Hello sir, i am this writing because i am feeling helpless, the issue is i am not getting my refund in my bank account. I purchased a item from Amazon shopping and cancelled it on next day. Amazon send me a confirmation mail of my refund which they was initiating from their side. Amazon also give a reference number with mail and mention that if i am not getting the money refund within 2-4 days then call PNB and show the reference number. I called 2 times PNB and not getting a helpfull response regarding my refund, they said call Amazon for this. both parties blaming each other on this. Now i am feeling helpless. Please help me on this matter and help to get my refund back. Below is some details for your reference.

      This is to bring to your kind notice that i have tried withdrawing 10k from punjab national bank atm id : d2901500 at kamaraj nagar, mmda colony arumbakkam through my iob debit card. My iob sb account was debited 10, 000 (Atm no.276) at 9:49:30 but cash was not dispensed. I tried calling the mobile number and the landline which was pasted on the pnb atm centre but there was absolutely no response from both the numbers. I constantly tried reaching that number as i could not take out my card until its get ejected on its own but no use. I haven't got the money so far to my account and i went to my branch and placed a formal complaint also through online as well.

      Worst part was PNB ATM centre has the details of the person who is in charge of the ATM employee but we were unable to reach the concerned person but there was absolutely NO response. When the person cannot attend the emergency calls of the customer then what is the point them having placed the numbers inside the ATM centre. I pity PNB for having such a branch head, she sets a very bad role model. If she doesn't have time to attend calls then she can resign her job rather annoying the customers further
      More annoying factor was the job title of the person who is in charge of the ATM, Branch Head. Being a Branch Head, she should be in a position to extend her support to the customers rather making their life more miserable. Losing money in the ATM centre itself a stressful situation for a customer, beyond that trying to reach them from the ATM not only become a painful process but also increase our stress further
      I hereby request the PNB superiors to place a call as a customer and dial the attached number and see the kind of seriousness of their employee. Request you to look into this matter and take immediate action against such irresponsible person or give her proper induction on her roles and responsibilities. Such employee will not only hamper the brand, jeopardise the relationship with your customers but also influence the other employees to do the same of what she is doing now..

            Dear sir

            A refund of 593.16 rupees was successfully processed on 30 sep 2019 to my account by amazon.in. This amount should have been credited to my pnb account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

            I have called the punjab national bank customer service but not get any help.

            I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund and reference number is[protected]

            Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                I purchased puma shoes ₹1319 from amazon on 29/09/2019 and done full payment by google pay upi but order was cancelled on 30/09/2019 and now amazon is saying that refund has been send to bank. So contact customer service and file charge dispute they had given me a no. Refund reference#[protected]
                But customer service is saying they can file nothing like charge dispute and can only check if money came to your account or not.
                Same behaviour by branch also.
                Don't know what to do

                        I have not been able to use my debit card for over six months now as i do not receive the otp number. Have written numerous emails to the bank and have complained to the phone customer service but the problem still persists. I am unable to do a simple thing as topping up my phone. This is not the first time that i am having such problems with this bank. Whenever i have gone to make any kind of transaction the problem about the otp number comes up. It is extremely frustrating that i continue to have these problems. Can somebody help in sorting out this issue?

                          Customer care of pnb asked me to check mpassbook. I downloaded it and when i waited for otp to register. It never arrived.                               My punjab national bank A/c:[protected].I have purchased a prime membership of ₹999 from Amazon but I cancelled that product.amazon has initiated my refund amount of 919 but still it is not credited to my pnb saving account.please help!!!

                                Hello sir.. I am shalini chaudhary having an account in your bank. Refund of rupees 497 was successfully processed by amazon on 18 february 2019 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my pnb account but i have not received it till now.

                                A mail came to me in name of pnb consumer complaint board asking for my number.. N one person ( mobile no. - [protected] - Ankur singh )called and made to enter [protected] in phone number and asked to keep a voucher number (19999) in amount column n type msg of refund from amazon and press the send button. He said after pressing send button two option will come refund from amazon n cash transfer n told to click on refund. I didn't do because I was not able to trust on him.
                                I want to whether this is in the procedure of getting refund or is a fake call.
                                If this is a fake call, I will request pnb personnel to please investigate the matter as it is defaming pnb.

                                    I have not yet received the refund of ₹463 from zomato (Razorpay is the gateway) that was initiated on 15 sep 2019.                                       Steps I took to receive my refund: 1. Called Amazon to get as much as Information about the transaction like Time, Date and Ref No. 2. Called PNB Customer Care, get the complaint registered. 3. Went on PNB complaint portal, registered a complaint on my own. 4. Complaint through this portal. The Day I registered a complaint through cosunercomplaints.in, I got my refund back. Good Luck!

                                        My pnb account no:[protected]. I have purchased an item from amazon.in but i cancelled that product however amazon.in initiate my refund on 25sep 2019 but my refund amount 299 in my account still not credited. I have also mailed to [protected]@pnb.co.in and contacted customer care of pnb but they both not listen my concern regarding that issue. Please help me
