I cancel my order on amazon and they refund amount in my bank according to them but the amount didn't show in my amount

    Hi

    i am ashu vaish. approx 1.5 year before i received a call from your call center and she ask me to take a policy but i asked her 1 time investment plan
    Then a person from your company named ... visited our address. He was in hurry and only pick my document and cheque and convey plan was same which explain to you on call and not given more information
    after 1 year i have received a call that submit your installment but when i convey that this is one time investment plan, caller conveyd that this is a plan for 10 years. and ask me to visit nearest branch. i visited Karol Bagh Branch and they convey that the agent who visited at my address was from Noida branch. then they ask me to give application but when i given a written application they convey that your signature are not matched.
    please lookinto the matter. 1st of all i left the job 2 year before and i invest this amt from my PF.
    i not have any source of income to pay installment for 10 year. i am only one in my family and no other income
    also i am not able to do job due to health issue . please help.me to convert my policy in 1 time investment or refund my amt. because i am not in condition to pay any other amt.

          My name is saurabh rasikbhai meuva and i had ordered product amount rs.1650 in amazon on[protected] and after[protected] i returned this order due to personal reason. And on[protected] amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number 75503720145039964615166 and told me to fill charge dispute form but punjab national bank doesn't have such policy.

          So, please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent. My last four digit of debit card number is 5719.

              I had ordered some items through best price app on 23/05/2020. The same were delivered on 25/05/2020 with a few items missing.

                    Order some products from amazon and order cost @1048 and @1027 placed on 22/05/2020 and done full payment by pnb debit card but order was cancelled on same day 25/05/2020.
                    I did not receive my money back after the order was canceled.

                    I contacted amazon's service center more than once and they told me, refund has been send to bank successfully processed on[protected] please wait a while.

                    But now amazon is saying that refund has been send to the bank, please contact your bank’s customer care center and quote with refund reference #75503720147039998986474

                    To know further about the status of the transaction in case you still haven’t received the credit within 4 business days.

                    I called the helpline number of the bank but my problem was not solved from there,
                    Then i call to amazon's service center and they told me this time,
                    #if your bank is unable to locate the refund with the reference number provided, please dispute the transaction as 'refund not processed'. At that time, they will see a pending refund and will follow the path back to our payment processor to locate the refund...

                    I contacted to the bank customer care and they told me clearly that there is no such thing like charge dispute form as refund not processed, we can just check money credited or not.

                    Since then i have been very worried about how i will get my money back. Please help me.

                              My name is rohit kumar and i had ordered mb fat burner and revital capsules of rs. Amount 439 (322+117) in amazon on (14/05/2020) and after that i canceled this order due to personal reason on same day. And on 14/05/2020, amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number
                              # 469714 and told me to fill charge dispute form but pnb site shows always error, and even they don't work on it after talking to customer care.. So

                                I order some products from amazon and order cost @711 placed on 14/05/2020 and done full payment by pnb debit card but order was cancelled on same day 14/05/2020.
                                I did not receive my money back after the order was canceled.

                                I contacted amazon's service center more than once and they told me, refund has been send to bank successfully processed on[protected] please wait a while.

                                But now amazon is saying that refund has been send to the bank, please contact your bank’s customer care center and quote with refund reference #930514 to know further about the status of the transaction in case you still haven’t received the credit within 4 business days.

                                  Dear sir/ madam,

                                  It is in reference to my complaint no # a[protected] / a[protected] dated: 04.02.2020 related to faudulent transactions happened in my account no [protected] by the name rahul kumar dixit for an amount rs 10000/- and rs 8500/- via atm withdrawl through my debit card which was in my custody.

                                  I have lodged a fir and compliant on customer care also, submitted all the required at my home branch rohini sector-18 delhi-110085.

                                  But, till date no action has been taken and i am regularly following up with customer care and the branch manager mr. Harsh for the status.

                                  Customer care says that your complaint is resolved and you have to visit the branch and branch manager says investigation is going on we will update you.

                                  In the wake of covid -19, my dependecy is more on this amount as i don't have any other source of income. Yesterday, he told me to come with kyc and your amount will be credited but again he sent me back as usual stating "investigation is going on we will update you", this way he started harassing me. The behaviour of branch head is very rude as if i am asking for any donation.

                                  I am really not happy with the service and kind of response which i get from the branch manager mr. Harsh.

                                  Requesting you to an urgent action on my complaint and update when will the amount get credited to my account because it being more than 3 months.

                                    Aeps transaction failed but money decuat my account

                                    Aeps trangacation feled rs4545 but money deduct my account on 07th may 2020 vide tid : [protected]
                                    But the same amount 4545 has been debited to my account. This matter has been taken up many times vide several e-mails and phone calls since past 15 day hs to customer services number, but the problem is standstill.

                                    Sir i have booked my irctc tickets through epaylater but it had cancelled because of national lockdown. When i contacted epaylater for refund they said of rs.2440.00 against order id: [protected] has been processed successfully on[protected] in your payment mode: debit card punb, rupay ending 1581 against the arn (Acquired reference number) - 30004601189360161100515.
                                    As per the bank’s policy, the amount will reflect in your account within 6 to 7 working days.
                                    In case the refund is still not received, we would advice you to contact your issuing bank to track the refund credit with the arn provided, if the bank is unable to track the refund using the arn, you are advised to contact the dispute/chargeback department in any branch of your issuing bank and raise a dispute/chargeback against this transaction. But till now i haven't received refund. Please help.
