I ordered the products from AMAZON and i have cancelled the mobile and back cover having price Rs.18480.86 and Rs. 298 respectively.

The amount is not yet reflected in my account.

    I ordered a product online and returned it.
    Payment was to be refunded in my pnb account.
    They're saying that refund was initiated and completed on 14th dec 2020 and its been 16 days, I've not received amount.

      Sir/madam,
      I had Bought mobile with tempered glass and back cover from amazon on date 8 may 2020, but tempered glass was broken then they refunded the amount rs 219 (i.e of tempered glass) on date 17 may 2020. But the amount has not been reflected in my account till date. I contacted Amazon customer care, they told me that they had done all process from their end and said me to contact PNB customer care to raise a compaint and i have also mailed pnb for this issue they answered me to consult Amazon care and i am in dillema that my money will come or not PNB not supporting me about this issue. Please help me.

        I have ordered some items from jio mart on[protected] and i paid it online itself, and i cancelled it on the same day and they have initiated the refund on 16th December but the amount is not yet credited yet, when i ask about it on jiomart they said they have done everything on their part for the refund and also provided the refund reference number now its banks issue to do the rest...but when i call the pnb they are also not giving a solution or nothing they are saying the reference is not useful for them i am providing the reference number below 75503720349044384668252

          I cancelled an order on 16 December 2020 at amazon.in, they are saying the refund was initiated and completed on 17 December itself and refund is credited to my account till December 21, now it's been almost 07 days and the money is still not credited in the bank account. The refund reference number is 30005403520350163935370 . Please look into the matter.

              Address: PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK, SHYAMNAGAR BRANCH, NORTH 24 PGS. WEST BENGAL.

              I am saving account holder of pnb, shyamnagar branch bearing a/c no [protected] in the name of bharat mishra visit the branch on 29.12.2020 for remit the money to my relative account due to urgent need of money for medical treatment but branch refused to remit the amount without cheque. I submit my authority letter for the same even though refused by the branch. Then i demand to provide me cheque book, that also not provided. No any staff members along with bm disclose their name also and not wear id of all staff members. Bcsbi codes branch also not follow.
              They also not give any solution for remit the money.
              Mobil banking also not provided by them.
              All branch people behaviours are rude no staff members talk with me. They treat like that customers are headeache for branch staffs.

                      Hello Sir/Ma'am,
                      I had returned back an order on Amazon for Nokia 5.3 Android One Smartphone on 20th December 2020. Amazon had initiated their refund process of Rs.12998.00 on the 21st of December, which I was supposed to receive by the 26th of December. But due to some reason, the amount is not yet credited to my account. Can you look into the matter?

                        Hi sir / mam sir maine amazon ki taraf se 2 order kiye the jisme se ek maine return kar diya aur ek cancel kr diya tha. amazon ne uska refund amout ( 1376 rupees and 64 rs ko credit kar diya wo aisa bol rhe h But mere bank account me wo abhi tak nhi credit hua h Maise amazon walo se baat ki to unhone charge dispute form fill karna ko kaha maine bank ke customer care and PNB branch me concect kiya to unhone mana kar diya Amazon walo ne mujhe Refund refence No. bhi de diya h plz solve this

                        sir, I have ordered Anarkali kurta for rs 721on 14/07/2021 and myx women legging for rs 540 on 13/07/2021. but i have returned my products.
                        amazon initiated the refund on 18/07/2021 reference no.[protected] and[protected]. photo attached but the PNB Bank has still not credited my money in my account.

                          My name is Riya and I had ordered a product of RS.1999 on Amazon on 03/12/2020 & I cancelled the order on the same day due to personal reason. And on 08/12/2020 Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.

                            Sir I have booked a train ticket from amazon.in on 19th nov. 2020. Later, on 6th December 2020 it got autocancelled and an amount of 200 has been initiated from the Amazon.in which is not get credited till now.

                              Ma'am/Sir,
                              I ordered two jackets from Amazon on 06/12/2020 and 08/12/2020 but due to some unavoidable circumstances, I cancelled both the orders. I paid the sum of Rs.1189 and Rs.1149 thru Debit Card but the refund has not been received by me till date.
                              I request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

                                Regarding my refund from Amazon on November 23, 2020
                                I cancelled anker power bank on 17 November 2020 and they told me that my refund of rs 2399 has been initiated on 23 November 2020.but till date i havent got my refund in my bank account.amazon has also given me a transaction reference no:[protected]
                                I contacted the bank and they told me that we can do nothing.what should i do now

                                    My name is Yogesh and I had ordered a product of RS. 2999 in ajio on (order id FL[protected]) & I returned this order partially due to personal reason. Total Amount of returned item is 1417.29 And on 15 December 2020 Ajio initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money.
