Punjab National Bank [PNB] Complaints & Reviews

Please refer my saving bank account Number [protected] in the name of Punam Gupta in Katra Jai Mal Singh Branch, Amritsar (PUNB0341200). This account went in suspense because it was non operational for a long time. In the month of December 2020 when I came to get my FD liquidated I was informed that the account is in suspense and is required to be activated. I came from Ludhiana for the activation of my account after about a week and completed all the documentation and I was informed that the account has been revived however amount in my account will be credited within a week.

2. When nothing moved, I visited personally again to solve the problem I was told that my another account of OBC bank number [protected] at Ludhiana branh is required to be merged with my account in Katra Jai Mal Singh. The same has also been done in February 2021.

3. Thereafter I have sent my brother and also called repetitively Mr Gagan (Dealing hand) but except for false promises nothing has happened . Every time I am assured that the request has been made by the bank and money will be credited. Now the dealing hand has stopped picking up the mobile also.

4. This is leading to harassment in realizing my own money despite the fact that twice I have come from Ludhiana to complete the formalities specified by the bank

5. May I request for your intervention in resolving this matter as it has already taken long time

I purchased p-tron headphones of rs 799 from Amazon, But it was not in good condition then i refund the headphone to the Amazon the money is refunded form amazon but back didn't debit my money in my bank account

PNB is very carefull and have very Bogus Net banking system in the world, they make a very attractive web portal but of simply no use, there complaining portal is bug in itself, they are not registering any complaint and oops message pops up all the time, I have retail banking account with them for the past one decade which I uses for normal purposes, but any time I have credited or debited any amount from my account, no sms alert get on my mobile no, and worst is that they are master in deductions of my sms alert charges every 2 months

Plese unserstandme my problems this number is [protected] cyber crime my accout number is acking plese refund my ammont

I opened my savings account in PNB on 7th april 2021. Since then, I'm waiting for my debit card. It's been three months, I still haven't received it. I want to complaint about their bad services they're providing to their customers. I also want to know when I should expect my debit card to arrive.

I have some reference numbers from myntra orders, these all orders were placed on 3 july 2021 but i haven't received my refund in my bank account till today but in myntra it shows processed. Please check all these mentioned reference numbers.

I purchased an item on 17th June 2021 from Amazon (Order No.[protected] which I paid through Amazon Pay from Punjab National Bank. Due to some reason I had to return the goods which were refunded by Amazon on 29th June 2021 (RRN IS[protected] but I have not received that money back by the bank till today 13th July 2021. What is the reason for this. Please give me my refund in my account as soon as possible.

Refund was sent to me by Amazon on 26th June 2021. Which I paid through Amazon UPI from Punjab National Bank. I have not received my money even after so many days have passed.

M unable to check my balance, nd could not add my acvount in paytm why? With 2 weeks plz fix this prblm as soon as possible

I have ordered a laptop on 16 june21 and I have made payment online mode through United bank debit card of amount 40990 on 19 june2021. On 21st June Flipkart themselves cancel this order and they said that the refund will be credit on 29 June. But till date my money was not credited. I raise complain against this issue and they said that my has been credited to the account with reference number-74766511172124837439939
I just want my money back. Please solve my issue as soon as possible.

I had ordered a single floral print bedsheet of RS.437 from Ajio on 4th June, 2021& I returned this order due to personal reason. And on 5th July, 2021, Ajio initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. I baught sunglasses worth Rs 3421 from lenskart which i later cancelled the made refund on the same day but it is still not reflecting in my bank account

I'm Shubham Kumar Tiwary.I can purchase a ayesis 6 layer collapsible wardrobe from amazon on 16th june 2021 of amount 999 but the product I can received is getting damaged then I can return it and it will return successfully.After that, on 30th june the amazon will initiated the refund to the punjab National Bank but the bank will not transfer my refund amount on my bank account and I can contact the bank but it will not respond and give the accused, no any refund will available.But I can received a refund reference number of the transaction.The refund reference number is[protected].

On the date of 16 june 2021 i had ordered H&M Women white solid padded bra which was of 1299/- rupees from myntra and the item got delivered on 20 june 2021. And on 26th june 2021 i had returned the product and selected the option to get the refund in my bank account. but after 11 days i have still not received any payment by myntra. After contacting the customer care of myntra they have said that the refund has been initiated and should contact bank support team. and they have given the reference number to locate the refund through bank. The reference number is 85215221179125242602336.
Hence requesting you please look into the matter and help me out.

I have recently checked dated 05.07.2021 that the pnb debited Rs.118 from my account for unauthorised reson cause I have not any request for this debit amount.

The transaction reason showing - CHQ BK CH-511391.

The bank have not take seriously in this issue.
So I want to refund the money .
And Want to know why they debited Money.?

If possible please contact with me for more details and waiting for the resolution.
