Sir/madam,
I had Bought mobile with tempered glass and back cover from amazon on date 8 may 2020, but tempered glass was broken then they refunded the amount rs 219 (i.e of tempered glass) on date 17 may 2020. But the amount has not been reflected in my account till date. I contacted Amazon customer care, they told me that they had done all process from their end and said me to contact PNB customer care to raise a compaint and i have also mailed pnb for this issue they answered me to consult Amazon care and i am in dillema that my money will come or not PNB not supporting me about this issue. Please help me.

amazon initiated the refund on 18/07/2021 reference no.[protected] and[protected]. photo attached but the PNB Bank has still not credited my money in my account.
plz resolve my issue.
