my amazon refund will not reflect in my account

Hello sir.. I am shalini chaudhary having an account in your bank. Refund of rupees 497 was successfully processed by amazon on 18 february 2019 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my pnb account but i have not received it till now.

refund is stuck somewhere within bank's channels

I have not yet received the refund of ₹463 from zomato (Razorpay is the gateway) that was initiated on 15 sep 2019. They've provided me with a refund reference number i. E 30004692599258221546177 and asked me to dispute the transaction as "refund not processed". But the pnb customer care guys are saying there is nothing like charge dispute and they can only check if it has been credited or not. My acc no. Is [protected]....

need cash but no cash in bank since morning

There is an urgent requirement of cash for the transaction but punjab national bank of nutan nagar, gaya branch has no cash availability since morning and manager replied us to wait till cash deposit by other customer.
What kind of system is this where we have to wait for our own money.

dispute in transaction

My refund bank transaction number: dgtvgthhtkkcxa is not credited into my account. Flipkart says that they have initiated at 12th september but till now it has not been credited into my account.

Amount is of 16999. I have tried to contact with both of the parties. But it is a very difficult process. After this incidence i can not trust again with online payment for shopping.

It is not a small amount for a middle-class...

I purchased bag ₹490 from amazon on 14/09/2019 and done full payment by bhim upi but order was cancelled on 14/09/2019 and now amazon is saying that refund has been send to bank. So contact customer service and file charge dispute they had given me a no. Refund refrence#
But customer service is saying they can file nothing like charge dispute and can only check if money came to your account or not.
Same behaviour by branch...
