      Amazon team has confirmed that the refund has been successfully processed in my original payment method which was my UPI on March 19, 2020.

      And they confirm that bank has successfully accepted the refund for amount Rs.1, 110.58 with the Refund Reference Number #[protected].
      Ut has een more than 2 month and refund never credited to my account.

                    I want to know about my monthly EMI payment of my pension(Ex Army) loan that I shall have to pay this during civic-19 for upcoming three months or not as RBI guide line.
                    Related this I asked to an employee of my bank he told me that I will have to pay my EMI regularly.
                    Sir, in present the economic condition is very loose during lockdown in India.
                    I requested you sir plz do something well for us in about our EMI payment which is 9000 only per month.

                    Manager refuse to stay the monthly EMI payment and he had debit amount.
                    While we taught him about this guideline before debit the amount. But he refuse.

                            I have recharged my mobile number [protected]]through net banking for Rs. 548 on 20th April 2020 and received an SMS with Transaction reference (Ac XXXXXXXX00201190 Debited by Rs.548.00,[protected]:43:48 thru Debitcard XXXX3764 .Aval Bal Rs.87805.22 CR.Helpline [protected]. If not done by you, pl. forward this SMS from registered mobile to [protected] to report unauthorized txn & block debit card.) Bank transaction was also completed successfully but my mobile is not recharged.Till now I got no message regarding the recharge, although the amount has been debited from my bank account.

                              Complaint regarding my electricity bill payment of rs.1236
                              On date 13 april 2020

                              In which my money is deducted from account but transaction failed. I contacted the amazon costumer care service they told me that they have already paid it to punjab national bank only bank need to update that they send me this

                              I called costumer service of punjab national bank 3 times. But they are not listening to my request.

                                I have ordered a book for Rs.335 on Flipkart on 20 march 2020 and made payment through PhonePe by debit card.
                                But due to sudden lockdown condition due to COVID-19 they cancelled the order and refunded the money on same payment method with reference number P2004020314081550103652 on 1 April, 2020.They said to reflect the refunded amount in 9 business days, but ther money is not credited to my account even after deadline date past i.e.(April 10, 2020).The bank customer care is not listening about the complainant on behalf of COVID-19.

                                  I had a payment with flipkart, but due to covid19 they cancel the order and refunded the money but this amount yet not have been received in my account.
                                  It past long 10 days óf refund made by flipkart.

                                    I have purchased a term plan from pnb met life application no[protected] through policy bazaar and tgen I have requested for application cancellation as I want to purchase insurance from other insurance company so i have written a mail to pnb met life and the policy is also cancelled on 17 march 2020 but now it's 1 month no refund received till now it's totally fraud company don't buy insurance from pnb met life company.

                                      Yesterday i i had filled an application form of lucknow university and paid 1000/- towords it from my pnb debit card. The money got debited but the transaction was unsuccessful. Till now, however i have not received the refund of 1000 from your end. Kindly process the refund as soon as possible
