Dear banker.
I am sorry to say and mention about the failed
Transaction not issuing the money by the atm as mentioned in the complaint
Location atm ; wide atm no: d9139800, i swept my card for withdrawal of
Rs.10000 receipt was issued by machine and at the same time it was
Destroyed by torning it and threw it in dustbin kept near the atm machine.
I did second transaction for withdrawal of rs.10000 again as 10000 is the
Maximum limit of my account in one transaction but the atm machine did not respond to issue any money and a usual sound was heard by me, no
Transaction print slip came out and no money came out from the machine. I
Again swept the card for withdrawal of rs10000 and at this time machine
Issued 10000 but i got shocked by seeing the printed receipt where in the
Available balance was shown rs.32829.41 which is not acceptable for me
Because the amount deducted was not issued by the machine. I have to slips
In my support one is of mini statement wide transaction no :9781 and second is transaction no :9774. One transaction slip was destroyed by me and failed transaction slip either not issued by the machine or not commanded by me.

This is the failure of your system why i should suffer for rs.10000 while
You are charging for atm and other services regularly. You should
Trengthen your services. I lapse 2 hours to call your call center on toll
Free number to get register my complaint but even there was no response, and on both of your's helpline number an automatic voice was responding that all the representatives are busy, and we were in queue.

Hence, this is your fault totally and you should compensate on every failed to your customer.

what happened so far no reply from PNB ...?
So far no bank representative contacted . In my support it is added that my cash bank withdrawal limit is 20000/= or 25000/= not confirmed but ATM machine always reflect your limit is over when tried to withdraw more than 20000/= . Kindly resolve it and send my money in my account .

    Dear pnb team,
    This is regarding my amount rs.2800 which was debited but transaction (On 23rd july) of fees payment got canceled.

    This has done through internet banking.

    First time have heard from customer care that we have to first register our complaint and then wait or 45days to et he solution which is not the case in private sectors.

    Today is the time of speedy generation and speedy resolution, waiting or 45days and that too post complaint registration is not the right way to convince the customer.

    It looks banks hid off transparency with the customer.

          My self sweety, i withdrawal 1000 rs and after then 10000 rs same time from sbi atm samalkha panipat on date 4-6-2016.

          But i have not received 10000 rs from sbi atm.


          I am also contact with custmer care and also registerd the the complaint regarding this issue. My complaint no is a[protected]. But after that today is i am not found any solution.

          As per telephonic discussion with custmor care my compaint is closed without any query.
          I am also submitted application. But no any one respond me or help me.

                On[protected], Chandigarh Road, Ludhiana branch of Punjab National Bank deducted a sum of Rs.2010-00 as TDS while making payments to me.A manual TDS certificate, dully signed/stamped by the manager, was issued for this TDS.
                But the Income authorities have been raising a demand on me since 2011, for this amount, as the TDS has not been reflected in my Income tax account by the bank...my PAN number on the TDS certificate issued to me is correct.
                I have approached the concerned branch many times, with assurance given that the entry will be got rectified soon.
                Now the Income Tax authorities have raised a demand for Rs.3320-00 (Rs.2850-00 plus interest uptodate).
                I request that the needful be done by the Bank...reflect the TDS amount in my PAN correctly.

                    This complain is against the punjab national bank having its branch at khari baoli, delhi-110006 near chandni chowk. The bankers are using diesel generator inside the market premises when the electricity goes off. This generator is so big that it produces very loud sound and black smoke which starts spreading inside the whole market. This sound and smoke from the generator has made the life miserable for all the peoples living around. Kindly look into this matter very urgently as it has become very difficult for everyone around to run their businesses smoothly.

                      I have widrawl 10000 from punjab national bank on 16 of july_2016 but i have not received any money from the ATM and money deducted from my account. After that i have registered complain in Punjab nation bank through Call on [protected] they have given me a complain number MO66146125 but till now i have not received any money and also not able to contact to PNB customer care and bank employees are also not helping regarding this.

He had passed away in january 2016. so me and my mother visiyed many times to bank for insurance against debit card but employees of the bank did not give any information and misbehave with us now they sent a letter that limit of days are crossed by 15 days. Please take action on that matter.

                            I had made reliance post paid monthly bill payment of rs 917 on 30/06/2016 (at 9.12pm) through my pnb atm cum debit card but at pnb payment gateway it showed payment unsuccessful. but still that amount of rs 917 was deducted from my account and transferred to reliance communication. the transaction id generated was c81645561 and transaction details in my account was: ecom[protected] reliancecomm \

                            At 10.25pm i again made payment of rs 917 thru same debit card, to which reliance confirmed that payment was successful. again the amount of rs 917 was deducted from my account. transaction id was c81700284.

                            So the issue is payment of rs 917 has been deducted two times from my bank account in favour of reliance communication but accepted only once by reliance. so where did my other payment go?

                            I made a complaint in bank (srn no. a[protected] regarding two times payment deducted from my account on 30/06/2016. they reverted back to me after almost a month on 27/07/2016 by rejecting my claim due to successful transaction.

                            I even complained on reliance customer care (sr no.[protected] for the same on 27/07/2016
                            But my complaint was rejected because they did not receive my payment. (transaction id: c[protected]

                            Hence its clear now that the problem of payment has occured at debit card payment end only. i really dont understand what kind of customer service pnb is providing to its valued customers. without further delay pls look into the matter and do the needful asap.

                              This is regarding refund of money processed by online shopping website myntra to my debit card as I had the payments through debit card. The money refunded is not reflecting in my bank account. Myntra had made a refund of rs 323.61 and 276.08 on 29 june 2016. They have provided me Bank ARN 75134836182216058432279 and 75134836182216058442286 respectively. I am not sure why it is taking so long for the transactions to be processed, therefore I want to dispute these transactions as refund not processed. Kindly look into matter and resolve issue as soon as possible.

The money refunded is not reflecting in my bank account. Amazon had made a refund of rs 1070.00 on[protected]. They have provided me Bank The Authorization Code (Refund Reference Number) for the transaction is [protected] . I am not sure why it is taking so long for the transactions to be processed, therefore I want to dispute these transactions as refund not processed.                                     My name is Rajat Gauri, I am a resident of East of Kailash,
                                    New Delhi. I am writing this complaint to draw the attention
                                    of the concerned authorities towards the improper management
                                    of PNB ATM located at 187 Sant Nagar, New Delhi-110065.

                                    There is a large amount of garbage being accumulated in front
                                    of the ATM entrance which is unchecked. Plastics, papers, food
                                    wrappers, tyres and mud. Moreover the situation has worsened
                                    due to rains. It wont take time before it becomes breading ground of mosquitoes and insects. Plus it has become very hard to enter the ATM.

                                    It is therefore requested to make the arrangements to clear the
                                    garbage so that the ATM can be properly used.

                                      I prepared two drafts from pnb, jadavpur/kolkata branch (1485), ifc code : punb0148500, on 14 july 2016, one for senior treasury officer, gautam budh nagar for rs.1, 24, 000.00, draft no.175108,[protected], ulb 175108 and the other for greater noida industrial development authority for rs.5, 000.00, draft no.175109,[protected], ulb 175109 drawee branch with d no.2107, cdpc, delhi, finacle
                                      Payment was made from my saving account number [protected].
                                      But it is reported that the drafts have not been received by the recipient till today. it is presumed that it was lost in transit. i anticipate there may be something wrong in it and may be misappropriated..
                                      In view of the above i request you to verify that by this time whether the drafts were encashed or not by other party/person. if encased supply relevant details immediately for further action. if not encased by this time, stop payments of the drafts and the same may be cancelled immediately, and credit the same to my savings account for its reissue please.

                                        This is to bring to your notice that on 28/07/16, Ramesh Sharma holder of PNB bank. His sister-in-law received a call stating that the your Debit card is expired and you need to apply for new debit card, give someone's debit card no. for resetting card info. She gave my mobile number. Then that person demanded for my debit card no and cvv no. also OPT no. which came on my mobile. Immediately he started to make the transactions. Rs 1700 and Rs.800 has been Debited to Your Account from POS-SBI Buddy_BD On[protected].Kindly consider all above issues. Money doesn't matter, If you can find that person, It will help many people to get their money back. Please communicate on email id [protected]@gmail.com
