I want punjab national bank branch bighapur unnao up ifsc code punb0058900 holder of saving ac no [protected] on dated 08 oct 2014 said branch and deposit one lac rupees on fixed deposit ac no 0589000p000954 maturity date 08 oct 2018. When i went for collecting maturity amount on dated 15 feb 2018 punjab national bank branch bighapur unnao up bank employee abhisek tripathi taken signature on some papers asked to come another day. Then i came to know that my maturity amount is misused when i press for my money p n b met life policy given. It is requested that abhishek tripathi played fraud with me and my money utilized for other purposes.in this respect i given an application to branch manger on 25 june 2019 and but money has not been transferred to my account kindly ref no my pmopg/ e/ 2019/ 0238737 action may kindly be taken against bank employee abhisek tripathi with regards rajendra kumar mob no [protected]

    But after some time i have canceled the order then after some time i have got a mail from amazon that they have initiated the refund.

    But still, i did not get the amount.

      I had returned the product having of amount Rs.718 to amazon. against which I have received one part of this amount only. remaining amount of Rs. 570.73 is still pending from amazon to refund having refund reference number 75260829259033212887945 . kindly sort out the issue.

        I have ordered an iball bluetooth speaker on 20th september 2019 from amazon shopping and made payment by upi and then i cancelled the order (Order no#[protected] later on same day. Amazon shopping customer care service said that it will take 4-5 days for the amount to be reflected in your punjab national bank but it's been almost 6 days & i didn't received my refund, amazon had send me a reference number (Refund reference #[protected] to connect with pnb bank and check but pnb customer care people are saying that, this reference number is of no use for them, and said we cannot help you out, you may contact amazon. Amount to be refunded is rs.839

          There is an urgent requirement of cash for the transaction but punjab national bank of nutan nagar, gaya branch has no cash availability since morning and manager replied us to wait till cash deposit by other customer.
          What kind of system is this where we have to wait for our own money.
          Please contact this branch to process this transaction as soon as possible..

              My refund bank transaction number: dgtvgthhtkkcxa is not credited into my account. Flipkart says that they have initiated at 12th september but till now it has not been credited into my account.

              Amount is of 16999. I have tried to contact with both of the parties. But it is a very difficult process. After this incidence i can not trust again with online payment for shopping.

              It is not a small amount for a middle-class man. I expect it to be resloved soonest.

                  Sir,
                  Disputed deduction of 236rs for duplicate card issued. I surrendered my rupay debit card on 31st august 2019 to pnb executive who chopped card in the bank premises which can be checked in cctv installed in pnb branch of new rajendra nagar shankar road new delhi. Now on 23rd september when i reached bank for my new master card i noticed 236rs debited in my passbook then i called customer care for enquiring the charges they are saying i damaged/misplaced the card for which duplicate card charges were debited from my account for the new debit card issued. I want my refund for this wrong deduction. Request you to respond as soon as possible.

                    Pnb has not yet credited and processed refund into my bank account which was being processed by paytm on 19 september 2019. I have also shared the bankreference no. Which is 30001092639251119741693 then also they are unable to locate the amount and telling me everytime to check with paytm. Had paytm not credited the amount how would they have given me the reference no which is also generated in case of transaction. Request to kindly refund the money into my bnk account...

                      I purchased bag ₹490 from amazon on 14/09/2019 and done full payment by bhim upi but order was cancelled on 14/09/2019 and now amazon is saying that refund has been send to bank. So contact customer service and file charge dispute they had given me a no. Refund refrence#
                      But customer service is saying they can file nothing like charge dispute and can only check if money came to your account or not.
                      Same behaviour by branch also.
                      Don't know what to do

                          Mera balence aaj saam me refund ho gaya h thanks
                          Online Medicine selling company "NETMEDS" claims that it had Refunded my amount after I cancelled a order.
                          But the amount is not credited to my account even after more than one month.
                          Currently I'm working far away from my account opening branch.
                          And online customer care refused to solve my problem.

                              Regarding the refund of 562inr. The reference id is 75260829259033212465056. Please credit the amount in my account. The amazon is saying that they've initiated the refund and it was likely to be appeared by yesterday. But it's not reflecting and the bank's customer care are saying that i have to inform about the reference id. Please make it solve as early as possible. Before also i faced this issue but this time i'm not going to spare it

                                I purchased a book from amazon on 15.092019 and due to some reason the order didn't get confirmed and the amount got deducted from my account so amazon started my refund on 16.09.2019 they also gave me a refund reference number which is #75260829259033211740905 but the bank is telling me that there is no refund in my account
                                Kindly look into my matter and resolve my issue.

                                  I ordered a phone from amazon and due to some reasons it was cancelled. I paid using my pnb debit card and refund was to be credited into it. But it's 6th day since my refund is initiated from amazon and i didn't get mt refund.

                                  I called amazon and they said that the payment may be stucked in bank but they have passed the fund. So please look into this matter and initiate my refund.

                                    I was issued a debit cum atm card today and was ensured that i would get the otp within half an hour but didn't get it even after six hour and i am not if they will make tomorrow also. I am dire need to withdraw my deposit but i am helpless. I will ensure not deposit money now in this bank furthur. Also i noticed below that debit card is not given so i have to select credit care though my trouble is with the debit card

                                      After my father expired, an account was opened in my mother's name - panmashri, with saving account no-[protected] on 20th june 2019 at pnb nazafgarh (Ifsc code - punb0151900) for the purpose of pension and other banking needs.

                                      However, since 3 months have gone by, still the account has not been activated. On enquiry with branch manager, he conveyed that it has not been activated from karol bagh branch.

                                      Sir, i have visited more than 25 times to the bank to solve this, but in vain. Moreover, bank told us that they have mailed in e-veda also.

                                        I cancelled a order on amazon on 12 sept which i paid through my debit card, of rs 2227 and amzon has initiated the amount but i did not received it till now as i was said 2-4 business days maximum, i contacted amazon service centre they said we have initiated it call bank and give ref. No. But bank is denying completely that we dont have to do anything with ref. Id nor requests initiated by amazon its amazon work contact them.
