Inordinate delay in collection of DD

I have sent remittances of Rs. 1,28,265/- from Riyadh on 25.08.2009 to my Account No. [protected] in the PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK KHANPUR BRANCH (2380), HOOGHLY – W.B. 712308 through corresp. Bank HDFC BANK Mumbai, India. HDFC Bank Mumbai has issued a DD of Rs.1,28,182.27 vide no. 918109 dated 26.08.09 drawn on Union Bank of India Khanpur – 539228 and sent to the Punjab National Bank said branch.

there is complaint about atm transaction. my father's account in punjab national bank . I had transaced amount from SBI ATM in[protected] amount TWENTY THOUSAND but i recived the the amount only TEN THOUSAND and statement is also showing TWENTY THOUSAND I have registred complaint on PNB HELP LINE NO MY COMPLAINT NO IS 1973566 .But till now they did not give the feedback regarding this complaint. so i request you...

not yet received my cash

hello sir,
I, Gopal Das Chanap, have a saving A/C in Punjab National Bank (PNB) Civic Center Bhilai & also have a ATM of PNB number[protected] and i try to withdraw the money (Rs. 10000/-)
from SBI ATM machine, Maroda Utai, Bhilai (6995) on 11/07/09 but i did not receive cash and when i check my A/C the same amt had been deducted.
I made complaint for this case at the PNB Bank but there has been no response...

poor service

Hi,
i have to say about pnb branch in siyana (bulandshahr).they give such a very stupid service in bank to customer. They do not how to talk customer they think we are his servant.Even Manager attitude is also same.They are not ready to tell about bank policy. Really Such a stupid policy....

for cheque book

i have saving A/c [protected] with punjab national bank lawrance road industrial area delhi since[protected]. I went there to get the check book for my A/c. They said that my check book is delivered on date 10-12-09 by speed post, i surprised because in 5 days in same town speed post has not delivered.
I want to know is if the branches dont have these kind of facilities to offer..then why they misguide us....

kindly lookinto the matter i am having my account with pnb i went to withdraw the money through atm with gaurd from simbhaoli but money was deducted from my account but i had not get the money from atm machine just i had a talk . he said money will be given back within 48 hours but no money was creadeted in my account. i raised the complain againest custmer care but till now i am not geting the status of that...

Cash Transcation from ATM

On Dated 24/10/2009 at 15.29 pm I applied for withdrawn an amount of Rs.4000/= from my saving account (SBI A/c no. [protected]) at PNB ATM, Janakpuri East, New Delhi vide Transcation no.1018.
No amount was withdrawn from ATM Machine, but the same amount has been debited to my Saving account.

2. On 15 nov. 09, at 05:30pm i withdraw Rs 1500/- through atm
card no[protected] of PNB from the ATM at
Ghat chowk Rishikesh Dehradun.
16th nov 09 when i checked my Account in PNB ATM, the amount of RS 4500/-(1500+1500+1500) was shown as debited from the said ATM.

Last transanctions made from this account of withdrawl on[protected] and deposit on[protected] but while I tried to withdraw cash from ATM it refused to do so stating the ATM card as invalid.Such difficulty had been faced by me previously, which had been solved by activation the account from the bank.
