My Son,Vivek Kumar Sharma,used my Debit card in booking some tickets of his friend in Nashik using his user id on IRCTC web site but the transaction failed and then he tried the same on his friends account,but the transaction failed. As a result,the amount of Rs. 4515 was transacted on[protected] twice .On[protected],Rs.4515 was credited back in my account but till[protected] I have not recieved the second sum of 4515.I have talked in my bank and also the Customer care of PNB and they told me that money will be credited back in 8 to 12 days.But till date I have not recieved the amount.PNB has given me complaint no. 19436889.
Please help us in the matter as we are in need of money.

PNB — problem in transition via net in account

i want to remed funds in my account in UIT campus branch,Bikaner (raj).code 1917. but the name of branch is not found on transition site...as transfer by internet is not possible in account.why this problem is occuring? is there any way out so the net transition become possible in this branch account...

    I have a PPF A/c No. 23138 with Punjab National Bank, Bapu Nagar, Jaipur Branch. Since I am transferred from Jaipur to Mumbai, I had sent a request on 4.8.2009, through PNB, Nariman Point branch, Mumbai for transferring my PPF a/c from Jaipur to Mumbai. But till date no action has been taken by the bank besides repeatedly requests.

      Personal — Non receipt of payment amounting Rs.11000/- from ATM.

      Dear Sir,

      Regretfully, I would like to mention here that on 17.3.2009 at 1924 hrs., I used the SBI ATM situated at Veerbhadra, Rishikesh for withdrawal of Rs.11000/- but I could not receipt the above amount from the machine. Accordingly, I immediately intimated to the PNB authority on 18.3.2009 at 11.00 AM at PNB/Haridwar Road, Rishikesh. Till date no action has been taken by your bank despite repeated information to the Chief Manager and your call center vide Docket No.17009880 dated 20.6.2009 and Docket No. 19651112 dated 9.9.2009.

      The above has resulted mentally tortured to me and my family since I have not a highly paid employee.

      You are requested intervene into the matter or otherwise I have no alternative but to go to the Consumer Forum.

      Dear Sir,

      I am an A/c holder(A/C No. [protected] of HDFC Bank,Sector -21 A Badkal flyover Faridabad.

      I made a money transaction through PNB ATM centre, Maharani bagh, using HDFC Debit Card, on 8th Sep. 2010. I withdrawed Rs. 8000/-.Due to problem in Atm i was able to hold on 500/- rs ans 7500/- rs was at the point of the ATM. I m trying to took my left amount before that the ATM plate got down. I registered the 15days I didn’t receive my money back, even though HDFC Bank claimed the money back.

      I look forward to a speedy action from your part.

        NEFT Transfer problem

        I have made Fund transfer of Rs 10, 000 using NEFT on 24th Sep'09 from HSBC account to PNB Account No. [protected]. Money credite to my PNB account ( confirmation from PNB NEFT helpline) on 25th Sep '09, but same amount(Rs 10, 000) was debited from my PNB account on the same date 25th sep'09 with transaction desc "Double credit " When i checked my account statement there is no double...

          Dear Sir/Madam,
          I am maneesh vill. kothe manwal khanpur chiwk pathankot punjab. I have an SB account (A/C # 8) in ([protected])PNB, dhangu road pathankot.. I have lost my ATM card about 2 days ago. I did not try to block it because it was already de-activated when I was trying to withdraw money from ATM counter.

          Kindly send me a new ATM card to my home address available in bank database or please advice how do I get a new one.and cancel my account

            I am having a Saving Account in Punjab National Bank.

            Recently I made a transaction of Rs.5000/- at SBI ATM, It show amount has been debited from my account.
            But I have not received any amount from ATM Machine.

              sir,
              I am a student and I was transection in 26/06/2009 by the atm of pnb fatehpur,shaharanpur branch in this transaction a have debit my 1000 rs i was not recieved cash by the atm machine then i complained in fatehpur branch and sumitted an application in that case and i also submitted the application in pnb patel nagar dehradun where i have account but they are not taking any response in my case and not giving me any satisfactory answer till now- 16/10/2009.i also complain in 30/06/2009 at pnb customer care no([protected]) and they give me complain no which is 17328505 they also not take any proper action in my case and they told me there are no feed back comes on my complain please take the proper action on pnb service they are not doing reliable work.........

              Problem:- 1. 4000 Rupees Transfer in my account But Frist Time When I go ATM And Check It 4080 Balance Is Available When I recipt/taken to my rupees But ATM respons to me your Balance is 80 rupees only.
              2. so i call to custmer care and ask to my problem So Custmer Care Madam Response To Next 24houre Your 4000 rupees transfer in your account. When I After 24 houre i go to ATM And check my account but no rupees transfer in my account.
              3. Again i call to custmer care call and ask about my problem so response to me next 12 days your 4000rupees transfer in your account. And Give to me My Complain No.[protected] Date[protected]
              4. So Til No Any Rupees Transfer In My Account So Plz You Help Me Early As Possible To 4000 Rupees Transfer in my Account.

                helllo!!!!!
                my atm has not been functioning since the day i got it from the bank branch- punjab national bank lakhaoti, bulandshahr, uttar pradesh. i spoke to the customer care executive and about the status and he replied that everythin was ok and my atm is in a functioning state and wen within the next 2 days i tried to access my account it showed that the card is invalid or unauthorized. despite my entering the right pin it had earlier shown the pin is incorrect.
                hope for a solution soon.... u have been giving us a lot hell of problem.
                please do resolve the issue and do lemme know....................

                i have reissue the 3 atm debit card unfortunatly 1st atm was lost by me, 2nd atm forget my pin code and 3rd atm was not working properly a lot of sketch on the black strip
                i want to again reissue the atm card with 100 rs penelty but the worker not activate my atm card they are saying that a person can issue only 3 atm
                i know that i had a big mistake but i promise i will never lost this time atm card

                  my name is madapa .... i am having pnb savings bank account and no is [protected] ....i used pnb debit card in paypal for buying in ebay...in a transaction in ebay the money of 15039 rupees was refunded to me on july 3rd by paypal...but i did not get the money at all .... so i lodged a complaint on august 8th complaint no[protected] by calling to the call center... they told yhe money will be refunded in 15 days .... but till now it has not been returned....evrytime when i call them they will tell it will credited to my account in 1 week... but not all credited it is more than 45 days..... so please something fast

                      Sir,
                      I have an Account in PNB,basti nau jalandhar.I Suffered from Non-Dispersal of Cash Problem on 06 sept 09 When in an ateempt to withdraw cash from SBI atm(basti adda jalandhar),I found my amount of Rs 2500 deducted.Since then I made many complaints in Customer care of PNB.On 13th of Sept. I was made assure to return my amount by 28th sept..But till date their is no credit.
                      i have a Student account and that titchy amount mean a lot for me.
                      I therfore humbly request you to take serious action so that my amount is returned asap.

                        I have an Account in PNB,prashant vihar.I Suffered from Non-Dispersal of Cash Problem on 2nd sept 09 When in an ateempt to withdraw cash from ING VYSAYA atm(prashant vihar),I found my amount of Rs 1000 deducted.Since then I made many complaints in Customer care of PNB.On 22nd of Sept. I was made assure to return my amount by 23rd sept.But when i called them up on 27th , i was again asked to tell details.i was told that my application is registered on 26th only.But today i had a talk wiyh Manager Of prashant vihar branch and he asked me to call customer care then and there only.But when i called those executives, i was shocked to know that it would take other 12 working days and when i threatned 'em to lodge complaint against them in consumer forum, they seemed extremely casual.
                        i have a Student account and that titchy amount mean a lot for me.

                        Punjab National Bank — Non dispersal of cash

                        6 months back i withdraw 20000 from my PNB account , I only received 5000. I have contacted PNB customer service and PNB banks more than 50 times but could not get any positive response. I want to sue Punjab National Bank for this veru very poor service. I just want to know the procedure

                        i have complained to pnb that on 14.12.2009 my 10000 rs transaction from state bank of patiala ATM failed.
                        but my account shows 10000 rs deduction without getting money
                        i have complained. they say that we require 15 working days to resolve it.
                        the working process is too slow and i am exusted withe process.
                        and they are giving me inconvenience.

                          Sir,
                          My father Mr. Shyamta Prasad Gupta Is a loyal customer of your bank,he had applied for a loan amt. of Rs 55,000 for purchasing an auto . He was granted the loan on 12/03/2003 after observing necessary bank formulaties as per bank's norms my father had deposited KVP for value of Rs 35,000.
                          My father cleared the loan amount on 30/11/2006 ,but he could not able to apply for the withdrawl of above mentioned securities(KVP) due to his unforeseen personel circumstances.And when he was free from his problems he approached the bank for getting his securities back, then the bank personnels started searching for his deposited Securities (KVP's) but they failed to find same and told my father that it has been LOST.My father was shocked to know that it has been lost .
                          My father requested to bank manager & Mr Narendra Prasad (Loan Dealer) that kindly give back my KVP's as I have cleared my Loan dues and on hearing this they both stareted shouting and misbehaved with my father using unparliamentary language and said that "in hindi TUM ITNA DIN SE KAHAN MAR GAYE THAI AUR TUMHARA KOI KVP JAMA NAHI HAI ,BHAAGO YAHAN SE NAHI TO........" after hearing this he was mentally harresed and as he is a heart patient his BLOOD PRESSURE crossed the limit and he was advised bed rest by Dr.
                          My came to know that Mr.Narendra Prasad is a local resident of Danapur cantt,so he insulted my father as if he as layman and shown his DADAGIRI.This whole drama is going on for last 0ne year ,I came to know this thing after a long period as I stay out of Town.
                          So, I kindly request you to look into this matter and take necessary actions against the above bank personals.

                          Punjab National Branch — staff misbehaves

                          dear sir/ madame,
                          my mother had an account with PNB, East of Kailash brach, for almost 20yrs.
                          recently we went to close the acount for personal reasons. i want to bring to your notice the way the staff of that branch always behaves. this was our second experience. it somehow always happens that noone is willing to attend to you. there are no lines in the bank for anything.last time my mother wanted to transfer my grandad's accnt to hers as he is nomore. he had made her a nominee. but the bank was updating and started harrasing us for taking the money out. and this time when we wanted all our money bk and close it the cashier who is a lady look her own sweet time to release the payment which would be close to an hr!
                          on top of this she evn misbehaved with my mother saying "thank god a customer like u is going"!! what kind of a bank is this???

                          Senior Citizen Account — TDS Certificate received for Less amount

                          Opened Senior Citizen Account No. 110013 in Mumbai GPO which were matured on 12.8.09 after five years. Against Total Interest of Rs.6,75,000/- in Five years TDS deducted Rs.69,389/- but TDS certificate were issued for Rs.65,946/-. Thus I am looser of Rs.3,443/- .

                          For this my man I visited several times but staff is very rude and does not want to check the details.

                          Sir,

                          I have Demand Loan Account No. 181600PC00006531 with PNB, Nehru Nagar, Phagwara branch. In connection with my complaint as mentioned below. I contacted the Customer Care executive to lodge complaint that the staff is misbehaving and harassing the customer as I am requesting the branch officials to let me know the balance amount in my above-mentioned account till 28/10/09. As I have submitted the Payorder for the Demand Loan account to PNB Branch Phagwara. The Branch officials don't provide me the account statement and says that the account statement can not be delivered till the account is closed. What a great joke.

                          The bank officials say that it will take two or three days in collection of the said Pay-order and the amount will be credited to your account after three days. The bank staff misbehave and harass the customers despite the customers are ready to provide them the complete support.

                          I request to you to please get the matter resolved on the highest priority. I would have to approach to the consumer court as my amount is not being credited by the bank as per RBI guidelines and customer has been harassed from 10:10 AM.

                          At the time of closure of account the bank staff woke up that there are this or that shortcoming in your account. The one official direct to other, the other to other and lastly the offcial mark ACFRM AV CRV003002 is short. Go to this person to that person to that person. Then the same process continue. We will see. What to do. When to do. No body knows. Keep on roaming this counter to that counter. This is Core Banking Solution of PNB, Nehru Nagar Branch.

                          The same process will be faced to get my security receipt of FDR to get back. When I demand Account statement the officials shout at the customer as he has done a great offence. Why not the account statement be delivered to the customer showing up to date balance. In which Bank charter it has been mentioned that the account statement and the balance statement only be delivered to the customer after the clearing of the amount in the account. I was not demanding the clearance of Payorder but only demand the account statement up to date of 28th October 2009 with all debit balance of interst up to date. The bank offcials why not provide account statement.

                          I had appealed to the Branch Manager PNB, Nehru Nagar, Phagwara to adjust my loan account No. 181600PC00006531 that shows debit balance of Rs 40680/-. I requested the Branch Manager to adjust the loan amount with the Pay order No. 483429 of Rs 41598/- on Indian Bank, Phagwara and after getting the credit proceeds from the clearing tomorrow. The rest of the amount kindly be paid in cash or in shape of Pay order to me.

                          The concerned Branch Manager is reluctant to do the needful and teaching me numerous lessons

                          1. You can take the proceeds in Savings account only, .

                          2. On my insistence and on my request that it is under RBI guidelines he says that we shall charge commission on issuance of the Pay order to you.

                          3. Initially PNB officials don’t want to adjust the amount with the Pay-order.

                          4. The Bank officials say that the rest of the amount will go to sundries account and I have to pay the charges to get the amount refunded.

                          Sir, whenever any bank resorts to such a method, it is liable to compensate the consumer as to the mental agony, harassment and humiliation suffered by him. The Bank can not charge even a single paisa in the form of commission to adjust Loan account. The borrower is paying the loan amount, the Bank should not create hurdles in adjusting his loan account.

                          Kindly look in to the matter and do the needful.

                          he is not even ready to talk regarding the educational loan showing some absurd reason and telling us to come later, my institute I Business school, INDORE, having tie-up with Pnb India.
                          so its natural to taking loan from Pnb. But during our several visit with bank manager, all same behavior and indecent talking behavior .Its ridiculous how can a manager would behave, and why he deny us. Not even ready to see the documents.

                          Do we need to suffer like this or people like us have to suffer ?

                          Punjab National Bank — Misbehavior of bank staff

                          Sir,
                          With respect it is to state that I have deposited a cheque of ABN Amro Bank no.xxxx amounting to Rs.5800 in my PNB account No.xxxxxxxx at Sanjay Complex, Agra Branch on 11.03.2010.
                          When it is not credited in my account, I have contacted the concerned Assistant Manager (Mr. Chaturvedi) and given him all the particulars of my cheque to trace the same. He asked me to show either counter file or passbook. As the same were not available with me, I requested him to verify my photo and signature from bank records and give me the details of my cheque. He misbehaved with me and talked to me very rudely. Ultimately he traced my cheque and told me that your account is in the name of Krishna Kant Mishra and the cheque is in the name of K.K. Mishra, hence it could not be credited and asked me to take it back.
                          I met to Manager (MR. Bhatia) to sort out the problem and deposit my cheque in my account but he refused to even listen a single word of mine and just said to me that I should sort out my problem with concerned manager only.
                          Then I met to Senior Manager. He directed me to write a certificate on back side of cheque that K.K. Mishra and Krishna Kant Mishra is the same person and handover the same to Mr. Chaturvedi but he (Mr. Chaturvedi) refused to take the cheque asking that come with two account holders to verify this certificate. After that only the cheque will be deposited.
                          Ultimately I brought the cheque back and deposited it in my ICICI Bank Account. They treated me with much more respect and regard and assured that there is no problem to credit this in my account.
                          This is the behavior of your great staff of your great PNB bank.

                            with reference to the above subject,unauthorised debit from my a/c-[protected] account holder name-Seema Majumder & Ashis Kumar Majumder,H/O-Jharu charan Jana,Durgachak,B Block,Ph-[protected] on 08.08.09 to CR a/c [protected] of Mr.Heeral Kishore Kapdi,Branch Vasai Road,Mumbai.

                            After two month Correspondence with my service bank Punjab National Bank ,B.O-Durgachak,Haldia,Pin-721602,Dist-Purba Medinipur,West Bengal,Ph[protected],Fax[protected] branch manager issue a letter that as such bank is not liable for any claim made for such debit.
                            My service Branch not responding.

Initially, the screen was shown as the REQUEST IS BEING PROCESSED, PLS WAIT, but subsequently the transaction was declined due to transaction time out reason. I tried to withdraw the same amount, but met with the same fate. Onchecking the balance through the same ATM and again through the internet banking, I was surprised to see that amount of Rs. 10000/- (Rs.5000/- plus Rs.5000/-) was shown as debited from my above SB Account.

                              3. All my efforts to contact the PNB authorities through their helpline no.[protected] proved futile, as no one attended to the call though I was put on hold for hours together on 01/10/09 and 02/10/09, except a recorded message. Kindly advise as to what is to be done for getting the credit towards the wrongly debited amount through ATM.

                                I am Shankar Kumar Mahto. I am from Araria Sangram(Mauwahi), p.o.+via.-tulapatganj, p.s.-Ghoghardiha, dist.-Madhubani, state-Bihar. I am studying in VINAYAKA MISSION'S KIRUPANANDA VARIYAR ENGINEERING COLLEGE ,SALEM. All banks are 10 Km far away from my village. When did i go to P N B, Jhanjharpur for education loan, bank manager asked about my village and saw my all douments then he gave me a education loan form . He asked me to bring filled form next day. When did i go there with filled form and all required documents, he told me that he will not give education loan me. And also told to go to other bank because other banks are nearer than me. But he gave education loan to other person who went through the brocker. But that person is also at same distent as me. In real , he have so many brocker. That's why i am suffering from this problem.What should i do? Please help me!

                                  This is to inform you that the undersigned used SBI ATM of VRCE Branch Nagpur for the money withdrawal purpose. But Instead of dispensing the amount the machine debited it through the account. This happened twice. A complaint of the same was made with the authority of PNB and the customer care and The Governer and Deputy Governers of RBI as well. But the assurances without accelerating the settlement process were done by the authorities. Only half of the amount is credited so far and rest of the amount is still awaited to be credited in the account. This is to also inform you that as per directives DPSS No. 1424/02.10.02/[protected], DPSS No. 711/02.10.02/[protected] and DPSS No. 101/02.10.02/[protected] issued by RBI under section 18 of Payment of Settlement Act 2007 (Act 51 of 2007) bank is not function.                                   I have my account in NSIC bhawan, Okhla industrial area phase 3 new delhi banch of PNB . On dated 01/07/09 a tranction of Rs 8000.00 was made by me from ATM machine in pauri garhwal uttranchal but I did not receive money but 8000.00 was deducted from my account . at same day i complained to the branch manager about that . He told me to complain to that branch where i have the account. On 27/07/09 a written complain was given to the branch where my account is by my uncle but the told that complain can only file by the account so he keep the complain letter but did not give any receive to my uncle

                                    Dear Sir,
                                    Above mentioned loan(A/C. No. 116000JB[protected] was fully paid by me, only for settlement of interest, I had a meeting at circle office, Amritsar on September 07, 2009. Mr. A. R. Mishra Dy. G.M. , in the presence of Mr. Ramesh Chopra Sr. Mgr & Mr. T.K. Hans Sr. Mgr offered me to settle the issue out of court by paying Rs. 50000.00 in full & final by next day itself.

                                    As per commitment, on September 08, 2009. I deposited the same at P.N.B., Katra Bhai Sant Singh, Amritsar accordingly.

                                    Mr. Verma, branch manager, forwarded my case to circle office for issuing N.O.C. for full & final settlement, which was approved by the committee, as informed by Mr. Ramesh Chopra Sr. Manager.

                                    Inspite of my various requests to meet Mr. Mishra, I am unable to seek appointment with him, regarding N.O.C.

                                    Also to my utter surprise, the payment of Rs 50000/- that I deposited in PNB, Katra Bhai Sant Singh Branch is not reflecting in my bank statement. I visited the branch yesterday, Mr. Verma refused me to give the statement of my account and was very rude in his behaviour. He also told me that he has put the deposited money in SUNDRY ACCOUNT without citing any reason for the same.

                                    I am feeling highly disappointed and harassed for no fault of mine.



                                    I have attached 2 certificates and the deposit slip of Rs 50000/- alongside the mail, which i recieved from Mr. Verma and Mr. Ramesh Chopra. Kindly help me to get N.O.C. towards full & final settlement of loan and the LIC policy that the bank has kept as security, as offered by Mr. Mishra Dy. G.M. & mutually agreed by all present in the meeting.

                                      i have a saving a/c in pnb , navyug market but past two days due to my keyboard problem ( internal ) password was wrong type and i do this action for 5 or 6 times and thus a message was come INVALID USER ID OR PASWORD , for this i meet to mr. rajeev sharma ( navyug branch - incharge of this ) but his behaviour is verry verry bad he told me how this is happen then i tell all thing to him for many times but he was not taken any action for this even i wrote a application for new pasword but he simply told that no need of this i will do this without ant application but he not doing any thing regarding this so sir please do some needfull action regarding my new password
