I initiated a withdrawal process by pnb debit card (Ending with 5967) in indicash atm machine, near - mg college, gaya, bihar (Atm id - taae6355 and taae6188) on 1st april 2020 at 7 am. Since my account was debited by total rs.21000/- (In four transactions rs.8000/-, rs.5000/-, rs.5000/-, rs.3000/-) but cash was not dispensed. Now today it is 3rd apr 2020 but amount still not reverted in a/c.
Therefore i request you to please look after this issue as soon as possible because in this lockdown situation this rs 21000/- amount is how much important, you can understand. For this act of kindness i always remain obliged to you.

Punjab National Bank [PNB] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Since then they are debiting atm annual charge without providing me new atm. And there customer care number is also not working.
