My name is saurabh rasikbhai meuva and i had ordered product amount rs.1650 in amazon on[protected] and after[protected] i returned this order due to personal reason. And on[protected] amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number 75503720145039964615166 and told me to fill charge dispute form but punjab national bank doesn't have such policy.

So, please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent. My last four digit of debit card number is 5719.

Hi sir / mam sir maine amazon ki taraf se 5 march 2020 ko mera refund issue kiya gya tha uska refund amout (11772.76 rupees kiya gya tha jiska refund reference number#[protected] h. Ye amount abhi tk bank ki taraf se mere account main credit ni hua h to please ye amount jldi se jldi jama krne ki koshish kre.

I had ordered some items through best price app on 23/05/2020. The same were delivered on 25/05/2020 with a few items missing.

The total purchase order was worth of ₹8946 but what i received the items were worth of ₹6931.79

I still have not received the remaining amount ₹2014.24

I have made repeated calls/mails to both pnb and walmart but none resolved my issue.

Walmart says that they had refunded the remaining amount on 23/05/2020 but pnb says that it hasn’t received the said amount yet.

It's been more than 10 days, i returned an order with myntra but i have not received my refund in my bank. As per myntra money is with the bank. Bank reference number is 3000080145014202407772

Order some products from amazon and order cost @1048 and @1027 placed on 22/05/2020 and done full payment by pnb debit card but order was cancelled on same day 25/05/2020.
I did not receive my money back after the order was canceled.

I contacted amazon's service center more than once and they told me, refund has been send to bank successfully processed on[protected] please wait a while.

But now amazon is saying that refund has been send to the bank, please contact your bank’s customer care center and quote with refund reference #75503720147039998986474

To know further about the status of the transaction in case you still haven’t received the credit within 4 business days.

I called the helpline number of the bank but my problem was not solved from there,
Then i call to amazon's service center and they told me this time,
#if your bank is unable to locate the refund with the reference number provided, please dispute the transaction as 'refund not processed'. At that time, they will see a pending refund and will follow the path back to our payment processor to locate the refund...

I contacted to the bank customer care and they told me clearly that there is no such thing like charge dispute form as refund not processed, we can just check money credited or not.

Since then i have been very worried about how i will get my money back. Please help me.

Hello sir, i am 2 order on amazon.in total amount is 644 rupes on 22may 2020, and i am immediately cancel my one order price is 312 rupes and amazon send same day my refund to my bank account ([protected]) but still 6 days completed but i am not received my money

Amazon also send me refund reference # 352922 (Refund reference number) but still pnb customer support not help me

Amazon had initiated refund worth of 576 on 16/05/2020 and the same had been completed on 22/05/2020 but the amount is not credited to my bank account.

Dear sir, it is to inform you that rs7, 499 was debt on 17th of may from my account for an order that was earlier cancelled. And amazon at once refund my money which reference id is #652417 but i asked your customer service they told me that it would be refunded till 22nd of may. My name is rohit kumar and i had ordered mb fat burner and revital capsules of rs. Amount 439 (322+117) in amazon on (14/05/2020) and after that i canceled this order due to personal reason on same day. And on 14/05/2020, amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number

Dear sir/ madam,

It is in reference to my complaint no # a[protected] / a[protected] dated: 04.02.2020 related to faudulent transactions happened in my account no [protected] by the name rahul kumar dixit for an amount rs 10000/- and rs 8500/- via atm withdrawl through my debit card which was in my custody.

I have lodged a fir and compliant on customer care also, submitted all the required at my home branch rohini sector-18 delhi-110085.

But, till date no action has been taken and i am regularly following up with customer care and the branch manager mr. Harsh for the status.

Customer care says that your complaint is resolved and you have to visit the branch and branch manager says investigation is going on we will update you.

In the wake of covid -19, my dependecy is more on this amount as i don't have any other source of income. Yesterday, he told me to come with kyc and your amount will be credited but again he sent me back as usual stating "investigation is going on we will update you", this way he started harassing me. The behaviour of branch head is very rude as if i am asking for any donation.

I am really not happy with the service and kind of response which i get from the branch manager mr. Harsh.

Requesting you to an urgent action on my complaint and update when will the amount get credited to my account because it being more than 3 months.

Aeps trangacation feled rs4545 but money deduct my account on 07th may 2020 vide tid : [protected]
But the same amount 4545 has been debited to my account. This matter has been taken up many times vide several e-mails and phone calls since past 15 day hs to customer services number, but the problem is standstill.

Sir i have booked my irctc tickets through epaylater but it had cancelled because of national lockdown. When i contacted epaylater for refund they said of rs.2440.00 against order id: [protected] has been processed successfully on[protected] in your payment mode: debit card punb, rupay ending 1581 against the arn (Acquired reference number) - 30004601189360161100515.
As per the bank’s policy, the amount will reflect in your account within 6 to 7 working days.
In case the refund is still not received, we would advice you to contact your issuing bank to track the refund credit with the arn provided, if the bank is unable to track the refund using the arn, you are advised to contact the dispute/chargeback department in any branch of your issuing bank and raise a dispute/chargeback against this transaction. But till now i haven't received refund. Please help.
