Sir,
I'm Shubham Kumar Tiwary.I can purchase a ayesis 6 layer collapsible wardrobe from amazon on 16th june 2021 of amount 999 but the product I can received is getting damaged then I can return it and it will return successfully.After that, on 30th june the amazon will initiated the refund to the punjab National Bank but the bank will not transfer my refund amount on my bank account and I can contact the bank but it will not respond and give the accused, no any refund will available.But I can received a refund reference number of the transaction.The refund reference number is[protected].
Sir, I kindly request u to please help and solve my problems.

    On the date of 16 june 2021 i had ordered H&M Women white solid padded bra which was of 1299/- rupees from myntra and the item got delivered on 20 june 2021. And on 26th june 2021 i had returned the product and selected the option to get the refund in my bank account. but after 11 days i have still not received any payment by myntra. After contacting the customer care of myntra they have said that the refund has been initiated and should contact bank support team. and they have given the reference number to locate the refund through bank. The reference number is 85215221179125242602336.
    Hence requesting you please look into the matter and help me out.

      I have recently checked dated 05.07.2021 that the pnb debited Rs.118 from my account for unauthorised reson cause I have not any request for this debit amount.

      The transaction reason showing - CHQ BK CH-511391.

      The bank have not take seriously in this issue.
      So I want to refund the money .
      And Want to know why they debited Money.?

      If possible please contact with me for more details and waiting for the resolution.

            Sir/Ma'am,

            This is to inform you that I am Aayush Arun, of Account No [protected], IFSC Code - PUNB0216010 and my home branch is PATLIPUTRA COLONY, PATNA.
            Apropos of the subject, I went to withdraw an amount of Rs. 20, 000 (Twenty Thousand Rupees) from the ATM of my home branch. The time as per my transaction message is 10:46:56 am and the date of transaction is 5th July, 2021. The said amount was deducted from my bank account as per the transaction message I received but the cash didn't dispense out of the machine.The transaction message which I received was at 11:20 am which is almost 30 min after the transaction took place. The said transaction message is attached with this letter. I waited for 10 minutes with an assumption that the money would eventually dispense but it did not happen.
            It's been more than 2 days of the transaction at the time of writing this letter. The bank employees of my home branch were non-cooperative and did not let me write or submit a written complaint at the branch.
            I hope through this message I will get my money back. For this kind act of yours I shall be ever grateful to you.

                    I have to receive an amount from mypustak site and amount 3450/- to be credited to my account no [protected] on[protected], my bank pnb had confirmed the same generating refund reference no #[protected] but still pnb has not credited the amount still in my account, please check the reason and fix it as soon as possible.

                        Sir i have purchase product from amazon on 26/6/2021

                        my payment rs 1014 debited twice . I cancelled my order.
                        As per the refund policy of amazon this amount of rs. 1014 & rs. 1014 will be credicted upto 10 days.

                        sir this amount of rs 2028/- not credited in my account please help me

                                I bought a Blazon SGV015G 4/4 Violin from Flipkart at the Price of 2306 rupees on 20th June but cancelled the order.

                                And flipkart had processed the refund of Rs.2306 /-to my debit card on 21 June 21 & it should have been credited by 02 July 21 on debit card last digit 0674.

                                But still its not REFLECTED on my PNB account.

                                Seriously whats wrong with PNB ?? I have 5 Refunds pending now... this being the third complain and I am waiting for the other two RRNs.

                                Kindly please give me my money as its already too much to even carry on with PNB anymore with these amount of insincere negligence.

                                      Jiomart has refunded ₹1002.72 to my PNB A/c on 23.6.2021against cancellation of my grocery items order .They have furnished ARN number[protected] and asked to contact PNB Customer Care Executive with incoming ARN after lapse of 7days from the date of refund. Accordingly, I have called the PNB Customer Care Executive on 2 .7.2021 and bring his notice about the non reflection of refunded amount in my A/c along with ARN number. But unfortunately he straightway expressed his inability to trace out the refunded amount.
                                      I want my money refunded by Jiomart and requested to credit the same in my PNB A/c as early as possible.
