As per Amzon customer care updates they informed me that the amount of 3, 580/- should be credited to my account by 6-1-2021.. But!! Till now the above mentioned amount not credited to my account...they gave me the RRN(Refund Reference Number[protected].. Kindly look into this issue and update me please.

      I returned an order on 22nd December 2020 at flipkart.in. They have confirmed that the seller has initiated the refund of Rs.611.0 on 23.12.20 and the same should have been credited to my bank account by January 1st 2021.
      Now today is 10.01.2021 and it's been more 10 days from 1st Jan, 2021 and the money is still not credited in my bank account. The refund reference number is 85215220359051289475291. Please look into the matter.

      I got a call from a scammer after posting complaint here. He claimed that he is calling from pnb n asked to install an app name "QS" and proceed with his commands. When i denied to do so and said that i will contact my bank directly, he started abusing me and cut the call.

          My name is Himanshu Dalania and I had ordered two products of Rs.239 (Pindia Wood)and Rs.266 (Heeran Art Budha) in Amazon on 21/12/2020 and after on 22/12/2020, I returned this order due to personal reason and on 22/12/2020 Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number
          (#75105170358003586941238 and #75105170358003586957705) and told me to fill charge dispute form but Punjab National Bank doesn't have such policy. So
          please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent. I am sorry I can't enter my card number due to security issues.

            I returned this order on 22nd December 2020. And Amazon initiated the amount to my card on 23rd December 2020 but I didn't get the money yet.

              I ordered three product of total sum Rs.922 from amazon on 23rd of December 2020. But due to some reason I have cancelled the order.
              But till now I don't receive my money back .

              I have called the amazon customer care 5 times, but they are giving the repetitive answer that they have send the money the problem is in your bank side. According to them I should get my money back by 31st December but I didn't.

                I had Ordered a redmi note 9 phone from AMAZON.IN with order #[protected] on 20-DEC-2020 which i successfully canceled on 22-DEC-2020 and since i had paid by debit card, the amount was supposed to be credited in my bank account which did not happen till date. I contacted the AMAZON team which replied me back with a reference number stating that they successfully initiated the refund process on 22rd itself and its up to the bank to credit the same in my account in time which can take 5-6 Business days but since it has been longer than that i called my bank with the reference number that my merchant gave me but they refused to help saying that this of no use to them.                                 With dues respect I want to state that, I was applying for recruitment of Intelligence Bureau ACIO Post, when i was paying the required amount of Rupees 500 by mode- PNB Internet banking, amount was deducted from my account but transaction was not successful

                                    Hello,
                                    Amzaon India has refunded me rs 918/- in my bank account.
                                    My bank account was united bank of india which is now PNB.
                                    Amazon has initiated my refund on 27th dec. 2020 and given to me Refund Reference Number, then i talked to customer service of PNB and they said no amount in there to be received in you bank account.

But my order was cancelled and they intiated a refund of rs1953 and 379 on 20th december but till now i haven’t recieved it in my account!
