Dear Sir,
I am having a Current A/C with PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK, Bhadohi (UP) Branch in the name of M.K.Enterprises A/C No [protected].
I was in lucknow on[protected] and at @ 17:12, used my PNB ATM from ICICI BANKs ATM situated at VIDHAN SABHA MARG, LUCKNOW.
IN first attempted a withdrawal Rs. 15000., but due to poor server connection. Transaction was not done. Then in 2nd attempt i tried for Rs. 10000/- but the error was same as previous and amount of Rs 25000 was deducted from my A/C No [protected]. .
For this i have informed the ZONAL OFFICE OF PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK, at VIDHAN SABHA MARG, LUCKNOW, but ATM Manager told me that we r not responsible in this case you have to peruse from your Mother Branch(i.e Bhadohi). for this i have FAX the letter to Chief Manger Bhadohi branch on[protected], and second reminder was given with enclosure of previous FAX and photo copy of receipt along with claim form on 21-07-09 via Courier (DTDC).
Then on 23-07-09 Chief Manger Bhadohi branch replied that “your claim form has been send to our circle office for the crediting your Amount as desiredâ€.
But im personally visiting the Chief Manger Bhadohi branch, and he is only assuring me that the Amount will be credited in you’re a/c but till not nothing fruitful has been done. Since then im not doing any transaction from my Account and my buisness is also suffering.
Sir please help me in this Regard as already this matter is pending since April 09.
I AM USING THIS AS MY LAST HOPE OF MY MONEY. I HAD A VERY BITTER EXPIRENCE WITH PNB BECAUSE OF NON CORDINATION OF THEIR STAFF.
