sir, I have seen a video in which Punjab roadways conductor do a ridiculous behavior with driver. Mistake can be done from any person but it doesn't mean you will beat any person ..it is against the law..the bus no. was PB 65 L 3627. Please Ask the conductor for the same...it is serious matter about the humanity..please atleast ask him once...

I am daily passanger of Punjab Roadways Bus Nawanshahr Depot. I visited in punjab roadwys bus Nawanshahr Depot whose route is Haripur to Nawanshar through Ropar and Balachaur . This bus reaches at 8-15 am at balachaur and after this moves for Nawanshahr. But oftenly the driver and conductor miss the route balachaur to Nawanshahr and went to back ropar Haripur. Beacuse of this many passangers suffering for this. My phone no. is [protected]

Sir/Mam It was to inform you. that last night on 13 may 2015 at 1:30 AM in the morning I boarded your bus Mercedes Benz while traveling from Ludhiana to Chandigarh. The route of the bus follow as Fazilka to Chandigarh. Me along with other passengers paid Rs 190 per head but didn't received any ticket in return from the conductor. I hope you understand very well the importance of ticket for an employee working in corporate world. Due to such inconvenience caused by the bus conductor we had a loss as the reimbursement of the money paid will not be done. As a responsible citizen of the country I just wanted to inform you regarding such unethical matter so that it does not happen in future again. It is equally important for you as it holds on to the reputation and trust with the transport corporation. Hope you will understand my concern and do the needful. Myself Anil Kumar. I m servicing in govt. Deptt. I m daily shuttling from Jalandhar to Jandiala. Recently I have taken a pass for my travelling. But after issuing of pass conductors are started misbehaving not talking rudely. Sir, I think if a passenger got a pass and paid the fare in advance to roadways than why conductor started misbehaving. Kindly please look up the matter seriously and initiative a proper action. i have booked ticket of punbus HVAC3X2(PNR NO:[protected] from delhi to amritsar online on 13th march, due to some reason the bus got cancelled and the representative of punbus at kashmiri gate bus stand told me that you will get refund for your ticket in your bank account and till now i donot got refund for my ticket.

Yesterday Morning 15 April 2015 time at 8 am Bus number PB07-AE8828 6 of we Girls Go in this Bus Firstly conductor says this bus is not for Girl who studied and travels by pass then he said Bus seats are not for members who travels by pass then he misbehaved and used bad language abusive words he has no right to use this language for Girls i want to reply me and solve this issue as soon as possible because day by day his behaviour becomes so bad he used bad words otherwise we have to file police report here is my number [protected]

Dear Sir, I am Harjinder Singh . I am a student bus pass holder and daily travel from jalandhar to hoshiarpur via Punjab roadways buses. At hoshiarpur Bus stand the Conductor shows bad behavior with student pass holders only just, because they have passes and have not to pay bus fare. Sometimes these conductors use bad words which are not toleratable The students does not allowed to enter into buses . When the drivers starts the buses at high speeds so that the students can not enter into bus Please solve this problem

Dear sir, I am Rohan Kumar. i am student of ludhiana college of engineering and technology. i am a pass holder. My bus pass is from Ludhiana (my hometown) to Katani kalan(my college). When all the students going to college in morning, bus drivers do not stop the Punjab roadway's bus. we all the students are facing same problem. And the same problem is in the evening. All the roadway's buses do not stopped by bus conductor & drivers. We have our valid passes.We are not rich enough to pay 50/- per day to the private buses. Govt. gives some profits to students but we can't get anything. this is our request to you please pay attention to our request. and please stop the buses at bus stops. If you want to get more proofe you can come on both the bus stops (Samrala chownk, Ludhiana & Katani Kalan). Dear Sir, Yesterday on 15th Jan, 2015 I was travelling from Delhi to Jalandhar in Punjab roadways AC deluxe bus.On the way it stop at "Dhaba". Before that conductor DID NOT count the number of passengers. There I change my seat from seat number 19 to 6 as it was vacant. After the journey start, people shout one passenger (me) is missing.I told the conductor I have shifted my seat from back to front. For this reason only DRIVER talk rudely and give abuses to me. Kindly, take action strict action against that driver for his shameful behavior otherwise I will complaint to higher authority. This is to inform you that your Mercedes-Benz bearing number PB 03 AC 5700 found traveling on patiala to rajpura road has no road sense. This bus almost killed me and my family. We are traveling in an innova. I have few snap shots too of the bus going at non recommended speeds. And let me also inform you that at this point of the year there is usually lot of fog. So keeping all this in mind the drivers should drive carefully with safety as a priority. Because life is precious. It's a warm request from an Aam aadmi of India to Mercedes Benz that please hire trained drivers who know what safety means. Otherwise I will surely take this matter to higher levels. I travelled from jalandhar to moga One conductor gave me ticket at bus stand counter and didnt refunded the balance and said tht conductor in bus will refund it. But the conductor in the bus deny to give balance. Its not about the balance only, but the bahavoiur of conductor and way of talking was not acceptable. Bus no was pb29 n 9205. (Number not confirmed, only idea is there)

Dear Sir/Madam, i am feeling very upset on complaining you that you depot's bus no. PB-03-AF-6852 was passing from Mall Road, Opp. Central Jail, O/s Raja Talkies on the speed of 50 to 60 kmph and me and my friend was walking on the road but the driver has not applied any brake and he overtakes the bus by an 'INCH' from my right side. today at jalandhar bus stand nearly waiting about half an hour for bus to phagwara and than chandigarh bus arrived there and i requested conductor and driver to drop at phagwara bus stand but they refused and said bus will pass by bye pass which is not at all in code of conducts and conductor miss bhevaed he was trying to scare me off and here is the bus number pb 65 L 9958

Sir my name is sumit bajaj . I live in kesrisinghpur distt shriganganagar rajasthan. I am jobing in bathinda in bank. Sir I came[protected] in bathinda from my home about 10'o clock in roadways bus. Sir conducter were no change money. So he gave me two persons rupees and said to me that take change from aada fees . I went there but he denied to give. I saw that they have change. I said to them but they talk very bad manners and said that I have but donot give you. They were three persons in the cabin. This incident was new bus aada bathinda. I have booked a ticket for travelling from New Delhi to Jalandhar for 2 people by VOLVO in May 2013. Apparently the bus was cancelled that day. I have called up the Customer Care center multiple times for the refund and also got the Number for Mr. Dubey (Cell# [protected]) who takes care of the refund. I have followed with him multiple times and each time I get an assurance that the money will be paid and infact from last 3 times Mr. Dubey is mentioning that the amount would have already been returned, I have checked my account each time but there has been no such transaction, also I have requested for the transcation Id which Mr. Dubry has never provided. It has been more than 1 and half year and there is no resolution. Do I expect my money back or should I go the Legal Route. I am sourav arora from shahkot, district jalandhar student of DAV College. I travel daily from shahkot to jalandhar for my college. Today morning your employee misbehave with me aa well as with some other passengers...bus number is PB29N 9203...actually bus was full with passenger nd there was not easy to stand and my bus pass was in the bag and bag lying near of driver...conducter came and asked me for the ticket and I replied wait my bag is on other side...let me pick and then will show you. But conducter shout on me not 1 tym 3-4 time...it was very embracing for me...nd I also shout on him bcoz he has used this bad behave with me 2-3 time before sir. If you don't believe me...here Is the number of other passenger whom support me...his name is De. I am travelling from hoshiarpur to delhi on 19 th August 8 .40 pm bus no PB07af1796 i was given seat 30 i sat on it as i was travelling alone i requested them to give adjacent seat to lady But as bus started they made me sit on seat which was highly uncomfortable seat so as sleat no 1 got empty i sat on it, after chd sum person kept unattended luggage near my seat so i politely asked conductor on duty to make it attended but dat conductor spoke so rude to me dat i felt like crying This person have no manners of talking to people so kindly arrange any special classes for dis person for dealing with public or he shudnot b in public dealing Profession . i m really offended, feels indian men dodont respect woman. Kindly look into matter and give atleast warning to this conductor

On 05 Jul 14 at 1445 hrs, I boarded PRTC A/C Bus no PB-10D Z-6125 from Jalandhar to Jammu (Patiala Depot) Ticket No 165953. The condition of the Bus was very pathetic and aircondtioner was not working and bus was also packed to over capacity. when i contact to bus conductor, he told that at back side of bus aircondition does not work. when i asked him to produce the complaint book. conductor told that none of buses of PRTC keeping the complaint book and you can speak on my mobile to transport officer at Ludhiana. All the passengers including children and ladies faced a lot of inconvience on the way. I request, if passenger is paying more money for their comfort and facility may also be provided to them I do hope you will look after the complaint.
