            Amazon team has confirmed that the refund has been successfully processed in my original payment method which was my UPI on March 19, 2020.

            And they confirm that bank has successfully accepted the refund for amount Rs.1, 110.58 with the Refund Reference Number #[protected].
            Ut has een more than 2 month and refund never credited to my account.

                          I want to know about my monthly EMI payment of my pension(Ex Army) loan that I shall have to pay this during civic-19 for upcoming three months or not as RBI guide line.
                          Related this I asked to an employee of my bank he told me that I will have to pay my EMI regularly.
                          Sir, in present the economic condition is very loose during lockdown in India.
                          I requested you sir plz do something well for us in about our EMI payment which is 9000 only per month.

Bank transaction was also completed successfully but my mobile is not recharged.Till now I got no message regarding the recharge, although the amount has been debited from my bank account.

                                      I have ordered a book for Rs.335 on Flipkart on 20 march 2020 and made payment through PhonePe by debit card.
                                      But due to sudden lockdown condition due to COVID-19 they cancelled the order and refunded the money on same payment method with reference number P2004020314081550103652 on 1 April, 2020.They said to reflect the refunded amount in 9 business days, but ther money is not credited to my account even after deadline date past i.e.(April 10, 2020).The bank customer care is not listening about the complainant on behalf of COVID-19.
