Sir i have booked my irctc tickets through epaylater but it had cancelled because of national lockdown. When i contacted epaylater for refund they said of rs.2440.00 against order id: [protected] has been processed successfully on[protected] in your payment mode: debit card punb, rupay ending 1581 against the arn (Acquired reference number) - 30004601189360161100515.
As per the bank’s policy, the amount will reflect in your account within 6 to 7 working days.
In case the refund is still not received, we would advice you to contact your issuing bank to track the refund credit with the arn provided, if the bank is unable to track the refund using the arn, you are advised to contact the dispute/chargeback department in any branch of your issuing bank and raise a dispute/chargeback against this transaction. But till now i haven't received refund. Please help.
