at morning on 3 april i operate my debit card at bo railway road pathankot atm to withdraw of rs 15000/. My account [protected] debited by rs 15000/ but cash not disbursed. Your all toll free numbers are not responding i am trying from 3 days but nothing well. One number [protected] told that no service provided due to covid 19. If all branches giving services why 24×7 services not provided. I am in trouble i have badly need of money in this crises. You are requested to please look into the matter and reverse the amount into my account as early as possible.

On date 02-04-20, I withdraw the money from PNB atm but the money was deducted from my bank account but the cash was not received and the refund also not credited to my bank account .The amount is Rs1500 .

    This time corona virus is world wide tragedy but bank is not help to people how can we survived if this time they are not return our money i am student i need money this time but punjab national bank not reversed my money to my bank account, bhim upi failed transaction 300 rupes detected to my bank account and bhim upi customer care say they was credit money to my bank account but still 6 days completed but money (300 rupes) not received to my bank account

      Dear sir/madam,
      I initiated a withdrawal process by pnb debit card (Ending with 5967) in indicash atm machine, near - mg college, gaya, bihar (Atm id - taae6355 and taae6188) on 1st april 2020 at 7 am. Since my account was debited by total rs.21000/- (In four transactions rs.8000/-, rs.5000/-, rs.5000/-, rs.3000/-) but cash was not dispensed. Now today it is 3rd apr 2020 but amount still not reverted in a/c.
      Therefore i request you to please look after this issue as soon as possible because in this lockdown situation this rs 21000/- amount is how much important, you can understand. For this act of kindness i always remain obliged to you.

      Since then they are debiting atm annual charge without providing me new atm. And there customer care number is also not working.

          I have ordered women kurtis from myntra and made payment via paypal app which used pnb debit card and i cancelled one of the order and returned two of the orders. Myntra shopping customer care service said that refund amount has been processed but i haven't received it in my pnb account yet. It's been around more than 30 days since the refund has been processed.

          Below are reference numbers provided by myntra for all 3 refunds:

          I have not received any email from the bank regarding my complaint, which I raised on 4th April .

          My bank account ma sa money deducted ki gyi ha jo Paytm ka liya thi vo add nhi ho payi or mara account ma refund nhi hui ha or mara bank account ma sa cut gyi ha
          I therefore request to you I anees anjum tomorrow I have transfer money 1000 rupees but transfer failed and account deduction 1000 rupees but transferred failed not refund my balance in my account my account number is [protected] so as we concerned about that plz resolve my problem as soon as possible

                I had ordered a mother dairy cow ghee and 5 other items from amazon.in (Amazon pantry) with order order #[protected] on 19-march-2020 which i successfully canceled on 24-march-2020 and since i had paid by debit card, the amount was supposed to be credited in my bank account which did not happen till date. I contacted the amazon team which replied that they successfully initiated the refund process on[protected] itself and its up to the bank to credit the same in my account.                   I have sent rs.20000 from my wife's pnb account to my pnb account by phone pay app. Ammount deducted shown on her mpassbook. But my account nothing has been credited. Tranaction id upi/[protected]/p2v/[protected]@ybl/sourish majumder... Please refund my amount. And i have done all tranaction of rs.7000, rs.20000., rs.1400 on 01/04/2020 but her mpassbook and my mpassbook of pnb shows all transactions done on.02/04/2020..

For the past one day i have been calling up day and night but the only response that i get is "this route is busy". Please help me with this.

                            There was a recent notification from the central government that the atm services will be free due to the covid 19 pandemic.
                            I hold a bank account in pnb, manjpra, kerala. I withdrew some cash from a nearby sbi atm on 22 march and rs. 23 was deducted for atm service charges. It is not about the amount is big or small. The lockdown rules stated by the rbi mentions the atm services are free even if the service is used in a different bank for three months.
                            I spoke the same with one of the staff in the branch and he gave me a misleading information that the transactions are free only twice a month
                            Doesn’t pnb follow the rbi rules or what?

                                    Firstly i want to say i am very old customer of pnb branch and i was not expecting this type of behavior from pnb branch.. I am very disappointing.. I am just frustrated... My pnb account is in the branch of jharsaitly... The issue was i was supposed to get refund of 11200 from lenskart of my order as i returned the product because that was defected... Lenskart team have refunded the amount on 11 march.. But yet i am not able to get any amount in account... Lenskart team are very supportive they have given me refund reference number by which the transaction has made but i went to bank as per you customer service guidance as they said we can't help you in this so u have to to the bank..in this worst situation i went to branch nd there they denied to see any rrn nmbr i have told so many time i m having the rrn please check in your system they denied nd denied they only no refund was showing in your account... If this was so why they denied to see the rrn what is this behavior this is how you treat the customer m just calling from last twenty days.. And what i a getting is excuses... This is insane... Now what i supposed to do should i complaint against this because for you may be its small amount not for me... This is the money i have earned of hardwork... This is so disgusting seriously nd very disappointing... Refund has been completed by lenskart but the pnb bank is not giving me that amount
