I have performed a transaction through payzapp on 30th aug of rs 15, 888 but somehow the transaction got failed. Till now, the money has not been refunded to my account.
Payzapp confirmed that the money is with issuing card (Pnb). Please check the attached documents. It is more than two months, the money has not been credited yet. Please take necessary steps and credit the money to my account. Hdfc bank has confirmed on sending the money back to the account.
Punjab National Bank [PNB] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by Pallavi_Saha I have also filed a complaint in PNB on 22nd Oct with id A[protected]. Although it was a failed transaction but the money is still not credited in my account. The PNB debit card used during the transaction has last 4 digits 6497 and account no used last 8 digits 00025151. Customer name is Pallavi Saha.
