My name is Himanshu Dalania and I had ordered two products of Rs.239 (Pindia Wood)and Rs.266 (Heeran Art Budha) in Amazon on 21/12/2020 and after on 22/12/2020, I returned this order due to personal reason and on 22/12/2020 Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number
(#75105170358003586941238 and #75105170358003586957705) and told me to fill charge dispute form but Punjab National Bank doesn't have such policy. So
please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent. I am sorry I can't enter my card number due to security issues.

    My name is Priyanka Goel and I had ordered a beanie cap of RS.379 from Amazon on 17th December 2020.
    I returned this order on 22nd December 2020. And Amazon initiated the amount to my card on 23rd December 2020 but I didn't get the money yet.

    So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.

      I ordered three product of total sum Rs.922 from amazon on 23rd of December 2020. But due to some reason I have cancelled the order.
      But till now I don't receive my money back .

      I have called the amazon customer care 5 times, but they are giving the repetitive answer that they have send the money the problem is in your bank side. According to them I should get my money back by 31st December but I didn't.

        I had Ordered a redmi note 9 phone from AMAZON.IN with order #[protected] on 20-DEC-2020 which i successfully canceled on 22-DEC-2020 and since i had paid by debit card, the amount was supposed to be credited in my bank account which did not happen till date. I contacted the AMAZON team which replied me back with a reference number stating that they successfully initiated the refund process on 22rd itself and its up to the bank to credit the same in my account in time which can take 5-6 Business days but since it has been longer than that i called my bank with the reference number that my merchant gave me but they refused to help saying that this of no use to them.             Sir, My amount of rupees 305 has been initiated by amazon on 27 December 2020. But, it has not been reflected in my account. I have contacted PNB customer care also but they did nothing in this regard.

                        With dues respect I want to state that, I was applying for recruitment of Intelligence Bureau ACIO Post, when i was paying the required amount of Rupees 500 by mode- PNB Internet banking, amount was deducted from my account but transaction was not successful

                        Kindly notify the above issue with respective authorities and resolve the problem as soon as possible or refund it. I will be thankfull for this.

                          On 21.12.2020 Rs. 500 is deducted from my Bank account for payment to delhi metro station but amount is not received to metro station and and also amount is not refunded to my bank account.                             Hello,
                            Amzaon India has refunded me rs 918/- in my bank account.
                            My bank account was united bank of india which is now PNB.
                            Amazon has initiated my refund on 27th dec. 2020 and given to me Refund Reference Number, then i talked to customer service of PNB and they said no amount in there to be received in you bank account.

But my order was cancelled and they intiated a refund of rs1953 and 379 on 20th december but till now i haven’t recieved it in my account! When I contacted them they are giving me references number (RRN) and saying money has been processed fro their side!
