Hi, My account number is [protected], I tired to make a payment (on Association Of Indian Universities website through debit card) of rupee 14, 160 on 2nd July, 2021 but the transaction failed. I didn't receive any message from the PNB bank regarding the transaction, but when i checked my balance i saw that the amount was already debited although the payment wasn't successful. I tried to reach out to the customer care and they picked my call and registered my complaints, i didn't receive any sms on my registered mobile regarding the complaint number, so i checked on the pnb app 'last 10 sms' and got the complaint number A[protected]. But now i called them back and asked them about my refund then the customer care agent told me that i would have to wait for 45 days and only after that my money would be refunded. Please help me get my money back!

    Sir I have ordered MFI lightning cable on 11/06/2021 it was be received on 21/06/2021 but I have not returned my product. Amazon initiated refund on date 23/06/2021
    Amazon given reference number 75503721176048996100766 but the bank of Punjab national bank has still not credited my money

      Dear sir,
      I have a account with your bank, in recent days I have done the transaction with Amazon shopping, due to some resason the order is cancel the refund amountis 341.6 is process on my account on date 24 june 2021. And it will refund on 28 June. Still amount not credit in my account, when I speak with customer care they told me ask to Amazon. Demanding from UTR number.
      When I talk with Amazon they told me this number is with bank.

      Kindly solve this problem as early as possible.

              I want to expand properly
              First I ordered products from boodmo website on 6th june
              I ordered a total of 4 products. Out of which 2 returned whose amount was 2866rs
              My refund amount was initiated to me by Boodmo on 22nd June
              But till now I have not received my refund in my account from the bank, I should also call the customer care tell me your problem but there was no help for me, After this I went to the bank and told my problem but there was no help for me.And till now I have not got any help nor did I get my money

                      I have ordered A Seagate Expansion 3 TB Hard Disk On 15th Of June. My Order Id is[protected]. Order Total Paid Was 5999. i Have Returned The Product & Amazon Also Initiated The Refund on 22nd of June And Gave Me A Refund reference No :- 75503721174048964758118 on 28th Of June Via Mail. 5 business Days Already Have Passed. Yet I Haven't Recived The Refund Amount In My Account. I Have Also Tried To Contact The PNB Customer Care Several Times But They Are Simply Avoiding The Whole Things By Saying That They Can't Track The Refund Reference Number. Please help me Getting My Refund.

                        Dear sir/Madam, I purchased a product
                        of Rs.740 from Amazon India and returned on 23rd May, 2021successfully . Amazon India customer care send a message that your amount is successfully processed on 23rd May, 2021 but it's more than a month, They still not credited my amount in my Bank account. Amazon India customer care said that contact to PNB customer care with Refund Reference # IGALDJAZS4 but PNB customer care said that they don't have any information about my refund amount of Rs.740 then at last after so many tries I came here for help "please help me" it's more than a month I am still seeking for my Rs.740 amount.                           This is to inform you that I ordered the "SUGAR Cosmetics Nothing Else Matter Longwear Lipstick - 15 Beige Turner (Nude Brown, Peach Brown) Matte Finish, Water-Resistant, Longlasting, Paraben Free" Of ₹514 from Amazon and received it on 26th June 2021 (Saturday) as the product was damaged so I asked for the refund.                             On 25th of June 2021 I requested for a recharge on my Jio no. Through paytm which is linked with PNB that's my account. But the recharge didn't happen due to failed transition as the bank server was facing huge amount of disturbance at that time. The Money was deducted and till then from now I kept complaining but nothing seems to work. Please for God's sake refund my amount.

                                I had to receive my amount on 25/06/2021 after sending from mypustak site. pnb has confirmed the same resulting in generation of refund reference no #[protected] but it's been a week over, the said amount 3450/- still not credited to my account no [protected] till a week. Please look into this matter and resolve this charge dispute at the earliest
