dear sir/madam,
i would like to lodge a complaint against Punjab National Bank as i suffered a lot from it's poor service quality. I had to make a withdrawal of Rs. 15000, on the date of 06/07/2009, using my ATM-cum-DEBIT CARD. I was withdrawing this amount from ALLAHABAD BANK'S ATM, After a long period of waiting(approx 10 minutes) my account has been debited the same amount but i didn't get the cash.
from that day onwards, PNB's employee (Punjab National Bank, Chirki, Giridih, Jharkhand) makes a lot of excuses. Although i have submitted a numerous complaints always their staff make a new excuse.I had lodge a complaint(complaint id[protected] to their help-line, but after 12 days they sent a message stating that my complaint has been rejected, and suggest me to contact my local branch.
I had almost lost the hope from any corner. If you can make any help towards my problem I will be ever grateful to u.

Rani bagh branch of punjab national bank do not making my credit card inspite of having all proofs regarding this. They told me that you should have minimum 4 lakhs ruppes in your account to have your own credit card, but this type of rule is not given by customer care of credit card branch and also they told me that this is not any rule which a customer should have. I have important online work to do in which credit card is very neccesary. Please sir help me or give me complaint number to call and request there or please suggest me what to do..
