I am a member of PNB family with acct no [protected]. I am an Air Veteran and drawing pension in your bank. I got my disability pension PPO in May 21, but it pains me a lot to say that from May to July PNB has not done any effort to pay me my dues. PNB is not able to action ePPO issued by IAF to me and thousands another due to some technical issues. All other banks have actioned same set of ePPOs issued by IAF. Since other banks are working on same technical platform why only PNB is harassing their customers.

You are requested to look into the matter and find a positive solution at the earliest so that I can get my dues in July.

Expecting an early and positive reply from your end.

    1. It is the incident of date 15/07/21 3:00 pm, i had given 2 cheque to withdrawal few amount to the pnb shamasabad branch, clerk but he denied to payment these cheque just because both cheque were issued by the same person. He said that by doing this his work is increase.

    My reply... I told him that both cheque are from different category of school amount & i have to maintain the both amount separately. Is this a good way to doing his work. Just because of his work were increased, so we will suffer for his convenient. Then after that he payed my cheques.

    2. According to the up government order that mdm conversion cost had to be transferred in the students parent's account of my school, so i had given him application+one cheque+pnb/obc bank accounts list and second cheque+others bank account list. He told me to use separate staple pin for each cheque & each list. While i am doing this, he start asking me that who am i & start shouting on me that i am not able to be staple the paper and said i would not told you the same thing 10 times. Then he ask am i a gram pradhan or anyother else to came here to do such work.

    My reply... I told him do not shout on me i am not your peon here. It is none of your business, i am a gram pradhan or another else. Then he start shouting loudly when i had reply him in up voice then he cool down. Second clerk mr. Sharma come to me and now he start shouting on me and saying if they want to do something they can did easily with me, after all they are government bank employee. Then all other bank employee along with the security guard & the home guard come to me and all were shouting on me that how dare i am to behave like this. I told all of them that i am not shouting. He had start misbehave with me then i had just react on his act. Until this time bank manager even did not come from his cabin & were busy with two other person. After all this incident first clerk completely denied to take my application and told me to sign the list by gram pradhan also. To confirm the same i called up our other's school staff, they told me that this is not necessary. Told him the same but he stick on his words & not accept my application.
    One of the clerk who knows me well he told me that the first clerk just came for the substitute of some one who is on his leave today.

    After that i came out from the bank by taking apna sa muh. All this incident is very worded experience of my life.
    Please look into this matter & if i am right, than take neccessasary action.

      Hi Team,

      I am unable to login to PNB One App using the OBC customer id prefixed with 'O'.

      Also, by using the 'Trouble signing in' option.
      I provided account number details and OTP authenticated for the same. A 'Success' screen was shown with NO customer id generation.

      I had talked to customer care about the same twice and they suggested me to drop a mail to your team.

      Please find attached suppoting screenshot of the PNB One App for your reference.

      Awaiting your response.

      I talked to customer service executives thrice and they suggested me to contact '[protected]@pnb.co.in' for technical issues which I did but, unfortunately did not hear back.

            Please refer my saving bank account Number [protected] in the name of Punam Gupta in Katra Jai Mal Singh Branch, Amritsar (PUNB0341200). This account went in suspense because it was non operational for a long time. In the month of December 2020 when I came to get my FD liquidated I was informed that the account is in suspense and is required to be activated. I came from Ludhiana for the activation of my account after about a week and completed all the documentation and I was informed that the account has been revived however amount in my account will be credited within a week.

            2. When nothing moved, I visited personally again to solve the problem I was told that my another account of OBC bank number [protected] at Ludhiana branh is required to be merged with my account in Katra Jai Mal Singh. The same has also been done in February 2021.

            3. Thereafter I have sent my brother and also called repetitively Mr Gagan (Dealing hand) but except for false promises nothing has happened . Every time I am assured that the request has been made by the bank and money will be credited. Now the dealing hand has stopped picking up the mobile also.

            4. This is leading to harassment in realizing my own money despite the fact that twice I have come from Ludhiana to complete the formalities specified by the bank

            5. May I request for your intervention in resolving this matter as it has already taken long time

                  PNB is very carefull and have very Bogus Net banking system in the world, they make a very attractive web portal but of simply no use, there complaining portal is bug in itself, they are not registering any complaint and oops message pops up all the time, I have retail banking account with them for the past one decade which I uses for normal purposes, but any time I have credited or debited any amount from my account, no sms alert get on my mobile no, and worst is that they are master in deductions of my sms alert charges every 2 months

                      I opened my savings account in PNB on 7th april 2021. Since then, I'm waiting for my debit card. It's been three months, I still haven't received it. I want to complaint about their bad services they're providing to their customers. I also want to know when I should expect my debit card to arrive.

                          I purchased an item on 17th June 2021 from Amazon (Order No.[protected] which I paid through Amazon Pay from Punjab National Bank. Due to some reason I had to return the goods which were refunded by Amazon on 29th June 2021 (RRN IS[protected] but I have not received that money back by the bank till today 13th July 2021. What is the reason for this. Please give me my refund in my account as soon as possible.

                                I have ordered a laptop on 16 june21 and I have made payment online mode through United bank debit card of amount 40990 on 19 june2021. On 21st June Flipkart themselves cancel this order and they said that the refund will be credit on 29 June. But till date my money was not credited. I raise complain against this issue and they said that my has been credited to the account with reference number-74766511172124837439939
                                I just want my money back. Please solve my issue as soon as possible.

                                I received refund after 3 months. This site is useless. Nothing got help from this site. The process I have done to get refund is went to bank and raise chargeback .The bank manager help me a lot in doing this

                                    I had ordered a single floral print bedsheet of RS.437 from Ajio on 4th June, 2021& I returned this order due to personal reason. And on 5th July, 2021, Ajio initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon has sent this reference number[protected] and told me to fill charge dispute form.So please kindly respond to this complaint.
