Sir I was ordered from amazon on 2 October 2019, and I get delivery 3rd October, due to some problem my order was cancelled and amazon told that you will get your refund, my refund amount is 375, they told that they complete refund on 4 th October. but I still not received my money, amazon provide me transaction reference number, I called bank customer service but they don't respond anything, after that amazon told me fill charge dispute from, so sir I request you please provide my money as soon as possible, my account number is [protected]

    Dear sir/madam,

    With the above subject we would like to inform you that we have c/c account in punjab national bank, clock tower branch, dehradun.ac no. We are the oldest account holder of the branch.
    On monday 30/09/2019 at 6:04 am we received a messege on mobile that our account got debited with rs 49560/- (Forty nine thousand five hundred and sixty rupees only). We had no prior information in this regard by the bank.
    Next day we contacted the branch manager and found that it was system generated debit entry which need to get checked.
    The reason mentioned in entry was 'processing charges of 15/12/2000'

    The branch manager was not able to answer as it was debited by the head office.
    Our request to you is to please justify this entry as to how can bank take processing charges of year 2000 in year 2019. (Nineteen years)
    As we regularly follow the norms of bank on yearly basis and pay all fee/inventory and charges in time.
    This is unjustified and unwanted pressure on client who have taken cc limit (Loan against property). Please instruct bank to reverse the entry.

    Please look into the matter as it is unreasonable and unwarranted.

    The bank is not responding in this regard.

      Sir my name is sadanand shukla sir i bought a headphone from amazon, but due to that malfunction, i returned it to sir, it has been 8 months, but the money has not come back yet sir, they talked to amazon's customer care, so they said it has been said that money has been given beige, but i have not received the money yet. Sir, when talking about the customer care of the bank, those people are saying that no money has been credited to your account.

        I have performed a transaction through payzapp on 30th aug of rs 15, 888 but somehow the transaction got failed. Till now, the money has not been refunded to my account.
        Payzapp confirmed that the money is with issuing card (Pnb). Please check the attached documents. It is more than two months, the money has not been credited yet. Please take necessary steps and credit the money to my account. Hdfc bank has confirmed on sending the money back to the account.

        I have also filed a complaint in PNB on 22nd Oct with id A[protected]. Although it was a failed transaction but the money is still not credited in my account. The PNB debit card used during the transaction has last 4 digits 6497 and account no used last 8 digits 00025151. Customer name is Pallavi Saha.
        Still i dnt received refund

          I ordered one product on amazon and returned it on 16 october and on 19 october amazon received that product and refund is initiated but bank haven't credited my balance of rupees 8999 and transaction was of 9999 and 1000 rupees was credited to my amazon account now bank is not crediting my account since 15 days have been passed i m requesting you to please provide refund to me.             I ordered few products worth 8088₹ in january 2019 from myntra and made payment by debit card but due to some reason i cancelled the order.
            After few days i got refund for few of the products but still refund of 2306₹ is yet to be credited into my account.
            I contacted myntra customer care service with my concern and then they sent me a mail having bank reference number of all the products for which they have initiated the refund from their end and asked me to contact pnb.
            But pnb customer care people are saying that those reference number are of no use to them. Hence they can’t help me.
            Till today i have not got the refund. The amount yet to be refunded is 2306₹
            Please see the screenshot i have attached and credit rest of the amount to my bank.

                I have applied for home loan through pnb bank via my registered mobile no. [protected]. I have submitted each and every document required by the bank to process the loan. Though they have deducted amount of rs. 5900 from my account they came up with reason they are unable to issue the loan and neither they will refund the fee. Its an unethical practice used by pnb bank to harrase needy person and extort money.

                It has been 20 days posting complaint.. And still yet to receive call from pnb representative about the complaint.. Also the relationship manager of Panvel branch is unresponsive and irresponsible to take initiative to close the case. He is not getting time to take photo of client at office. Does he require more than a month to visit office to take verification photo at client office at cst? Looking for update

                      I took education loan from PNB morna but till date we didn't received any subsidy against interest of Loan. Bank Manager Mr. UTTAM KUMAR JI giving only dates from last 6 month. Now i even can't pay my regular installments due to PNB servor error..

                      I request you please help me to get subsidy of loan.
                      Amazon refunded me 2284 in my account but it didn't came yet I HV complained so they told to contact bank n PNB customer service with a reference no. Which is 356430. But bank n customer service both are saying this no. Is useless for them and that amount not came yet, they cannot do anything...

But some reason i cancel this earphone. On 20oct 2019 amazon issue a refund rs.799. But till date i not recvd refund my bank accounts.                           I recently bought some products from flipkart and i used debit card for the payment through phonepe. I have a pnb bank debit card. It showed that the amount would be transferred to my account by 22nd but it wasn't and on the phonepe app, it was showing that the amount was credited to my account, but there was no change in my bank balance. There were multiple items in the order. The total amount was near about rs. 8000. The order was placed on 13th october 2019 and the refund date given by flipkart was 23rd and 22nd by phonepe. As both the dates are gone, i had to write this complaint.

                            I ordered an item from Amazon and it was defective so i returned it, the order was prepaid so the refund was initiated from the merchant but the amount does not get credited in my account.
                            I also got an mail from Amazon regarding the refund they send me the reference number but the bank is saying that we only can tell you amount is credited or debited they are not giving right answer and also not registering complaint against this issue

                              I have a refund of 899 rupees from amazon that is one of my product. They says that they refund my money on[protected] but till now on 23 october 2019 not get the money. Amazon says that from their end refund is proceed successfully but it is stuck on pnb side that is bank side. Bank has given the reference number to the amazon after success full transfer of money.                                 I have saving acct no [protected] of pnb bank. Auto sweep/fdr service has alredy been activated. 23 sep 2011 is acct opened. But over draft of dt 23 sep 2011 of amt 13, 847 is showing pending. However the amt or overdraft can open with acct open date. I have alredy been confirmed from pnb they stating that no any draft pending. Please verify the same overdraft and increase my cibil score at the earliest. Thanks

                                    I had some online shopping using my PNB online banking worth rs 7757 on 24th September 2019. I had applied for return and refund for one the products worth Rs 2519. This refund is expected through Payu team. Payu team has confirmed that this refund was disbursed on 14th oct 1019 by them but the same has not reflected in my account.

                                    Pls check the bank refund ref. number (30001092889267179929470 ) given by
                                    Payu team. Its been 7 days since this refund was generated.

                                      I order realme c2 on flipkart of 5999rs 23 august 2019 and than cancel on same date. Flipkart initiate refund 23 august 2019 it refllect in my bank a/c with in 10 days in 4 september 2019 but 2 month is done but refund not credited in my a/c
                                      I raise complain with flipkart he say refund initiate flipkart say to contact with bank raise dispute but in branch dispute not available branch not help

                                      13Oct ko 179 ka recharge kiya amazon upi se but wo failed hogya..money pay ho gyi but money refund nhi hui..

                                        Hi sir / mam sir maise amazon ki taraf se mobile cover purchase kiya tha jo ki mujha delivery nahi hua ecliya amazon ne uska refund amout 189 rupees ko refund kar diya jo 18 oct tak account main credit hona tha but kuch problem ke karan account main nahi aa paya maise amazon walo se baat ki to unhone charge dispute form fill karna ko kaha amazon walo ne mujhe rbi refence no. Bhi de diya h so please refund my money.
