regarding net banking password

i have a saving a/c in pnb , navyug market but past two days due to my keyboard problem ( internal ) password was wrong type and i do this action for 5 or 6 times and thus a message was come INVALID USER ID OR PASWORD , for this i meet to mr. rajeev sharma ( navyug branch - incharge of this ) but his behaviour is verry verry bad he told me how this is happen then i tell all thing to him for many times but he was not taken...

Wrong Debit

I did the shopping from Brand Factory, Bangalore, I swapped the card
there but it gave the error at that time, I did the cash payment at

the moment. But the amount was still deducted from our account.


I gave to our bank in writing but still I have not recieved my money back.
It has been approximately two and half month gone, It is a big

non acceptance of atm money

i vijay singh choudhary(A/c no. [protected]) , on 27 july 2009 use HDFC atm & i pressed button gor 1500 RS. button on screen i saw a error "time out".Then i lodge complain 28 July 2009 (complain no.[protected] on PNB toll free no. .
After lodging complain at PNB toll free no. I made many time requested to kindly credit my a/c.But so far money has not yet been credited.
I have already forwarded complain to circle...

I tried to withdraw Rs.12, 000. from ATM located ipartap marketATM[protected] time but i had not recive mony But in the balance statement which I got from the ATM shows a12000 withdrawal transaction on that date; which is not correct.

Widrawa but i can't recieve money

Most humbly and respectfully i have the honor state that i was widrwal Rs 900 from pumposh Enclave HDFC ATM at 1:35, date 11-09-09, but i couldn't get money from ATM and show request time out in ATM Machin . Amount struck in ATM machine - Complaint No. - 18991419

I am an account holder of Savings a/c no.[protected] at PNB Prashant Vihar (Delhi) branch for the past 6-7 years.

On August 14, 2009 i used my Debit card for withdrawal of money or Rs. 8,000/- from Axis bank ATM (Sector 8, Rohini, Delhi)

However the amount got struck in the machine and the a/c was debited with the same amount.

I informed about the same by calling the toll free on of PNB....

Debited Rs20/- for submitting in other PNB branch

Hi I have a saving account in PNB Gurukul Kangri - Haridwar branch. I have sixteen digit a/c no. I had submitted Rs 1500 for my a/c by cash on 29 Aug 2009 in PNB Metro branch Noida. PNB deducted Rs20/- as ISO Deposit Charge on 31 Aug 2009. When i asked customer care about the deduction of money they told me it had been deducted as i had submitted in other branch of PNB other then my home branch.

But it should not be deducted...
