Sir, i m student n i travel from jalandhar to nakodar ...And the conductors of punjab roadways always do miss behave with pass holder students...conductors always stop us to sit in the bus because we are pass holder and driver of bus never stop the bus on bus stop...both speak very rudely with us.So plz take a fast and strict action on it...

Hi, I had booked a ticket online on punbusonline.com from Delhi to Amritsar for 566 Rs on 6th Feb 2014 for 8.30 PM, HVAC punbus. I was there on the spot on time, but the bus didn't arrive at the terminal. I feel cheated and My hard earned money is gone. Kindly help me to get the refund. In May 2013, we had booked ONLINE (http://www.punbusonline.com/) two Punjab-Roadways HVAC Bus tickets for Chandigarh to Amritsar [PNR Number =[protected]]... The bus journey was scheduled for May 18, 2013 but unfortunately got CANCELLED due to the stupid on-going STRIKE... The Conductor + Driver had "very rudely" asked my SENIOR CITIZEN parents to get off the bus... After a LOT of difficulty, my Old Parents (78 yrs + 70 yrs) finally took an ordinary bus to AMT and reached their destination very late in the NIGHT... It is now over 3-1/2 months but we have still NOT received our Refund... SHAME on Punjab Roadways + Travelyari.com + Sukhbir Badal :((

I am gaurav is a student of Lyallpur khalsa College Jalandhar Punjab . I have a student bus pass from Jalandhar to Nakodar and travelling daily using bus pass.

When I have to come back to home from Jalandhar to Nakodar and getting Punjab roadways bus from Jal to Nkd on the counter of Nakodar. My Bus pass is checked by conductor and refused to travel then I asked why you are doing ?
Then he replied that u have not taken proper paper and further I replied that I took all paper given by Punjab Roadways Depot 2 Jalandhar and getting this pass from last month and never refused to travel in the bus and why u ?
After that he misbehaved with me that I will not allow you to travel understood. Then he gave me bus ticket and got it.
Again he checked another bus pass of student and same paper he got and did not refuse that person.

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I would like to inform that A Punjab roadways's bus whose route is from Patiala to Shimla (Daily) and which reaches at Zirakpur Bus stop at around 6:40 am to 6:50 am, never stops at the Zirakpur Bus stop. Because of this act of driver, many passengers who wants to travel to Shimla or chandigarh sec 43 bus stands suffer a lot.

We don't know whether this bus has a stop point at zirakpur or not. But we request you that if there is a stop point than please ask the driver to stop the bus as it would take only 30- 40 seconds to board all the passenger waiting there or make it a stop point, so that both PRTC and passenger would get benefitted.

today at 17/01/2013 i will drop to my wife in a punjab roadways bus at kashmiri gate bus terminal delhi to ludhiana, i told to the condecter my wife is a lady and she is lonely and please help her, but after bus crossing the karnaal station a one bad passenger will be harass my wife very badly my wife told to bus condecter but he ignore her complaint my wife is in mentally tension after that and call me and her brothers in ludhiana the bad guy also make a bad tonting to her then she is in eagle motel no body can help her after all other passenger tell the condecter and bus driver then the driver or condecter told to the bad guy and he will leave the bus at near gobind garh dear i want to tell is this is punjab road ways i don't know next time i will send my wife from any bus service sir please check all things and give me better response and also please fit the cameras in your interstate bus service and also make any help services in buses for lonly ladies passengers.

my name is gagan deep and i am from hoshiarpur.yesterday i was in chandigarh.i arrived at chd bus station for the hoshiarpur.
the conductor gave the ticket to the pathankot and jammu passengers only.and said that hoshiarpur passenger wait and at last they got the left ticket.and the conductor said that our GM said do not give the tickets to the local passengers till the jammu passengers got the tickets.he said that all the hoshiarpur passengers are local and from higher authority order we have no permission to give u tickets first.and said that local passengers only get the rear seats of the bus.the rear air suspensions of both sides are totally stop working.
after much efforts i got a ticket.and everytime when come from chd same scene are repeated.
then bus start on 8:15pm on 14augest2012.and one thing more the A.C is also start on departure time.
when bus start there was raining.all the bus roof leaking from all sides and centre very badly.the passengers totally wet and there lugage also wet.
and the bus is A.C PUNBUS Ropar deptt. pb12 N0806.
then passengers complaint the conductor and he said that asi kuj ni kar sakde jine baithna a baitho nai ta utar jao.
if we come out from bus then we got no more bus.so from all the journey we face so many problems.
after 4hour and 30minutes we reach at hoshiarpur from chd.
so i requst to the Mr.GM of Ropar Deptt. that please do not disturb the passengers with ur facilities.please provide the right facilities and comfort to the passengers.we are not only pay the travel charges we are also pay the maintence charges and other charges.so please use these money on right way.so that the people get facilities not the problems.

I have inform to you that the bus no Pb05 s 9404.going from ferozepur to Chandigarh.at Ludhiana to Chandigarh the bus conductor stop the bus at a dhaba(restaurant).without any information before i m setting the bus..so Pl make a rule for all buses to inform to all passengers the bus will b stopped at this this station or break time in how many mints..

On 19/05/2012 i booked a online ticket for delhi in Punjab Roadways HVAC Bus .The bus was scheduled on 21/05/2012 but due to the strike of Punjab Roadways,it was cancelled . I talked to the helpline no. for refund of my fare,they told me that it will be refund to you within 3 days but yet i don't get my money back. I called many times but got the same responce so now i am taking help of yours .

Hi. I am Praveen Sethi along with my wife and 1year old daughter was insulted in front of group of people by the Driver & conductor of Bus No. PB06-M-9517 when i ask for the ticket Amount from Jalandar to Ludhiana & Departure time of bus. Both are used rough language for me in front of ten people. Conductor push me badly two times , Both are Drunked during that time. I have video of both of them. So, I request you to take proper action against these two.

Hi. My self S K Arora from Panipat, yesterday I travel from Jalandhar to Panipat by A/C bus no.PB 08 _ S 0629.PUN BUS . Jalandhar depot. from Jalandhar bus stand at 11.20 PM on 30 Sept. when I buy a ticket for Panipat from ground staff at ticket counter and He insure that it bus drop me at Panipat bus stand and i buy the full fare ticket no 080191 Dt.30/09/2011 time 22.43.46 HVAC 2x2 .Ist Complent . When we reach at Rajpura, driver stop the bus at Eagle Motel for refreshment at 1.50 AM and ask us this bus will stay here only 20 minutes, but your driver of the bus came back after 1.15 Hours at 3.05AM,when we asked driver why you take more time he says it is not our fault ,The hotel people are never provide food earlier.When i asked kindly see the time the time is valuable,He shouted to us and asked no need to argument with me, Went to hotel manege and ask question for delay. WAS IT IS CORRECT. Main Complaint. AT 5.20 AM Early and Dark Morning when we reach at Panipat Toll plaza your staff asked me and one more passenger to leave the bus at here,This bus Goes by fly over, we never went to bus stand, we both request him please drop us at Bus stand because it very far away from here and this time there are no any way to reach in the city, but he refuse our request and asked we have no any Route for went to bus stand and city area This bus always goes by toll bridge and today why we change our sehdule and shouted drop the bus now otherwise i run the bus for delhi. i told him i have valuable in my bag and the time are not good to went by walk to reach city bus stand kindly drop us in the city because bus stand approx 3/4 Kmt.from toll plaza and run the bus by city bus stand. he shouted to me again for leave us at same place.I told him at this time no any traffic and block in the city why you worried about time, At Rajpur you waste lots of time but her this time if you run bus from city side you can reach easily other side where you leave fly over but he refuse and ignore us. Then i see one contact no write in the bus for public inconvenience,i Dial the no.[protected].same time we are in the bus and still the bus stand at after the cross toll plaza and one officer are there who asked as T M Jalandhar I,He attend the call and I tell him the same and he asked me to pass the phone to driver ,The driver asked him at this time we never get any passenger for delhi at panipat bus stand and why we run the bus from city we move via fly over to delhi every time and now this time we also went via fly over.Driver asked me officer say O K and move via flyover and drop the passenger at Toll Plaza, After discussion the driver run the bus to delhi via fly over, I request again but he refuse our request and went to delhi side,After cross the city approximate 8/9 Kmt.at delhi side he stoped the bus again and asked to me drop the bus at here or you leave the bus at delhi ,I never stop the bus again, we have no option and we both drop the bus at there and went back to city side.Was the behave of driver are good and Great.I have high valuable in my bag and there are no alternative to reach city easily and if any misshape in the dark morning who are the responsible for it. Was the Bus have no any route to drop the passinger at panipat bus stop if the bus have no route to panipat bus stop why you issue the ticket for panipat. Was the people pay more for harassment. Was the safety of passenger are not your motto. Was the Behave of your staff are excellent. Was the put any board to All bus stand in punjab THIS BUS GOES TO DELHI VIA PANIPAT FLYOVER. Sir We love this service to provide us by you From Ist day start the service by you we avail and preffer to travel with your A/c buses.every time we tried to travel PUNBUS A/Cand Gold line in replacement of our personnel Vehicle. But behave of your staff are convince the message us , PANIPAT PEOPLE NOT TO TRAVEL WITH OUR BUSES. Kindly tell us your all A/c buses are allowed to pass apnipat by toll bridge if route are via panipat why your staff harrash the public and why they never went to bus stand. I am very sorry to inform you that the Bus Driver and conductor of bus no. PB 11 AK 9913, route Patiala to Delhi caused a great deal of harassment to the passengers by making stoppages at their discretion. Last time en route to Delhi from Patiala on Friday night, i.e. 15.04.2011, they made "n" number of stoppages when we reached the outskirts of Delhi. they were boarding passengers without issuing any ticket, and instead charged Rs. 10 till karnal bypass. I want to you to please take a concrete action against them, to avoid further harassment to the passengers.

Once i stepped into the bus the driver started the bus and after enquiring that i want to travel to murthal from panipat he asked me to get down from moving bus though it comes in the way and he let the people travelling to delhi to board the bus.

Then somehow i managed to get his approval and then i gave him money(30 Rs) to which he didnt reverted back with ticket.

Then when my destination murthal came he said we cannt drop you at stop.So I have to walkdown to stop by myself.Distance could be nearly to 1 km.

So please look into this matter

I am a student of Engineering in Sai Technology Campus at Manawala Distt. Amritsar.
I do daily up-down from Beas.to college. I was returning back from college on 1st of March 2011 but the bus did not stop at the Beas bus stop.
Number of the bus is PB46H9712 and the time was near about 4:50 pm it reached beas and near about 4 pm the bus departed from Amritsar.

All the students are suffering from the similar problem. Most of the bus conductors misbehave with the pass holders and even talk rudely.

So please take some appropriate step towards this problem so that it would not repeat again in future.

We all students shall be very thankful to you...

I was waitng...For the Bus At Bathinda Bus stand...To Go for Bathinda to Sirsa....

There was No Bus Service ....i waited For the 3 Haours For the Bus ...And Then Reach Bus at Bathinda Bus stand ......Then I got And Go for the sirsa........



So we can say that..There is no Bus Service..

Students are issued passes for by punjab government,but punjab roadways buses do not stop at Katani Kalaan,ludhiana.

Hi. Ajay samyal was insulted in front of group of people by the cooductor when i ask for the ticket from jalandar to pathankot .. conductor used rough for me in front of ten people. I want to avail the service of punbus at that time but i have to wait there for the ticket althou

gh there was no one for jammu. CONDUCTOR refused give me ticket and wait for jammu passanger. After a long periode i have to buy a ticket of Lakhanpur forcly. Ater that he refused to give me seat number whereas the seats were vacant in the bus. This is not th first time as i m usuasly travelling from jalandhar to pathankot on every week end and i have to face the same every time at jalandar bus stand, and now it is the hieght of misbehavior. As per my knowledge as a citizen i have right to avail all kind of govt. Services on the basis of first come first serve.. pls draw a kind attention in this routine issue or matter.
