help to identify the cheque owner name urgently and arrange for bounce charges reversal.

                            I am a senior citizen hence would request your hassle-free positive response urgently. escalated at [protected]@pnb.co.in; & [protected]@pnb.co.in but no resolution happens.

                              Aur jab meine 29 june 2016 ko pnb customer care par call karke naye atm ke liye kaha to unhone pucha ki apko urgent atm chahiye ya name wala to meine kahan naam wala atm ki koi jarurat nahi mujhe paise nikaalne hai 1 july 2016 ko to jaldi se jaldi wala atm jo pehle bataya gya tha wo chahiye, customer care executive ne mujhe request number diya aur kaha kisi bhi nearest bank mei jaakar aap naya atm praapt kar sakte hain jo ki do teen din mei activate ho jayega, aur jab mei request number lekar apne nearest branch gya 30jun2016 ko to unhone pucha apka khata kidhar hai meine bataya sector-27 noida branch mei to sector -44 branch ne mujhe kaha ki apko atm yahan se nahi apki branch se hi milega waha jao jabki mere hi saamne wo apni branch ke a/c holder ko new atm issue kar rahe the same atm meine bhi cancel karya aur chahiye tha to meine unhe kaha aap inhe bhi to de rahe hain atm mujhe bhi de do to kehte hain apna khaata yahaan transfer karwa lo fir apko bhi atm de denge... aur jab mei sector – 27, noida pnb branch mei gya to unhone kaha 250/- rs. jama karo apka atm 20 din mei aajayega, meine fir customer care ko call kiya aur unhe ye saari baat batayi.. to customer care executive ne mujhe kaha aap unhe humse baat karayiyega apko atm mil jayega meine jab sector -27 branch noida mei counter number 27 & 17 par kaha ki aap customer care executive se baat kar lo wo hold par hai to pnb noida sector 27 branch wale jo ki counter number 27 & 17 par baithe the jinke under mei ye work ata hai unhone saaf inkaar kar diya call par baat karne se aur same baat kahi 250/- rs. jama karwa do apka atm 20 din mei aa jayega aur turan milne wale atm ab nahi milte wo band ho gye… meine kher majburi ke kaaran hi 250/-rs. jama kar diye aur details deke chala aaya..
                              Fir ghar akar customer care par call kiya saari baat batayi.. to customer care walo ne bataya new atm ke charge nahi lagte aur conditional charge lagta bhi hai to 100/- jo ki jama nahi karane padhte a/c se debit ho jate hain, meine unhe request kiya meri problem ko solve karo mei kya karun to unhone again request number wahi diya aur kaha nearest bank branch mei jake atm le lo, mei fir next day morning mei sector -44 branch noida gya jo ki mere ghar ke pass h isiliye yaha jata hun ab gratere noida to nahi jaa sakta.. aur job par bhi jana hota hai roj… to next day isiliye gya.. to fir se sector -44 branch noida walo ne same baat kahi apna khata yaha transfer karwao tabhi atm de payenge warna yahan se nahi hoga apka khaata jis branch mei hai waha jao.. mei fir noida branch mei gya.. aur saari baat batayi.. noida branch walo ne fir same response diya…jo unhone pehle kaha tha ki paisa jama ho gya hai 250/-rs. apka 20 din mei atm aa jayega… aur wapas jane ko kaha..
                              Ek to ye bank wale aise baat karte hain jaise duniya ke saare kaam sarkaar inhi se karwa rahi hai bahut busy hain par customer samne khada rahega tea, apsi baat cheet, gharelu samsyaaon par bahes, temple run game whatsp etc. ke liye to inke pass time hai par customer ko line mei lagane ki adat h ya intzaar karte hain counter par jab tak 4 vayakti naa aajaaye tab tak kaam ek ke liye to start nahi kareinge…
                              Kher…. meine customer care par call kiya 1 july 2016 ko apni baat aur saara kissa sunaya aur pucha ki jab aisi hi problem honi thi to jab pichle mahine meine phone kiya tha to tabhi kyun nahi meri request lekar mere atm ko cancel kar naye atm ke liye aavedan kyu nahi kiya ab batao mein bina salary ya bina paisa kaise rahun 20 din tak kyunki passbook se to paise nikalte nahi pata nahi kaisa atm ya khaaata khola hai inhone jabki mei 10 saal se bhi jyada purana customer hun…
                              To customer care wale ne kaha aap nearest branch jayein humari baat karwayiyega branch se apko atm mil jayega mei turant pnb sector-44 noida branch gya sara kissa sunaya aur kaha customer care wale apse baat karna chahte hain to unhone bhi saaf inkaar kar diya customer care se baat karne ko counter number 4, 3 & 2, neha, swati aur terse ka naam nahi pata.. ek saath hi mujh par bhadak gye ki chale aate hain ganwaanr kahi se bhi aur kaha jake manager se baat karo … to mein manager se bhi milne gya unhone kaha same junior’s ki kahi baat ki aur bhaga diya branch se…
                              Aur meine ghar akar thoda khud ko sambhala aanshu se nikal gye the is taraha ki baat sunkar to khud ko sambhaalte hue customer care par fir saari kahani batayi…
                              Par is baar jo customer care executive tha usne to alag hi baat batayi wo kehta hai apki kaisi bhi koi bhi request nahi hai humare pass naa apki taraf se naa bank ki taraf se na apki branch ki taraf se meine executive se kaha mere pass request number hai.. unhone mujhse kaha request number find nahi ho raha koi request nahi hai aur call disconnect kar diya ye bhi nahi ki chalo request le hi le naye atm ke liye taki 4 din ho ya 20 din ya 30 din at least customer ko atm to receive ho jaye par nahi call disconnect kar diya...
                              Fir meine 2, 3, or 4 taarik tak kahin sampark nahi kiya khud ko kosta raha ki kaise bank mei khata khulwa liya meine…
                              Kher aaj subha yani 05-jul-2016 ko customer care par call kiya aur saari baat batayi.. suru se lekar ab tak ki to kisi khusi executive ka naam tha unhone ne kaha aap apne request number ke saath jaaye nearest branch mei aur kahen ki apka atm expire ho gya hai new atm chahiye… aur agar koi problem ho to hume call karein meine unhe o. k. kaha aur sector-44 noida pnb branch chala gya to is baar to kamaal hi hogya gya.. kisi executive ne sidhe muhh baat nahi ki naa mere samasya ko samjha.. aur kehte hain.. wo swati aaj counter number 3 par baithi thi kehti hai “ ohho aap hain apko samjh nahi aata kya yahan se kuch nahi hoga.. jao faltu time kharab mat karo humara “ aur branch maneger ke pass bhej diya…

                              Mein udaas mann se ghar gya ek baar fir nahaya kyunki chehra aisa hogya tha ki ro raha hun jaise kyunki office bhi jana tha.. nahane ke baad meine customer care par aaj ka bhi sara kissa sunaya…to jis bhi executive ne baat ki usne meri in sabhi ke kheelaaf sikayat darj kar li aur complaint number de diya aur kaha… setor-44 & 27 dono ke workers ke kheelaaf complaint le li hai.. aur complaint number diya aur phone call khatam kar di…
                              Par mujhe abhi bhi ye nahi pata chala mera atm kab tak aajayega.. ab to office jane aane ke liye bhi saving nahi bachi jo purani saving money thi ussey to ghar ka rent de diya par baaki policy’s or expenses kahan se karun mei 20 din ruk bhi jaunga par jarurato ke kharche aur lendaar to nahi ruk payenge…
                              Meri problem atm kab milega… complaint kisi ne li bhi hai ya nahin.. ya itne din se sirf ghumaaye ja rahe hain…
                              Mujhko gawaar bolta hai… agar bata deta mei a/c se doctrate (phd) hun.. to sharm saar ho jata apne colleague ke saamne…

                              Pata nahi atm milega bhi ya nahi next month se dusre bank mei khaata khulwake transfer ki request de dunga office mei par abi to new a/c open karwane ke liye bhi paisa nahi bacha.. 20 din kaise katunga.. aur 20 din bhi confirm nahi kyunki abhi tak to complaint ya request ka hi nahi pata.. li bhi hai ya nahi.. customer care walo ke pass koi record nahi hota call ka… batao.. kya samjhun ab…
                              Please help me… if anyone can…

                                  Sir, I have my account with PNB, Nehru nagar, Bhopal.
                                  It happened with me twice. It happened such that, I was to get a refund from third party(in this case it was IRCTC), the 3rd party says that we have issued the refund. they provide me their transaction ID.
                                  But I didn't receive my refund. When I contact to my bank, they say that we have got nothing to do with the transaction ID, do contact your 3rd party.

                                  As per the fact I know that a transaction ID is generated only in the case of a successful transaction, but the bank says that in case of an unsuccessful transaction, the Transaction ID is generated as well.

                                  Sir, In this case, I want to know that, then what is the meaning of generating a Transaction ID, if the bank has nothing to do with it.

                                    I have a krishi card in the name of my mother i.e Shashi Bala w/o Surinder Grover Tohana a/c no 88105513 in PNB bank tohana. Yesterday i received a call from branch that they want to transfer a fund of 12lakhs to my saving acount for one day just for some purpose or targets or anything else as for the end of the month, but i denied for this . But today they made a transaction without our signatures or authentication. Is bank have right to transfer the funds of the customer without signature?

                                      My name is abhijit paul resident of agartala colonel chowmuhani tripura. I would like to inform that as visioned by our hon'bl prime minister narendra modi for self employment programme, i have applied to dic agartala tripura for setting up business and my project was duly approved and send it to pnb branch agartala for further process. The letter addressed to me is dated 16.02.15 and i approached to the bank and submitted everything in details as per requirement. Thereafter i approached the bank running from pillar to post for the last one year but in vain. Neither i was informed about the status of my loan approval. Iam deeply shocked to see the indifferent attitude shown towards me by the bank officials of punjab national bank branch agartala. Hope my grievance will be redressed with positive results.

                                        On 3rd may2016, i have booked a railway ticket of Rs 797 and payment has been made through debit card but ticket was not booked and amount debited from my account .The transaction was declined by IRCTC.Inspite of lapsing almost two months i havenot recieved the payment.Please look into the matter and remit the amount.
