Ab flipkart wale bol rhe h ki seller ne.. 23dec ko apka paisa apke account me credit kr diya h... But sir/mam aaj 4 jan2021 date ho gai mera paisa wapas ni aaya h.. Jb maine flipkart se baat ki to... Un logo ne. Bank se contact krne ko kha or reference number bhi diya h.. But bank wale koi help ni kr rhe... Plz I request u help me..

        I have ordered an oppo a 52 mobile on 4 november 2020. It was be received on 19 november 2020. But due to some technical problem on them i returned my mobile. Money should be credited before 31 december 2020. Flipkart initiated refund of Rs.9990 with reference no. 17203010358051232816610
        But the bank has still not credited my money

            Order #[protected]

            I purchased a order from Amazon on 27th december 2020 and cancelled the order next day that is 28th december 2020 .After cancellation Amazon sent me a message that refund succesful.On amazon app it was showing that expected date for credit of the amount is 2nd january 2021 but it is already 3rd january. Amazon provide me refund reference number and told me to contact with bank customer care but they didn't help me. The refund reference number is 74332740364036306324343 please help me. The refundable amount is rs 3650. Please help me to get the amount.

              I had ordered A product on Amazon at 15 December 2020 and prepaid the order of rupees 5521 but due to some reason i had cancelled the product . So the Amazon initiated my amount on 20 December 2020 and provide me the Refund reference number (75105170356003579345613)
              But I didn't get the refund in my account till yet .

                  I didn't receive my refund that i was payed through P.N.B debit CARD TO Amazon its been too late now .amazon give me a reference no. through mail.BUT BANK CUSTOMER care told me that its not our bank fault but amazon told me refund completed by there side and this reference no.sent by bank .so please resolve my problem and refund my amount to my bank account...

                        I have returned a product to Amazon, for that they have provided me refund. But that refund is not showing in my bank account. They have given the reference number 74332740362036122898811 and said to contact Punjab National Bank customer care, as they have provided refund but delay is happening due to bank. Kindly do the needful.

                            I am vishal Kashyap i bought a ether-net to RS232/485 converter worth rs.6900/- form amazon on 17 Dec 2020 but seller cancel the order due to less quantity in stock and refund me purchase amount on 22Dec 2020 but the amount is not reflect in account i asked to amazon customer service support about it they told me that refund is transfer in my account i have to ask in bank and give me a reference no. i asked to bank customer service support about it then they told me that there is no amount refund in my account bank told to ask to amazon both Bank & Amazon are told me to ask each other.
                            Please resolve my problem as soon as possible i stack in it from 1 week but no action taken by any one. Other details are given below.

                                I purchased moto tender care coccyx, tailbone ₹734 and birbira universal back lumbar support chaired from amazon on 23.12.2020 and done full payment by debit card but order was cancelled on 23. 12.2020and now amazon is saying that refund has been send to bank. So contact CUSTOMER service and they said they don't file any charge dispute they can file nothing like charge dispute and can only check if money came to your account or not.                                 But CUSTOMER service is behaving very bad they even cut my call. Pnb CUSTOMER care was not hepfull they were like they don't give ### about our issue.
                                Same behaviour by branch.
                                Please help me to get my money back.

                                    I cancelled an order on 12 December 2020 at flipkart.in they are saying the refund of Rs.1156.0 was initiated and completed on 12.12.20 at 03:24:14 itself and it should have been credited to my account by December 23rd 2020, now today is 31.12.2020 and it's been almost 08 days from 23rd dec, 2020 and the money is still not credited in my bank account. The refund reference number is 85215220350049782207277. Please look into the matter.

                                      I am writing this to complaint about the refund of amount Rs. 1798 against my order with Amazon. The amount of Rs1798 is required to be credited to my PNB account by 26th December 2020 and now it's 31st Dec 2020 and credit is still not appearing in my account despite various follow-ups with bank and amazon customer care. Please help me in this matter. Amazon representatives are saying that refund has been successfully initiated on 21st Dec 2020 for the total amount of Rs. 1798 and the reference id is 5134040357029770846832
